I'm vegan and ordered the vegan chicken bites. I received real chicken bites, which I only realised until I ate one. I'm allergic to meat and called the store expressing this, but the employee didnt seem to care and just said he didnt have the vegan chicken, so he gave me the real one, which I was never told about. If you cant provide a customer with what I've ordered, you should at least call them an verify an alternative before acting. That's is just basic customer service. Plus didnt get a refund or anything, just got some food that I cant eat. I've lost complete trust with Papa Johns and for the sake of my health, will never order from them ever again. Good food, but if you have allergies or a vegetrian/ vegan, then I dont recommend this place.

Booked late Sunday afternoon restaurant is nice and quiet. Arrived 30 mins early but were accommodated and given a nice large table near the rear of the restaurant. Served quickly, and the food was very good. For starters, we tried the New Nduja dough balls and the Hot Honey dough balls, both very tasty with a fair bit of spice. For Mains, I had the Caesar salad, which, as always, was great but needed extra Caesar sauce, which, when asked for, was brought to the table without question. My partner had the Pollo Pesto pasta dish, which was faultless. For dessert, we ordered the chocolate fudge cake and the white chocolate & Salted-Caramel Pizza Dolce. OMG, forget about the chocolate Fudge cake.... the Pizza Dolce is to die for (Warning) its massive and you could share, but I was being Piggy and ate the lot, except for a couple of fork fulls which I was made to share. The chocolate Fudge cake is very nice, but I would actually return just to have a coffee and Pizza Dolce(all to myself). Service was sharp, fast and polite, and after a long day on their feet, the staff didn't slip with anything. It was a very nice meal and we will definitely return very soon, thank you all very much Pizza Express see You all soon. 10/10

Terrible service, rude staff, cold rubbery food. This place used to be great a long time ago but it’s gone seriously downhill. Would never waste money here again and I live round the corner. Staff uninterested, don’t care and poor attitudes. Food was as bad as I’ve tasted recently. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Disgusting! Don’t go! My fiend ate the spaghetti carbonara with chicken added and within 40mins was violently sick several times at the table and the absolute lack of care and concern have left us shocked! My friend is fit and healthy and was fine when we arrived so this was definitely caused by her meal. What’s worse is the duty manager who also claimed to be the first aider didn’t have a clue what to do. I had to ask for a a bowl and towels whilst me friend continued to be sick. This continued for approx 10-15 mins before we were able to move to the lobby area and call for help from home to collect her. At one point I thought we may need an ambulance as she was so unwell but after the sickness stopped she was a little more coherent. To make matters even worse as her husband came to collect here we were handed the bill with absolutely no kind of apology. Concern or discount for the food she had vomited back up and left over the table and floor!! I have never experienced anything like it.

worst doner kebab I've ever had, I ordered doner kebab, and a separate portion of chips come to £11 which I thought was quite expensive considering the chips were in a tiny packet and virtually inedible absolutely rock hard I couldn't physically break them down in my mouth and the kebab was all dumped in a tray with my mayo and they put the pita bread on the outside to build my own bloody kebab, so as you can guess got mayo and crap all over my fingers, the pita was also stale and hard. The meat just did not taste right really greasy think I left 3/4 of this, avoid like the plague I wish I'd read the reviews before I went in there first chip shop ever in my life that I've not been able to chew the chips as they were so hard.

Haven’t been there for a while as had had a bad experience there a few years back . Have to say it’s totally changed for the better . Much better organised and very reasonable tasty food . I would also like to mention our waitress I think called Issy ( with Blu / green hair ) . She was so pleasant and efficient and worked continuously whilst we were there . An asset indeed !

Today we visited this fantastic establishment, from start to finish my experience exceeded our expectations. Daisy went above and beyond to accommodate myself and my party. Daisy deserves a recognition and reward for her outstanding customer service that we received. We would recommend this.

Came here with friends and took us a while to get seated no one seemed to be working when we first got there. Once we finally got seated we got terrible service, the girl that served us showed us to our table and then told us card only and that was it. She didn’t tell us it was order online so we were sat there confused if we would be able to order. We only had the option to tip before our meal and we had bad service so didn’t feel as tho we should tip. But we were then approached by a lovely young man who quickly helped us out and asked us if we were okay. The food was lovely and came out quickly, I got a handmade pizza and really enjoyed it.

No longer The Bell, now O'Neills. This pub serves 3 real ales, Doom Bar, London Pride and Tim Taylors Landlord, the latter was particularly good. Several sports screens, but they don't dominate the place. Staff very good at finding out about allergies. Pizza very good, however the American Hot, wasn't very hot or spicy, tasty but disappointing.

It's OK but could be a lot better. The shop looks tired and in need of some fresh paint and TLC along with a deep clean. The service was good and the staff helpful and accomodating. The fish and chips. The portions were large and generous. The chips were very poor. Dried out and seemingly not freshly cooked. They also had an odd taste which highlighted the need for fresh cooking oil. The fish was very good excepting the batter was still soggy in places which would have been rectified with a few minutes more frying time. With a little more attention to detail it could be a very good fish and chips shop.
