Kings Pizza in Calderdale

Pizza was hard and cold and the cake had mold on it. Will not be ordering from here again as my sister could get extremely unwell as she is pregnant

The pizza was rock hard and the cake had mold on it and my girlfriend is 28 weeks pregnant it’s a joke it could cause harm to the baby

Disappointed. We got a MEGA donner, came with horrible tasting donner and a few chips not worth the money. The chicken tikka twisters didn’t have no chicken tikka in just salad. Would not advise to go to this takeaway at all.

Is this really how a pizza that took an hour and 20 minutes at arrive should look??? Order via JustEat and and when asked for a refund received this message - The restaurant isn't going to give you any money back for your delayed order. They say: "We're really sorry your order wasn't delivered on time. We're really sorry your order was late. We hope you enjoyed your food." Are you kidding me? I never leave bad reviews but this is a joke. I didn’t even want the full order refunding, just the £7 for the pizza. I called and called over the delivery time and not once did I get an answer, just user busy the whole time, an actual joke, so disappointed. Not only was the pizza all beaten up, but it wasn’t even nice, £11.40 straight in the bin, and an order from Turkish Delight swiftly placed and received in perfect condition (and on time) to prove even further that it can be one. Save your the money and order from somewhere good. Next time just refund me.

got a notification saying food had left half hour later it still hadnt areived 35 mins it took to get to us when i rung was told the driver had 4 other deliverys at the same time when the food got to us my cheesy chips were missing and everything was cold the onion bargis were not fresh its like they was warmed up! never again

Made a collection order and the guys rang me 15 min earlier to tell me that my order was ready to pickup. The service has improved a lot

So we got bolognese cheesy chips, which I didn’t really like as they were more curry than bolognese... but my boyfriend really liked them and ate them all, so maybe they’re just an acquired taste, - they are very spicy though so if you’re expecting traditional bolognese maybe don’t go for them. The meat feast pizza we got was delicious though, we haven’t had good pizza in a while from other places, so it was a nice change! definitely recommend.

I wrote a review the other day saying food never arrived, the food arrived 10 minutes later and I wrote the review as just eat said it had been delivered. re ordered today and my donner meat was really good and was delivered just over half an hour early.

Food was nasty. I ordered a Chicken tikka masala, it tasted sour and there was no yoghurt in it. My mum ordered a keema curry which also tasted sour. The food arrived on time but swimming in oil at the bottom of the bag. I will not be ordering from here again

Donner meat was hard and dry. Only decent thing was the chips.

Only ordered from here because my usual takeaway was closed didn't expect much but I must say I really did enjoy my meal and definitely will be ordering again. Loved the service and the food.

No puddings available, asked for chilli sauce and onions on kebab turned up with nothing on, given the wrong pizza then had to wait for a new pizza to be delivered.

Absolutely shocking experience. Ordered food at 17:44, the restaurant change added 15 minutes to the delivery time making it 18:45. Called at 18:52 to see where my order was. I was informed my food was ready, but they were waiting for a driver. I called again at 19:10 and was told it was on its way, then received a call from the driver at 19:13 saying he was stuck in traffic, I asked him specifically where he was as I can see the road from my house, there was no traffic. At all. my food finally arrived (barely warm) at 19:20. The only apology I was given was when my partner was taking the order from the driver once delivered. We're both appalled at the length of time and the lack of customer service. I won't be ordering from here again...

Hope their Pizzas are better. Firstly was late, the naan bread was burnt, korma tasted worse than Asdas own brand and the chicken in the burger was really hard. Also to charge an extra pound for cheesy chips that have the lightest sprinkle of cheese on is ridiculous. Awful, would not order again.

curry good as usual but what's going on with the mint sauce? tastes of Lemmon and garlic. used to be nice but just not to my taste now. lemon and garlic? feel like peter Kay talking about cheesecake.

As a 1st time customer I really enjoy my mixed kebab and cheese Chios only down fall is didn't like ther yougert sauce but hey ho fully recommend

Food was back to the normal good quality standard. Only let down was delivery was not made at time stated was 29 minutes late.

Always our favourite meals wouldnt go elsewhere for donner meat. Great as usual and plenty of it.

Have food from them quite a bit and normally food is excellent, unfortunately tonight's pizza was a let down. The pizza was disgusting, tasted of scented soap. Not the normal standard.

Never have a problem with delivery. Food excellent as usual. Love the chicken burger and its proper chicken. Fella loves the burger just done to perfection.

Great service as usual, chicken pakoras were slightly overcooked and the garlic naan needed more garlic! Other than that, the meal was lovely!

Nothing special but be careful, the drinks can gave me a bite from an insect!

Really enjoyed our food from here But unfortunately we had to complain at the fact my partner found two staples in his salad.

Well over an hour and a half for 2 slices of (different to what we ordered) cake & 2 milkshakes 👎🏻 and still waiting 😤

Food was stone cold .. The only thing that was warm were the cans of pop! Chips looked over cooked but were still hard in the middle. Not impressed

Nice pizza comes hot and usually on time Milkshakes all taste the same, also ordered BBQ sauce which is payed extra and the pizza came without, they never usually come to the flat door and usually just expect you to walk to the car outside

Always top notch....tried something new again and not disappointed! Always honest about delivery times (even when longer than we would like) And always nice when they recognise you when you've moved!!! Haha loyal customer now for nearly 4 years!

Used this takeaway due to word of mouth, so disappointed!! Ordered it and was due at 21.10 then delayed for a extra 15 minutes then turned up eventually at 21.35 cold! The poppadoms were chewy, chips were soggy and garlic bread was freezing! Will not be using yourselves again.
