Pizza Hut in Wellingborough

Family of 4 adults and 2 kids went in for a sit down meal. Table easy to get as there were not many people, waitress quick to offer service. I was initially shocked by the prices on the menu. For sit down fast food quality, they are asking in excess of proper pizzaria gourmet woodfire prices - 31UKP for a pizza with commercial grade toppings. Waitress steered everyone to the meal deal forgetting to tell us that a pizza with any more that 2 toppings is a 4UKP Upgrade. Went to get some things from the Unlimited salad bar and found a few basics there, it is what it is. The unlimited soft drink machine has 4 or so choices-all of them are artificial sweetened versions (no actual coke or pepsi etc only saccharin sweetened). I asked where regular soft drinks were and was told they are all artificial because of the "sugar tax". Waitress did offer to get me classic Pepsi and and orange juice for mother-which she did (but charged us extra for them). Pizzas were nice enough though not overly generous with the toppings. Due to the very high cost, I wont be going back, the food does not represent anywhere near value for money

We just been for dinner and was treated wonderfully by Denise and the manager Daniel. There was confusion with what we had ordered but the were so helpful. Nothing was to much trouble and went above and beyond with service.

unfriendly woman staff looked worn out and straggly in her 40s had too much back chat when asking simple question she got all defensive and rude totally unprofessional attitude then had the cheek to ask for a tip ! didnt give her any

They will deliver your order somewhere random, and when you contact them for a replacement/refund, they will call you a liar.

Thought I would treat my daughter as pizza is her favourite food. Went through the collection door as wanted take away and got ignored for 10 minutes. Restaurant was empty the staff were cleaning up one lady walked passed me 4 times and didn’t acknowledge me once. She carried on drying knifes and forks. I then went through the other door into the restaurant where I asked if anybody was serving the lady ( long black ponytail poking through her cap answered “well you could of just walked through and asked to be served” which I thought was a bit rude. So I went back and then asked what offers as to which she pointed out then I asked if the collection any pizza for £10 was on ..No we don’t do that here that’s the other hut in the town … her attitude was really off … I was then really put off from ordering .. dominos over the road fantastic staff really polite and helpful … I work customer based I get this time of year is hectic for some hence why I didn’t want to cook tonight .. feel let down …if your customer facing even if it’s pretend out a smile on ….

Pizza Hut London Road Wellingborough, Went here two weeks ago, Service was really quick, The place was really clean, And the staff were polite and friendly

Came here early 6pm restaurant was already busy. Was taken to our table by Denise very pleasant member of your staff but she was rushed off her feet. One of us had the gluten free vegan pizza and one of us had meat feast. Also, what is there not to like about the free salad bar? The pizzas were yummy but we need to point out the toppings were sparse. Please be generous with toppings as we will be coming again.

Better than expected. Our pizzas and chicken wings were delicious, a good amount of toppings and not greasy. Salad bar was nice and clean and staff were very pleasant. We will definitely go back again.

A very friendly Tiffany R greeted and served us. Unfortunately the thin pizza we ordered was very oily underneath and the thinnest pizza I have ever seen. The topping was very sparse and what little cheese was on the top was very greasy. The salad bar all looked fresh and the whole place was extremely clean. It’s such a shame the food was so poor quality.

We were greeted by an extremely friendly lady who explained that no cash is being taken and ordering through the app is encouraged. She checked back on us to see if we were ok with the app, which we were. Food and drinks arrived quickly. The food was hot and tasty. The garlic bread was lovely. The salad bar was plentiful. No room for dessert.

Very impressed. Saw lots of cleaning, the staff made us feel welcome and covid safe. Enjoyed the food. A very pleasant and relaxing meal.

Ist visit and will not go again. The food was very good and the staff very helpful, but I was appalled by the salad bar. From where I was sitting had a full view, and considering we are still in a covid pandemic in the hour I was there it was not cleaned once, no had sanitizing by people using it. When I spoke to the manager about this she was very dismissive and didn't seem to care.

Met at the door by smiling Ruth whose staff were just as smiley and pleasant throughout the evening..we were moved from original table as it was rocky. Service was prompt and the food and drink were just perfect. Thank you to all concerned under the excellent Ruth.

Second time having a take away since reopened, we usually love Pizza Hut, has always been our favourite but don’t think we will be returning, certainly not to this one. The first visit a few weeks ago my husbands pizza had hardly any cheese on top so the toppings fell off, then tonight all of the pizzas were still doughy, so we had to finish off cooking them in our oven! 🤦🏻‍♀️

This is probably the worse Pizza Hut restaurant I have ever visited. The staff were uncaring , not bothered about the customers and the food was mediocre.

Popped in for lunch, not been since before lock down. Hand gel in the door way, printed menus, cutlery to pick up on the way in, all tables spread out and one way system in place. Limited menu but plenty of choice, free tortilla chips whilst your food is prepared, you can still get unlimited drinks but they bring them to you. You order your meals on your phone so limit the time the stagg have to spend with you. Staff very smiley and helpful, food arrived quickly and hot, you can still get your free salad bar you just order with your food.

Open for takeaways! Hawaiian Pizza is a favourite and we were looking forward to this being available again for collection. The website said it was open for delivery not collection, but on calling we found it was the other way round. Not the cheapest takeaway pizza but as tasty as always. The set up is a little difficult. Takeaways need collecting from the little porch area as normal which can get crowded and one other person waiting for collection was anxious when we walked in. Perhaps a sign on the outside door to say one in one out or go in to the restaurant and out via the takeaway? Service was quick and polite. Pizza ready at the time we were told.

So we rang 15 mins in advance of arriving to check they had a table, which we were advised they did. On arrival the place was like a bomb site. Empty tables everywhere but none had been cleaned away. We waited for a table to be emptied of plates etc and cleaned then we were sat. On being sat (on a broken bench seat) we were advised they had no deep pan pizza. Like going to Nandos and being told there was no chicken! We decided to eat anyway as were in a rush. We waited ages to be served and finally a lady comes over to take our order and asks if we want thin, stuffed or deep pan pizza?? I said “we were told you didn’t have deep pan.” Her response was that she doesn’t normally take orders so didn’t know. Anyway we ordered 4 pizzas and some fries. The pizza arrived but no fries ever turned up. After pizza we took the children to the Ice Cream Factory to be told that there was no ice cream factory unfortunately (not sure if broken or ran out of ice cream) anyway it was the main reason we came because the children wanted ice cream factory. A thoroughly disappointing visit to a poorly run, non clean establishment offering poor service. Won’t be going back there or to any Pizza Hut and based on my last two visits to a Pizza Hut I wouldn’t suggest anyone else does either. I did tweet Pizza Hut but they haven’t responded as clearly don’t care. A once good brand has really gone down hill.

I think this place has really gone downhill! The pizzas are always so greasy and the pasta 9 times out of 10 is burnt. The staff are friendly and the starters are nice but everything else needs looking at..

It's been a horrible experience at Pizza Hut so many items was not available also the Birthday cake we gave them for a evening party staff didn’t placed in freeze very poor. it's common sense Place like a Pizza Hut they must maintain their standards please for god sake.

We came here for dinner last night and were very impressed with the family feast we received. We saved room for ice cream and were very happy with the food and the great staff that served us.

Went to Pizza Hut for lunch after visiting Rushden lakes. Had the unlimited buffet, which I didn’t know they done, which was great and excellent value for money. Super clean and staff very helpful and polite. Much nicer than Bedford where we usually go.

Now, I do love pizza! However seeing that there was a new garlic and mushroom mac & cheese I just had to go for it! It is the most flavoured mac & cheese I've ever had! Very reasonable prices aswell! They always have something new to try and there service is amazing.

Three of us ate there this evening. The salad is free, small bowls, although some were dirty. We had starters, Ribs, which my son enjoyed, cheesy garlic bread which my son thought was OK, I had chicken bites £5.99 for six and they were reasonable.Two of us had a pizza, a Texas Meat Meltdown and a Chicago Chicken Sizzler, they were fine, the third mains was Lasagne which is a favourite of his.All in all, it was a decent meal, moderate value, £55 for the three of us, the service was excellent.

Had a Pizza here with my brother - you know what to expect with the food, the pizza is very good. The staff were very good and service we received was excellent. Our waitress was always smiling and nothing was too much trouble. The only downside for us was a kids party was in full swing, we could have perhaps been seated away from it as the place wasn't half full.

Always top service and food is usually excellent. The staff are lovely and always seem glad to see you.

Visited with our 2 grandchildren for a treat, was quite empty for a Saturday night, kids were looking forward to the salad bar, however were disappointed that there were no bread sticks, nachos, pasta or cous cous, all my granddaughter had was carrot! Service was good, also the woodwork around the table was very dirty and tomato sauce was empty, small niggles but prices are high so expect better

Called in last night for a pizza. The toilets were disgusting and to be honest the rest of the restaurant didn’t look that clean either. The food was cold and they didn’t even manage to get the order right. Never again will I subject my family to such an awful place.

From the moment we arrived Sally the manager warmly wecome us and found us a table promptly.

Arrived and although busy manager found a table for 6 within a few minutes , food and service from waitress(charliee) was excellent. All served promptly and as it was too much to eat, boxed up to take home . Good food and service - well done to all the staff. Would we eat here again - most definitely .

After telling staff member that I had not visited for some time due to recieving a pitza with blobs of tomato puri on top of it, I was served up with a bland and very dry pizza that was almost inedible.

Had a lovely meal there tonight. Great discounts on at present. There was a slight error with our food staff were great and corrected swiftly. Brilliant staff and nice pizza.

Considering I had only visited Kettering Pizza Hut just the day before, I was disappointed at the presentation of the food as well as the fact that it was burnt in a couple of areas. The service throughout our visit though, was impeccable, all staff were both very helpful and friendly.

Haven't visited for a while. Though busy we were shown to a table promptly, service was friendly and efficient. Good choice at salad bar and lasagne was good.Good value for money on our 3 item menu choice and would return again.

My partner and I visited on the 8th of November. It's been our first visit in a very long time but we're very pleased how clean and bright the restaurant looked. we had the lunchtime buffet deal and there was a good selection available, everything tasted great. The server (I didn't catch her name a young lady with red hair) was polite and friendly and although looked a little busy was still attentive to our needs and provided impeccable service.

We visited this evening and had an above average experience, when arriving we saw it was very busy and expected to have to wait for a table. However the member of staff who greeted us handled the situation well and found us a table.

Quite busy as one might expect & lots of families. Service, as such, was ok. Pizzas were warm but not hot & plates cold. Salad half empty & area messy (unsupervised children helping themselves).

Received a warm welcome on a busy Saturday lunchtime (16 Sept) by a young lady who seated us promptly.

Booked a Table for 6pm for 7 people, we were seated quickly and given menus, took about 25 minutes before someone came over and took our order, 2 of our guests ordered a beer which took 30 minutes to come out.The salad bar was quite empty, the pizza's arrived about 30 minutes after ordering. They were hot and ok. Although one of the pizza's said caramelised onion but it was red raw onion! The only good part was getting the re fills of drink! Very disappointed considering we spent nearly £100.

We went in and it was not massively busy. A few people were in. When we came in there were at least 6 members of staff stood around the entrance and it took a few minutes before anyone would see to us. It looked as if they waited between them to see who had to draw the short straw and have the inconvenience of seating us. It took a ridiculous amount of time for our order to be taken. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful when sorting the dessert order but overall disappointing. The food we had was good and the same you would get and expect in other pizza huts but the service let this place down. It wasn't all staff as i overheard some staff being friendly and chatty to some customers.

This review is about the pizza hut on the hight street.Just had a delivery of 2 pizzas from the hut after not ordering from them for a very long time due to the last one having a hair in it.Guess what? Yes there were more hairs, 2 in fact, in one of the pizzas ordered today. Spoke with the 'manager' who tried to make out no one in the kitchen had the same coloured hair despite me saying that the hairs were underneath the cheese layer!What a shame as Pizza Hut used to be fantastic.

we decided to go out with the family including grandchildren to pizza hut and ordered quite a lot as we were very hungry. we waited quite a while for the meal and when delivered some of it was cold. when we informed a member of staff our usual waitress who took the order was avoiding us. later she appeared to disappear and we were told that she had gone upstairs in tears. it appeared she couldn't take the complaint. pizza hut were very good and gave a refund to us. we did tip the waitress however as we felt the mix up with the order was lack of training and the food delivered to our table was not the fault of the waitress but the fault of the kitchen. well done pizza hut would go again

We had a great welcome at this Pizza Hut. The girl offered us a choice of tables which is always a nice touch. We were given the main menu and then shown the special offers that they had. The lady also suggested some options too from the dessert menu. The pizza was made quickly and we have a nice choice of nibbles from the salad bar too.we could not fault any aspect of this deal, the food was lovely and the desserts were excellent too!

Great food and great location with plenty of free parking. Had stuffed crust pizza which was yummy​, free salad bar and cookie dough melt for pud. Overall a good night out. Thank you Pizza Hut.

Called in here today to meet a friend for lunch. Had the lunchtime buffet. Was quite impressed with the restaurant and staff in this visit. So much better than the last few times I've been here. Tables were all clean staff efficient and food really nice and plentiful.

Well you don't expect fine dining in a Pizza Hut do you?Stayed at the Premier Inn, didn't fance the Dog and Duck attached and this was conveniently across the road.Service was good despite this being a busy Friday night. Very noisy with a lot of young diners but, again, just what you'd expect.So a good filling meal at a reasonable price.

We decided to have some dinner at Pizza Hut in half term, I wish we'd not bothered. We got there before the dinner time rush started, but by the time the staff finally took our order the rush was in full swing. It took several hours (about half an hour just to order!) To top it off they had to recook my daughters pasta dish, so while everyone else was eating she was waiting, it took about 20 minutes for hers to arrive by which time everyone else was nearly finished. The staff were quite pleasant and the food was nice, but the service was absolutely atrocious!

A few families went together before the kids went full time at school. The food was nice, but did take a little while and the servers were very friendly, but we did have to go up to the till to pay as our waitress was nowhere to be found.

Food took nearly an hour and some of our pizzas were already getting cold when they were brought to the table . No real redeeming factors .

Decided to visit this pizza hut when we couldn't be bothered to cook. We have visited before but not in quite a while.Service was friendly and fast. Food was hot and tasty.Menu has been updated since last time and loved the new choices. The black cherry cream soda is gorgeous.As with all pizza huts the main meat topping is always on the sparse side but it was still nice.Would go again

Took my partner and the kids. Salad bar was lovely and fresh. Pizza was ok. I think they need to freshen them up a little. The staff were extremely pleasant and it was clean. The downside is the toilets. They're disgusting and need to be modernised.

Unfortunately wasn't impressed with this Pizza Hut on our recent visit. Staff weren't the friendliest, kinda got the impression they wanted us out ASAP as we'd only just sat down when they wanted to take our orders & then tried to take our food away before we'd all finished (can't understand why as the place was dead) Nothing seemed clean, two of our salad bowls had food marks all over them so swapped them, then the glasses and tables seemed sticky and there was food stuck to one of our chairs.I know this is Pizza Hut on a whole but prices seem way too high. 40 odd £ for two bog standard pizzas and a few drinks. Won't be rushing back to this Pizza Hut or any other.

I've come here a lot over the years, but it has been a while, and I've not been there since the new menu came in. I must say, I'm quite impressed! The range of starters now is much improved, with some less-seen options like Popcorn Shrimp making an appearance (which, by the way, were delicious!) The Pizza was good too, with plenty of toppings but not overflowing, and it all came out fairly quickly. As usual, the service is friendly and attentive, and of course the refillable drinks and unlimited salad bar are a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this place, if you're out with friends!

I do love coming here, I rarely order a pizza here but the pasta dishes are so delightful! Starters are also very nice to accompany your salad, and mains. I feel this place is a very good value for money and the customer service is on point. Sometimes I tend not to get the pizza because I feel the base is sometimes quite dry but other than that food is hearty and fresh. We visited as a party of 9 , it his was a birthday party for a eleven year old. But what a mistake, firstly, We were very cramped in, one side of the table, you could not get out without moving other people, the other side was just as bad,the table next to us was right against our seats, so we or they could not get out without disturbing each other. The place was very noisy, which was to be expected, and also very cold. We were very rushed, people had not finished eating the unlimited salad, before the pizzas arrived, which were not very hot, and not cooked very well. For the high prices we had to pay for pizzas, we would have been better going to a decent pub, where we would have had more time to enjoy. Regards

Got served and seated within 2 minutes. However it took over half an hour for them to come over and take our order. There were only us and 3 other parties in the restaurant. Also took quite a while for the food to come out. Salad bar was very limited compared to other Pizza Huts nearby. Staff weren't that friendly and barely talked to us.

Called in here on our way home been out all day didn't want to cook. I was pleasantly surprised our pizza was nice and hot the salad bar was well stocked with fresh greens. Generally the food is good.

Stopped here on sunday afternoon as a family of 6. The decor is good and relatively clean.Service was ok. Prices seem to have increased and does seem high for what you get.Hubbie was not keen on his pizza.waitress saidvthe cook had forgotten to 'take the plastic off' the topping and it had melted in the oven.they cooked a fresh one but there was a delay. This now came out pan rather than thin but we didnt want to wait again. It was not nice...I can think of many other places to eat than here. Could cook a better pizza at home.

This Pizza Hut used to be really bad but recently has got so much better our waitress Karen was very friendly and always smiling, the buffet had a nice selection to choose from

We went there after a lousy experience at another branch. The service was first class with friendly staff and the food was hot and filling.

Arrived at around 6pm, just three of us...stood at the door for 5 minutes before I had to get the attention of a staff member and ask them if we just sit ourselves down. Waitresses really miserable and uninterested...food was what i expected it to be...I would never normally dine in a pizza hut but my younger brother really wanted to go, Sat at a table near the door and watched in slight horror as the staff just ignored people stood at the door. Two tables left and one table of 2 that waited nearly 10 minutes, picked up menus and sat themselves down. Another table who were clearly getting bad service as well actually walked up to the pass and complained that she'd been waiting 45 minutes for food, and it was her daughters birthday...the waitress literally just shrugged. At this point I felt embarrassed for you, when there are only 15 tables in the restaurant and the waitresses can't cope/don't care it just becomes a mess. I ordered a takeaweay dessert to leave with and asked for the bill...baring in mind we arrived at 6pm and it's now 8pm...I'm really annoyed because I had to leave without my dessert and leave £50 on the table due to the A45 closing at 8pm...I really don't feel like the meal was worth £50 and I will never go back or go to another pizza hut again...

So we had a party of 8 of us in attendance at Pizza Hut in Wellingborough for my sister's 18th birthday. We had a very good middle aged lady with red shoulder length hair serve us who was very friendly, although quite forgetful. Although the food is tasty, and this lady was very friendly, service was quite slow and our waitress instead of writing it down tried to memorise our order, and consequently our starters and sides were messed up and one of our party was brought garlic mushrooms instead of shrimps, as ordered. Upon getting salad from the salad stations, I went to change my bowl as a couple of the "clean" bowls on the table were actually quite dirty with bits of residue from previous food inside them. Upon going to the salad station, supplies of salad were quite low although enough for me as I don't like a lot of it. The pizzas themselves arrived within half an hour of our starter and were very tasty. I chose to have the BBQ Meat Feast individual with stuffed crust, and followed this with a Salted Caramel Cookie Dough dessert. The waitress was very attentive in packing our leftover pizza into separate boxes for us, and also providing our desserts correctly, and also kindly cutting the birthday cake for my sister and bringing it over with candles. Balloons were also kindly left on the table for us, which is better than the service twice received at Pizza Hut Kettering when they completely forgot that it was for a birthday two years running, so provided no extras. The meal was nice and I believe came to £150, however my Mum presented a voucher which brought it down to just under £120. Would come again as I like Pizza Hut's food, but have never been impressed by the standards in these restaurants, particularly the two nearest to me. Staff are friendly enough but are either under too much pressure to deal with too many people, because they are often forgetful of orders. Cleanliness was also an issue within this particular Pizza Hut. I would visit again, however not as a first choice.

We both had chicken pasta bake. It came in a long narrow plate which looks great but it's shallow too so you don't actually get very much. The salad bar was uninspiring. When I arrived at the bar two of the slots were completely devoid of salad. One of the bowls we were given for our salad was dirty and could they find any smaller bowls. Food tasty but very little chicken. Staff efficient. Waited a long time for our pasta to arrive.

Experience was the same as ever where there is a pizza hut. However the salad bowls on the table hadn't been moved and cleaned and just fresh bowls placed on top. Overall normal run of the mill establishment.

Food was tasty.. Service was good and staff were friendly.. Salad bar not as good as the one at sixfields. But hey ho!! Kids loved it..

Back to Pizza Hut again at Wellingborough, pizza good, salad bar lovely, brilliant parking after struggling through the adjacent roadworks. Staff friendly and helpful. Major problems with the soft drinks machine NO FIZZ.

Went here for a lunch meal before shopping and pleasantly surprised. The lovely waiter was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for him. The salad bar was second to none and even beats some harvesters. The pizzas were excellent and would definately return and recommend to others.

Great menu, something for everyone. Good value too. Kids loved the help yourself salad bar and the ice cream factory. There were balloons to make a party atmosphere. Was full, so best to book.

I have been here a couple of times over the years, and this time around, we tried the 'takeaway' side of the restaurant. I have to say I really do not like Pizza hut pizza, the base is so thin there is near enough no base to the pizza. The pizza really is not worth the price of what you pay for it.

Pizza was on the greasy side, buffet NOT available because it's a weekend. Excellent parking available. Salad bar was good, as was the refill drinks machine, toilets were clean and tidy. Service was slow, staff didn't seem very happy.

After never eating at Pizza Hut and being told I was really missing out so thought I would give it a go.On arrival we were greeted and seated quickly. Orders were taken promptly and didn't take too long to come out. Salad was quite enjoyable and the refillable drinks option is fantastic. We had the meat feast cheese stuffed crust pizza between two of us and there was so much we ended up taking some home in a box! I wasn't a huge fan of the stuffed crust it began to get quite sickly for me but it seems I was the only one who thought this! Overall I had a lovely meal however I found it quite pricey for what I actually had.

My son and I booked a table during the school holidays so we could enjoy the buffet lunch option at our local Pizza Hut. Newly decorated it looked inviting and very very clean. We arrived at opening time, and very soon customers were pouring in with only a few tables free. The service was great, no hassle and you are left to enjoy your lunch at your own pace. The pizza was very tasty with a good selection, as well as the salad which you can have as much or as little of as you like. I would certainly return as we both had a great lunch together.

Popped in for lunch because we didn't really want to make the long walk to town for McDonald's. We'd had PizzaHut only once before in Kettering and, as that was really good, we thought we'd go again.We got shown straight away to our table. The waitress was polite and brought a couple of menu's over.There the experience waned.We ordered a sharing meat platter and some extras to go with it, plus a couple of diet Pepsi's. The waitress immediately told us we couldn't have the free salad with it unless we ordered Pizza too. I can't digest Pizza very well, so we said no, we would not be ordering Pizza.The waitress dug her heels in and said we couldn't have the salad. (The PizzaHut in Kettering did allow us the salad and the guy just said, "not really supposed to, but you guys have ordered quite a bit", so he allowed it with a big beaming smile. So - this time, no salad :/The waitress came back 10 minutes later to tell us there was no wings left to go with our platter and did we want chicken bites instead. I was tempted to say, no but we'll settle for some salad, but I thought better of it.Next she told us to get our own drinks, it was self service so just help yourself. The Pepsi's were not very fizzy and by the time our food arrived a few minutes later, it was completely flat.We got the waitress to come back to replace the flat Pepsi, she did apologise but muttered something about that it had been playing up. A further full 5 minutes went by (she was showing another customer to their table). Eventually she came back and asked if we wanted anything else to drink and had to take the fizzy drinks off the menu. She offered squash or tap water. I informed her my husband was diabetic and couldn't have squash. We asked if she had any sparkling water, which she did, so we had that. I noticed that she didn't remove the Pepsi fizz at all from the menu and other unsuspecting customers were still getting their soon to be flat pop, and she made no attempt to tell them either!The glass the waitress brought for my sparkling water had remains of someone's lipstick round the rim so I drank from the bottle. Dishwashers!!!!The bathroom facilities are adequate, clean, but no hot water to wash your hands. The place smelled nice too, but the first door in the ladies didn't lock and even though I am a small slim person, it was really awkward to get back out and use the next one!We came to pay and the Pepsi was still charged and our bill was £25! She went and fixed that down to £20.My suggestion really to PizzaHut in general, would be to allow customers to spend a minimum amount before being told they can't have salad, and not to try forcing them to eat Pizza. Had we ordered a Pizza and got the free salad - it would've cost about £15.Not sure I'll be back to this PizzaHut. It left us a little disappointed.

My family and friends visited this place for a child's celebration birthday, so there was a large group and we ordered on four separate orders. We all ordered at the same time. Our starter arrived after about half an hour then we waited over an hour for our main meal, this was after asking the waitress to look into why it took so long. Our friends had almost finished their meal by the time our group of four of us got ours, so we asked for it to be put in boxes and took it home to eat as we didn't want everyone esle to wait for us. We did get our meal free and the other people had five pounds off their bills. Seems this place cannot cope during busy times

Eat here on Friday evening whilst on route to my girlfriend's parents. It's the second time I have eaten here when being on route to Lincolnshire, it very handy just being off the A45. The food has always been very nice, at an reasonable price and quick. Plus my daughter is a big fan of Pizza Hut.On this occasion, I do have a small negative comment to make. We ordered an pizza with mustard topping but when the pizza arrived it was missing. When questioning an waitress on this, was informed that they were out of stock of mustard. It would of been nice to have been told this when ordering.Other than the comment above, the food was very nice and I would visit again.

Me and my friends regularly go to pizza hut and always have fantastic service and food. The food is delicious every time and is reasonably priced. The chocolate cookie dough and ice cream dessert is to die for! Highly recommend ! :)

It's Pizza Hut pizza kings! Pizza is great. Salad is great. Soft drinks and deserts have a good selection. Over all a happy experience.

Very cheerful waitress, food was nice and service quick. It was quite busy and the common areas around the salad and drinks felt crowded but didn't spoil the meal

I come with my family at least once a month the food is alright staff are friendly most of the time it is quite expensive there's nothing special about this restaurant on weekends and Fridays it is busy

my husband took the kids while they were on their school holiday and they loved it, the deal was great the kids ate as much as they liked for a set price, there were different deals for different age kids depending on what the kids fancied, this was cheaper and they were full and happy..we went one evening and had a pizza each,i tried the BBQ americano which was divine,i loved it,the kids had eaten this too and enjoyed it, my husband had a hot pizza which i can`t handle tbh !. The atmosphere was great too, you get to help yourself to salad at the salad bar which was full of a great variation of items from apple to coleslaw which i liked,the kids loved this too which is great as they get to pick their own they also eat the healthy stuff too.

Meal was very good but was not able to eat it all so asked staff member to put it in a box to take away, which they did with no bother staff were vey helpfull. Only down fall was salad bar was runnig short of a lot of things and were,nt replenished

Was staying at the Premier inn across the road from Pizza Hut. Decided to dine here with family on our second night stay. We all had a lovely meal and very hot. Would defiantly recommend this if you like Italian and pizzas.

Pre booked a table for 6 as we needed disabled access, and a disabled loo. Table ready for us, pizza perfect fresh, piping hot, loads of choice from the buffet and salad bar. staff were extremely busy but very helpful and friendly, it was our first trip out to eat with a wheelchair we were a little anxious but it was fab and we will definitely return. Thank You.

This review is based on a couple of visits and a kids party.Run out of diet coke, run out of kids pizzas (REALLY?), run out of ice cream factory ice cream. Didn't supply a prepaid cake for a kids party so a member of staff had to run across to M&S to buy a pee poor cake and found some used candles for a 9 year olds party, (UNACCEPTABLE). No pasta at the lunchtime buffet. No salad bowls and expected to use the hot pizza plates. NO JALEPENOS AAAAARRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!! The list goes on. We do still use as it is by far the nearest one but really need to shape up.

The staff are the stars of the show here and at times even though they are rushed off their feet they always seem to be happy and helpful too.The food here is always top dollar as pizza joints go and they offer a large varied menu apart from pizzas.It is nice to see we still have friendly decent staff left who genuinely want to help and serve you.A very good restaurant.

I am Lactose intolerant and these guys will do me a pizza with no cheese, not a perfect solution, but as close as u can get whilst out, the cheese being the biggest culprit. The restaurant is always clean and at times very busy. The staff r always friendly and helpful and very accomadating as I am also disabled and often take another disabled person with me. Never had cause 2 complain here about anything , recommened highly. We only visit twice a month but always look foreward 2 a visit.

Service with a smile every time, and the staff seem to genuinely enjoy looking after us. The food always comes out perfect, and the place is clean and comfortable.
