Pizza made with love and by far and away the best pizza I've ever had and I'm a pizza snob.

The pizza is so good but PLEASE sort the decor out. It looks like a children's play area and I am genuinely too embarrassed to be seen eating in there. It's like Reddit in a restaurant format. I don't need to be looking at all of the Marvel cast whilst I eat genuinely good authentic Italian pizza.

My Sons, my Sons Financee and I have been here many times. Its exceptional. The Staff are just so lovely.. they really can't do enough for you. I would recommend this Pizzeria the best in Leicestershire! Probably as good as Italy!!! Ciao. SALLYANN

Somewhat of a hidden gem. We went at lunch time and had no trouble getting a table. Staff were super friendly and the venue is very quirky. The menu is compact, but more than sufficient. We ordered two 'adult' pizzas, two kids pizzas and a jug of 'melonade' (highly recommend!!!!) and the bill came to £33. Brilliant value for money. Yummiest Pizza (and Melonade) in town, and I am certain we tried them all :P Facilities are clean and functional, but the baby changing is only 'up to 11kg/ 12 months', which is not ideal considering that toddlers are not usually potty trained by the time their first birthday comes along (wouldn't that be nice though!?) Anyway. We loved it and already cannot wait to return :)

Superb food, superb service, best pizza in Leicester.

Ordered two pizzas through Deliveroo . Margarita and Honey, I ate the salami. Margherita was good. Salami was dreadful, like it was cheapest salami they could find, uneatable. Just disgusting.

absolutely delicious pizza!! staff were so friendly and welcoming and even gave complimentary dip to us and gave heart-shaped pizza after valentine’s day😅. pizza was authentic, delicious and lots of variety.price was reasonable and the fresh lemonade was also refreshing!!! would highly recommend

Pizza was solid as expected from a Pizzeria, food wasn't bad overall. The menu did lack a little variety in things as there wasn't much to pick from. Furthermore the atmosphere was interesting, like it wasn't my cup of tea as it felt more like a pizzeria, but the lighting wasn't great, the tables felt squashed together and the walls felt half finished. This is as seen in pictures, but didn't feel as good as other restaurants in the same price bracket based on surroundings, but good food regardless.

I arrived at lunchtime, asking if they offered pizza by the slice. They don't, so I ordered one of the smaller pizzas. I can only assume that they don't care about the smaller ones, maybe because they're designed for kids, but it was the worst pizza I've had in years. Undercooked dough, tomato sauce that tasted like someone had just added chopped tomatoes from a tin, and cheese that tasted of nothing and was rubbery. I had a better pizza at a Wether spoons once. The only reason I give it 2 instead of 1 is because the young lady behind the counter was very friendly. I will certainly not be back again and I am baffled at the 4.5 score average, I can only assume the pizza has nosedived in quality.

Best pizza in Leicester. I am a pizza nut. Have been everywhere local that does pizza with just one or two left to try and have been chasing the perfect slice of pizza for decades. This place is amazing.

Displeased that I was charge +£2.50 extra for each gluten-free option. Which was not freshly made and no one raised that there will be additional charge. Very disappointed.

Great place, wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff, and great comedy shows upstairs caught a few as part of the festival. Back again for this year's festival, first nights show just finished a great line up back for more in a couple of days.

I have ordered from you guys twice so far. First time I've ordered I could call it easily the best pizza I've had in Leicester, ingredients tasted amazing, dough was lovely and pizza in general tasted amazing. I thought I'll give it a go again today and I was sadly surprised with a pizza that arrived cold, rubbery and very poorly cut. Unfortunately it was more of a pain than a pleasure to eat the pizza I was really looking forward to. :( I would really love to give you guys another go sometime in a future so I hope this things would be improved! On another note, your pizza boxes are absolutely fantastic. I love them so much!

A very studenty vibe but definitely in a good way, the pizza was delicious and the staff friendly. Perfect fuel for walking around the King Richard III Visitor Centre!

Cannot recommend Peter Pizzaria in Leicester enough, it's such a hidden gem! Matt and his team were super helpful with my friend's 30th birthday party leading up to the event and on the day. We were able to hire out the whole of the top floor, Matt was able to arrange food within my budget and access to a private bar upstairs. I was able to play around with the space and there was no limitations with the decorations and moving furniture around even the use of confetti! The staff even sorted out the sound system for me ahead of the party. All the guests were pleasantly surprised with the space and interior, can guarantee our guests will be booking with Peter Pizzaria in the future :)

Good pizza, good price nice service

It used to be one of the best wood-fired pizzerias, but recently it seems to me that this pizzeria has gone into decline, I gave it a chance many times because I thought it was a bad day, but I guess it wasn't a bad day because now the pizza tastes terrible, it's not Neapolitan pizza anymore which I remember.

To say it's the best pizza is a bit of an overstatement in my opinion. More of a decent Pizza, personally the dough wasn't for me.

Food came damaged and gave me the wrong items. Sauce was spilling out of the box onto my hands and clothes and the toppings were leaking all over, base was soggy. Spent a lot of money on the pizza but was not like advertising. Don’t buy from this place you will be wasting your money and time.

Literally the best pizza ever by miles. I love the interior decorated with movie posters, the staff are super friendly and you can watch as they make and cook the pizzas. They do at times have screenings to watch a film with your pizza. Excellent pizza topping choices and great desserts. Can't rate them enough.

Wonderful pizzas, delightful staff We were here with six children which didn't concern the waiter in the least.... All food fresh and hot Back again for another group gathering...from.2 years upwards.. Lots of deliciously unruly preens and teens...all equally welcome. Everyone well fed, no hurry, no pressure... Absolutely perfect!

This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! The food was amazing and the service was fantastic !🍽️🍕☕🥞 I recommend to everyone!

One of the nicest pizzas i’ve had in so long, tasted absolutely amazing and the service was so quick. I had the Viva La Salsiccia (without the gorgonzola and meat) and it was divine. I had a selection of sauces with the crust too (chilli honey, aioli and truffle mayo) would recommend them all apart from the chilli honey as it was just too sweet for me! Would go again! Great value for money, great staff and great food (Also the bill came in a cute dinosaur)

I’m so glad I’ve finally found Neapolitan pizza in Leicester. Peter’s never disappoints, it’s always my go-to treat! Best pizza in Leicester for sure :) The Diavola with added red onion is my favourite.

Best pizza ever, they never disappoint. My favorite is the old 3- the hint of pistachio takes it to a next level of delicious. I also had a Nutella pizza dessert with was delicious. They have tasty wines as well. The atmosphere is cozy. It’s a pity I didn’t take any pics - next time for sure.

Turned up on Friday evening with no reservation but they still managed to find a space for us. The pizza was excellent in every aspect, and I also particularly enjoyed the Mela Rossa cider. Staff were attentive and the desserts were decent, nothing too expensive either. Minor criticism is that the toilet door should have coat hooks on the back!

THE *NEW MENU* lured us in. Food was really good. We shared the Veg Sparty (for 1-2) which was a generous portion and very tasty (amazing goats cheese) and healthy. Pizzas we had were Ortolana (the smoked cheese really made this) and the 'Leave Meat Alone' which they were happy to make non-vegan for me with dairy mozzarella. That one was really different, with a pesto base. Yum. The decor style I'd describe as 'derelict', reminiscent of the Fallout series of video games. Don't think it contrived- if you've ever attended a comedy festival gig in the upstairs rooms you'd know that this is one seriously water damaged building. That aside, the food here is great!

Excellent pizzas, good service. Enjoyed a sharing platter as a starter too. The building is pretty dilapidated and tired, not the nicest of surroundings. Pretty dreadful music blaring out too. =================== Review as a venue for the Comedy Festival. The room is a good size and watched some great comedians there, but the walls are in desperate need of a coat of paint, and have been for several years now. The state of the upstairs area didn’t inspire me to try one of the pizzas that’s for sure (but glad I eventually did!)

Let me set the scene, I am from the American Northeast and I went with a person from New York and from California. We ordered the Margherita and the Procuitto white pizzas, as a control group. They were Amazing! The mozzarella on the Margherita stretched! The dough folded and the tip of the pizza drooped perfectly. The dough on the white pizza was strong enough to hold the fresh topping and they were AMAZING. SO GOOD. If I could suggest one thing, it would be to have a pizza sauce dip. I'll be back. A lot.

My word, has this place gone downhill. I'm not sure if they use real mozzarella anymore, I clicked sundried tomatoes on Deliveroo (thinking they were sunblushed as they used to be), and they tasted like they came out of a Tesco bottle. The allegedly Queen Margherita had no fresh basil on there. The insalata caprese was supposed to have: cherry tomatoes, olives, red onion, goats cheese, lemon juice and olive oil... I basically got buffalo mozzarella, salad tomatoes and some dressing. Was it a bad day? Or is this the standard?!?!?! It was edible, but not what I paid for. From 2019: Great Pizza, hands-down the best in Leicester. It's authentic Napoli-style sourdough pizza. A very simple concept, simple toppings, but absolutely delicious. It is also very reasonably priced. But the quality has suffered lately, and very often it can be hit or miss. The decor is awesome, though!

I like pizza, and this is the place I got to for the best pizza in Leicester (IMHO). So if that doesn't convince you nothing will, so besides flying to Italy there is not much more to say :)

The pizzas here are wonderful. It's all about the ingredients, I had the Piccante, and this had the right level of spiciness for me. My partner tried the vegan pizza, and she loved it but could not finish it, and it was great the next day at home.

Peter pizza is hands down our favourite pizza place. Fast and fun loving staff. The prices are great, the ingredients are always high quality with great selection, the service is fantastic and the pizza itself is perfect. I love being able to swap my own mix of toppings. This location always has a great atmosphere and it is in a great location.

I go Peter’s pizzeria at least once a month. It’s my go to place every time I want to eat from out! One of the best pizzas I tried. Quality is on point everytime and everything is so fresh. Introduced this place to so many people and will continue doing so! It’s my favourite ever. On top of that, amazing service by the staff. Especially Anthony, such an amazing person!

Ordered take away. Pizza really impressed me and boyfriend. The salad was not so nice, not sure if it was because it was takeaway. It didn’t seem that fresh. It was on a good deal though

I recently visited this pizzeria, and it was a mixed experience. The pizza was good, but not great, as I wasn't a fan of the cheese. Despite that, I still found it enjoyable. The beer selection impressed me, offering a great variety of options. The atmosphere was truly amazing, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. While the pizza didn't fully meet my expectations, the overall experience was positive, thanks to the fantastic beer, wonderful atmosphere, and the pleasant demeanor of the staff. I would consider returning for another try.

A really nice atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. It is a fun place and the food was very good. We ordered the goats cheese toast but they had run out of that cheese so they offered to use a replacement cheese. The toast came out a little burnt but that could have been because of the replacement cheese. Pizza was excellent!

Peter Pizzeria has been a long time favourite eatery for myself and my husband so it was no brainer to ask them to supply pizzas for our wedding celebration at a venue in Leicester city. And we were not disappointed!! Staff were incredibly helpful and did an amazing job of producing pizza after pizza in a short time frame. Our guests all commented on how amazing the pizza was - the food went down a storm! The staff also really looked after my husband while he was waiting in between batches and really went above and beyond, which was especially impressive given the heat of the day (30°C+).

Been a while for me. Perfect good Old No3 and Diavola as always. Quick friendly hassle free service (just after Sat lunch rush). Clean and stocked up tables. Easy pleasant visit. Yum. Thanks.

Lovely place with a big traditional pizza oven in the main room and some alternative semi industrial decor. Pizzas great quality, though they could improve the sides. Definitely one of the top three pizza places in town and great to enjoy at home too.

I ordered 3 different types of pizza. Two were just mediocre and one was literally the worst pizza I've ever had. I walk past the sign that says "Come and try the worst pizza one guy ever tasted" and always thought it was a joke... It was not.

Building used to be an old gentlemens club, it was kooky inside but that's their angle. Wife and kids liked the pizza but I like deep pan pizzas and this is thin. I rolled it up like the Americans eat it.

Visited this place a while back on my work trip. Staff was very friendly and interior was cosy. Pizza was amazing. Best Ive eaten in UK and great wine.
