Absolutely brilliant. Gorgeous pizza with excellent service. Good value for money. Will definitely go back.

Tried this takeaway on 25/6/21 and again 29/6/21. The first time the delivery came and it was stone cold. However, I simply put it in the oven to warm. Not a problem, right. You could forgive that one time. However, tonight I thought I'd give it another chance. Ordered a napoli calazone at 1919 and the email confirmed delivery at 2030. Fine, not a problem. Another email arrived saying the pizza had been dispatched, great I'm really hungry. Now the fun starts, I'm still waiting for this pizza at 2100. So I ring the shop, only to find that the driver has misplaced my pizza and they would have to make a fresh one and get it back out to me. I've now gone beyond hungry and also tired as I'm up at 0430. Asked them to cancel it and give me a refund. They are unable to do this, unless I go to the shop or ring in the morning to speak to the manager. I've asked for the manager to ring me in the morning. We shall see if that happens. It's a shame as the reheated pizza tasted ok but customer experience sucks.

This is the best pizza place in Leicester!! So so delicious! The strawberries and Nutella on pizza is insane. Only ever had on Deliveroo because of covid- but they always test super hot and fresh when they arrive. Would recommend 11/10

Delicious pizza meals and excellent service and delivery especially from Anu. The pizza is very good quality and it is fast made with excellent service.

I really love the pizzas and milkshakes from here. Have had takeaways twice and been very happy each time. Food is fresh and flavour some. One star has only been marked down because it is so expensive for the amount of food you get. I spend less at dominos by taking advantage of their deals. If fireaway did more deals that made the food more value for money then they would be my go to. Also tend to sprinkle parmesan over calzone- I dont eat parmesan cheese. Will have to remember to ask them not to next time!

Hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had! Fireaway have never failed to impress me, this is now my number 1 takeaway and I don’t order from anywhere else! Pizza is always piping hot and tastes amazing, chicken strips and wings are always really juicy and full of flavour & the staff are always lovely and polite. Would recommend 100%

Ordered 3 pizzas from Oadby and spoke to the owner about my gluten free intolerance being a coeliac. Was advised that extra precautions would be made over and above their usual practice to reduce the risk of cross contamination including cooking my pizza on a metal grille in the stone baked oven and ensuring all cutlery and tools used were cleaned and wiped down prior. Upon pick up my pizza was still being prepared and I saw that what they had advised was being done. Extremely pleased and my pizza was delicious. The family enjoyed their pizzas too and exceeded expectations Thank you. Much appreciated. Finally a place selling amazing GF pizzas in Oadby. See you again soon!!

Extremely rude and defensive. I just telephone to ask if the pizzas are halal and the guy said of course it’s halal but he was angry and became defensive. I asked because apparently not all branches of Fireaway are halal, so what was wrong in asking?

Pizzas are excellent and taste really authentic. Makes a huge difference when they’re cooked in a proper pizza oven! Excellent service, staff are really friendly, and provide fast service! Definitely our new go to pizza place. And what’s even better is that they’re completely halal! Highly recommend. Thank you for opening in Oadby!

A review/words cannot explain how tasty the pizza is at this pizza joint. Wow. All I can say is 11/10 and you MUST go here. Best pizza going. I had the garlic pizza WHICH was just amazing. Better than expected and the best one I've had in Leicester. Also the staff especially the manager Mukesh and his wonderful team are so welcoming and pleasant. Honestly the best service 11/10. Will definitely be going again soon to try something new!

The lunchtime deal is pocket friendly and well worth it. Lovely fresh pizza, really tasty. Must try the Nutella pizza was wow!

Loved the authentic feel of the pizza! There are so many options to choose from. We were very satisfied!

Visited this place for for the first time this evening, was pretty nice. The pepperoni seemed very salty compared to other pizza's I've had. Not sure I'd pay £9.99 for a create-your-own, given MOD pizza isn't too far and is a bit cheaper but equal quality. The staff were friendly enough however and would happily visit again.
