Awful place they messed up my last order so I rung up then got promised dough balls on the next order I’ve juts been there to collect my pizza and Dough balls and apparently there’s no dough balls got home the pizza is freezing cold and the cheese is just all coming off on the first bite

If minus stars was an option then this Dominos would score minus stars for the food. For a franchise with a menu that is common in all of its locations, I find it shocking that one of the more simples menu items that I ordered was wrong not once but twice! I ordered ham and cheese loaded fries. The first lot that turned up there was 3 tiny pieces of ham and they had cooked the tiny bit of cheese so much it was a burnt crust at the bottom of the box! They redelivered and this time I had 4 tiny pieces of ham, barely any cheese at all and they had rushed the order so half the chips were hard and undercooked! £5.99 for that rubbish! How can you get cheesy chips with ham wrong??? I will say that the pizza was above average and edible and the lady who spoke to me on the phone did try to rectify the problem, however I will never order from this branch ever again. Maybe time to try something other than running a food franchise?

Ordered a create your own with extra pepperoni and extra cheese £30 plus for this... same amount of pepperoni as normal and such a rubbish amount of cheese the dough was cooked and dry underneath

Order arrived really quickly by a competent driver. Food was warm and well prepared. Excellent service.

Staff are very very rude! They call there customers cripples (how is that even allowed) I will never go to this place ever again! All because a pizza was wrong Disgrace I never right bad reviews but this place deserves it!

Food was great. Southern fried chicken fillet burger which tasted better than kfc and bigger portion. Garlic pizza bread is the best I’ve had. Unfortunately the random £16 min spend for delivery just doesn’t work, particularly for a single person. An average meal there is £10 and after that they charge you £2 delivery as well! So if you want something to eat as a single person, particularly single mum, you’re paying £8 more than if you ordered from another local fast food place that doesn’t have a min order/or small one and has no delivery charge for local. Rip off so rarely order there

Just have my cheeseburger pizza again. When I order before was ok, but today not meat at all only gherkins, burger sauce and taste of to much vinegar. If thats not will be change, I will stop ordering your pizza and won't recommend it to anyone. Thanks for keeping me hungry, as I have to cook something now, can't eat that at all.

Food arrived cold and rubbery, and mushy burger bun, must have been sat around for a long time, also missed items from order. When we contacted to complain no answer for 30 mins had to drive there to get the missed items

Changing the review as this place has gone down the past year, it's hit and miss at best getting orders wrong and inconsistencies in quality. I've been using this place for over 20 years and when it changed hands it was still a good pizza shop. So unfortunately we will not be using La Dolce Vita ever again.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered our food at 7.30 and told it would be here in 45 minutes. It’s now 10.31 pm and despite ringing twice no food. Just keep getting told yeah 20 minutes. So we’re all having toast and going to bed and they can post it through the letter box for the dog. Zero customer service skills and will be telling everyone who’ll listen to steer clear.

Awful service. Sauce on.kebab when asked for no sauce due to allergies. Chips soggy. When rang to complain they put the phone down on me.
