The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

Shocking food! Ordered a chicken wrap meal and a cheese burger meal and my wrap come without any sauce, lettuce or anything else! The chicken was just hard crispy scraps and there was no real amount of chicken in the fried pieces of chicken! Will not be ordering again from them!

They changed the wings and it’s not good spicy and rather disappointed in this tbf

I've just placed an order and the money went through and now all of a sudden they cancelled it and i tried to ring them and no answer

Well for everyone who want to order food in one of that late nights, this is not the wright place . The food was disgusting, I can't even eat it.. and I order nachos N burger wich the meat don't was enaf cooked, and I order barbecue wings ..they bring me chicken strips🙄🙄🤮 , and pay 24 £ .. for this ..to throw in rubbish... , and I not fossy, thinking out there people starv, but this u can't eat it...

Waited an hour an a half phoned no answer 2 hours no answer ringing an ringing absolute joke our take away didn't turn up not impressed

The manager of this restaurant in Kew was not friendly, we came on Sunday 3rd Nov 2024 with more than 2 children, no children menu given, he asks us if we ready to order and says waiter will be with us in a min, no waiter came until I call one in 20 mins, our order what’s been placed and then deleted somehow which made us wait another 30 mins for the second order placed, kids started getting upset from hunger, no apologies. We missed our last entry to Kew Gardens because of the delays and felt this place is either understaffed or has some organizational issues. The waiters seems to be working too hard and stressed out. Not a happy place to go with kids sadly even though we love pizza express at other locations.

Lots of staff but no one seemed to be allocated our table. Took over half hour just to get a drink an hour to take the order and then more food was not available than available!! No apology throughout from the waitress and no warning that so many popular food items were missing. Surely you say this as you hand out a menu at the beginning. When stacking glasses and chatting becomes priority over serving a table of 6 people who've come to celebrate two children's birthdays, they can't expect us to return to that branch!

Came here for dinner at the Beverley restaurant and the food was fantastic really enjoyed it all, we had the pleasure of been served by Paul, he made us feel really welcome was super friendly and gave us some good recommendations from the menu, made the whole experience better. Thanks again Paul.
