The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in North West

Initially received a 50 minute delivery time. Nothing arrived time. No problem. To receive nothing and when contacted told it’s traffic but to have the app saying it’s being delivered and then the driver not able to find the address. Driver given new post code and still not able to find the address and told its traffic. Phone the takeaway again and told it’s delayed because of traffic. Sorry but lies. Can’t deliver a service then don’t accept. Apologies for being very horrendous with my language but I don’t being lied to. Driver eventually arrives and then says he’s had to go through certain parts of town. Absolutely pathetic. I’ve now deleted the app and won’t be ordering again. You’d get more appreciation for honesty

Excellent place with an amazing relaxed ambience. The food is very good with an interesting selection on the menu. Friendly staff and quick service. Note: a 7.5% service charge is automatically added to the bill.

Our server Jackie was very helpful and attentive could fault her and the food was delicious as well

Last week, we went to this restaurant, it was very quiet, however, our food took a long time, about 50 minutes, after all, when our food came to our table, we were really shocked, the appearance and taste of the food was awful 😳. In the worst countries, go to a roadside restaurant, the food was much, much better than this. £35 for two pressed bread with pita bread They took money from us, this was the worst restaurant I went to in my whole life, please don't choose this place because it will waste your time and money. I'm really sorry for Rettoi's management..

Very poor customer service and service I ordered on there website and paid £21.99 for my food that day they did not have a delivery driver so I was told that I would be refunded in a few days it not 3 weeks later iv been ringing them every other day when I remember to get my refund as I have not had it yet but everytime I call they say the boss is not here I paid £21.99 for nothing did not receive no food and i was actually told by one of the staff that there is something wto g with the website but still not had my money back and I just rang again for them to ignore the phone but soon as I rang on another number they answered for them to tell me the boss is not in I told them I want a refund and get the boss to contact me it now been nearly 3 weeks and still nobody has got back to me I was a regular customer as they deliver late night and still I got ripped off as u can see in the video I paid £21.99 on the 24th of December but not been refunded I even ordered from them the day after I started ordering somewhere else when I realised they did not want to refund me my money back even though they cancelled the order because they have no driver

I was abit sceptical because of the reviews but ordered at 11.45 on Thursday night arrived 20 mins later in rishton food was hot my wrap was nice 👌 and my partner had no complaints about his kebab other than too much salad. I will buy from here again
