the pizza came out very fast, vary tasty, very hot and it was overall a great experience. the staff was lovely especially tom thank you very much

We stayed at The Belfry as a last minute break. Our second night we had dinner at Roccas it was awful!!!!! Overcooked pasta which was just a plate of mush, and the worst kids pizza I’ve ever seen. Dry no topping. Ryder Grill is far better, amazing food friendly staff.

We have previously eaten here on 2 occasions, since our last visit there appears to have been a change in ownership and as a result, a downward turn in the quality of the offerings, very much a self service establishment now, staff clearly have limited experience in the food and beverage industry. The pizza has a focaccia base, we choose a buffalo mozzarella topping. The pizza was presented with no cutlery or explanation that it was available on the counter. Similarly, beer was served just in a can with no glass and my wine was presented in a sherry glass. The pizza was poor, difficult to cut through the base, tomato base was poured out of a can, cheese was cold, no attempt to melt it. The food was akin to the sort of frozen slop one can purchase frozen in the High Street for £2, drinks were over priced given the quality. Really disappointed, will not return.

I only tried this place because it was Sunday night in Skipton and after 8pm I was running out of options. However, don't let the location in a run-down bit of town fool you, this is some of the best pizza I've had this side of Venice. Proper pizza cooked by an Italian with real ingredients!

Desayunamos en la jirafa en la T 5 en Londres Heathrow. OH tenía el desayuno inglés que dijo que estaba bien, pero el tocino estaba muy seco. Pedí el aguacate aplastado en flor tostado con granada y semillas. En ninguna parte del menú decía que el plato contenía tomate - que *ODIO*. Cuando apareció, la mitad de la tostada tenía aguacate. La otra mitad estaba cubierta de tomate picado. Molesto, francamente, pero al menos es solo una aversión y no una alergia.

First time eating out (indoors) in a long time. Pizza Hut picked by a teenager as his good school report treat Easy online table booking. We arrived a bit early and got a warm and happy greeting from staff. Gemma, our server for the evening was excellent. She guided us through the Covid safety stuff; track and trace and sanitizing and in restaurant procedures. We asked for a different table and she was happy to oblige us. Ordering was by phone , nothing to down load just scan and order...but i still messed it up. Gemma wasnt fazed as i called her over to help...and kindly took out order the old fashioned way :) Food was hot and fresh..and not being a pizza lover (and being Vegan) i wasnt expecting much...but- what a lovely surprise the food was. My lad was seriously impressed with his sharing cheesy bites meat feast...an absolute winner. I was impressed with the Vegan (Violife ) options. The vegan veggie with stuffed crust was immense!! Am converted....proper gooey stretchy cheeze......perfect!! Great drinks options and lovely service from pleasant staff made it a really nice evening out ( hope Pizza Hut know their staff are fab) ...very happy teenager and adult. Will definitely return.

La mejor pizza de Aberdeen. Caliente, lleno de sabor nuestro favorito fue el Bombay Big Boi & Big Mannys. También tenía alitas de pollo barbacoa que eran increíbles y súper sabrosas y tater tots. Muy recomendable

Espantosa experiencia. 45 minutos para tener una pizza mal cocida servido a nosotros. En ese tiempo, se sirvieron más de 30 rebanadas de pizza para caminar y sentarse en los comensales, la mayoría de los cuales pidieron después de nosotros. Uno de los funcionarios admitió que la oficina central les había dicho que dieran prioridad a las rebanadas (caras por unidad) sobre las pizzas enteras. Al final nos fuimos con una pizza poco cocida y empapada, para terminar de cocinar en casa. Nunca más. Ah, y como éramos los clientes más viejos por lejos, estaba el olor distintivo del ageism.

Hi Mr.Singh team, I am writing this review based on my multiple visits, I have ordered takeaway and had eaten there during weekends(08.06.2024) and it always pleasant especially the taste and quality of the Pizza always good during weekdays #monday-friday, BUT during weekends - Sat-Sun the service & quality of the Pizza taste & quality is not good at all, The taste of the Pizza is sour and not able to lift the piece as it is filled with too much tomato sauce as well as the Pizza dough is very old hence my experience during weekends either takeaway/at restaurant not good experience at all. Couple of times- I phoned them and shared my experience but they are not correcting/fixing their quality, I hope Mr.Singh team needs to fix the quality and make customers happy during weekends also, if you are not able to deliver good service on weekends better not do the service on Weekends.

If you look at the real life picture they have provided them self, you can clearly see quality of it. Greasy, sprayed with 3 different chem sprays to "enchant" flavours. Chese sliding off the pizza like it doesnt want to be there due to very diluted tomato souce. This is as far from good pizza places as im from coming back

¿Por qué una pizza no se cortaría? He estado usando Rivolis desde los años 80 y solo fui a otro lugar cuando el chef en los 90 se mudó y abrió Cappana en Queensway. Volvimos después de que cerró y en todo ese tiempo hemos tenido que pedir el corte de pizza, desafortunadamente viene sin cortar más que cortado. Un pequeño truco para lo que pensamos que es consistentemente buena comida.

The chips were totally greasy black undercooked Poor experiance been here many times but the quality and sloppiness is really great these days The plastic cups I wiped with a serviette they were disgusting too picture attaché exchanged them for glass ones Not sure how they clean the plastic cups!!!!!
