Domino's Pizza Inverness in Highland

Terrible consiguió intoxicación alimentaria del lugar, no recomendaría. Personal no muy profesional/amable tampoco. ¡El peor dominó que he tenido!

Compré 4 lrg de pizza, los llevé a casa para encontrarlos completamente cocidos, ni siquiera el queso se derritió, llamaron para quejarse, enviaron otras 4 pizzas que de nuevo estaban completamente cocidas, 4 adolescentes hambrientos no mienten!

Rude staff and horrible service. Made an order online, went to collect there was an issue with order. Tried to speak to staff regarding this and they laughed and mimicked me. I called to see if I could get help with order as stood outside shop they laugh and point at me making fun of me because of the issue. I ask For help and manager they say no manager until tomorrow. One young man says he is the manager then says he isn’t so I can’t get any help. Horrendous service

Ordered a takeaway for delivery. Driver delivered it on time however the pizza was the worst I have ever had at Domino's. There were also missing items. When I phoned I was questioned like a suspect and waited to get an answer for ages. He informed me I would get a refund, no apology and in the end no refund. Stay away.

Worst pizza ever received from this chain of domino’s to date. Pizza was burnt to a crisp, think “quality” checker needs reviewed. Didn’t think they could get much worse.

This Domino’s had been very inconsistent regarding customer service, food ect. However, recently, this Domino’s has been pretty good. For example; the seating area used to be closed completely; however, now it is open and they even let us eat our pizza’s there. We don’t live in Inverness, nor drive a vehicle; before we had to eat it outside. Now that the sit-in is open, we enjoyed our pizza inside; a girl sat beside us — on her phone — and there was only 3 seats and two of us; we can’t fault the Domino’s itself for that, though. We had a pleasant time customer service-wise on our latest visit. However, the food still wasn’t the best; the pizza tasted different — it didn’t have the regular Domino’s taste. Not to mention, the pizza wasn’t cut too well, so we had to kind of “rip it” apart, which was awkward and we ended up with very big, uneven and hard-to-eat slices of pizza. The pizza was also too saucy; like WAYY too saucy for Domino’s. I don’t mind my pizzas covered in sauce, however, the family member I was with didn’t appreciate this too much; usually Domino’s pizza doesn’t have a lot of sauce on it, at least at this particular Domino’s. The customer service has definitely seen an improvement; although the quality of the food has been, and still is, very inconsistent; it can be good one time we visit, and bad the next.

Mid afternoon placed pizza order online, order over £35, booked my time slot for 6pm. On arrival at 5:50pm,I was asked for my order number,which my order was clearly showing on the customer screen showing 9mins wait for it to be ready.Fair enough should be bang on time,give or take a minute.Somehow my time then jumped to 13 mins wait ?? There was quite clearly delivered orders getting priority over collections as the drivers were hanging about and going.my order then moved to 8 min where it appeared stuck for an age. The girl behind the counter that served me clearly seen I was waiting and asked the production team have you got my order number,not even started. Eventually I collected my pizzas at 6:26 with a “sorry were busy and when I asked why bother filling a time in online when you clearly don’t bother with them to be told oh we have no control over online times ???Delivered orders have priority over collection,so be aware of this,if planning to use this branch. The guy in front of me had an issue also but he was offered reduction for his next order. Not a hint of anything on my order apart from a shrug of the shoulders. Not in a hurry to use this branch again.poor customer service.Luckily also my wheelchair bound husband wasn’t collecting order as,although they have automatic wheelchair door,you can’t access it for delivery cars parked right up close to the access.

Me alojé en el albergue de viajes de al lado, pedí pizza en línea para que me recogieran, rápido y fácil, seguí el progreso con el pequeño corrector, que es genial. Llamado para la entrega de pizza, cuando finalmente llegó alrededor de una hora más tarde, hacía frío y el centro estaba pegado en la parte superior de la caja. 50% off a £100 spend got us 6 large pizzas, 4 sides of garlic bread, numerous dips and 2 sides of coleslaw for around £60. Came when it said it would. Piping hot and delicious. Job done!

I placed an order with the call centre to be collected. She said it will be ready between 11-16 minutes. I get there 20min later. One teller, Pinky, - I had to wait 10min before I get served and I was 1st in line. I had mentioned I wasn't happy but I was OK with it. Pinky points to a board like I`m supposed to sniff what that meant - what does that mean to me (she never explained what she was pointing at). I work out that it is a order register. I wait for another 15min before I walk in. This time there is no one at the till. 5min later I say something and a cook comes to the front. This is now 54min after I ordered the food (2 x large pizza's). 54min later I get a get it, cold. I complain but walk out with the food trying to keep calm. I get in my car and what do I see....all the staff laughing there heads off!!!! WTF!!!!!I expect this service from government not a private company that really on me/us for business!!I couldn't go back as a truck parked me in and had just moved for another customer and moved for me when they saw me coming. So I called the Call centre and spoke to Kagiso. She said someone would call me. Still waiting............what a sh#t company. Couldn’t even get a delivery even though I am 5 mins away. Raging was really needing some chicken wings and ice cream. Fuming. Mega fuming.

This Pizza was not that great very dry and they did not even cut it. It took 20 minutes to make and was very costly and I would not recommend it at any level and the size of the pizza was a lot smaller that standard pizza. Not recommend

The young people in the house like these. I find them too sweet and bland. Over priced even with discount. Much better to go to local family run business. Dominos is a very hyped up business.

Como con todos los Dominos, está pagando una prima por lo que es esencialmente una toastie, está bien, es una toastie sabrosa, pero una toastie no obstante. El servicio está bien, el personal es bastante agradable y el área de clientes es relativamente limpia. Fui a buscar una colección que no fue entregada a donde se hospedaba. Conseguí una margarita y pepperoni - precioso. Donde vivo, las comidas para llevar independientes no son para este estándar. La deliciosa y sabrosa pizza no grasosa, muy caliente, tuvo que conducirla en unos diez minutos hasta el lugar donde aún estaba muy caliente. Las instalaciones estaban muy ocupadas, no parecían hacer papas fritas que no les gustaran las cuñas. Volvería definitivamente.

Well I had ordered a pizza by delivery after a long working day. Was looking forward to it. Until I got the first phone call telling me "I am in front of your house". So I said "can't be I leave in a building". I tell him my address and he seems surprised. I check the info I send in case I had made a mistake. Nope it was right. Described where I lived. About 20 minutes later ( where he was wasn't that far I drove that way before) I get another phone call. Asking me if I "have a pump outside my house", once again It is not "a house but a building". I had to get out and look for his car. I was annoyed but not too much until he went to the boot, pick up the stuff, laughed and said " it is still hot haha".

Ordered a takeaway of a few large pizzas to share. Good sized pizzas, delivered on time. Ordering and delivery worked well. The pizzas varied from reasonably tasty to bland but all were far too soggy. Difficult to eat by hand as they just flopped. Coldslaw was mediocre. I wouldn't go back here by choice.

Went for a quick eat as we didn't have much time inbetween our tour and going out went hear and I stood for about 15 mins for our pizza to be made to be told it had to be re made ... but i heard the boy ask the staff who make them why it wasn't made ! Then I ad o stand about 20 mins bearing in mind I've got back problems so ended up in agony as then I asked for garlic dip which played £1 for not to get it but got the free one u get with pizza then they did the same with another lady as they did to me but she got offered a free drink comical as she was local.... then I got back to our hotel and our pizza wasn't even cooked properly so had to go in the bin waste of money Defo would never go back

2 x pizza en mi camino a Inverness, estaba lista alrededor de 20 últimos 6, fui a recoger me dijeron era un remake, pero sería de 10 minutos. No tener un lugar donde estar en 7 pero todavía estaba bien para el tiempo. Después de esperar más de 20 minutos estaba un poco frustrado. 10 a 7 y no vi ninguna señal así que decidí que necesitaba para cancelar, la chica de pelo verde con aspecto que habían estado sirviendo me llevó a la vuelta de la esquina elegido dos pizzas y tirarlos en el mostrador y entramos en mí. We came here after a concert and saw a deal of buy one get one free, so we ordered a vegetarian pizza and a chicken pizza, only to be told that there was no chicken! Also there was no pepperoni either, so we ordered a meat pizza that came without pepperoni and a side of wedges. We had to wait more than the advised 15 minutes and in that time, a girl who ordered cookies online was told that there were no cookies available and that the money would be refunded in the next few days.

The food was due to arrive at 9. I phoned at 9 15 to ask why it hadn't arrived and was told it was already on its way (I live a 5 minute drive away). At 9 45 half of my food arrived and the driver didn't seem to have any idea he was even late let alone why he only had half my order or why it was stone cold.

My family were staying in inverness and ordered a delivery from dominos. This is were it all then went wrong, we were in a hotel so we're watching the delivery updates so we didn't miss the driver. Upon it saying it had arrived I went to meet driver, there was no sign after 20 minutes wait called the store and was told this delivery info hasn't worked in months and pizzas would be around 10 minutes. Thought no probs however another 20 minute still no pizza. We were now over an hour with still no pizza. It arrived about 5 minutes later and it was stone cold. Called the store who took 10 minutes to find the order on system and stated they would sent new pizzas with 40 minutes and a voucher for price of order. It took over 45 minutes and no voucher instead a free bottle of coke, which none of my family drink. Raised a complaint and still waiting week later to hear back.AVOID USING AWFUL SERVICE AND PIZZA NOT WORTH IT.

Would give no stars if I could. Used to love dominos and the service, but it has gone downhill recently. Last week my brother ordered 2 pizzas, two sides and 2 ice creams. He received both pizzas and only one side - the side also had half eaten chicken bits in it. Tonight I ordered a pizza and an ice cream, but did not receive the ice cream. Sick of this service I called the dominos and complained about all of this, only to be hung up on the other end. Pizzas usually also come luke warm and go cold quickly. Delivery is slow.

Food arrived luke warm and I was given a little attitude from the delivery driver as the address on the Dominos website was Thistle Hotel rather than Jurys Inn. Still, it doesn't take much to figure out if you know Inverness like a delivery driver should.

As we are a family of four we decided that a couple of medium pizzas, wedges and garlic bread would suffice to feed us for the night. The actual food was okay, but the price we had to pay for it was far too much considering the amount and the quality of the food we ordered. Next time we'll be getting our pizza from somewhere less pricey i think.

I was staying in an Inverness hotel and ordered a Dominos pizza to be delivered there. It arrived on time and was really tasty. I would recommend Inverness branch of Dominos.

Gave Dominos a second chance after a diabolical service in January only to be let down again. An hour and a half wait, then it turned up freezing and missing part of the order. Never again!!!!!!

In Inverness this Dominos is one of a chain, so every Dominos throughout the UK, may not be as good as this establishment, and it all depends on the team on duty, because I have noticed variations in pizzas, with different teams. However, I went into the shop for the pizza, they are having difficulties with online orders, and they need more drivers to deliver the orders, and the serving staff get overwhelmed, especially when they can`t read or manage the tills or order names etc. The food, I have found is good, the base dough is made elsewhere, one place is in Penrith, then the dough is stretched and the pizza made in the shop by a team to order. As usual, with these places if you can`t get the right hard working, competent, staff, who will work for little, the product presentation and delivery, may suffer on some days. Overall at this one Dominos in inverness, when I have gone into the shop, and got my order, the pizza has been to my liking and yummy.

Ordered a pizza and potato wedges to be delivered at 18.45. Still no sign at 19.10 but the app was saying "delivered" so phoned up and they said it's way and would be here in 15 minutes maximum. Still no sign 25 minutes later. Phoned up again and he said it was on its way and would be 15 minutes maximum. Pizza and potato wedges finally arrived an hour late. Completely cold! The pizza was supposed to be "Hawaiian" but there was hardly any cheese on it, mainly tomato sauce and there was no pineapple at all. Also ordered it to have extra ham and there was no where near enough ham in the first place never mind "extra". Not the first time this has happened either. Very very poor service

We were staying at the pentahotel across the road and were disappointed with the food there and Sarah who took our order on the 01/012017 night time was a pleasure to speak to and renewed our faith that Inverness people as she was both efficient and took the time to find the right deal for two weary and slightly drunk tourists I hope I have got the right girl who served us our name on the order was woods

Ordered a pizza circa 1830 on Saturday night, 1945 still no sign of it, checked the app and said STILL IN PREP!! Phoned them and after 15mins of the line just ringing a young girl answered and explained that there is a hour waiting for pizza.. No where does it tell you this. she does apologize but then says it will be a further hour! 2035 - Pizza arrives! We only ordered one!! Will be thinking twice about there again.

Ich war alleine unterwegs und daher nicht auf ein ausgedehntes Abendessen zu haben. Es gibt hier 3 Barhocker, die zum Warten gedacht sind, wo man aber auch Essen kann. Die Pizza war super, der Betrieb beindruckend, der Deal unübertrefflich (GBP 9 für eine Riesenpizza bei Selbstabholung) und die Bedienung fix und sehr freundlich.

Ordered a pizza online to pic up sat nite at 9, by about 9:30 they are still saying its in the oven, people waiting in cue for pic up said they are 1hr late , no sign of a manager to say what's actually going on, so had to cancel the pizza at 9:45 and go and find some other food for our group, was a total joke with no sign of leadership to tell the staff or customers what's going on!

We could not find an open restaurant late on a Sunday night and our hotel was no longer serving. My husband came up with the brilliant idea of calling Dominos. They were extremely friendly and offered delivery to our hotel. The pizza arrived exactly as ordered in a reasonable time. Thereby saving the night. Thank you Dominos!

I think there may be a shortage of drivers at the moment Domino's hasnt been delivering for months now. They will lose a lot of business if its a permanent change,Pizza are ok, sometimes they are burned, sometimes they are undercooked, but one thing they always are is expensive. It doesnt matter what offers you take up, or what vouchers you have, you always seem to spend £15 - £20 on one pizza.There is the two-for-one Tuesday offer which is quite popular, but as Im single it is impossible for me to consume two big pizzas. I think the pizzas should just be half price on a Tuesday instead. If you think about it it's technically the same offer, but I guess the way they have it set up helps them get rid of more pizzas.

My experience has been getting tasty pizza delivered quickly from this Domino's. Delivery guys are always friendly and we've had plenty of good value offers. Well worth a call.

I had just checked in to my B & B and it started raining. Ordered pizza and it was delivered in 30 mins. My advice would be to order it before the rush hour starts.

Ordered a pizza tonight, was waiting about 40 mins, then I called Dominos and they said that they already have been at my house and called my number, when they didn't. They asked about my address and my phone number about 3 times. There were 4 people at my house, and no one heard 'the bell'. Liars !

Ordered tonight, via the internet, at 18.05 for delivery at 18.45. When the pizzas didn't arrive I called the restaurant, at 19.00, and spoke with Mariusz who explained that they were busy. I suggested that they really ought to tell customers that delivery times were only estimates and that they should call us and tell us if they could not fulfil the order on time. I also asked Mariusz how customers could be expected to continue to use Domino's when the service is so poor. Mariusz's comment was that we do not need to continue to use the service! Readers can draw their own conclusions regarding Mariusz's attitude to customer service.We called again at 19.25, to be told that the driver could not find our house, which is 15 yards down a drive, and had returned to the restaurant. In fairness, it transpired that they did try to call us sometime after 7pm, but a friend had placed the order and had left both his home 'phone number and mobile contact number. The driver had tried only the home number, but our friend's dad was confused and told them he was not interested in pizza tonight! So a new delivery (we had to ask for fresh pizzas to be made as Mariusz had planned to send the original pizzas out again) was scheduled for 19.55 and arrived at 20.00!

I stayed at the Penta Hotel Inverness in November (2014) and during the night I figured a pizza was what I needed. I knew that a Pizza Hut was a few hundred metres up the road, but there was a Domino's Pizza place just straight across the road so laziness prevailed and I headed to Doms. The deals were impressive so with an extra pizza underarm I went back to my room and I have to say I was less than impressed. I always expect my mushrooms, chicken pieces and all the other stuff to stay on the slice, but all the toppings just fall off whenever a slice was picked up. Next time I will overcome the laziness and make that dash up the road where I know I can expect my toppings to hang onto the slice when I pick it up and still be on the pizza slice as it travels into the great void which is my mouth.There was a tremendous amount of staff in the Domino's Pizza place so I can't understand that between them all why they couldn't get it right. Got a text message today from dominos any sized pizza for 9.99 with a side and went for it what a bloody rip off never felt so conned in my life. turns out you dont get the side with it you have to pay for the side as well and its not any size you only get the offer with a large it cost 47 quid for 3 of us so not only did i have to nearly take out a bank loan to get the pizza mine was cold and my mates pizza base was hard and tasted like a cream cracker over all worst pizza ever but basically don't listen to a dominos SPECIAL OFFER its not special its just a way to get more money out of you and get rid of there crap pizzas.

Very friendly staff on the counter, One young lad in particular is always friendly. always accommodate my requests for "use clean cutters" and change there gloves to avoid cross contamination for vegetarian pizzas!

Much more better than some others pizza's chain restaurants. Take advantage of the special offers on tuesday nights.
