The worse ever!! Don’t ever order of this restaurant guys. Delivery is 2 hours. Cold and soggy food. I waited 2 hours for my delivery.

Beautiful food. Freshly made pizzas. Friendly environment. Eat from here twice a week.

Had ordered 2 pieces of chicken had to wait 20 minutes and had to ask for it more interested in online takeaway then the customers in the shop

Ordered food at 19:00, estimated arrival time 20:15 latest. At 21:00 I phoned them for an update. The person on the other end of the line was very rude and told me it was my fault. He had tried to ring me (I had no missed calls) to tell me it had been delayed so therefore it was my fault At around 21:40, 2 hours 40 mins after I had placed the order the food finally arrived. The garlic bread had bites taken out of it on arrival.. I placed the order through Uber eats and therefore had already paid. Despite this, the store also sent me a link via text message to pay an additional sum. I refused to pay this, as I had already paid! I questioned them on this, to which they told me it was a mistake A shocking experience. I have never reviewed a takeaway before but felt I had to here because the experience was so bad. I would recommend anyone to not order from here and go elsewhere

No salad on kebabs and small amout getting worst every time

The person on the till needs to be removed as he doesn't understand the British language

100% best food when you get it and get the right order always messing up orders waited 2 hours for food tonight and after reading order through with guy on the phone 5 times they still mess it up rang them told them apparently re sending it out over 1 hour already gone and still not got my food

Ordered food and requested plain. Received the order to find the instructions hadn’t been followed so called the restaurant straight away to try and rectify and was told they would replace it. Called again half an hour later and was informed that nothing was been done and they could send it out but was too late. Quality of the food that did arrive was barely worth eating. Appalling customer service and food quality to match.

Donner Kebab is cold and not lamb chips cold mushrooms cold 10.98 for cold food and fir a kebab that's not lamb

Use to order from here regularly, then with every order it started to get worse until my order with gravy smelling like it had been sat in a house fire, the chicken in the wraps were raw and chips were stale, refused a refund so i would definitely stay away from here if your looking for decent food. Its gone worse and they’ve lost a decent customer now👍🏼

Fresh chicken, pizzas were delicious, friendly staff, well designed menu and very clean place. Food gone low.

Ordered a delivery and it came quickly. Food tasted great and take away tried to accommodate our request. They did forget something in the order but were very courteous when I called back.

Partner order off these tonight spent £27 to get 2 spicy burger which taste off and donnor and chip and cheese chip 2 milkshake and 2 can the burger had a wired smell to them so definitely not fresh the donnor meat was okay and cheese chip the burger was refuse to eat after they smell the smell so we waste money on this order 2 people didnt enjoy there food with one just not eaten after smelling the burger that money we wont get back high dont wont go here if you want to waste your hard earn money then it's perfect

Ordered some food from here last night I'm fuming this is twice now that there's been a foreign item in my pizza last time it was plastic this time it was a peice of metal I am absolutely digusted

Would not recommend went in as there was hardly any takeaways open round the area they didn’t understand my English the food was hard and bits was missing it’s called bits and pizza but u don’t even get your bits with your meal was asking if they had a certain food and he was saying yes until it come to getting it and it being totally wrong then we phoned up and the guy was calling me love which I found strange

Weirdly received burgers with nothing in them, only bun and patty, no salad, no sauce, same for the chicken burger, just a fillet and bun....keep a drink handy or you'll choke!

Staff are always polite and friendly. Never had a problem with this place always hot and fresh food will definitely recommend

Foods lovely. We lovee the burgers. Love the chicken. Only issue I had was I ordered food for half 11...at night. I ordered time as my partner was in work... the food was delivered just after 11. Shouldn't complain as its early but needed it delivered at time specified. I had to keep my partners food warm in the oven. Which affected the texture of the burger etc.

I order from her probably once every two week when I get home from work late and can’t be bothered cooking. The food is always good and better than what you’d expect from a takeaway. They deliver quicker than the recommended time and I’d happily order from here again. - also I’ve amended from the set menu a few times and they always listen to my requests. 💯 recommended!

Disgusted, ordered 4 kids meals and an adult meal, only adult meal came... rang for them to say they will deliver in 5 mins...25 mins later THREE kids meals delivered....one half eaten ,I rang back for them to say I already had one delivered which I clearly didn't, all now has gone in the bin.... would not advise here

You guys really need to sort your menu out on Uber Eats. I really wanted to order from you guys tonight but I've ordered elsewhere because your pizza ordering process makes you select all sizes before adding to basket, so a pizza is like £17! Same with calzones. You shouldn't be having all the sizes as a required option, just 1 for obvious reasons.hope it gets fixed soon because it's been like this for a while.

After looking at so many positive reviews , I thought yes this is the pizza place to go to? 🤡, the base was like a pre-bought supermarket one, 2 pieces of pineapple on a 12” Hawaiian. Meat one tasted like cat food. Not good 🤢

Ordered a milk chocolate cookie dough and chocolate cake with my order and I received a carrot cake and a burnt white chocolate hard/ burnt cookie dough with no ice cream, my donner wrap didn’t even have the salad I wanted on it and the garlic bread with cheese taste like rubber! And there not answering the phone I’ve rang over 200 times!!!

Just ordered pizza and milkshakes for me and my family tonight we got burgers the other night and they was lovely iv ordered here a few times but them burgers the over night wow bun was so fresh and we all enjoyed our food brilliant staff and drivers I do highly recommend keep up the good work guys and thankyou for being our local

OMG, Had a Chicken Tikka Naan and it was absolutely delicious. Nice juicy pieces of chicken and piping hot. They also let me sample their chicken on the bone with homemade chicken gravy and again out of this world. Definitely going again.

Place an order at 12am....predicted delivery at 1am... . Still nothing. Seems they take your money but don't deliver the food. Do not answer the phone also.

Food was beyond greasy for a takeaway (and cold), didn’t have complete order and when I called to complain it took over 1hr 20mins for someone else to turn up by which time wife had gone to bed and dogs had settled so disturbed them. Incredibly rude and poor service!! Strongly recommend people of Heywood to not use this company

Ordered twice from here and each time it's been wrong order or totally mixed up when try to ring them they blocked my number try off another number and they just put it down disgusting used to be nice aswel

This was frankly disgraceful. We spent £20+ on an order that only half of arrived. When we called to ask for the order to be rectified they were rude and argumentative. The food was cold, service terrible and we were ripped right off.

I suspect they was so busy they couldn't cope. 1 hour for a small order locally delivered is poor. And when the food is equally as poor after said wait equals a spend i wish i hadn't made. Not for me this place after this.

ordered burger meal deals , which the muffins on. the burger was wet, really sloppy , it looked like it had been dipped into a brew , will never ever order that again.
