Milanos in Hambleton

Milano Parmo's are really superb.Donner wraps are great value too.Cant fault the preparation time. Usually ready for collection in 10/15 mins. Friendly staff.

Was expecting a quick and easy bite to eat but instead was met with cold food, slow service and rude customer service. I think it was quiet odd that the young boy behind the counter had ear pods in when talking to customers. Disappointed. Partner and I won’t be returning anytime soon. Sort it out.

Ordered a pepperoni and garlic bread, took an hour to come, tasteless and very greasy. Wouldn’t recommended for a pizza.

After giving this place multiple opportunities due to one nice pizza yet again can’t even cook chips still frozen in middle and upon complaining told no longer welcome then was spoken about in there own language utter idiots that food hygiene will have a field day with do not go there.

Rubbish… ordered a mushroom pizza with extra mushrooms and green peppers. Might as well have had a margarita… not sure how many mushrooms I would have had if I didn’t had the ‘extra’ ones!! Literally one slice has less than a tea spoon on an chopped so small they wouldn’t need chasing!! The pizza base tasted doughy and undercooked and all you could taste was the tomato base. An expensive £40 lesson lol n learnt!!

absolutely LOVE THIS PIZZA i don’t even like pizza in general but i am love with milanos <3 we get it like most weekends cos it is DIVINE omg i would 100% recommended from ur loyal customers at 71 st james green x

The food from here is always quite good however when ordering on the website it gives a 45 minute delivery time. This is always inconsistent. Sometimes it is delivered before the 45 minutes but more often than not I have had to ring up to chase up the food! I am seriously considering not bothering using this food outlet again!

I was so happy to be told this pizza shop provides a true vegan pizza ! Meaning , the base does not have eggs or milk unlike other shops selling their vegetarian pizza with no cheese as vegan when the base has eggs and dairy ..! .. Thank you for the WARM not Cold , service ....and a warm hearted cruelty free pizza ! . Friendly and sociable naffan especially , who even says he'd go to the local shop to get me vegan cheese for topping ! ....It's just so amazing a pizza shop caters like this for those wishing to switch to a cruelty free diet , for the animals , or maybe just to be more health conscious , help the environment , tackle world hunger or just aim to create more peace around the planet by being the change they wish to see by leaving violence off the menu ! And teaching kindness . If you want to partake in helping this earth order the vegetarian special with no cheese and maybe ask for extra tomatoe puree to make the base more Soft ! ..Lovely warm service and warm pizza , I hope these beings add a vegan pizza on the menu to spread the LoVe and maybe even add a new vegan pizza for us and we will spread the word for you ! Thanks lovelies ! Remind them if there's ever a hair in their pizza their actually eating a corpse and choosing too deliberately . That's far more repulsive than an accidental hair . all staff were rude including driver, food was shocking, hair in pizza.. would never recommend this place

We went in to order and it took around 5 minutes for them to realise that we were there and take our order. When we started to order in the middle of when we were ordering he would wonder off and chat with his friends. When we got our pizzas there were like no toppings on them even after asking them to put more on there weren’t many on there. When we actually got a decent pizza it was 45 minutes later and it was stone cold with a burnt crust. At this point we took the pizzas and left with no offer for a discount. Would not recommend unless you like any of these things. But the cheese and bases of the pizza were nice and one of the staff members were friendly.

I came in last night 1/6/2019 after a long shift at work, hoping that me and my colleague could get a pizza and leave happily. The men that were in the premises were rowdy, rude, homophobic and incredibly loud. The staff heard these remarks, and did nothing. Food was also cold when I got it. Won’t be coming again, very disappointed with how the staff did not react. Poor.

We stayed at Woodland Lake Lodges and this place was recommended under the takeaway options in our welcome package. The Guy on the phone taking our order was a pro. I barely had any signal and it was clearly busy at his end but this guy handled the call like a boss. Not once did he loose his cool and he was SO helpful. He asked for our lodge number and it came right to us. He gave us a price and for 2 large pizzas we was like "yh sounds reasonable". He gave us a time and it came quicker that we expected. DAMNNNNN THEM PIZZAS!!!! We only had a large cheesy garlic bread and a meat feast pizza. £20 something. THESE PIZZA WAS HUGE! I am NOT joking these was so big if I cucked them in the air they would have caused an eclipse. OH and the taste! Don't get me started! My belly said stop eating fatty your full. My taste buds said no keep eating it's too good to stop. 1 single slice took two hands to hold and a solid 5-7 mins to eat. It was man V food up in that lodge and me and the other half are big foodies! See you next year Milanos 1000%

We have been ordering from milanos for a good few years after euro pizza was sold to people who can't be bothered, usually its good food but recently its just getting crap. If you can get through on the phone ( when they are busy the disconnect it) You will be told 45 mins wait and it will always be over an hour, on this occasion we paid for extra toppings on one of the pizzas but didn't get them, paid for large fries and got hardly any. On previous orders they have completely missed items and been told we could get it free next time, only to be told that they have never agreed to it. One time we got a completely wrong order but with our receipt on. If you go into the shop to order you can't sit to wait because there is always a huge group of local chavish type kids in there, not eating just sat talking. Think we will be going to regency or parmo house from now on

Reviewing tonight literally after the last mouthful of food- had the box special' Wow dry food' tasteless' almost wishes that i opened my own chicken restaurant'

5* Tried a few pizza places since moving to Thirsk but this is by far the best. Always polite on phone always get the right order, and quick delivery. Exceptional service one time I was needing to leave for work in an hour but delivery was longer than normal as very very busy, the shop phoned me back and we had pizza in 15 minutes as we do order more than we should 🙈. Highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Ordered a takeaway, when it turned up late and freezing cold I called to say it was inedible and to ask for another they told me they were to busy too send me another one but will give me the value off my next order, so that night I ordered from the shop I normally go too, feeling like a takeaway tonight and knowing I have £15 waiting I call today to place my order then got told there was no discount so I explained my story to the person on the phone which then said “ oh yes we can give you a £2 discount “after a 5min argument and only getting a little bit more knocked off the lad told me because I didn’t take it back I must of eaten it (my dog wouldn’t even eat it) he then followed on to tell me I was band an never to order from there again the customer service is shocking and the food is not much better completely avoid it needs shutting down if that is all they can produce

took my kids here and they absolutely loved it. we only went to thirsk briefly however I will be making the journey to get more.

We moved to Thirsk from York (Capital takeaway city) and didn't think we would find a pizza shop we liked. We tried a few then found Milano's who are on face book but not online. Always very busy Pizzas best we've had lots to choose from, takes 45 mins to 1 hour for delivery couple of occasions been 1hour 30 mins and then 1 hour 55 mins. Not nice when you order at 8pm !!! I would recommend but if you can pick up its much quicker. I've told them tell me if it's a 2 hour wait I can pick up and they have been within the hour every time since. Best in Thirsk for pizza.

Worst pizza I have ever had , dry and hardly any toppings on top , it was like eating cardboard never going back

Just back from a break away in Thirsk staying at the racecourse in our caravan.We ordered some take away food for a change. There was no hassle about making a delivery to the caravan site. The food was delivered in no time to us and was piping hot on its arrival and delivered by pleasant courteous staff, would use again when in the area

Great service &amp; food what more can I say !! Arrived within 25 mins of ordering very pleasant on the phone &amp; driver. Will be returning here.
