Love this place - food and service unbeatable!

Been going to Pizza Jim's for a good few years since moving into the area, it's been pretty decent. But in my own experience Pizza Jim's seemed to have fallen down hill drastically in recent months. I ordered a meal deal for my self and my partner, it took two hours to arrive and when it did the food was cold. The final nail in the coffin for me, won't be going again. No one would accept that in a restaurant so why would you from a takeaway.

I just would like people to not park directly out side of my house, when there is ample parking opposite.

Pizza Jim has great food and the staff are great

I walked in and the floor nerds a total steam clean, thick with black dirt in the cracks and crevices of the floor, a clean up is needed as does much of the rest of the shop. Settee has a large rip in it, it's scruffy.. I got a pizza which was okay but an upset stomach is the aftermath. Won't be using again. Gone down the pan. Avoid.

Ordered a takeaway… they said it was going to be 40minutes … 1 hour from ordering my husband rang and asked where it was and was told 10 more minutes… absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Very polite staff, ordered online and was available for collection after 15 minutes. This was ordered as enough food to feed 6 people. Food was fresh and not dry and not greasy like other pizza places. Kids really enjoy eating here as a weekend treat from time to time. Would recommend for a treat takeaway, with good prices, quick delivery and friendly staffing.

Dissapointed, ordered a seafood pizza, arrived with no anchovies and full of olives which I don’t like, the website needs updating

Personal choice, but I believe pizza jim has the best takeaway pizzas in Barton and their staff are always friendly

Used to enjoy the food from here. However, the mixed kebab eaten this evening is probably the worst kebab I've ever tasted. Meat soggy and sparse side salad. The accompany chips were also like wet cardboard. Awful. Never again.

To be fair the place used to be good value and nice food but under new management and staff the place has really got poor very quickly. The prices have been extortionately raised up and the food is now of very poor quality. Tasted undercooked and very greasy and that was just my kebab. I would not recommend here especially if you have a family, the same goes for the pizza king place up the road that is ran by the same people. Equally poor. There are other places to choose in the area which are a lot better value for money and the food is a lot better tasting and looking.

Chips soggy and pizza well overdone what an absolute shambles of a place you should be ashamed of yourselves. It used to be lovely but now we won’t be using your establishment again. A rip off

Pizza Jim is awesome ! I have a few alternations and they get it right every single time

Paid £7.00 for Donna meat and chips with salad aswel as other items in order. My portion of chips was 1/4 of a serving if not less than a serving of chip. Salad was poor only had wet lettuce and 2 slices of tomato, the Donna meat was a small amount and dry. This will not be something I order again fro. This food vendor, if I return at all.

The lass on reception is quite arrogant and rude. They're really noisy in the background so when you try calling to place an order they can't hear a word you say. Like all takeaways in Barton, they automatically put spice on your fries, even when you specify NO spice. Delivery is the slowest in Barton by far. All other takeaways deliver within 20 mins. Pizza Jim is over an hour. They're the most expensive of Barton's takeaways. On the plus side: Their plain chips come in thick paper bags so they don't sweat and go soggy. Their food is generally less greasy than most other places. The food is quite tasty...Though not always of good quality.

Great place, visited 8 years ago today but remember getting a half price Pizza for £2.30 and it was very good.

i ordered pizza and it was amazing and the spiced chips were perfect also they was the best chips around. I highly recommend it.

The pizzas are pretty poor from this place, however the chips and kebabs are very good indeed. Open till late so an okay choice for food after a late night out. This is due to nowhere else being open in Barton. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Disgusted by the poor quality in the food, All I ordered was spicy tomato bread, chips and a chicken nugget meal for my daughter, 2 cans of pepsi and 2 tubs of garlic. I ordered at half 5 and it didn’t turn up until gone 8pm (my daughter was in bed by then) turned up with no drinks, and to top it off when I opened up the pizza box I was greeted by a cold, stale pizza base with nothing but chilli sauce dip on top!! How can you get such a simple order wrong? Here are some instructions on how to make a spicy tomato bread: Make the pizza base Mix together tomato purée & chillis/Tobasco Place evenly onto the base. Bake. If that’s too complicated for you than just make a garlic bread with tomato purée and jalapeños on, takes 10 minutes if that!! Don’t be a lazy inconsiderate nobhead and just shove a tub of your cheap ass sour chilli dip on top and call it a day. Disgusting and disrespectful to paying customers, SHUT IT DOWN✖️

The girl on the reception is so rude just had an argument with me ova my order hold on I no what I ordered I wont be using them no more no need to be rude

I like to shop locally but I’m never using this place again. The delivery time was quoted as 45mins to 1hr. The delivery finally turned up 2hrs later, semi cold, by a rude driver. The pizzas were overcooked and the kebab looked like a wet mess. when I rang to complain the man who answered the phone said they were fine and they make them all the same way. I have been here before last year but the place as really gone downhill since then. I would recommend people avoid and go to one of the other many pizza places in the area.

Said the food would be 40 mins , an hour and 40 mins later they blamed me for living in Wootton for the delay, told them to buzz off and i wouldn't be bothering them again

We ordered at 6.30pm and when our delivery came there was pepperoni in the crust of our vegetarian pizza, we called up to complain as we wouldn’t eat it as we are vegetarians... we were told to return all the food and they would send out a fresh one. When it came there was only a pizza delivered and we were promised that fresh chips would be on their way ASAP as the previous ones were now cold. We waited half an hour for the chips before calling to see if they were on their way. They hadnt even cooked them therefore we waited another ten mins for these, leaving our pizza cold, at this time it was 8pm. Poor service as no one really cared and there was no apologies. Have been a regular customer for pizza Jim and won’t be ordering from there again.

My food was cold the chips was hard like rubber and who on earth puts chillies on the salad what a waste of money it was horrible cold donner meat they said 40 mins and waited an hour will never order from there again total disappointment the best bit was my coleslaw

Unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. My wife ordered a veggie deluxe, and was horrified to find out that there was all kinds of meat underneath the veggie toppings. Some kind of joke? The owner obviously seems to think so. How about an apology? Too much trouble apparently. Imagine feeding pork to a Muslim person? That's the exact same level this is on. My wife doesn't eat meat for her own morals, values and wellbeing. So to have all those disrespected is absolutely disgraceful. A sincere apology would've gone a fair way to making up for THEIR mistake yet all they tried to do was belitlle her and make out it was her fault. Buy from these people if want but we shall never ever use them again and will tell all we know how appalling they are.

Delivery service is shocking told 40 mins and 2 hours later still waiting

Turn up after two hours, two phone calls and cancellation and think I'll accept it. Not a chance. Should have at least had the courtesy of saying they'd either messed up originally or was a two hour wait. Lost a good customer. If it had turned up any later, I'd be having it for breakfast!

70 mins waiting so call and order is on the way...30 mins later (now 11pm) call back and we're very busy another twenty minutes. We'll guess what!!! I'm very hungry. Shove my order where the sun don't shine.

Not the best pizza shop in Barton tbh, check your other options for fast food, food here is regularly barely warm, pizzas often burnt and again barely warm, kebabs you should avoid like the plague, sfaff often look confused and lost.

i ordered loads of pizza for a party and the pizza was amazing and the chips were perfect. I ordered some chicken nuggets and they was the best chicken nuggets around. I highly recommend it.

Lovely pizza base, with delicious sauce that wasn't too overpowering of tomatoes or herbs. Very chatty front of house staff member, probably too chatty and quite intrusive to be honest. Other cooking staff are miserable and abrupt. Chips are well seasoned. Best pizza in Barton.

Worst we have ever had. Chips hard and cold, pepperoni pizza, 1 1/2 bits of pepperoni per slice covered with burnt cheese, garlic bread like cardboard, kebab meat OK, hardly any chicken, lamb lumps debatable, salad basically lettuce and red cabbage. half a tomato sliced and 2 thin pieces of cucumber, pita breads dry and hard. Chilli sauce excellent. Used to be excellent here, threw more than we ate, maybe an off night, been over a year since we ordered. Online ordering seems ok, delivery quick. What a shame, always used to be 100%

Food was burnt and cold..... Although delivery time was good they missed parts off of the order that I paid extra for.. Overall really poor service

My friend placed an order for collection this evening. The customer service when placing the order was very poor. We collected order at 7.10pm. A 2 minute journey home and the food was stone cold. Really disappointed and not much chicken on pizza

Ordered online this evening through the online order service, received an order confirmation at 5.13pm confirming they received my order and it would be delivered around 6pm, it got to 7.15 so thought I would ring up to see how much longer it would be, only to be told the online order service is not working tonight!!! Needless to say I was not very happy after waiting for 2 hours then to be told that they hadn’t even got our order! It’s a shame, as we ordered last week and the food was nice so we would have been a regular customer. We will never be ordering again!!!!!

Pizza Jim special is fantastic for two people to share and the pizzas are good value for money

Just collected 10” pizza, 10’ cheesy garlic bread and fries. Have used them before but not for a whole, and tonight was ace! Fresh, hot, tasty, the seasoning on the chips is fab! Superb!

Fantastic pizza best kebabs in barton

Food is as you would expect from a small takeaway.

This is my teams usual kebab shop. We work all over the area and have tried numerous takeaways, both north and south of the Humber. Pizza Jim is consistently good. The kebabs are, without doubt the best in the area and good value for money.

After previous tasty orders, we ordered tonight and was told an hour, which fair enough.. it's a weekend.. After an hour and 10 minutes we called again and where told 10-15 minutes. 1 hour 50 later the food arrives barely warm. Poor delivery guy looked knackered! Not the best service and will be thinking of alternatives next time.

Noisy, smelly place full of loud mouthed teenagers and what looked like a group of druggies outside. Not a pleasant wait for what turned out to be mediocre food. There are plenty of fast food joints in Barton - avoid this one like the plague.

Tienen una buena selección, y mi sugerencia sería su pollo kebab, Pizza de pollo barbacoa y el bacon cheeseburger. Siempre llega caliente y buscando sabroso. Barton no tiene escasez de comida para llevar, pero sin duda no están todos a la par, recomendaría estos chicos.

Have used Pizza Jim 3 times now since moving to the area earlier in the year. Very happy with the service and no complaints about the food.

We rang and ordered a meal deal with the mixed kebab and I went to collect. I wasn't waiting long from when I arrived and when I got back home the food was piping hot. The meat was all pretty good and not greasy. The chips were nice and had just enough spice on. The salad and sauces all tasted nice and fresh, as were the pitta breads. We was very happy with our meal and thought it was very good value for the amount we got which also included a large bottle of pop.

Organised a child's party was recommended to use Pizza Jims. They recommended quantity which was perfect and also came spot on time which was good as it was a big order on a Saturday night!

Had an 8" Hawaiian pizza from here last night. It was £4, freshly made, and took about 10 minutes. All the meals looked lovely. The pizza was delicious, just wished we'd had a bigger one! Lovely helpful friendly staff too.

Really good choice of types of food and lots of variations on the menu. Friendly helpful staff, food ready when they say it will be. Occasionally items are missed from order which is frustrating if you have travelled to collect and they are hesitant to refund on the next order. Quality and taste of the food however makes it worth returning and the opening hours are brilliant when you have a busy schedule!

Great service, never ever get your order wrong, forget something or take too long to deliver. A quality business and great food.

Visited on 06/08/15 with some friends whilst in the area. Run by a very friendly team led by brothers Mehmet and Murad. Fantastic selection of Pizza's, Burgers, Kebabs with Turkish expertise. Would highly recommend their CALZONE Pizza's - probably the best that I've had!! The brothers have been running the business since 2001 and have established a loyal customer base with great value for money food. Its a takeaway with no eat in facilities but a definite must whilst on the go!Keep up the good work lads!!

Excellent! Good food, friendly staff and nicely priced and presented. More than a pizzeria - much more. For a sleepy little village where we were staying - self-catering - this was great for it's "selection of foods," including great Fish 'n' Chips! "Pre-order" and you'll find everything boxed and ready for your chosen meal time. Take and eat! A1 5* all round with friendly staff and with food nicely priced and presented.

We travel from Brigg to get pizza from Pizza Jim. They offer an excellent choice of dishes and deals in conjunction with a five star hygiene rating. The service is always quick and friendly.

This is our "regular" takeaway, we have used this establishment for many years and the quality of the food is still the same. We have never been really disappointed, it's quick and not too pricey. The delivery service offered is also a great help after a long day. We will continue to use Pizza Jim's as it is the best in the area.

We have frequently been charged twice for our food when using a debit card. The foods not to bad for an after the pub visit but that's all I am afraid.

When there are sooooo many takeaways in Barton, why buy this muck? And avoid the delivery 'service,' at all costs. You have been warned!

This is by far the best pizza shop in Barton. Friendly, efficient staff, good prices and offers, quick delivery and very tasty food.Would personally recommend the 10" hot chicken calzone, or the chicken nuggets. Yum!

Everything is terrible here not a real pizza oven grilled pizzas on conveyor belts. Bad dough terrible processed meats for topping hidden by putting the cheeze on top. If you like this place you have no hope really. They want to sell the cheapest junk at the highest price. CALL PAPAS

Food from Pizza Jim is the best in Barton - sometimes slow delivery but it does get really best. The price is really good as well and really friendly staff

Our regular ordering location for an Pizza and Kebab takeaway. Very good quality of food, and reasonably priced. They do deliver and usually doesn't take too long, I’d say the base of the pizza varies from order to order, but the kebabs and wraps are excellent. The take-away service is very good. Certainly our current favourite Pizza / Kebab take-away in Barton-Upon-Humber.

Just your bog standard pizza shop nothing making it stand out to other local pizza shops. Beer food and not a family meal. Really throw together , salad mush in burgers and them sort of miner issues, taste ok though lol
