Domino's Pizza in Edinburgh, City of

This place has recently moved to Glasgow Road and is a takeaway exclusively. As usual, the menu requires a maths degree to decipher with all the different combinations of pizza deals. One deal was clear though - 50% off if you order through the app, which I proceeded to do. When I reached the order button it was unresponsive. So I hit on it a couple of times until it registered. It transpired that my labours had resulted in my ordering two extra pizzas! Stupidly, I had paid for them before I noticed. Panic! Fortun, the store manager was reasonable enough to correct the order. It's a salutary lesson though. The pizzas were great and arrived in good time.

We were told 45 minutes for delivery. After 1 hour 45 minutes we walked up the to the shop to see what was happening. There was about 8 people standing around doing nothing. The man who spoke to me told me they were short staffed. I asked then where my order was he told me I refused the order an hour before hand. I told him that did not happen. He then looked again and said that my order had left 8 minutes before I arrived and should be with me in the next 30 minutes. I asked why it would take 30 minutes when it had already left 8 minutes ago and I live a 5 minute walk away. Stuck in another lie he had no excuse and I requested a refund. I went home to find the pizza had been delivered whilst we were out. No excuse though really we should have never had to go up in the first place. Shocking service and I won’t be back especially with Civerinos a few doors down with much better taste, service and quality.

The worst service ever!!! I’ve ordered my pizzas and after 40 mins waiting I’ve called to check where my delivery is... After 3 phone calls the manager has told me he has to speak to the driver. Then I’ve been told the pizzas being delivered. Seriously? To whom?!!!! Why I would call with the complaint if I’d get the delivery?! The manager was rude enough to tell me that some customers are like that!!! Are you calling me a liar???!!! How dare you???!!! I want to get full refund as I’m extremely disappointed!!!!

server girl was rude to me when i was asking about gluten free pizza. She tried to make me pay the same price as a large pizza when in fact i knew i do not pay more for a GF pizza than a large normal pizza. She was 'at it' and i felt very disappointed. Other dominoes are fine, but this one, is not advisable,

Después de recibir pésimas pizzas y servicio en Pilton durante años cuando me mudé de casa y Corstorphine se convirtió en mi local, pensé que podría llegar a algún lugar cerca de una pizza decente, pero por desgracia no. . . Por difícil que parezca, ¡en realidad es peor que el dominó Pilton! Eso es un logro en sí mismo! ¡7 veces el pedido de 10 mu ha sido incorrecto o está muy mal hecho! Desde perder ingredientes en mi pizza hasta pasar una porción circular de chocolate en una masa medio cocida como una pizza de chocolate. ¡Acabo de recibir a ella y mi pedido final desde aquí, donde una vez más se han perdido los ingredientes de mi pizza! ¡No tiene sentido plantear el problema con la tienda porque no hacen absolutamente nada para rectificar el problema! ¡Evita este establecimiento como la peste! ! !

We love a pizza, and have tried many branches of domino’s. Without a doubt, this is one of the best! We ordered three different large pizzas and they were all perfectly cooked and delicious. Would highly recommend

Reasonably priced pizza which is delicious. Fast and staff welcoming. Pepperoni passion pizza recommended and the wedges are good too. Meatballs delicious as is garlic bread.

The personal pizza that I got didn't have much taste to it and the chicken was a bit bland. Disappointed.

Great Pizzas, average prices and you will absolutely get what you would expect from a pizza specialist restaurant.

I have been absolutely ill all week after having my chicken strippers and a chicken and sweetcorn pizza, I noticed the chicken had a sort of gooey pinkish colour but I thought it was how dominos marinates the chicken or season it. My fiance is in hospital with E Coli. The authorities and the head of department for dominos aren't interested at all. I can't believe I was so stupid to order here considering the workers are quite obviously low IQ by looking at them and not being of an English speaking crew. I also noticed a lot were coughing over the food and I was absolutely starving and I couldn't bebothered after walking around the city all day. I also think they aren't washing their hands either touching the food with their dirty hands spreading whatever it is after going to the toilet. Yuck, I feel sick again now. Great. Cheers for this.

We had another pizza yesterday after long shopping day we ordered two pizza and we collect our pizza and it was very good and we enjoyed our pizza they served our order quick

I ordered 2 large pizza at the counter of Dominos, St. John’s Road. I couldn’t hear the Indian girl, so asked her to repeat the order I had given her. I corrected her, confirming it was a large chicken pizza and a portion of chicken stippers. I returned 12 mins later and the order was wrong!, instead of a chicken pizza, they made me a vegi supreme pizza!. I’m not racist but her accent was difficult to understand, plus more importantly, she spoke so quietly and I’m hard of hearing!. However I speak loud, so she should have clearly heard my order. I just want waiting a further 10 mins while my other pizza and strippers go cold while waiting on my chicken pizza. I came home with the pizza but my boy and girl wouldn’t eat it. The bucket appreciated it. I couldn’t go back to complain as I wouldn’t have kept my cool. Get someone whom speaks proper English when ordering you food.

Me and my husband ordered two pizzas for delivery and they both came totally wrong, took us 10min to get hold of the shop on the phone as they weren’t picking up. Then it took another 10min to explain such a simple thing as we got two totally wrong ordered as the women didn’t understand us on the phone! What a hassle !!!!!

Used the online app to order the Pizza. Quite clever as you can see how your order progresses through all stages. Arrived in good time and very tasty. Pretty pricy at £19 for one, fortunately used the 2nd for £5 offer, but still pricey for bread & cheese and a bit of tomato sauce with some toppings.

Last night we ordered tow pizza for collection and it was quick and the pizza was very good and nice bod crispy we must try again

We were staying at the Holiday Inn down the street, and were looking for something our kids would eat. They tend to be picky. (6, 4, 2 years old) We ordered 2 large pizzas. Cheese and Pepperoni. Unfortunately, they got the order wrong...similar to some other reviews. Fortunately, the pizza was still good, and the time from order to delivery was fast...under 30 minutes.

Ordered one margarita pizza and garlic bread and was told it would be 15 minutes. Came back after 15 minutes and I was told it wasn't ready, after 1/2 hour I asked again and they admitted they had lost my order. My order ended up taking 45 minutes. The staff weren't in the least concerned. Dreadful customer service.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as that is now twice I've ordered from here and got a hair on my pizza, had wrong ordered's a couple of times. The staff aren't well mannered either. I will not be ordering from this place again!!!!

Called in on a Sunday evening for couple of takeout pizzas. You can watch the team assemble the pizzas. Seems to be lots of staff behind the scenes but simple pizzas still took 30 mins. Very apologetic for delays. Recommend phoning ahead.

Visit here regularly. Service can be a little poor at times and the language barrier is sometimes a problem but overall 9/10 times it is very good. We are closer to Livingston branch who seem to be able to go out there way to make...

Yo terminado menos de dos rebanadas y mi estómago me obligó a parar.

Driver forgot the dessert, so offered to come straight back with it.... He didn't come back... Because obviously he didn't.If nothing else, Domino's promises a dining experience filled with surprises, mystery, empty dreams, and broken promises, all for around £20.You would have to go all the way across the road to the Tesco freezer isle to find a better pizza.

The past two times using app to order things were missing, was told to phone after ordering to check in future. The last time I ordered I waited an hour and a half before checking, was told I'd cancelled the order when I hadn't so, as it was too late I declined re-ordering. Found out three days later I was still charged and I've been waiting for more than a week for the refund. I'm furious. Was once really good and efficient and Dominos is a good pizza but totally lost faith in this branch.

Dominos pizza is good. Allo it isn't very cheep. You can either sit in or order on the phone. I recommend it.

A personal favourite of mine. On the rare occasion we order pizza this is where we head too. Always cheaper if you order online and pick up but quality and taste never disapoints. YUM!

Está aí algo que me salvou da fome. Como a região tem restaurantes que fecham cedo, essa opção é boa para matar a fome depois de um dia cansativo no Centro. Recomendo. Tem uma promoção de pague uma leve duas, mas não sei se é permanente.

Quem diria encontrar uma unidade dessa pizzaria fast food em Edimburgo. A pizza não é lá essas coisas, mas ajuda, pois a comida no Reino Unido é em gordurosa, então é bom variar de vez em quando. Preço justo. Essa pizzaria fica em Corstophine.

Can't beat a dominos Pizza, this is the one place I can go and always get a freshly baked Pizza hot and full of flavour

Needed a quick meal after being in Edinburgh so stopped for a pizza. Ok quality and better than other pizza outlets.Got a deal which seem to be available on set days each week.Plenty for two adults and daughter. The little sauce pots are not really needed.Service was a bit slow as busy especially with carry out orders. Lack of parking as main road too busy and the side road busy so can be a bit of a walk.Staff pleasant and helpful.

Awful service. Waited over 2 hrs then had to walk around in -4 weather trying to find a driver that did not speak English. Never found him so who knows what happened to the pizza!

Waited an hour for our delivery, after having been talked into buying 2 pizzas instead of 1,the extra one at £1. When they finally arrived they were cold,we ate one because we were very hungry,then phoned the shop to complain and ask for a refund. When the driver came with our refund he asked for both pizzas back!! He got very aggressive and rude when we told him we had already eaten one. What, were they going to resell them??! Actually wouldn't put it past them! Avoid avoid stick to small independent places, never let you down. Domino's have gone right downhill lately, never again!

crust too thin in the middle , ketchup y tasting sauce but edible , watch out for traffic , very busy on the street at night
