Absolutely spot on. Chips were fresh, hot and crispy as always. Pizza was cooked to perfection and the garlic bread was the best iv ever ordered.

Ordered from here numerous times , never any problems but tonight's kebab box was missing bread wrap and quality was not great. The fries looked and tasted like they'd been cooked multiple times and kebab meat the same and very greasey.

Food not as nice as it used to be. Won’t be returning

normally love coming here but had to leave a review after a terrible experience yesterday. Overcharged my friend and then the staff were very hostile and rude when she asked for her money back, and then I ordered a margarita pizza and it was by far some of the worst food I have ever ate, the cheese tasted off and the sauce had a horrible tang and I ended up throwing the whole thing away. Horribly disappointed, wish I could get my money back.

You won't get a better kebab or calzone than this place I got variety kebab tonight and it was immense came fresh as ever absolutely gorgeous and the management is great top quality customer service

My wife tried a make your own calzone tonight for the first time and she said it was amazing. I highly recommend chicos!

Visited here after the game last night , ordered and paid , thought that’s a little expensive so checked the menu to find I’d been over charged , questioned this to get a response that it’s Christmas and there waiting on new menus! This is misleading and actually illegal! Check what you’ve been changed people ! Times are hard enough to be ripped off .

I don't know why, but I've been in Leeds nearly 10 years and I will die on this hill. Chicko's is my takeaway. I've been going there for 8 or 9 years and I've tried Raja's and Zam Zam's and I've felt like a dirty cheat every time. And, inarguably, the food hasn't been as good. Chicko's is my gaff from 20yo till I die. The main guy who serves you there - even in my early days I thought he was old. But he's had the same cool command of the FOH while seeming to keep the kitchen in order. Is he the captain of the ship? Either way, I've been going there for the best part of the last decade and every time I've wavered from my loyalty to this spot, my experience has suffered. Even when I wake up in the morning from a big night, their milkshakes keep me tethered to reality, and I know their beautiful calzones having seen me through the long walk home. I know that the FOH man - the maitre'd - the silver moustache champion - has seen me go from a fresh faced fresher to a grizzly old bar manager. He's been with me for 9 years. I don't want another takeaway. I don't want another guy. This is my home. I don't know his name and he doesn't know mine. That's how this works. Long may our anonymous relationship continue. Your gaff is my fave gaff. Carry on.

Terrible customer service. We mistakenly ordered from the wrong Chicos leeds, we spoke to leeds chicos immediately and agreed to refund and NOT start preparing the food. However they then refused to refund via FoodHub and wont take calls. Scummy tactics from this takeaway. Very disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND, UNABLE TO HOLD THEIR WORD.

Refused to refund food that never arrived. The refused to take our calls. No help what at all, Do not use or trust.

Was charged 50p for using a card. Appalling fried chicken. It seems the stretch of takeaways along this road are not up to standard.

Got a chicken kebab and a special mixed kebab. It's more expensive than average kebab shop but the meat is better and the portion size of the mixed kebab was enormous. It would take two people to finish, or possibly one fat lad who'd just watched Leeds lose at Elland Road opposite and who wanted to drown his sorrows in a kebab. Not amazing but good for the price.

Little bit expensive compared to some shops but good quality food when you're thinking about a takeaway.

If you haven't tried a crocodile calzone, get to chicos immediately. Best thing ever 🤩 just eaten the best one they've ever made me!

I was telling my sister and friends about how great the crocodile pizza was from here..so this evening I ordered one as a friend is moving and no one has eaten..disappointed is an understatement it was half the size and was so flat and the price has gone up..won't be ordering it again which is a shame.

Frig me - fried chicken looked like a dead rat and stank. My belly hurts. Grease central and lord the garlic Mayo was even worse. I’m not one to bin food I eat like a horse and even this went in the bin. Seagulls wouldn’t even touch it.

Do not get a pizza. Was undercooked to bits and had to put in the oven to cook properly. Very doughy rather get a full price dominos.

The leaflet delivery. always leave the gates wide open. so I never place an order just tear up menu and put in recycle bin. If they cannot deliver a leaflet what will delivery of food be.

Ordered on just eat, popcorn chicken pizza was burnt, donner meat kids meal was dryer than the dessert and my southern fried chicken was under cooked, breaded and tasted like curry. Delivery driver turned up 2 and a half hours after the order was placed at 4pm so plenty of time before the Leeds match and road was not blocked in any way as my dad drove home along elland road at 5pm. Also the delivery driver didn't have any change at all so had to search around my house for the right change which I only just had. Pizza and chicken meals were not eaten and just thrown in the bin. Tried to call the place and no one answered in my 37 missed calls over 1 hour range.

Took 2 hours to come, couldn't have cared less. Not good food

I wanted to order for a delivery so they said it has to be £8 or over so I said ok because my oder was £5 so I asked for some icecream but it took them 2 hours nearly when I live just up the hill for them to come with my order with no icecream but a small packet of love heart sweets.

We tried this place last week before the Leeds v Derby game as Gravelleys (5 star place!) was even busier than normal and we were short of time. We ordered 3 burgers and 1 kebab and were handed a ticket in exchange for around £16. After waiting for around 15 minutes, during which time many higher number tickets were called out, we asked about our order and was told it was on it's way. 5 minutes later and with kick off time approaching we told them to forget it and handed our ticket to someone else. We appreciate that it was busier than normal due to the match but surely by now they should be geared up for this!!! From the other reviews it looks like we made the correct choice in going hungry over eating the rank food.

We were met by a very welcoming and friendly face in a young man named Arslan. The food came in a prompt manner and was very tasty! I can't recommend the pizzas and chips enough. Will be returning soon

Got food poisoning from the chicken

I ordered a delivery from here on Saturday night. After waiting up for over an hour, i rang the restaurant to find out where my food was. I was told delivery had been attempted and no one answered the door, as well as i had not answered my phone despite having no missed calls or knocks at the door. I confirmed the address and contact number and was told delivery could be reattempted for £1 which i agreed to. After another half an hour with no delivery, i rang back and was told again that no one answered the door and delivery would not be reattempted. I rang back the next morning for a refund and was told i could not be refunded as it was my own fault for not answering the door or phone. According to other reviews on Just Eat, it seems this business takes money but fails to deliver to every single customer. I will be reporting this matter to the police. Absolute con artists.

We got food delivered and they straight up missed 10 pounds worth of our order and thought they could get away with it. The food that we did end up getting was cold and stale

Ordered from here this evening. I can honestly say there is nothing more off putting than your food being delivered by someone who is smoking a cig whilst holding your food. Won't be ordering again. It's like food hygiene rules mean nothing to these people.

Ordered from JustEat and food was never delivered, despite the order being accepted. After the estimated delivery time had passed, I rang the restaurant over 20 times and there was no answer. We waited for over 2 and half hours before giving up. However, the money was still taken from my bank account. I rang Just Eat to get my money back and they contacted the restaurant, who refused to refund saying that they had rang my phone and tried to deliver the order at the house several times. This is a blatant lie, as we were listening out for the door. Absolutely disgusted with this restaurant. Thankfully, Just Eat refunded our money.

Ordered a pizza and cheesy chips. When the food got here the driver tried to charge me an extra 2 pounds even though just eat said 11.50. When I rang they said the extra 2 pounds for for fuel and the food wasn't even hot. Don't order from here!!!!!

Coffee great but I couldn't eat meal. I couldn't get into the pie with the plastic cutlery pastry was hard and the filling wasn't as shown on menu board. The chips were dry too.

I urge all the customers not to buy any food from chicos which is on elland road leeds because their Hygiene is so poor any one can get food poising..They never keep their donner meat or chicken or any other meat in the fridge. They never wash their hands when they scratching their but they just warm the old food with a same dirty hands and give it to their customers. I saw them scratching their buts and cleaning their nose and then touching the food for customers made me feel sick when you tell them offf they get mad like a dog.and tell you to piss off.from their takeaway. the owner is very mad person he jumped on a customer in front of me he thrown things on them i didnt know those customers but i feel sorry for them. trust i never went there again after i found a fly in their food i went to complain them they started swearing at us we came back.

Ordered a chicken tikka massala & a ham pineapple & mushroom pizza order turned up an hour after ordering was delivered a ham mushroom & sweetcorn pizza spoke to delivery driver was told that the correct order would delivered in 45 mins rang chiccos an hour later to find out where order was & my husband had the phone call cut twice & never received my pizza !!!!! Would never use this takeaway again arrogant staff & poor customer service !!!!!!

I usually every time orders pizzas from chicos it is really good to have there pizzas especially BBQ chicken . I ordered it for delivery deal 2and took most of the advantages.

I ordered from here on JE a few times now. They have a special mostly which is two pizzas for 9 quids. The food is awesome. Delivery service is good too. never had a problem, Highly recommended for delivery at home.

I ordered food and was told how long it would be and they kept there word and the staff so nice when I got my food I rang up and said you have just delivered my food can I just say it is lovely and i will be using you again so thank you so much for the service I was provided with.

The alligator calzone was in the takeaway menu containing chillis etc. I asked if I could have something different eg bolognaise sauce. They were happy to do this. Just shows you don't get anything in life if you don't ask! Simply fantastic xx
