DONT BOTHER!!! How can they get a cheese + tomato pizza wrong??? Look at the screenshot taken from their website and what was delivered. Nearly all just cooked bread, and a bit of tomato × cheese! Totally disappointed - 19th September 2014

Great Dunmow Essex: Ordered last night and it arrived cold. When cold, it ruins the entire order. It was tasteless, hardened and the extra topping I asked for wasn't applied. It was like eating cardboard, just dire. These pizzas aren't cheap. The least you could do is get the order to me in time.

do not even think about it we waited and hour and had to call them since it said it was delviered. waved at the driver and he drove somewhere else and came back about 15 mins later. the pizza was not great and i only ate a few slices, those few slices gave made me very sick and my friend pizza also made him ill. avoid

Ordered 2 pizzas online. They delivered 3 pizzas, none of which were the ones we had ordered. They were freezing cold as they had been sent from their Streatham branch - it appears this one isn't even operational anymore. None of their phone numbers work. Avoid.

We have ordered online for delivery many times in the last year. It always arrives piping hot, no heating up required and within 30 mins.

Phoned order in told 25mins arrived 5 mins early asked for my order he just put it on counter asked for money and turned around wot a ignorant man got food home was stone cold chips were cold and raw kebab meat was like rubber avoid at all cost

Was wary of getting food from these type of establishments Papa John's Lansdowne Bournemouth noticed the guy making pizza also operating till what would happen if cash sale handling dirty money then making your pizza no gloves no hand washing before how can this be allowed pizza wasn't even fully baked in my view seems I was right about these places

I just had the worst time with this place I will never order from this company again I just worked a 14 hr job and got off the people had me pay twice on the phone for an order then told me that my payment was successfully tranferd and then the woman on the phone said my transaction was unsuccessful i watch my bank account get 40+ removed from my account and they then tranferd my call to a local dominos and decided to put me on hold to evoid the issue that I was having my family doesn't need to rely on our once favorite pizza service and we will not be takin advantage of again by this neglect people I will not be robbed by this company il wait for the 24-48 hrs to receive my money back if not by then I will contact the proper authorities. Do not order from this place in mere green was promised a free pizza but yhis horrible rude woman said there was nothing on notes terrible service rubbish cold food and they lie to get u off phone disgusting overpriced rubbish

It was a delivery over an hour and 15 mins for deliveryso i cancelled after an hour. Ordered on the app as i have before and it added burger sauce which wasnt listed om my order only when i refused it and he was told to deliver anyway did i realise so unfortunatelty had to bin, struggled to find burger sauce on app.. not ordering on app again, probably not from dominos either even thogh i do like the pizza.

Very poor service, delivery over 1 hour. Cold pizza and cookies. Only 6 chicken strippers and hardly any chips - complete rip off for 11.99 Will think about ordering from here next time

I went down to the shop to get buy1 get one fee which was advertised on the shop window went to order and they would not onner the advert I rung head office and they where no help I would stay away from domino's and go somewhere else just lost a very good customer as we go there evey week

Noticed they had a 'Nduja Pizza , love this Italian spreadable Salami Sausage - well wherever this one comes from I'm pretty certain that it isn't Calabria - if you can imagine a flat bread spread with cat food and Tabasco then I am thinking this would be close - Avoid at all costs ! It is that horrendous , whoever did the NPD work on it needs shooting immediately . Also their prices have risen considerably and you now cant get the 50 % discount unless you use an App which not all of us have access to . Complained to Dominos H O and they blamed the store as Franchises - so now you know , if you want to pay approx. twice as much as Giovanis do for their quality sit down Pizza then buy from Dominos in Crewe -

Absolutely disgraceful service! We rang with our order to be told they had no tandoori chicken. So we had to change our order. The order came and was all wrong. We rang them back and asked for a new pizza and wedges to be sent! We had to wait an hour for this! My little boy was supposed to enjoy he’s take away with us but instead had to sit and eat on he’s own! We spent a lot of money ! The woman on the other end of the phone could not understand a word of English. I’m not happy at all! Your customer service is awful!
