Yeah, cool place and great food 😋

I've used this pizza shop for years and the very the odd time I had an issue it was resolved straight away. However, today i had shocking service. Not from staff but from the manager. I placed an order for a vegan pizza and they sent a pizza with real cheese on it. I explained to staff the issue and he apologised and agreed to send a replacement pizza. I said that I would return the wrong pizza as no one would eat it, he agreed. He had to get the manager on to approve the above but when the manager came on the phone, he kept asking that I had to prove that it was the wrong pizza and that he wanted to see it. I kept on repeating myself, that I was returning the pizza as no one would eat it. After being on the phone for 13 mins I hung up and being made to feel that I was trying to get a free pizza. When the new pizza arrived and I showed the driver the 1st pizza he said that it wasn't vegan! I asked him to pass on a message to the manager, that he has lost a long standing customer. Not everyone lies.

Great quick service pizzas were nice and hot

Erztan was lovely for delivering our pizza to the A&E at the hospital. Called to check which entrance would be easier for us. Very helpful and pizza was lovely too! Thank you!

Hi will never be ordering again as this was unacceptable my partner called the store asked to speak to the manager called Newman and got told nothing can be do as you placed the order online also the pizza was over cooked and cold.

Always had great service from this branch, both collection and delivery. Our go to when we want a quick pizza. Pizza's are always good and deliveries quick and arrive hot. Only had one issue with the order being wrong, turned out I'd messed up the order (just got back from hospital) but the store insisted on sending out a replacement pizza so we had the one we wanted! Exceptional service.

Just abysmal we walked out after downloading an app to give us 50% off but only after they added 50% in the first place, so guess we would have paid the same price which was extortionate considering The offers are a con the service ignorant as not one person approached us to ask if everything was ok and if they could help us and they were clearly doing nothing

Bbq base pizza had nothing onit the wedges was rock solid and the wings not cooked £45 order went in bin

Had chicken strippers from here a few times, there are 7 in a portion and some of them are so small and shouldn't count as 1! This has happened the last few times that we have ordered from here and it is t cheap. At least put an extra 1 in!

New ultimate chicken meexican nice but now where mear enough chicken harldy any was just like a veg pizza and for price its ridiculous wont be ordering again, also staff cleaning trays with cleaner over open containers of cheese and tooping spray going all over them and alot of touching faces and scratching arms while prepping them need to learn better food handling practices plz retrain!

It's a small Domino's but still parking place is available so it's easy to go and collect the food from this store.

Rudely told my pizza was in the oven when I rang to tell them my dietary request meaning no chance to change anything. I called within 15 seconds of placing the order using the app. Poor customer service

It seemed to be exceptionally busy, yet they still had it ready exactly on time. Great service, and the person who gave it to me still seemed cheerful enough.

Suspicious pizza I ordered a large. The pizza in my box looked about medium and the slices didn't look like they matched. Either someone ate a slice and regrouped it or they put random slices from a different pizza and rearranged it in my box.

Got hairs from 2 different people on one of the pizzas, totally ruined dinner. They tried asking for proof when I complained. Dominos never fails to disappoint in one way or another.

We like to purchase the vegetarian pesto pizza from Domino's; pizza isn’t the tastiest of foods, but Domino’s seems to make us want to buy it! This store is like any other, small, sort of clean and has a few parking spaces. If you wish for decent pizza, Domino's is king.

Just had a bit of a discrepancy regarding a offer and I was told to call back in 5 mins wich I did and the customer service from "numan din "(hope I've spelt it correctly) was fantastic the guy is polite professional and really helpful so nice to have someone willing to go the extra yard for a customer 👏👏👏

Very rudely spoken to by 2 members of staff had to wait over two hours for a delivery wrong toppings and was very cold. Was told that there be a free pizza on there records but called today and there’s nothing. Will be getting in touch with head office as this is very bad customer service for such a big franchise company.

Driver refused to deliver my order to my door as I live on the 1st floor block of apartments, he left the pizza on the wall outside the front entrance door in the car park and then drove off. Rang up to speak with a manager who stated it was up to the driver if he wants to deliver it to my door or not with covid? Sorry but this is unacceptable as he could have come into the building climbed the stairs and left it outside my door.. in my eyes it’s just pure laziness of the driver. Using covid as a excuse

Lady on the phone that took my order was top class. We reached peak rapport with the friendly banter and she left me reassured that my order had been accepted (praise the Lord) and that the countdown to my first bite is on. 11/10

Just had a large Vegetarian Supreme, stuffed crust, no tomatoes with Pineapple, Collection. Awesome. The pizza was perfect. 10/10 for presentation. I waited for my order a few minutes and had the impression that they were a very busy and professional team that cared about the food that was going out of the door. I observed care taken to evenly spread the tomato base and the small garlic bread pizzas been made with care and attention. Credit where credit is due.

I waited for over 2 HOURS for our pizzas...I called up to ask what was happening and the man who answered was rude and giving me excuse after excuse. I’m still waiting for the pizzas now. This is the 3rd week in a row I’ve had to ring up and complain about food being ridiculously late OR about the pizzas coming cold and, the best way to describe it, mashed up. 110% DO NOT recommend. Rude staff makes the whole thing a million times worse.

Wont be order from them again sent the pizza cold and come to fetch the pizza and told me that they refund me after 3 to 5 days because i Payed on my card

My pizza was acceptable I suppose, I selected no tomatoes and the app must have glitched or something so my pizza ended up with tomatoes on it, my issue however is how rudely the man spoke to us when we rang up with this issue

This Domino's branch has got to be the worst pizza place I have ever come across. Time after time they deliver substandard, old pizza. Just ordered a margarita pizza tonight and it only had 1/3 of the pizza with cheese! How can you get a margarita wrong Domino's???? Don't bother ordering from here. Use another branch if need be or order from Pizza Hut.

I have endured this branch of Domino's for too long now and I've had enough. If it isn't stale wedges, then it is missing items or late deliveries. Unfortunately for us, they are the only branch that deliver to our address. I've even gone as far as placing my orders with the Crookes branch and going to collect. Today however I am suffering from neck pain and so decided to order for delivery. I should've just withstood the pain and gone to Crookes. I thought if I didn't order any pizza then the order should be much quicker. I placed our order of 3 sides of chicken, 2 sides of wedges and a box of cookies around 5.25 pm. at 6pm it still hadn't been delivered so I went to the tracking system and it said out for delivery. At 6.25 I rang the branch as it was still not delivered. I spoke to the manager Robert who said they short on delivery drivers and that the driver delivering our order should be there in 5-10 minutes. at 6.44pm I was already on the phone again with the manager when the delivery driver rang the bell. Needless to say the food was cold, the box for one of the chicken sides was soggy because the Frankie's hot sauce had been sitting in it for too long. The manager was unapologetic and unhelpful. Didn't offer a refund but instead said all he could do was send me a fresh order. How does that even make sense when a breath ago he said they were short on drivers. I have two toddlers who had been waiting for dinner and in the end I had to arrange something else for them to eat. WHAT AN UTTER WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Hi all, Just wanted to give Iftikhar from Sheffield Wadsley Bridge some very positive feedback! I ordered a pizza two weeks ago when tramlines festival was on. Iftikhar could not reach our street but called me to keep me posted and tried different roads to reach us but still couldn't. In the end he parked close by and we met for me to pick the pizzas. It was an extremely challenging evening for him His dedication and customer service were very impressive. Just wanted to let you know but I am sure you are aware that you have a great employee! Orders usually take over 45 minutes, the tracking app seems to get confused over when deliver actually happens as it is typically 15 minutes early, and the pizza and/or food is inevitably cold and soggy.

Order from here on a regular basis. Food is always top quality and the staff are always helpful. Thanks for the many good years of service.

I've placed the order over the phone and I didn't know about what deals they had but the person who took the order was very friendly and helped me to choose the right deal. The food arrived on time and it was very tasty and hot. The driver was friendly as well. For this experience I'll give 5 stars/slices. 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕

To expensive cold pizza slow delivery service

again... another restaurant assuming people with Coeliacs Disease dont have a large appetite. My partner and mum just ordered... any pizza any size for £9.99 - obviously they both chose a large pizza each. I ordered mine, paid exactly the same money as them but I was told I could only have a small pizza. How fair is that? This isnt a lifestyle choice like choosing to be vegan. This is a dietary requirement that I have no choice over. Very poor service 👎👎👎

Absolute rip off. The fact you need a voucher to justify the price says it all. Don't order the "personal" pizzas. For what you pay you can get a pizza equal in quality, but much better value, from a local pizza house so long as you shop around. And you'll be supporting a local business.

Pizza has barely any toppings, crust is large ke eating sandpaper.. gross The female manager is super rude... Useless company..

Pathetic service! Order food with an estimated 25-30 minutes delivery. The food since been on delivery took a whole 1 HOUR and arrived colder than iced coffee! Someone who claims to be the store manager by the name of ALBERT was rude, unprofessional and a sorry excuse for a staff. The driver by the name of Shaun was even more disgraceful and pathetic. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Usually better quality than other pizza delivery places, especially those who do not specialise in pizzas. You can track your pizza through the app or online. Usually delivered within the quoted time, the only time it's been late I was given a £10 voucher. Always order online so can't comment on behaviour of staff, apart from delivery staff who are as good as you would expect. Have ordered several times, and the order has always been correct.

How can you not like domino's pizza

It's a Dominoes so you know what you're in for. It's clean and they get the orders correct... just be aware that they get exceptionally busy in the evenings.

Twice the cheeseburger pizza came with no burger sauce on it.

Nice but a bit pricey compared to other pizza shop and no halal option

I ordered food yesterday and although it came fast it was not great. The cheesy wedges were under done and most of them had no cheese at all. The Italian garlic bread had no garlic and was burnt at the edges. The Buffalo chicken pizza looked like it was done in a hurry. Not appetizing to look at all. The sauce was slapped even in the box and it looked a mess. Looked like the person who made it didn't even want to be at work. The onions and green peppers which topped the buffalo pizza were so burnt l wouldn't serve it to my worst enemy. The base of the buffalo chicken pizza was so thick and uneven. I didnot enjoy my food at all and to think that l spent £47.69 on the food is a disgrace to Dominos.

I am with three network the have offers on now and then and ones free personal pizza Ordered pizza went to collect lady said yhats 6:99 I was confused a explained the offer to her and showed her the app she said do it gain i said can only use offer once she said i owe 6:99 or no pizza I said i didnt order two just the one Asked if they did nhs discount said no so i walked out will go somewhere else in future I think staff should be brieifed on these Offers to avoid disgruntling and other customers

I ordered a pizza from this store last night and it wasn't the usual standard I receive and expect at all, it tasted warmed up as I ordered online at 7pm for a 9pm collection and my stuffed crust barely had any cheese and my pizza had chicken on it which contained numerous bones, I found my pizza not very nice and below average to say the least... I will be ordering a pizza from elsewhere in the future as the price of Dominos isn't necessarily cheap for what it is and I expect top quality every time like when I've ordered previously but am finding their quality and prices aren't corresponding so well as of lately...

Said that he store was open 24 hour but I arrived at 11iclock and they were shut , all the employers were still in the store working but the shutter were down ???

Always go to the Halifax road one great pizza every time and quick and fast service order online then by time I get there it's ready and still piping hot when I get it home.

Do not use, abismal customer service and average pizzas, use pizza hut down the road.

Abysmal ........... Area managers take note. 1hr 20mins to get here, luke warm at best, driver never uttered a word just thrust the boxes in to my hand, the 50/50 pizza must have been prepared on a hill in a force ten gale. Shoddy beyond belief.

Food was ok. We had problems with the service as they delivered the wrong pizza and said a replacement would be 50 mins, meaning we would not be able to eat them together. In the end they reluctantly gave a refund.

Pedimos 3 pizzas a domicilio. Uno fue la pizza equivocada y tenía que alguien dirección. El trayecto en coche nos llevó, y dijo que tendríamos una corta espera para el adecuado. Nos llamó la tienda y nos dijeron que lo sería esperar 50 minutos ya estaban ocupados. Después de hablar con la chica en el teléfono que pedí un reembolso, que nos dijo que no podía hacer. Después de explicar que no habían entregado lo que dije me pusieron a la gerente (a quien tuve que explicar todo otra vez). Me ofrecieron una restitución por la pizza que falte. las pizzas son normales. El servicio estaba por debajo de lo que me esperaba, ya que es uno de los lugares más caros para pizza. Yo no va a utilizar otra vez, ya que hay muchos lugares de pizza en la zona.

Pedimos desde aquí para la recogida por la primera vez desde que abrieron sus puertas. Pedimos pizzas BOGOF y me dijeron que estaría lista en 15 minutos. Este no fue el caso :( 50 minutos más tarde, tras numerosos otros clientes venían pagado y recogido y caminamos de regreso fuera todavía no tenía pizzas. Pregunté dónde mis pizzas estaban y había una pizza falta :( así que tuvimos que hacer 1 pizza otra vez para cumplir con el pedido.Al final, me pidió una restitución como la primera pizza estaría fría me aseguraron que de lo contrario y me ofreció una botella de :pop / . La primera pizza estaba fría de piedra.El personal (1 de los cuales era nuevo, así que no puedo culpar ella o 1 en otro Estado miembro ayudarla) no regresaré experiencia después de hoy BOGOF o no BOGOF ofrece el servicio habría sido el mismo :(

Had 2 deliveries to work over the past month and spent almost £200 here but both were extremely dissapointing, definitely won't be ordering again. Food bland, cold, over cooked and dry. Such a let down from the apparent market leader

Food is Fantastic But orders can be a little late

Food was ok but the service was very bad. We ordered delivery for the hospital but the person on the phone was very rude and spoke like he really didn't care. He couldn't be bothered to tell us what was included in the deal so he basically read out each word like a grumpy child! You expect more from Domino's.
