Excellent customer service experience from Niko. From the beginning when he offered us a table with amazing view and until the end. Niko is a great assert to Prezzo.

My party had to wait over an hour to get our starters which were partly delivered while we waited for the rest of the order. Delivered the mains soon after, but again partly delivered and went cold while we waited for the rest of the order. I know it was the day before Mother’s Day, but worst service ever experienced sadly.

Goodbye to the worst Italian restaurant I have ever visited. Two years ago it was a great venue. Two weeks ago it was a disaster. A waitress was spraying chemicals everywhere while I was eating. Before I had finished my main course a waiter started sweeping beneath my table. He then told me that if I wanted a dessert I was too late because they were closing. When I entered the restaurant my greeting was : 'We close at nine, so you need to get a move on'. Other diners were receiving the same treatment, and in 20 years of eating out I have never witnessed such unprofessional behaviour from staff. Today it closed permanently, and good riddance to it.

Excellent meal, the first time I'd been to a Zizzi for many years at Christmas for our work Christmas meal. It was so good, I decided to go again with family, I'm not a big fan of pasta or pizza, but there is one dish that's excellent, the Chicken Milanese, which is a perfect alternative. very tasty and the potato side, too. All our meals were very tasty, resonably priced and the staff were all very friendly, the restaurant, although very busy, had a nice atmosphere as well Definitely will visit again soon.

UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED! RIPPED ME OFF! The last time I ordered from this place they gave me a Medium sized pizza instead of an extra large. I called and I informed them and they asked how many slices was it? I explained its not about the amount of slices, it's about the size of the pizza.

Vino con niños a almorzar. Tomó un tiempo para conseguir el menú, Luego un tiempo para que te ofrezcan bebidas y un tiempo para que tomes decisiones, entiendes mi deriva. Tardó bastante tiempo en llegar la comida que era buena comida (es pizza después de todo) . Tardamos un poco en limpiar las placas. Tardamos un tiempo en resolver los desiertos. Todo el tiempo el personal estaba feliz charlando con las personas que entran y salen y generalmente no comprueban si los clientes necesitaban servicio. Tomó alrededor de 1 hora 30 mentas para un almuerzo rápido. Por suerte no teníamos prisa. 4 horas de aparcamiento gratuito fue una bendición! Lástima como la comida de los niños son un buen precio, este lugar podría ser excelente. Los camareros recuerdan que el activo más importante que tienes son tus ojos. Mantenlos abiertos para ver quién necesita atención.

Very helpful, friendly staff and good place for an evening drink or meal. Great location opposite Station and a big car park.

Getting around to posting a review from my visits a couple years ago. Hop Yard is a gem. The live music. The Halloween celebration. Such magic and positive energy. I look forward to coming back this June.

Absolutely amazing place with a great vibe over the weekend ......the food literally speaks for itself .....you NEED TO TRY IT !!!!!

We had a fabulous night out at Pi. Really tasty pizza, delicious desserts, great atmosphere, and friendly staff. Easy to park at the station. Only quibble would be music was a bit loud.

So we booked a table for 4 on Valentines night (friends who haven't been able to get together due to work/life commitments). Our greeting was a bit lacklustre, we were shown to our seats with a I couldn't care less attitude!! It carried on from there! As soon as we were given the menus, we were asked if we were ready to order! We asked for a few more minutes (so we could actually look at the menus that had been given to us). When our drinks order arrived, I had to send back a wine glass that has lipstick all around the rim and when I complained the girl stared at me and I had to explain that obviously it wasn't mine as no wine had been poured into it and I wasn't wearing lipstick!! The next problem was when our starters arrived. They bought over starter starting was ours, but it wasn't (the server had got the order wrong altogether). We then waited for what seemed to be ages for two of the starters (the others had arrived without a problem). We also requested water when ordering our wine but had to chase to receive that. The four of us were completely disappointed with our experience and doubt we would be back for a while. The food was okay, but the service was shocking.

Shepperton is a lovely area and Prezzos was our choice to have lunch on Valentines day. Although I booked in advance I needn't have bothered as the place was quiet. The starters were decent Italian hummus and flatbread and the tomato bruschetta. Mains my kids went with the margarita pizza which was large and tasty. I went with spaghetti King prawns I would say this was ok. The best option was the pumpkin and ricotta ravioli which was delicious. Service was good we were checked on frequently. Cost wise not cheap but ok. Location has free nearby street parking or you can park at nearby Sainsburys supermarket.

Fifteen discerning gentlemen of a certain age lunched at this pub after a local walk and couldn't have been better looked after. We had booked for only 14 lunchers but the kind and efficient staff coped admirably with the extra number and we enjoyed plentiful platefuls of pie and mash with lashings of gravy ,fish &chips, fish cakes and burgers which was all cooked excellently and served with a smile. There were a good offer of beers and wines and it was clear to us that this was a well run pub by a talented team who knew how to please the customer. Very many thanks.
