The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in Yorkshire and The Humber

It did arrive fast sadly it made me throw up ,I need gluten free food and I am concerned that it is cross contamination .despite the speed it arrived the food made me feel sick , I won’t buy from dominoes pizza again very disappointed

Went to Pizza Hut for lunch today with my son. Around 1:45pm. There were a number of empty tables & booths & a number of occupied tables too. I asked the young lady if we could have a table or booth in a quieter part of the restaurant as my son is autistic & he can’t tolerate a lot of noise (he wears ear defenders to help) She explained that we could only have a two seater table which the ones we could have were in busy/noisy parts of the restaurant. I asked if we could have a booth or table in window that was quieter and I was told we could not as it’s a four seater and they aren’t allowed to sit 2 people on there. I explained again that my son is autistic, The lady’s response was still the same and we could not dine on one of the other bigger tables (which was much quieter and this would have made our experience at Pizza Hut more enjoyable) I choose not to dine in today as my son was getting stressed by this point. He was really hungry so I ordered take out for him. Which if he hadn’t been I would’ve not bothered ordering as I think it is disgusting that there is no policy for people with special needs. Especially such a world wide company like Pizza Hut. Absolutely appalling! Definitely would not recommend visiting here as a special needs family. I find that this was no fault of the young girl serving us as I imagine that she was just following procedures. She took my take out order and was very a pleasant.

Ordered veggie and American hot pizza for delivery to Premier Inn, Pickering. Food was delicious. Will order again when next in Pickering.

The food was terrible, it was ordered as a gift from my friend. When questioned I was told it wasn’t ordered from them, several calls later I went to the shop. I was told (I’m 43!) that I’d squashed the raw chips in my fingers...?!?!? Avoid!!!!!!!

I rang and explained what I wpuld like to order and the guy on the phone was very helpful. I explained that last time I had ordered cookie dough it was burnt and it had put me off ordering it again. He explained why this may have been the case and said he would be watching 👀 it and so I ordered two. I also said I was disappointed about my favourite base not being available but understood the explanation. I am so grateful for ordering as the guy had really listened to me and went the extra mile. The food was exceptionally quick, the cookie dough was not burnt and my pizza even had an extra touch of my favourite base which is currently unavailable! Placed order on app. Pub wasn’t busy. After 30 minutes went to bar to see where order was. Sitting there. Ice all melted ! Terrible service

Ordered via the Application ... Awaited outside (1 min walk away) for the application to notify of ready to collect. Arrived at the store to be told its not all ready yet :-( 5mins later collected all the food, walked the 1 min back to the car to find parts of the order were luke warm at best. Pizza was really nice but the sides were not acceptable - Had this been a delivery it'd be freezing by the time it arrived unless the delivery vehicle had an oven! Certainly not value for money given I didn't want all their bundled deals that are aimed at larger orders. Wouldn't use again because of this

Ordered chicken Kiev 12” calzone and beef lasagne with onion rings. Onion rings were ok. Calzone order was incorrect but still ok ish until I got to the piles of badly dry chicken, thick with cheese and lacking the other ingredients that was promised. Very disappointed and threw half away. Partner also threw half the lasagne away, saying it tasted really cheap and tasteless :/ disappointed, as we love trying new places.

Ordered Asian Pizza, special pizza and 2 large chicken & donor Both pizzas tasteless kebabs were all just warm - and we collected

Milano Parmo's are really superb.Donner wraps are great value too.Cant fault the preparation time. Usually ready for collection in 10/15 mins. Friendly staff.

Absolutely appalling food clock cold phoned them up to be told I am lieing and they start laughing down the phone… get some phone manners and some respect

This was our first and will be our only time ordering from this restaurant. We ordered our food at 8:38 and was advised that the delivery time was less than an hour on the app. Then at 9:50 I called the restaurant to check when our food will be arriving as it was getting late, I was told that our food should be arriving any second, Then 20 minutes past and I called again and was put onto quite a rude man, I explained that we was told 20 minutes ago that are food would be here and we’re yet to receive anything, he then advised that they don’t normally deliver to our area as it’s too far away. I advised that if they can’t deliver to our area they should not have accepted our order or even allowed us to place it. He then just asked what i expect him to do and I asked for him to call the driver to check where they are and let us know when we are to finally expect our food, then we received our long awaited dinner at 10:34, the delivery driver was blunt and was eager to remind us to pay, and then left. Lucky the food was decent and just about warm enough, but will definitely not be spending money there again. Not worth the hassle.

I ordered onion rings for my friend ,and was horrified to be charged £4.20 for six onion rings ,really high price ,suprised to be fair considering how much you could buy a bag full from supermarket 🤬

Food was ok although it took 2 hours to arrive and chips were missing. Will never use this takeaway again.
