Disgusting ordered curry and chips, it was cold the curry was sat out in a disgusting cold plastic tub when i complained it got thrown in the microwave and sent back. Its a vile place that wouldn't be here if it wasn't for drunks keeping them in business and not knowing any better, they look at you like your vermin It needs closed they don't care about their customers its a dirty disgusting place they should be made to put up their improvement required sign. I WILL NEVER GO BACK

My first and last time in here ever. Went in here for a large portion of chips on Wednesday with two other friends. Got charged £8.50 for the chips I thought I had paid for all my mates stuff but no then they got charged and then after I got my chips man tried to charge me again. I refused then After all that I got out and my mate said outside that’s a small portion of chips. con artists and scammers simply.

ordered a jumbo sausage, chips and a tub of cheese and received an awful burnt pizza , a black pudding, awful chips and my cheese had a bug in it do not recommend at all even if your on the worst hangover better jjst going to the shop and getting a pot noddle. terrible

DONT GO HERE me and my friend both got food poisoning! I went in and told them about it they was all being cheeky to me and also they laughed like seriously it’s not a funny matter so if you are planning to go here don’t risk it.

had chicken pakora that was not chicken at all was more like seagulls feet, also the garlic mayo was horrendous can still smell it yet will not be returning

Meat is not real meat worst kebab I have had. Put to much garlic mayo on got charged by hotel due to room smelling so badly

I am allergic to onions and as I pointed this out to staff I thought it was understood when I ordered but came home and found I have some kind of meat that is full of onions...bad service, food I can’t eat without severe allergic reaction, and thrown in the bin. .never again! Paramount to poisoning for me!

Went in to this dump after a night out because it was the only place open and the young girl behind the counter tried to charge us £26 for 1x kebab, 1x onion rings and some chicken pakora. Clearly trying to take advantage of some boys because we had’ had a drink thinking we’d pay. Asked for a receipt to justify the prices which we were refused to see any such item??. We were then bluffed that they would lock us in and would get the police phoned because the food was already getting cooked but we hadn’t paid yet. After a short argument a man from behind the counter let us leave whilst apologising to us.. A 1 star terrible review doesn’t even do this place justice and going by the other reviews this type of attitude is common with this cesspit.

Food was 45 mins late, delivery driver was rude when he eventually arrived! Food was almost cold, not even an offer of money off next order! Will never order again! Stick to AKz folks!

This takeaway and owner are disgusting. Watch your money carefully if going here. Most people visit here after a night out where the staff/owner think they can take advantage and try con you out of paying for your order twice claiming money has never changed hands. After speaking with others this appears to be a common theme within top kapi! They are liars and robbing bastards.

Expensive rubbish served in a box. Wish I had read other reviews. Got takeaway kebab . When opened up box of luke warm food found a miserable portion (probably a blessing in disguise) of dried up chicken. Served with cabbage and lettuce. Dinner meat tasted of salt and to top it off they had the cheek to charge me 8.50 . Needless to say it all went in the bin as even the dog wouldn't eat it. Back to the drawing board to find a decent kebab takeaway in Inverness

Ordered chicken and cheese pizza. Got home to find it was chicken and mushroom! Me and my partner both hate mushroom!

The staff were friendly and the food was as expected, we were pleased to try out a munchie box at last...

Patatas fritas y queso ordenados después de trabajar hasta tarde una noche y me cobraron 2 libras de queso! Las patatas fritas eran frías y queso estaba congelado. Pedimos papas fritas y fueron tomadas a través de la vuelta a meter en lo que hizo las patatas fritas sabor horrible! Pedimos a algunos papas fritas con queso no. Dieron media porción de patatas fritas, así que pedí dinero a algunos de los que nos dijeron que no estaban cobrado esa cantidad en el primer lugar. Él luego consultó con sus colegas y regresar y admitió que estaba equivocado y le reembolsará el 2 Libras que fue pagado por el queso con actitud. Mientras este todo iba en el cliente siguiente había pedido es que podía pagar con tarjeta, ella era miraban entonces dijeron que sí. Le dieron comida y estaba esperando el pago para ser "procesados" que nos llevó más de 5 minutos. En el extremo él dijo que tendría que pagar en efectivo porque la máquina no funcionaba. Me explicó que no tenía por lo tanto paga con tarjeta, él entonces comenzó a este cliente un mendigo y ser extremadamente grosero. Entonces, él añadió dinero al precio que tenía el primer pedido. Esto fue una vez la peor llevar en Inverness y volví con intoxicación alimenticia de una pizza de pollo Tikka de hace cinco años. comida para llevar especiales son muy pocas han sido ligeramente mejor que la media con tiempos de entrega muy rápidos. Probablemente en una pat con AKZ, que está sobre el estándar para Inverness (no alto).

Just had one of the worst chicken kebabs ever.no taste poorly presented and undercooked.such a disappointment.this place was great when it first opened.recommended it to everyone.has really gone downhill.need a decent kebab shop in Inverness.I drive to Nairn.worth the time and miles for smashing food.

Only suitable for when your sooooooo drunk, that you have no idea what it is your eating. Oh and sometimes you seem to come away with less change than at first expected.

Got it delivered and it took over 6 hours to arrive. I phoned Top Kapi after 3 hours and 17 minutes to ask if the delivery man had got lost or had maybe suffered an irreparable flat tyre on his 1 litre super bike. I was called a "puto" in return to my reasonable question. I phoned again another 19 minutes later to be told it was going to be with me shortly and will also include a side of spit, cum and seagull excrement. When it arrived I was disappointed to find a human hand in the box, not only was the hand rather large and awkwardly placed over my donner meat which so happens to be my favourite bit but the nails were not trimmed. Overall I was disappointed with the service and would not use again.

Best place for a chicken kebab after a night out - you can sit in or take away, it can get very busy when the pubs are closing, for me it is on the way to the Taxi rank

Yo he probado la tarta de macarrones, que era muy agradable, aunque era mi primera vez, así que no tienen comparación. Mi marido tenía un kebabs de pollo (que me apetecía cordero una hasta que vi el cordero), el pollo estaba bien pero no mucho más. Las patatas fritas eran lúgubre. No estoy seguro de lo que estaban cocinados en pero no como algo que he probado antes.

sorry but the food is crap annd youse don't even wash your hands thru the back is manky and you serve food round the back when the door staff are gone about 4am which is illegal the kitchen and toilets are minging to say the least i found blood at my table tip employ a cleaner boke

We have been buying our kebabs from here for years and always lovely , my daughter was visiting for a night and fancied a kebab from top kapi we all decided to join her , it was most disappointing ,The food was all mushed up topped with red cabbage that looked half cooked and the kebab had no flavour very very disappointed this horrible meal cost us £23 and we threw it on the bin !Will never return .

we have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. we must have tried everything on their menu and it's all good. owner and staff cheerful and helpful. try the margarita pizza, you will love it!

Popped in here for pizza and chips, friendly staff and the pizza was made fresh in front me! Also noticed that all the food in the counter look fresh, clean and everything organized which is a nice change from what you usually see in kebeb shops! Will definitely come back.
