Brilliant service from a lovely guy, definitely use here again!

Just ordered this evening. They had no curly fries so they rang and asked for an alternative to then send the wrong order. Didn’t offer to resolve the customer service was shocking.

Where do I even start!! I Ordered food in the app it says it will be 45 mins but literally 2hours after still no food. I have ordered before from here and the last time was also the same. How hard is it to deliver 1 pizza within 10 mins of distance. And when the food arrives it’s all cold ! Absolute waste of time. The ratings wouldn’t be so bad if it weren’t for the awful delivery service taking forever to deliver.

When ordering a half & half pizza. 1 half is chicken & sweetcorn. The 2nd half is basically a meat feast. But the meat portions are always poor. So ask for added Meats. Extra donner meat and spicy beef. Which on the order, is to be added to the meat feast side. Order taken £11.60. CASH !!!!! Gets dropped off. £14.40 . There was NO mention of delivery. Open the pizza box. And it's completely covered in crap donner meat and crap spicy beef. Ring up to complain. Only too get abuse from the shop which is Pizzamaster ( online ) obviously a tax avoidance scam. HMRC will be informed Avoid at all costs

Great prices amazing and tasty food. Lovely & kind service. Best takeaway in clifton . Everything was fresh and hot. Smelled so good I tucked in before taking a photo 📸

Was told food would be with me within 45 mins, 2 hours later still no food and then they cancelled suddenly leaving us very hungry and angry, especially since I am unable to leave the house and get food.

Ordered food cancelled 5min before collection time

Ordered food to a lodge I was staying at. Specifically rang up requesting Ketchup for a kids meal as without it, the meal would be inedible to my child and staying in a lodge, there was no such amenities. Was told it would be provided. Meal came, no ketchup for the kids meal and the kebab I ordered with salad, only had lettuce and onion. When I rang up to question this, I was given a barrel of abuse and rudeness.

I am sure that this firm can offer good food, but they have repeatedly proven to be unreliable. A recent Calzone Kiev had a good share of cheese, but not much in the way of meat. So I tried a repeat order, but this time asked for added bell peppers and onion, for extra flavour. Result: not much meat, some bits of pepper and onion, NO CHEESE. Regrettably I shall not buy from this shop again.

Without doubt the worst take away I've ever been to. Given them a few tries as I'm local but disappointing every time. Rarely get what you ask for and the quality is poor. I won't be going back and I'd recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

I go there a good amount and normally dont have any issues but lately ive been having issues with customer service as i go in and always get told the card machine isnt working even ive seen other people pay by card so i dont get that also the owner rushes you on the phone even if he asks you is there anything else but he dosent give you chance to answer before he hangs up

Just moved to the area , thought I couldn’t go wrong with southern fried chicken, how wrong was I ?? Chicken just dumped in the deep fat frier , soggy skin , funny tasting chicken

Please do NOT buy pizza from here, we had to throw away our pizza after spending £24 because they were so bad. The cheese is not nice, pizza is greasy and extremely oily. I put a tissue on top of a slice to soak oil and the entire tissue was covered in oil just from one slice. Its disgusting how they still managed go run the shop.

2 x pizzas were ready quickly, thr pizzas were quite tasteless, had plenty of toppings but couldn't really taste them. Shame really because they didn't taste unpleasant, they were cooked well, the base was good, just lacking in flavour.

Ordered 4 pizzas plus other bits. Website said 45 minutes for delivery. Waited over 90 minutes. The garlic bread was inedible under far to much tomato sauce. Enough sauce for 3 pizzas on one garlic bread! Really not impressed.

Ordered on Uber quoted delivery time,when order didn't arrive within del time I rang them.Theh were very rude on the phone said it was on the way,still did not arrive.rzmc again it was cooking,,didn't arrive so I rang they said ithad been cancelled.saif theyd cook it still didn't arrive,eventually it did arrive 2 hrs after delivery time..My son couldnt stay up,so went to bed hungry

Wish you could put 0 stars. DONT WASTE MONEY HERE!! Ordered a takeaway at 8:50 for it to be supposedly delivered in 45 mins. Around 10:30pm still nothing so I decided to call the shop, no answer I must have called 20 times still no answer. Long story short took me 2 and a half hours to speak to customer service to then be told the shop is closed. They will happily take money from you but don’t deliver any food.

I wouldn’t even put a star if I didn’t have to. Food is awful. Waiting over 2 hours for food then when came had to ring as they forgot my drink and sauce still waiting for my drink 3 hours later.

Do not order from this place staying in York for a couple of days and after a long day walking and exploring we decided to get a takeaway for quickness 3 hours later still no food called and they told me it was picked up by the just eat driver...I did not order from just eat?? Worst place ever!!! Ordered on York eats, taken our money and after it was 30 minutes late I rang the restaurant and they wouldn’t send the food out saying they didn’t see the order…… never order from this place…. Ever!!!!!

Ordered food through York eats, restaurant accepted the order and took money out of my account. 2 hours later, no food so I contacted the restaurant to which they claimed York eats are at fault and they in fact received no order. After some time of blaming the York eats app and ‘ connection’ they gave me a contact number to call the following day, but of course the number does not work. Absolutely appalling customer service. After viewing the reviews and hygiene rate I think we dodged a bullet that they did not deliver the food. Never again

Called in to order some food kebab 2 x pizzas for the kids Chicken and bacon burger meal All very poor no pitta bread with kebab no sauce no chip spice on my chicken burger meal as saying in description pizza over cooked - expensive for what we got very disappointing

Ordered food at 6:25 got told it would be here by 7:23 its now 8:10 and still no food. Rang them half an hour ago got told it just finishing cooking. Same happened a few weeks ago. Last time we will be ordering from there.

Waited 2 hours for the food, it arrived after a second phone call to the take away. The pizza was really good and so was the fried chicken. The chicken wrap was only just warm so wasn’t nice at all.This is the second time we’ve had to chase up the food so will no longer be ordering

Ordered veggie 🍕 pizza on my way from late shift, it was superb. Was made the way I was dreaming of. Couldn't wish for better. Was surprised by reasonable price. Thank you Pizza Time.

Very bad place to order from delivery driver doesn’t bother to come to knock just sits in car and if you miss the call then drive leave with food and restaurant tells you it your responsibility to call the driver back not there’s even tho it there staff

Always used these guys but last pizza I ordered was over 2 hours, left it a couple of weeks tried again and ordered pizza at 5.20, it’s now 7.30 and still not here don’t know if it’s the online app which is causing issues but seriously fed up don’t even bother to let you know

They didn't start to cook it until 1 hour 30 after I placed an order and said I would receive it an hour after that, they also refused to give me a refund

Took them nearly 3 hrs to deliver after I ordered and when the food arrived wasn't upto par! Wouldn't even give it to the homeless people amd let them suffer with it. Also the owner couldn't care less when I spoke to him so if you would like a reasonably prompt takeaway avoid this place

Just had a calzone meat feast not one bit of meat in it. Got pic to prove it. N in a few slices of it next to nothing inside. Absolutely disgusting will not be using them again. Very disappointing wasted my money. 1 star for the chips

Good prices, fast take-away, and great consistency at making mouth-watering pizza's. I've ordered this place 8 times in a row, and haven't been disappointed. Only critique is the average kebab and chips but the prices are reasonable.

I must say looking at the reviews I was hesitant to order from this place however I was pleasantly surprised. First off it arrived 25 mins early and secondly this pizza is one the best takeaway pizzas I've had, if I could rate it six stars I would!

Burned food and took them over an hour and phoned them multiple of times asking where they were and they said they delivered it but didn't but ended up taken even longer getting another one sorted so we won't be ording from there again.

Ordered at 10:30pm and we were told 35 min wait - in the end it was 12:30pm. We were lied to several times about how the food was ‘on its way’ or just ‘going in to the oven’. We made 5 phone calls, they refused to cancel the order. Just Eat we’re equally horrendous, spoke to 4 advisors on chat who kept ending the chat- wouldn’t allow us to cancel and get a refund. When the food did arrive, it looked like it had been in and out the oven for 2 hours (so maybe they were telling the truth about that one!!) it was inedible and the kebabs were beyond sweaty. I tried to sort the situation out amicably but Just Eat and Pizza Time refused. Avoid at all costs!

I live in Epworth - Lincolnshire but work in York. This pizza shop is my favourite place to order from whilst burning the nightshift Pizzas are always cooked thoroughly and always piping hot.

Don't order from them! Very expensive for poor quality of food.

Absolutely horrific, abhorrent customer service through lies and deceit. Placed an order and when I called to ask where the order was, they lied and said they didn't deliver to my area, then lied and tried to deceive me and tell me that they were in London when I very clearly ordered in York for a YO31 address. Absolutely despicable venue. I strongly advise anybody against ordering from here they just lie and take your money.

We 1st started using Pizza Time during the 1st covid lock down and things were good at 1st then it went drastically downhill...Pizzas were cremated, salty and just a waste of money...gave them the benefit of the doubt a few times but after last Saturday night we will go elsewhere...doubt they will be bothered though.

I ordered a meal for my granddaughter and paid online for delivery to the address she was staying at .I did not find out until 2 days later most of the order was missing ,I rung up and was basically called a liar and they said I should have rung straight away... I didnt know straight away I purposely ordered a big meal for a surprise for my granddaughter and her friends.i have never put a bad review in before but I am so annoyed .

Made an order off foodhub on Sunday evening and it was a no show even tho the money still got taken from my bank! Absolute joke!

Pizza came really quickly and was nice and hot. Good amount of tomato base and cheese and vegetables. Young delivery driver looked really smart and was really polite.

The food is always amazing but the customer service of the driver I had last night was vile, he told me I was to pay cash when I had ordered online and paid via card with confirmation of this on email and bank statement he then continued to argue with me for 10 mins telling no whilst the food was getting cold! He did call the takeaway place and I don’t know what was said as he wasn’t talking in English but after the phone call he still continued to argue with me! I had the proof of email and bank statement! You need to make sure your drivers aren’t rude to your customers!

Polite staff, quick service and the pizzas looked excellent. Next time around I'm going to ask them if they do vegan pizza so that I can have a slice, but these were for other people to eat. They scoffed the whole lot down and so they must have been good.

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. The burger was dry, the chips were cold and soggy. The phone operator/manager was extremely rude and would not listen to what we were saying. They forgot our drinks and then wouldn't send them. They then put the phone down on us. They said they would not send our drinks and argued with us for 5 minutes before putting the phone down a SECOND time. We waited for 25 minutes for them to send our drinks but then only sent one. We then waited another 20 minutes for them to send the other 2 which was followed by them saying our order was cancelled. I am NOT happy as you can tell.

First time trying this place, and the food was great, everything was made fresh, and tasted really nice. Would recommend 👍👌

Literally just got shaken down by these guys at my own home. Delivery guy brought round two pizzas, a garlic bread, and a bottle of coke which I didn't order but accepted thinking it was for one of my housemates. Turns out none of them had ordered pizza so we assumed that it must have been a friend who accidentally ordered it to our address. With no company name or details on the box we had no one to contact so instead messaged our friends asking if any of them had ordered. An hour later with no response and no return from the delivery guy we ate some of the pizza. An hour and a half after it was first delivered, the delivery guy shows up again asking for the pizza back, explaining that he'd got the right house number but the wrong street. When we explain that some of the pizza has been eaten he asks us to pay half the price of the order. He and (I presume) his boss stood at our door insisting that we pay up for their mistake. At this point the food is stone cold. I can only imagine that the person who originally ordered would have received cold food had we not eaten the pizza and returned the full order. Moreover, we live about two streets away from the takeaway and the street it was supposed to be delivered to joins our street and the street the takeaway is on. How do they not know the immediate local area? We were made to feel unsafe in our own home, got shaken down for money to pay for the takeaway's own mistake which I believe is an irresponsible and quite possibly illegal business practice. If Pizza Time comes round to our address again, the police will be informed.

Ordered a delivery through just eat. It arrived an hour later than specified on Just Eat. Rang the takeaway and they said it was 5 min away, arrived 30min later. I got a notification to say it was on its way an hour and 15min before it arrived. The driver wasn’t apologetic when he delivered it. The chicken was still pink and the takeaway food itself was cold and soggy. The cold drinks had been put with the hot food. Then I received a text message from the restaurant asking me to confirm my order and to pay an additional £9.80!! Honestly don’t waste your money on this place. We ended up having to order another takeaway from elsewhere because of the appalling service and food. I would rather spend a little extra on food and get good food and good service. Absolute waste of money!!

This is a good place if you use the web page they send regular offers through which can save you money

Ordered food from here today. Was literally the worst food I have ever seen. One bite and it was in the bin. Very rude staff too.

Sent us frozen cakes then when rang up and complained they told us to stick them in the microwave we explained we didn't have a microwave and they said and I quote "oh my god, what do you want me to do about that" first of all if I wanted to just microwave it I would have walked to the shop and got one for a whole lot cheaper

Should rename this place 'Waste of time' do yourself a favour and go to slice of heaven down the road!

The food was good, cooked to perfection.

Food not bad but wach out as they rip you off. Got 3 pizzas and garlic bread as £23 offer plus 2 portion of chips. Charged me £31.70. Full price! When I complained they said I did not say I wanted the offer. Other customers in shop then also realised they had paid more than they had to. He said till was now shut and they could not refund and it was my fault. After other people complained he gave me £5 refund. Just be very weary what you order. I personally will not use them again.

Basically, I called up almost an hour and half ago, and they were rude and said they couldnt hear me- so they gave me the boss's number to text; which i thought was good, until he didnt reply or when it didnt arrive half an hour later. I called up and they said its on its way, so i waited. now its been over an hour and a half and i just recieved a call saying it will be between 20 or 30 mins.. meaning i have had to wait 2 hours for a pizza. He said he didnt get my text, when i mentioned that i called up, he ignored that and said hes made me a fresh one. summary: they take the piss; and are rude staffed. and the actual food isnt even all that amazing. Defiantly do not recommend!!!

we received a leaflet in the post and it looked amazing with the choices so we decided to go there on the 31/03/2014 at about 6oclock evening and we ordered from the deal menu which was 3 10" pizza's and we also got chips so when we got home all the pizzas were burnt and they wasn't what we ordered so when we rang, the boss came on the phone and was so rude saying the pizzas were fine and that there was nothing wrong with them and wouldn't do anything about it, this is the worst pizza's I have ever tasted the dough tasted like it had been frozen and defrosted and there was no toppings and the pizzas was burnt I will never go to this pizza shop ever again and I strongly advise people to think twice before going here

Was really looking forward to this takeaway until we saw the food. We both ordered parmesans which were burnt all around the edges which a knife couldnt even cut through. We payed for extra garlic sauce which when arrived tasted like herb yoghurt so I complained and they said theyd send some garlic mayo out but this never arrived. The paremsan only had toppings around the center and literally had a 2 inch border with no cheese on. The parmesan also has tomato puree and herbs in it which arent suppose to be on proper parmesans. It tasted absolutely horrendous!!!
