My local takeaway use this place alot. Tried alot of things over the years always deliver within the time frame they give, most of the time its here within 20-25 mins amazing food

Maybe the worst takeaway on earth if not it's certainly in the top 3

Never order Parmo pizza they don’t use béchamel sauce as the base it has tomato purée on it 16 inch pizza gone straight into the bin what a waste of money only second time of ordering from here & never again

Rubbish always forget things and pizzas are always burnt

Ordered a donner kebab portion size is the smallest I’ve seen they used to be really good from here but gone down hill massively food was cold even when I sat and waited for it mayo wasn’t put in the bag but charged for it won’t be going back very disappointed

I purchased three different pizzas for a family dinner. Each one was delicious!! The people working there are very friendly. When I return to the area, I will definitely be back!

Had the box special kebab. It was delicious and plenty of it, really enjoyed it. Very friendly service to. Good value for money at £11.50. Plenty for two hungry people.

Ordered on just eat. Driver called 40 mins after ordering to say on way then 1 hour after called to cancel our order as too far away!! Absolutely horrendous service!!

They were rude on the phone, forgot drinks, chips were soggy and reheated and there was a massive hair in pizza

0/10 bad ! Everything they sell is frozen nothing at all is made fresh ! The pizzas can not be picked up as there so soggy the chips are the cheapest nastiest things I’ve had, the donner meat is borderline horse and the burgers are the 20p 30% beef ones from macro at best ! Easily the worst takeaway in the north east avoid at all costs and risk a rat infested 1 star instead

Food was stone cold and didn’t have sweetcorn on like I ordered and no garlic sauce like I ordered. A shame because I usually love this takeaway. Disappointed

This was the worst meal we ever got I would never recommend them I tried to order a Parma which never came what we got was a TINY box wit a so called Parmo pizza pie which was £8 and was smaller than a 9in pizza absolutely disgusting when we tried to speak to them the manager was abrupt told us it was our fault then put the phone down on us. Did not try to sort the problem out which is disgusting if you have a business you want to do your best but this is not possible here as they don’t listen or try to solve their issues

Ordered food at 6.45pm on just eat asked for soon as possible got email back saying it would arrive at 7.40pm got to 8pm still wasn't here so after two phone calls it arrived at 8.40pm and it was luke warm when it arrived so rang them and asked for refund got told he would have to speak to the manager he would call back still waiting for phone call now what a waste of £13 pounds for cold food I'm not one for complaining but this was a joke shouldn't of sent a time if it wasn't going to arrive This was only my second time ordering from here

Salad on the burger consisted of a lot of onion and a slice of cucumber!! Chips were soggy and under done plus it was nearly 40 minutes late from the time stated on the order confirmation. However the delivery lass is lovely.

Excellent quality food, all lovely and hot. Delivery girl was lovely, so friendly and sorted a slight mix up with the order very quickly. We would 100% recommend and will definitely order again. Thank you very much.

Waited 1 hour 45 mins the delivery driver was very rude towards me basically chucked my order at me and said “have it man” not happy and will not be ordering from there again!

My chips were fine but my parmo was cold and must of been sat a while as the cheese and chicken was chewy, not much cheese on it. Ordered for 19:20 arrived at nearly 8pm

Food arrived half an hour late and it was cold! Ordered 2 garlic sauce and they were missed off the order again!!!!!

My daughter an I walked into this establishment to order take out. We stood there for at least five minutes and neither of the two employees present acknowledged our presence and didn't allow us to place an order!

Not what it used to be, place goes to pot when busy, pizzas can be very nice with plenty of topping and Parmos not bad but lately it's gone South of Average, needs shake up, delivery getting worse, will give it a miss for a bit.

Used to really like it here but shocking service tonight. Managed to get the order wrong 3 times, ended up with an incorrect pizza and a cold one as I wasn’t willing to stay any longer. No apologies. Staff can’t cope with being busy. Very disappointing. Won’t go again

Okay where to start! I ordered this at 19:13, arrived at 21:00. I rang up and the guy could not speak perfect english so he handed it to someone else who could. when it did arrive, the two guys stayed in the car and my wife had to go outside as they passed it to her via the car window. there was no apology, no explanation on why it was late. the food was stone cold so we have had to reheat everything. quite clearly the food was cooked over an hour ago and just stayed in the containers. the onion rings were soggy and the pizza was cold. and so was my burger and the chips does not look fresh. This is the second time this has happened. and it is not professional. Very bad service and food, I do not recommend anybody ordering from them.

Nestled away just off the high street this place is quite popular. Seems to be a regular meeting place for the local youth. Food is inferior to Stokesley fast food outlets

The food was awesome and I will be ordering again. the lateness was explained after I phoned up, it was a bank holiday and they were rushed off their feet but the manager delivered it to us and said said and explained everything and he was really nice. so thank you for the excellent food. I has a Happy now!

Both pizzas were extremely undercooked (falling apart as we picked it up). I phoned up to let them know, saying I wasn't going to leave a bad review I just wanted to let them know, but the person on the phone was rude saying 'next time ask for it well done', even though I have ordered from there before and has never been that underdone. Should have just accepted the criticism and apologised.

The food as always was great, the delivery time also very good as usual delivering before the wait time. However the wrong drink was brought initially, driver took it back to swap but then heard nothing so had to ring up to find out where it was. Item selected on Just Eat was out of stock but no one contacted us about it.

Food was lovely! But asked for Diet Coke and got 7up. Also asked the shop to write something on the box for me as a personal message and they never!

Worst take away service I have ever experienced (no lie) first of all before the food even got here half of it was missing (the chips , drinks, sauce) and then when I rang up to say this I was abruptly told that they had no contact with the driver so we're un able to give me the food I payed for and said they would do it next time and put the phone down. Then when I went to eat the food we found hairs. Not nice at all!!

Ordered 9" margarita X2, 9" NO CHEESE pizza, chips, garlic mayo and I live in a £1 delivery area but I was overcharged at £17. Also, the order was incorrect as all 3 pizzas delivered were margaritas. Additionally the person on the phone failed to specify a time or clarify price. Overcharged for the wrong meal!

Still waiting to receive my order placed at 7pm. It is now 8.50pm. No apologies from the shop and no contact made with delivery driver to see what the problem is. Absolutely shocking customer service. I will not order from this shop again, if they didn't want my order they should have said.

Ordered food at 18.45 delivery delivery 19.40 food only just arrived at 20.30 stone cold.

Normally service is good but tonight we've waited 1 hour 40 minutes (and counting) for a relatively small order. Combine with unapologetic and cocky staff on the phone not being very helpful and telling us he didn't know where it was, and we're not very happy!

It was exactly what I wanted, made really well and came within the time they said it would. The only fault was mine, not having any money on me to tip.

Everything was good just the good took about an hour to come even at off peak times!

Great restaurant. Great service. Guys who you speak to you are always good. Food might be late on Saturday. Bit it's the best you can order ordered to Guisborough and only marginally late. Worth it for the food. Seriously good job please keep it up guys.

Didnt get hawaiian parmo which we ordered instead got one which had chicken ham and peperoni on and the peperoni wasnt nice. Its usually a lovely take away however we were very disappointed

Delivered 40 mins after time given, phoned takeaway and told it would be here any minute and was still an extra 15mins. Food nics, shame about the length of wait

The parmo was kind of cold and I would have liked it hotter, but upon my request they only put pineapple on half of it (to share) and although Luke warm it was very tasty. I don't mind if I'm waiting longer, hot parmo next time please.

The chips were pretty rubbish, I wouldn't get them again. But the Calzone was divine! Highly recommend making your own calzone. Garlic sauce didn't disappoint either

Good food, very slow delivery (35 minutes later than time given)

The food was great. I was just a little bit upset when the driver arrived and charged me an extra £4 on top of the £1 delivery charge I paid. Left me very embarrassed.

The food was lovely as always.. only thing was on this occasion I ordered a portion of kebab meat but got chips instead. Also I think we were charged £1 extra as it said £23.30 Inc delivery fee and was charged £24.30. But overall. . Love la bella's food

A poor pizza shop, long wait, full of grease. The parmo was a bit better, but not by much. The shop looks grimy.
