The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

Very bad service after one hour waiting for food more 30 mins they said driver on the way food test is rubbish as well. Never gone order again.

Terrible service. The food arrived cold & the pizzas were underbaked so called to inform of this only to be told no manager so would get one to call back. No call back, so ended up calling 7 times. Each time I would not get to speak to manager & the person on the end on the phone was incredibly rude. They accused me of lying & told me it wasn’t their problem. Was told also that the manager would call me back but never did. Appalling service!

food was late missing my dips stuff crust and onion rings rang the restaurant to be told it was 15 minutes away 40 mins later rang again to be told it was nearly there then arrives with items missing total disgrace

Bulk meat is always good. Delicious as always. 👍🏻

Don't order delivery here! You'll be wasting your money. I waited outside for the delivery man and he came back because he couldn't find me. I didn't get my money back

Delivery food to wrong address and then claim it was right address

Ordered pizza for collection. Website was up and running, took my payment, but when I went to the restaurant it was closed and information online suggests it might be insolvent. Disgraceful that they didn’t shut down the website and continue to accept orders when the actual location doesn’t even operate.

Asistí al almuerzo buffet con mi esposa después de unos años de no visitar aquí. El edificio es ahora un poco anticuado y parecía que podría hacer con una reforma. Tienes que ser experto en tecnología para comer aquí ahora ya que aparentemente ordenar solo se puede hacer a través de la ap. No es una gran idea para mí, pero presumiblemente funciona para ellos. Una vez que superamos ese obstáculo nos sentamos y comimos, la ensaladera fue genial como siempre lo ha sido. El buffet de pizza era muy agradable, pero tienden (no estoy seguro de si a propósito) a ser lentos sacando algunas pizzas frescas. Parecía ser una eternidad esperando una pizza de peperoni y se fue casi tan pronto como salió. Habiendo dicho que tenía un montón de Tom comer y sin duda obtuvo una buena relación calidad-precio. Volveré, pero quizás no me apresure por un tiempo.

Terrible customer service. Ordered kickers didn’t get them with my delivery, when I rang up said I would get a refund which I never got, then they said would give a £10 voucher when I next ring for delivery. When I next ring up to order they said there’s no voucher against my number. Appalling customer service.

This was the worst service I have ever experienced. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to order from here under any circumstances. Honestly, if you were on your deathbed and this pizza was supposed to save you, it would be better to accept your fate — that’s how terrible the experience was. Absolutely unacceptable.

Really disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Papa John’s. The pizza I received was awful — the crust was so thin it was practically paper, and the onions tasted off. I also ordered potato tots, and they arrived completely cold. The food took around 30 minutes to arrive and felt rushed and low-quality overall. I called the store directly to complain, but they told me they couldn’t offer a refund — only a replacement order. Honestly, after how bad the first one was, I didn’t want to risk getting another poor-quality meal. I expected better customer service, especially when the whole order was clearly not up to standard. Won’t be ordering again unless something changes. Really disappointed.

Don't listen to the negative comments as this place is amazing best kebabs in wigan and even better burgers can't wait to try more of your stuff, your kebabs bring me back to when I was little kid and one of my favorite places used to serve like you guys amazing food 11/10 !!!

Pizza was cold we called up for some dips as it did not registered on app when spoke to the branch the person did not speak English manager so called came on said he couldn't give us dips a a complimentary we couldn't pay he said after ordering it will never order from Papa J again spent 40 quid too

Not a big pizza fan but was pleasantly surprised, especially with the salad bar selection. Staff vey friendly, special mention to Tracy who looked after us well. Only disappointment, no thin crust pizza option. Surprised as thin crust is widely sold at all supermarkets & other shops presumably as it’s popular.
