ignore bad reviews only place we use for food and it’s nice the man who’s posted a photo saying it’s horrible but clearly eat half of it made me laugh😂

Visited here with my husband for a buffet lunch. The service was fantastic, the manager was very friendly and greeted us with a huge smile!! He came over after 5 mins to check everything was ok with the buffet also. One of the best pizza huts weve been to. Food was also lovely and would visit again!

Pizza express? more like pizza delay. 1 hour for a pizza, absolute joke. When you explain to them you have a time to meet for an important appointment, and they grasp the basic understanding of the appointment. No compensation or discount for the major delay, call themselves professionals. Might as well of got a pizza and put it in the oven myself for that time. Do not come!!!!

Came late, cold, not round anymore and half the size. Not worth the money. Love Pizza Hut but I wouldn’t get take away again from there. Dominos win the take away side of things

What a waste of space. Me and my partner booked a table for 730pm this evening, but we never even got a drink 😂 After 25 minutes of waiting, and being told by a young lad that he will be with us soon, it never happened. All young kids work here, with no sense of urgency at all. We got up to leave, and I told some lad in a white and black stripy outfit we were leaving because we had been waiting so long for someone to take a drinks order. He said they were trying the best they can and to have a good evening. The place wasn’t even busy!!! The staff obviously need retrained, as the service is so poor. Everyone seems to float about without a care in the world. Without naming the brand, we ended up going next door where I had our drinks within 5 minutes, and our food within 15 minutes. Not a good example of your brand Pizza Express. You need to look into this store 👍

Ordered a pizza and got delivered with all toppings and cheese slid to one side, when i called them about the error they then argued with me and claimed it was my fault and not their drivers fault and then proceeded to hang up on me. That is no way to talk to your customers!

We had a nice table outside in the sunshine with a view across the Fal. After a long wait, we had to go and find a waitress to get her to come and take our order. Then there was an even longer wait and finally our pizzas came but it was well over 90 minutes since our arrival. The waitress was pleasant and the pizzas were fine but the delay means I will not be coming here again. Pizza Eventually would be a better name for this restaurant.
