Went in to order. Don't accept card. Tried to order online to collect and the prices are more expensive than advertised in store. Didn't order and left

Went for lunch today and we were able to get seating without any hassle. The seating arrangements are unique in that each dining table is different. The food arrived on time and the waitress was very polite and service was great. The atmosphere was quiet, which was welcoming. They had gluten free options which we were after and the food tasted great. Overall, a unique and nice quaint place worth a visit.

También teníamos servidores increíbles, y cuando uno de ellos no nos informó sobre la escasez de existencias para nuestra pizza - se ofreció a cambiar la pizza y nos dio un sándwich de helado de galletas de cortesía para disculparse. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Square Pizza, and I feel compelled to share my feedback about their customer service. I called to inquire about placing an order, and from the moment the call was answered, the behavior of the staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional. The person on the other end of the line sounded impatient and uninterested in assisting me. When I asked a couple of basic questions about the menu and delivery times, I was met with abrupt, dismissive answers. Instead of clarifying my doubts or providing information politely, the staff member raised their voice, creating a very uncomfortable and hostile atmosphere. At one point, they were outright shouting over the phone, cutting me off repeatedly as I tried to explain my concerns. This level of aggression was completely uncalled for and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a certain standard of professionalism, especially when it comes to businesses in the service industry. Square Pizza’s staff failed to meet even the most basic expectations of courtesy and respect. It’s one thing to be busy or under pressure, but shouting at customers is inexcusable. This interaction has completely put me off from ordering from them, as it shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Additionally, after this experience, I looked up other reviews and found similar complaints about rude and dismissive behavior, which leads me to believe that this isn’t an isolated incident but rather a recurring issue. I urge the management of Square Pizza to address this problem immediately. Customer service training for staff is desperately needed to ensure that future customers don’t endure the same unpleasant experience. A business can only thrive if it values and respects its customers, and unfortunately, Square Pizza seems to lack this understanding. I will not be recommending this place to anyone and will take my business elsewhere where it is appreciated. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes.

Chased 3 times and then food was cold, one chips container was only 1/2 full.

Soo bad.they didn't peel the skin off and the chicken is red from inside and has a bad smell. I vomited out the only piece i ate.

Orders no tomatoes because of allergy and my burger came with tomatoes, had to throw it away as I carnt eat tomatoes.
