Food was very good and delicious 😋. And there staff was also very kind with us and there service was very good and there atmosphere is also very good it was very good experience

£5 for delivery of your own product to your local customers, a little bit too much as the pizza is not the cheapest !! Nice but not that nice . Seems they do not like real reviews . So i have given them one star for good measure .

It’s a real shame. This used to be the best pizza in town, now it’s just awful. I have been using them for 20+ years… It used to be authentic, true Italian pizza that tasted amazing and used fresh quality ingredients, now unfortunately it tastes like they have changed their ingredients suppliers or are cost cutting but the last 4-5 times it’s just gone so downhill. The pizzas now make you feel pretty bloated in the morning, which it never used to. It’s unfortunate that I need to write this but it’s sadly just not as it was.

I dont normally leave bad reviews but we’ve Just had a Basilico pizza delivery from East Sheen. Not good. I tried to call the given tel number to rectify but it’s not available and does not connect. Pizza base must have been pre cooked, it was dry and too crisp. The dough balls also must have been pre cooked and then deep fried. Disgusting and inedible rocks of dough. Expensive for 1 x 13” pizza and 6 dough rocks £33.00. Never again.

Reliably delicious pizza. More expensive than most but definitely worth it. Lovely crispy base, high quality ingredients and loads of toppings to choose from.

I am finally giving up on this outfit, ok pizzas (but not great) but the service is truly TERRIBLE. They have delivery windows which they totally ignore. So you click the 8-8.30 window and it arrives at 7.30. When you're not there. Brilliant!

We've had delicious pizza! They saved us as it was the only place open after 10pm. They were so lovely letting us eat in at the only table they had inside. Their service was really good and we really recommend their food!

Once upon a time (maybe 2or 3 years ago) this used to be a great pizza delivery business it's now worse than terrible, save your money and go anywhere else for a pizza. last time was poor but I resolved to allow them a bad day, but the pizza's do not resemble the images online, it was under cooked and badly / meanly covered, and its not like they're cheap. If I EVER order another pizza from them it's my fault for being a complete plonker. Can only assume the franchise has been taken over by people who a) don't eat pizza, and b) really don't care about the rubbish they deliver. Next time if I'm hungry and can't be bothered to cook, I'm going to bed hungry rather than waste hard earned money on this pap.

I recently visited there and I was extremely over the moon with the pizza I had. It was by far the best pizza I have ever had - the pizza was yummy, the tomato sauce was tasty and huge amount of cheese could save it. Try this place and you will never be disappointed. Worth of money!

They serve very tasty Italian pizza and reasonable price and as a new management, they take care customer properly but the main problem was the Takeaway basement business that challenges them to hosting eat-in customer.

I’ve now been many times and it’s been great on each occasion.Delicious because they use proper wood oven to make proper pizza.Definitely would eat there again and highly recommend to others.😊

Per fortuna uno dei miei amici ha raccomandato questo posto e mi sono innamorato appena ho assaggiato la pizza. Questo era la prima volta che ho avuto una pizza buona come quello del mio passe. Se volete una pizza italiana autentica, questo è il posto per voi😍 Il posto e molto facile da trovare perché la pizzeria è situata vicino alla strada principale. Il pizzaiolo era molto veloce a preparare la pizza è il posto e molto pulito. E ho notato che ogni volta che tagliava la pizza usava un tagliatore nuovo per evitare contaminazioni di carni o sugo. Ci sono tante opzioni pure per vegetariani e i prezzi sono buoni. Consiglio questo posto 100% quindi non mancate❤️

Extremely expensive for what it is. I understand they are a business but to make a pizza doesn't cost more than 2 £ if using only fresh and organic products. Expensive, Raw or burned, no customer service. There are more options around.

We had a delivery from Deliveroo The pizza boxes had been on their sides as the toppings had moved across the boxes revealing a barely cooked base I’m going to keep it short The worst pizza I’ve ever had Lacklustre and clearly made with zero fks
