Took over an hour when it arrived it was luke warm chips was soggy and so was garlic bread

Pizza has really gone down hill over the years. Pizza was hard and stale on delivery.

Don't try and get pizza 30 minutes before closing. Crap attitude and bad pizza

I am furious with the customer service at the store. I phoned in after an hour of my order confirmation coming through as there had been no updates on my order other than 'order placed'. When I called, they said they hadn't received it and there must be technical issues so they would call the area manager. I asked if they would take my number to call me back when they had an update but they said no, I had to call them. So I called back and spoken to a different person and he told me to email the confirmation through so that they could check. He repeatedly gave me the wrong email address, so after 5 attempts at the email, I said I'll come and collect to make it easier and show them when I get there. I explained that I'd give my order so they can start preparing as I live 10 mins away. He refused to start until I'd shown him the email. I explained that I didn't think my request was unreasonable considering the time I've waited already. He still refused, so I asked for a refund and he just told me to go on the app and do it, which I still haven't worked out how to do.

the cheesy garlic bread didn't really have any cheese but was great garlic flavour and cooked to perfect soft and crispiness. the pizza was the highlight wish I'd bought a bigger one

Absolutely shocking! Asked for no onion it was literally covered in it.. Freezing cold, we live less than 5 minutes in a car! Pizza hard & tasteless Garlic bread & cheese.. where was the cheese? Chips, raw & soggy Kebab meat barely cooked

Nice 👍 and a free cheesy garlic bread too. Only knocked 2 stars off as their was no lettuce or onion on the burgers & the chips had lots of paprika on (no need) no tomato sauce pots that we paid for.

After ordering my food I looked at all of the reviews and was quite worried. To be fair., my pizza was crispy, well cooked and very tasty. The only negative is that they maybe shouldn’t refer to the ham as prosciutto as it’s not, it’s reform ham. Other than that all good

Apparently they don’t have their own delivery drivers any more and delivered cold food. I need to collect if I want to rectify the situation. Avoid

I got the meal deal and to be honest i thought it was not good the meal was just warm the garlic bread with cheese was like cardboard the chips awful The meat fast was ok and the onion rings ok not home made Very disappointed again as this has happened before but did not complain that time so when it happened again I thought it was right to let people know 😞

La pasta estaba a medio cocinar no estaba caliente estaba un poco fría, las pizzas insípidas , el lugar estaba tan frío , los platos podrían haber estado calientes como la comida se enfrió como no estaba caliente de todos modos la barra de ensaladas pobre estaba realmente vacía no se llenó durante algún tiempo , No vale la pena el dinero mejor de lo que estamos
