La comida pedida se olvidó de la mitad de la orden y cuando finalmente se recibió fue poco satisfactorio! La ensalada era un desastre la carne estaba rancia y el pan de ajo era insípido nunca tiene una calidad de comida tan insatisfactoria

I ordered 3 pizzas a few weeks ago and they never arrived. They took £30 out of my bank account, I tried calling them and emailing them but they never replied. Do not order from here.

Delicious pizzas and large soft drink bottle for an amazing price! Delivery driver was earlier than expected and was extremely nice.

Fabulous very family friendly, went with extended family for lunch including 2 grandsons and the staff couldn’t have been better , friendly efficient smiling and such good service. Festive menu was really good value . We will be back

This evening, the service was shocking. It took a little longer then usual to order, but clearly were understaffed so can understand the circumstances. However, the manager on shift, Mike, was rude and a poor example of a manger. Mike ignored our table several times, leaving us feeling neglected. When asked to apply a discount onto our bill, as only mangers can apply the code, we finally received our bill after asking 4 times taking 40 minutes. It should not take that long to pay. This is unacceptable and I would recommend going elsewhere if you’re after an efficient service.

Had a nice pizza for take-out dinner, very tasty, no complaints.

Artículos que faltan en el pedido. No nos dijeron pizza de ajo gratis, aunque estaba incluido en la confirmación del pedido. Grandes porciones eran de tamaño mediano en el mejor de los casos. ¡Acusado de quejarse ante lo cual es irrelevante y ni siquiera sucedió! Mala actitud del personal. Un montón de comida para llevar decente en York - evitar este.

Dough was undercooked chips was cold and didn’t taste right at all

We used to order a lot when it was woodfellas pizza, but have only a few times since it’s been Delishaz. I have to say it’s gone down hill a lot. The pizzas always arrive hot but the dough base is too soft and soggy. My other half loves a special burger which is a cheese burger with doner meat, but every time he orders it, it comes without the doner meat! They do send a tub of doner meat after the first delivery but it’s no use because the burger is ruined trying to keep it warm in the oven. Really disappointing for what used to be a cracking takeaway! I hate giving bad reviews but when they don’t listen and don’t improve their customer service and up their game….well a bad review is deserved I’m afraid!

Absolutely insane customer service with no response at all when I called after an hour of my order for 12 times and they didn’t even answer. Had to cancel which means 1 hour of wait time was wasted!!!

Pizza time no longer trades shop as been sold now it’s called Elo’s pizzas and it now as5 star rating do not place any orders from pizza Tim or hungry house they will take money but you won’t get any food
