Went in to order. Don't accept card. Tried to order online to collect and the prices are more expensive than advertised in store. Didn't order and left

Asked for extra cheese on my pizza and it came with no cheese at all on it

Been here a few times before and never had a problem. This time, chips were luke warm and tasted like cardboard. Kebab was hot and tasty, although tandoori chicken could have been cooked a bit longer. Way too much lettuce in the salad. Portion size was pretty small considering it was supposed to be large. Not what I'd call value for money!!

Went for the 1st time and I have to say, Amazing food, lovely service with a smile. I would recommend this place to get your fresh food.

Paid £30 for 2 kebabs (one paneer, not even meat) and a cookie dough. £5.50 for next to nothing and hair attached in it so a waste of money.

Was told I had to order over £40 of food to get delivery (I'm 1.4 miles away) bad attitude from the lady who answered the phone can not comment on the food as I wasn't being robbed to eat!!😑

Absolute disgusting chips were hard and the fish was small tasted mushy and the batter was watery waste of £7.40 never going back. It was a lot better quality with the old owners. I would give a minus 5 star if I could.

Very bad experience. First time buying from them and pretty sure it’s going to be the last time. Food took ages to be ready and when collected, it was already cold. The portions are also very small. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

Just went there today after looking for food places in Leicester. This came up, looked at the location, didn't seem too far from where I was in terms of time it takes to get there, but was I wrong regarding physical distance, from Wigston you literally have to drive towards the M1, passing it on and so on. This kebab shop seemed to be in some really isolated village, much smaller than a town, in the middle of nowhere 😕 Anyways, they say the lamb used for the donner comes from New Zealand, but didn't seem to taste any different at all, coming from me who's done so many reviews on kebab shops up & down the country, living in Harringay, North London, in a Turkish neighbourhood with lots of Turkish restaurants nearby. The lamb donner wasn't excessively greasy with fat dripping, so it was good quality meat, no doubt. But its no Best Turkish Donner in Dalston. The chicken was good though, but can't say better than other places out there as its not really a sophisticated thing to make. It's just marinated in paste. Had this one too many times in East London, but I could say this places serves the chicken lumpy which is what I prefer, though not everyone's cup of tea. I'd give this place a 4 out of 5, because it was good but definately the "best in the region" worthy type. Prices were reasonable, definately not overpriced. At the time of writing, small kebab was £5, large was £6, served in pitta bread, a bit more if in naan bread.

Breakfast never turned up. No diet Pepsi.

This is the best kebab shop in Leicester!! No really the food here is extremely good. Make sure you try the lamb kebab the pizza is tasty as f*ck, you wont be disappointed!

Place is too dark to walk in and order as takeaway. But food is good and delicious specially the chicken tikka.

Spent almost 25 quid for 3 kebabs chips and sausage, the kebabs were tiny theres more meat on a sparrow, not only was it small but it was so greasy its unbelievable! The chips were okay sausage wasnt brilliant but edible! Wouldn't order again

It was absolutely disgusting we will not use this place again ok 🥵👎🤮😱.

I can't recommend . I ordered and paid for additional mayo and I didn't get it . On advertisme write down the best kebab in Leicester but not true , normal like another place , also pizza not was very good . Only plus for time delivery that it. Never order again . Sorry

I can not fault the food, the food is great, but if you want to order it for delivery DONT use their website! I cant believe after placing my order i then had to wait nearly 2hours for my takeaway. Its not until after placing the order do you find that it will take so long. I tried ringing numerous times which directed me to the online chat but that was a waste of my time has i was told if the shop says it will take that long then so be it, I only ordered a kabab, chips a milkshake and desert,. Sorry guys i am not happy, will have to think about using you in future.

Ordered food and it all tasted delicious, especially the burger which was served in a brioche bun! You can tell the cod is of the highest grade and the chips were perfect too. We’ll be ordering again and highly recommended to all for home delivery A++. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

Top top pizza! Arguably the best in Leicester when they use their extra thick dough.

This place was recommended over a year ago by a friend, since then ordered many times & never been disappointed. From ordering online or over the phone to the friendly delivery peopleExcellent, quality & great price food. Terrys deserves 5* (should of added a picture but our pizzas was to amazing we tucked straight in oops)

Used to offer probably the best pizzas in Leicester but definitely do not make their own bases now, I've had nicer pizzas from the frozen section in Iceland And the amount of herbs on top was enough to kill off the whole of Italy. You may think those are jokes.. but they arent on this occasion Nuggets and chips are decent though!

Good food but way overpriced been twice now and both times close to £60.00. Watch out for the add ons that's how's they get you.

Good kebabs though both were ordered with salad and just one had proper salad the other had small bit of shredded lettuce. £1,50 per two small samosas is a joke. Soft soggy onion rings. Kebabs were ok but won’t be ordering again.

Flew all the way from the 6ix to Leicester to try Terry's. Food was bomb diggity ! Tandoori chicken was on point and the nicest guys serving. Canada needs some Chips from Terry's

Have been a few times recently & have not been disappointed. Excellent service, (remembered our order from last time), large portions & very good quality. The Donner is 100% New Zealand Lamb & worth the visit! Best chippy/takeaway in Braunstone!

I placed a £70 pizza’s order, first of all I didn’t received a right amount of pizzas. Than I received the other pizzas after 30 min. The borders of the pizzas was a burned and huge. Huge borders and less toppings No one was happy with the food.

Good quality fish and chip shop. Limited range of vegetarian items are available such as paneer tikka wrap and vegi burger

Stopped off half journey from south to north, tired and motorway weary didn’t want to go in search of something to eat so just googled and fancied a cheeky kebab up came Terrys Takeaway which was within delivery distance from the hotel so gave a call as not sure whether they would accept order from hotel room but absolutely no problems. Had mixed kebab in a naan bread obviously made fresh naan and was spot on lovely tandoori chicken really really good lamb doner which can be iffy some places but it did say on their website is 100 % New Zealand lamb crisp salad (did pay a bit extra for a boxed salad but was worth the extra £1.50) particularly as the kebab which was huge was only £6.70 so all in all perfect even the gentleman who delivered it right to my room was a first so well done.

Finally. A reliable, reasonable priced takeaway that does excellent food and has good service! Absolutely great. I don’t order from anywhere else but here now. Tried quite a lot from the menu as there’s lots to choose from but the naan bread kebabs are great. The guys who run it are super friendly too.I recommend to anyone looking to get a takeaway!

I placed an order at 7:15pm and pretty quickly it was accepted. An hour and 15 minutes went by and my food had still not been delivered. I initially contacted the restaurant through their live chat on their website, which basically told me to ring in as they couldn’t help me. I rang in and at first he had no idea what i was talking about, after i explained to him id placed my order through the website he tells me its because the website is still pretty new that my full order hadn’t come through. He apologised and assured me my food would be with me asap and even offered to throw in something free for the wait. The food arrived not long after, and its safe to say that it was freshly made and straight from the oven - there was literally steam coming out the bag! As he had promised he had given us a free portion of deep fried oreos which were absolutely fantastic! The pizza base was raw and not worth the wait. Great customer service though!

Was going to review this place after trying the chicken tandoori kebab in fresh naan and ordering a pizza but having tried the large doner meat and chips (at least five times now) with salt and vinegar, lettuce, diced cabbage, onion and garlic mayo haven’t managed to try anything else yet! This people is tasty takeaway from friendly people. Sitting down to another Terrys now and if the rest of the menu is as good as this I’m game to try it all! Will be there again soon and would recommend you are too.... enjoy! 😁

Very good takeaway here, all fresh, I tried the Tikka kebab, good flavour, nice chips (not the thin stick things) tandoori kebab looks good as well. Portions are large here.

Stopped off M1 on trip up north based on quality reviews. Did not disappoint. Great lads. Kept my doner warm whilst waiting for the other lads’ fully loaded pizzas.

Good tasty food, seems to be healthy aswell. A normal price and a good options for a meal. Their milkshake is a good option for a desert.

Just had a mid week treat from Terry's. As usual it was lovely. The kebabs are beautiful we had a mixed kebab and a chicken tikka kebab they were very tasty. The milkshakes are absolutely gorgeous!! I highly recommend the kinder Bueno one ....Thank you!! Everything we have tried so far has been lovely. Burgers are really tasty especially the Texan burger. Next to try is the pizza!! Also Great, friendly service. Highly recommend☺

Oof! Not again. Used to be excellent. My first stop for a chip supper, on my return to the area. VERY shady, with people coming & going from the back. The front counter customer area was clearly secondary to this activity. Had to wait over 10 minutes for it. At 7.10 pm on a Friday night.

Terry's is exceptional! I have visited here since it opened and it's one of the best takeaways in Leicester in my opinion. After trying nearly all the menu in the past few months the quality of food is actually unbelievably good and I love how everything is made by themselves fresh!

Hands down best doner kebab in Leicester (can tell its 100% lamb meat and not the other rubbish other places use) - would definitely recommend it with the pita and salad. Thought the quality of the potatoes for the chips were very good and perfect portion sizes. Curries very tasty and must give special mention to the owner and the chef for agreeing to cook them to our taste (this is only possible as they are 100% fresh). Will defo be making me this my Friday night local! - keep up the good work👍🏽

Absolutely banging pizzas 10/10!!! Terry's Tandori is the beast! Full of topping and the flavour just explodes in the mouth. Nice spice levels too. Soft fresh dough and hot when you get them. Highly recommended.

I cannot talk highly enough of this Chippy! The food and service was top notch, I have come back here three times now and taste levels are exceeding every time!

I went down this week following a job we had in the area. Really enjoyed the food and there is a lot to choose from which really surprised me. I had some of the best pizza I have had in ages. Try the Terry Tandoori pizza! I'll definitely be popping down again and trying the other stuff. It's really nice and clean too!
