gave me horrid food poisoning, was up 8 hours throwing up, won’t be going again

Food was good slow service though stood in the shop for almost 30 minutes but I was only customer in there. Staff didn't really speak to me

CASH ONLY IN STORE remember. Nice pizza. Parking. Can order in advance. Can only pay on car if order online.

Found this place recently whilst working in the area friendly staff great service good quality food and reasonable prices.

You can see them make your order and they always clean down after each order, very clean and friendly.

Delicious food , good price, delivery always on time , food is always hot , fairly nice ppl :)

Order online tonight as never answer phone. This is the second time now order wrong... paid for garlic mayo and chillie nothing came last time was a drink and chips. Can't get through to complain cause they never answer the PHONE... food wasn't bad 🙄 shame ppl can't do their job correctly and have a good business! Won't order from you guys again me out of pocket each time!!

Great guys. Sorted a delivery to a truck within 20 minutes. I’ve got some bad experience before with an order like this but these guys was brilliant. Food was hot on delivery and even given the advice where NOT to park as a bit dodgy overnight :) Delivery driver was friendly and helpful. I’ll order from them again in the future if coming this way. Thank you guys and keep it up. :D

Absolutely diabolical service!!!!!! Order a pizza, it takes an hour to be delivered, then it gets delivered to the wrong house!!!!!! A house 2 doors down, it’s only that I see my neighbour’s neighbour going house to house asking if it’s their pizza!!!! So the pizza was cold, the chips was cold!!! I ring the shop and complain he offered me a refund and because the food went straight in the bin because it was inedible, he told me nah you can’t have your money back!!!!! I will never ever order from these again what an absolute joke!!!! If there were zero stars to give this rating for these morons believe me I would have given them 0!!!!!!

Spent 15 pounds on burger chips and chicken wings chips food ok but ask him for 2 pots of sauce charge me 1 pound Food no better then SFC and they dount rip u of on sause won’t go there again

5£ Kebab wrap 3 pieces of meat !

I always order directly by calling them for delivery 📦 i always order the cosy burger meal and ask for loads of chilli and mayo on chips and inside burger - thats makes it amazing/ for three meals including drinks/ delivery it was £17 pounds something. Havent tried anything else

10/10 Normally have half cooked chicken n rice but just ordered n received best barbecue base Chicago special pizza punks n not a big fan of pizza worth a visit

Overcharged and bland tasteless pizzas

Ordered food but was given the wrong order. Rang up and exchanged so was correct but had to take the kebab back as it was inedible. On the replacement pizza it was still raw, still doughy and the cheese fell off the pizza. Also got dessert with was hard and clearly been cut and left out for days. Food was over priced. The food gets one star only because it is not possible to give zero, shocking! Rung up for a refund on the food or atleast half as a compromise but refused stating nothing was wrong with the food even when I said will bring it back so show that it is still raw. Refused a refund. It is upto whoever wants to order from here but expect disappointment and no refunds.

Regular customer and always ok, however tonight when we rang to place an order they are going to charge me extra to wrap the chips separate!!! Never done so before shove ya food where sun doesn’t shine!!!

Placed an order and was told 30 to 45 mins as usual. After an hour a couple of phone calls asking where it was, got the usual 'he's nearly there'. 1hr 20 still not arrived and then they argue and wonder why I cancelled. If you can't keep to the times you say then don't quote them. You've lost a good customer now.

Pizza was over cooked and rubbery Garlic bread was oily and rubbery not satisfied at all. Waste of money.

Sorry but this was the most awful kebab meat I’ve ever tasted. I was also put off by the lack of hygiene of the guys serving. Scratching their head then handling food, handling money then handling food etc.

Very fast, great value for money, great pizza and wraps. Staff all friendly as well, probably the best pizza place in the area.

Didn't send right order even though I clearly stated no tomato base on the pizzas

Wrong food delivered, chips were soggy and donner tasted like rubber. The rude/ aggressive customer service was the cherry on top, even though they got the order wrong initially. I will not be ordering here ever again.

Service issue food is good but try avoid going to shop as basic service standards does not exist

Food is decent but not consistently always good, sauce should be complimentary but they charge for it. Especially when you’ve ordered quite a bit of food and been going for awhile, usually give sauce but times are tough I guess. Service is poor to be honest. Will consider alternatives.

Salad limp and past it’s best. Donor meat just didn’t taste like proper donor meat. Staff hygiene standards a bit dubious at best. Not impressed.

Delicious food and friendly staff. We eat from here from time to time and even on the odd occasion when there was a mix up, it was always rectified quickly. Great pizzas and chicken kebabs!

Got the order wrong, we binned it as it wasn't what we ordered and when the replacement came they wanted proof that the wrong order happened, as they wanted to take the now covered in rubbish food back for whatever reason, I work in fast food myself and that's not how customer service should go down not impressed in the slightest.

Awful food. Over cooked, dried, often tasteless. Avoid doner meat at all costs. Tastes like cheap and nasty spam. I’m not impressed by levels of hygiene. I’ve seen staff cough into their hands and then handle food, scratch their head then handled food. Etc, etc.

Ordered donner kebab. Again was disappointed as it was cold and for some reason far too salty than the usual. Chips were re-fried and not fresh as it looked over cooked and was hard. Nothing like how they were before so won’t be ordering again.

Quick, efficient service and good value for money

I look forward to a Debenhams trip to have the fresh daily cream scone- divine. The meals appear quite small fir the cost but worth a visit fir a scone!

Had doner kebab. It was the worst kebab I've ever had and I was hungry! So disappointing. Chips over cooked. Not impressed. Saw one chap scratching his nose then handling food. Not sure if the upset stomach I had later that evening was co- incidence or the takeaway. Pity cos this is on my doorstep and wudve been handy.

Hi After passing the Chicago Pizza many times these last few weeks and being tempted by the lovely smells of cooking we decided to give it a go . It was a Sunday evening after a day out and neither of us wanted to cook thought it was time to try a pizza .Had a 12"to share between two of us .Carnt remember which one we had but think it had everything possible as a topping Great crisp base really did enjoy our first one .Think its because we dont do take away that we enjoyed it so much .Got to say it was at least 10× better than the one I had on Frodingham road last winter !!!! Give this place a go we will again soon .

With chip spice, you're not going to get better chips in Scunthorpe. Prices are also extremely generous compared to other places I've been to, and you're definitely getting value for money, with portions (even at medium size) enough for the average chippy connoisseur. Kebabs are good, better than most, but it's no Newlands. PS. The fact it's on Just Eat is great as well.

Extremely poor customer service refused to change our order despite leaving it a matter of moment between ordering and calling back, completely unacceptable and will not be ordering from here again. Disappointing to say we normally uses them but definitely avoiding them after this awful experience.
