Waited over 2 hours for cold pizza

Ordered at 19.45,pizza arrived at 21.15 with no explanation why it took so long.Was promised it at 20.15,seen more cheese on a mousetrap.

this new guy did not let my friends order bc he thought that we was prank calling but we wasn’t so we are really annoyed about that😡

Order arrived an hour and half late, customer service was rude and abrupt. When the food arrived, garlic dip was already open and covered the garlic bread, the food was all cold and somehow chocolate scrolls were burnt yet undercooked. Never had a problem with papa johns until now, do not go here!! disgusting.

Oredered from here only for the simple fact we tried ordering domino's but unfortunately there oven is broken. So we decided to try here and we'll....... Absolutely disgusting food wouldn't feed it to my dog carnt even call that pizza! Would definitely not recommend.

I wanted to know what all the fuss what about and our regular Saturday night takeaway was closed. Ordered online (quite easy to do but order carefully!). We got exactly what we had asked for but unfortunately I had ordered 1 item wrong. The pizza was ok but much much better cold the next day. We had the vegan hot dog pizza.

Had this number in my phone they said it'll be half an hour. After an hour i rang em they said 5 minutes it was another hour before it came. It was cold. The delivery guy had a big grin on his face. Wouldn't ever use them again.

Ordered a pizza tonight and they told me it would be £7.99 so get my mum to collect and she gave me 66p change from a tenner so rang them and they said it because off the extra topping so told him the person I spoke to on the phone said it’s £7.99 all together, he said no that’s without the extra topping, he won’t even give me the difference back 😡😡😡

ordered a large pizza has it was on offer for £10.99 seemed a good deal,i chose ny toppings tuna feta cheese and mushrooms. The feta was nice and got quite a few squares but the tuna well. struggled to find it and could not taste it and the mushrooms were just as difficult to find. Maybe that when it is on offer you get less topping if not and i had paid the regular price i would have demanded a refund. i will not be buying pizza from here again i shall stick to dominoes.

I absolutely love papa John's pizza. The dough is delicious and it's fantastic quality. I'm stood in here now and the staff are happy, helpful and very polite. It's great to see it all being made. It's very clean here too - immaculate.

We ordered pizza from papa Jones lots of times and we were never disappointed. Nice pizza, always arrive in time and the pizza comes always hot. We will order again soon.

It's an average Papa John's, good pizza, quite clean. Completely normal for a pizza place, definitely the best mainstream pizza shop.

Ordered on line and it arrived 10 mins early was piping hot Ordered large pizza ,med pizza and garlic bread .. plenty to go around for us Enjoyed the food but was very pricey , came to £36 but luckily has a voucher for £15 which made it more reasonably priced Would recommend but only if we had some money off voucher !

Same as Papa John's everywhere. Good quality Pizzas with a wide range of toppings. Delivery service is very very good.

Unbelievable sizes just what we need for pizza lovers and the deals helped bring the price down so we could get deserts love their cookie cake

Been here a couple of times since it opened and will be going again this week . Good range of pizzas.

We had our first takeaway from here the other night and it didn't disappoint. We ordered the papas favourite and the Greek with some sides of jalapeno cheese bites and hot wings. All very tasty and in my view slightly better than domino's but not as much choice. We'd definitely order from here again.
