I ordered 3 pizzas a few weeks ago and they never arrived. They took £30 out of my bank account, I tried calling them and emailing them but they never replied. Do not order from here.

Hands down the most unprofessional takeaway I’ve ever experienced. I’m glad I have photographic evidence of how nasty these people are. On top of being poor quality food and late delivery AND an incorrect order, I was insulted for my clothing and told that I couldn’t possibly do a better job based on what I look like. Which is hilarious given I have extensive culinary experience and expertise. It’s almost so bad it’s funny. Please save your money for the many other decent takeaways in York.

Huge, delicious range of vegan pizzas and calzones. Would love to see vegan wraps, kebabs, burgers and chicken options added to the menu in the future. Our go-to takeaway when it comes to vegan pizza.

Absolutely awful disappointing experience. Waited an hour and a half for the food. Kept being told the food was arriving in 5 minutes. The food arrived and it was incorrect, greasy and cold. Very bad experience.

Teníamos maravillosas pizzas entregadas esta noche.Mi pizza vegetariana vegana fue absolutamente fantástica. Estaba muy caliente, fresco, con un sabroso queso vegano cremoso (violife) y una salsa de tomate rico y picante.Muchas bases de pizza para llevar son saladas y grasientas, pero esto era esponjoso y ligero.El pan de ajo de tomate vegano también fue absolutamente delicioso.Gracias por una comida realmente encantadora.

Paid £9.30 for a mixed kebab from here; what I got was a moderate amount of meat, a small flatbread and a small amount of salad. Completely over priced and not worth the money, won't be going over here again.

Excellent pizzas! Plenty of options for vegans and non-vegans alike. I'm so pleased to be able to get takeout pizza with vegan cheese in York! Good value for money too. Recommend.

Booked for lunch here and were met by a waiter at the door. He was wearing a face mask but when he spoke we couldn’t understand anything he said other than the word “pizza”!! He then started to lead us to a table but we asked him to repeat what he had said. This time we understood “no pizza”. We had to confirm a further two or three times that he meant there was no pizza available, which eventually he did. He spoke so fast and with such a strong accent that it was impossible to tell what he said. He obviously assumed that we didn’t like pizza as he was intent on showing us to our table - wrong! An Italian restaurant that doesn’t have pizza - never heard of this before - useless. Oh, and thanks for sending me and our 4 year in the total wrong direction for your toilet!! Spite or incompetence?! We walked to Bella Italia and understood everything the waitress said and had a great meal including pizza!!!

17 Museum StreetStaff rude, we were looking at the drinks menu for all of 5mins when a waiters asked if we could make tell him what we wanted, as he was very busy!!! Felt rushed and slightly uncomfortable. My lasagne was burnt around the edges and the chip were just awful! I don't know what they were cooked in but OMG tasted disgusting. 3 of us £83 we had 3 mains and a bottle of wine! Horrible experience will never go again!!!

St Nicholas AvenueAbsolutely amazing lunch here today. Can’t fault the staff at all, they were all so lovely and friendly and accommodating, especially with my 1 year old daughter. There was one man in particular from the bar who kept coming over to speak to her and he was so lovely, can’t thank him enough as it was my first time taking my daughter for a meal out and the toddler stage can be quite stressful 😂 absolutely will be eating here again. They had a ‘kids eat free’ event on this week so that was a massive bonus! She had a starter, main and dessert. We got to the restaurant at around 11:20am and it was really quiet (half term too!) ideal time to go. Food came out fast and it only started to get busy around 12:15/12:30pm.
