Pizza Hut in North East Lincolnshire

Me and my boyfriend popped in for the buffet on Monday 2nd March, it is £7.50 per adult and the refillable drinks are £2.99 per adult. There is a refillable drinks machine with coke, etc, but there is also bottles of squash and you can use water from the drinks machine.You can help yourself to as much pizza, pasta and salad as you like. There is always at least 4/ 5 different varieties of pizza. I have always loved Pizza Hut, I actually prefer their pizzas to Domino’s pizzas.The lady who seated us was very polite and pleasant, (I think she was one of the Managers) we were also served by another young lady who was also nice. Our receipt says we were served by Chelsea C, I am not sure which lady that was but as mentioned, they were both lovely.I would also like to add that on the Pizza Hut Grimsby website, there is 3 spelling mistakes (Freshny, Alternatavely and restaraunt) it looks unprofessional and like nobody proof-read the information before publishing the page.

Firstly, since when did Pizza Hut stop doing table service? Secondly Food 10/10 Service and attitude shown by waiter 0/10 It’s such a shame as the food was delicious but when the waiters don’t have much involvement with you anyway, since we have to go up and get everything ourselves - including cutlery! I expect there to be at least some interaction from your waiters, instead we were left staring at our leftover pizzas for a good half an hour, being unable to get attention to ask for a box. When we FINALLY got a box, the waiter threw it at us and got us to put the pizzas in ourselves. Wouldn’t come back here if it was the last place on earth. Manners maketh man.

Well I've never done a review within 30 mins of leaving a restaurant but really felt like I needed to.Went today for buffet as normally quick and easy hassel free, So today I went with me partner and was very disappointed it felt like saving money with little meat used, and less cheese then ever. My partner very happy though as loves vegetables in pizza hence why poor score and not terrible.1st visit to pizza table bbq beef pizza so little meat I could of got a slice with no meat, Rest was vegetarian pizzas (no thanks) So back to my seat, and wasted for meat pizzas to come out unfortunately the only meat one was ham & pineapple (personaly not my choice to have fruit on pizza) So at this point about 15 mins the manager noticed my empty plate and asked if all OK and she said she will ensure a pepporoni will be cooked and she said she asked for one to be cooked and it was 10 mins later result and at this point I thought great service.... The pizza had very very little cheese (see photo) Had 2 slices and not a fan of the no cheese pizza, So waited few mins and see they put 2 more pizzas out..... Again no meat ( see photo) from 7 trays 6 was meat free. So unfortunately gave up and left.

Prices high but good quality food. Staff very welcoming. You have to queue up to place your order. Not impressed with that and its certainly not Visually Impaired friendly. High prices should include table service.

We went for the buffet and my mother in law had only ever been to Pizza Hut once before. She was so excited and the staff were fantastic and made her feel super special! Really appreciate the extra effort the staff went to, brought a tear to her eye and made the day of an elderly lady xxxx thank you xxxx

Always good range of pizza and pasta on offer and not usually waiting long when everybody dives in and all the pizza is gone.

Food was served hot and there was a lot of choice at the salad bar. the staff could not have helped anymore than they did .good prices that wont pick a tourists pocket. will return to this lovely town of Grimsby as the people are so friendly .

Came with my husband and just missed out on the lunchtime buffet. So we paid £20 for a pizza. The service was good, and the staff were attentive. The salad bar was full of empty containers and as full paying guests I would of thought there would of been a refill now it was gone 3 o. Clock. The pizza came quite quickly and was perfectly cooked. It was very nice but for the price you pay I was a little disappointed.

Clean and cheerful. Service with a smile. The could be a bit more variety with the salad, but overall very enjoyable.

I have just got back from having tea at the Pizza Hut Grimsby. I normally really enjoy going to Pizza Hut in any town or city as I find it good value for money. I was expecting to find some special tea time offers on but there was nothing. I ended up paying £20 for just an average pizza. The salad bar was half empty and the beetroot rock hard. You now go up to a desk and order and pay for your food, collect your own serviettes, cutlery and bowls what happened to the waitress service which was so nice before.

We held our sons 9th birthday party at this hut (our local doesn’t hold the parties). We took 10 kids and 6 adults on a Sunday lunchtime and it was fantastic. The kids were given loads of space and the adults had 2 booths reserved right next to the party table. The hut itself isn’t very big and we took up a lot of room but it didn’t start to get busy until the last 30 minutes or so of our stay. The kids got to make their own pizzas, it was well set up & very organised! The server was a star! The kids had a very in-depth conversation with her about The Avengers! The adults were happy with having a Sunday buffet & all 10 kids went home very full & happy - I’d 100% recommend having a Pizza Hut party & I would definitely recommend booking it at this hut. Thank you to the team that worked on the day!

We visited our local Pizza Hut (Grimsby) this evening following a considerable amount of time since we were last there.

We're regulars at the buffet lunch ( some mum friends and our toddlers and I) usually we pay for ourselves and the kids get free buffet. Works out well as most of the kids don't eat loads.

We had a starter, main and pudding! All was so nice to the extent we even took some home with us, amazing staff and customer service too!

Visited this Pizza Hut today in mid meal we had a power cut. Found that the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and informative. Would certainly go there again. Unfortunately we had a 4 bour drive home so had to leave

My wife surprised me by insisting to visit Pizza Hut. Since I was last in decor has changed. It seemed all women were in charge. We decided to go for buffet lunch £6.99 per head. Choice of pasta pizza and salad unlimited. We had several slice of chilli vegetarian pizza. Salad had nice tomatoes, corn and chillies. So nice and fresh pizza, we did not try pasta at all. After a long time I enjoyed, in fact both wife and I, enjoyed Pizza Hut.

I understand the hate I'll get but for someone who's muslim/vegetarian a choice of thick doughy margherita pizza with a smidgen of topping small size same with the veggie pizza and it felt like it's been Sat out for ages really really disappointed on the flip size there was a red onion pizza must have been about a couple of millimetres in thickness dough must have been rolled out by a road rolling vehicle, cucumbers were good though and the one pasta was ok service was intrusive and we felt rushed to leave bill was presented promptly after 25 mins although restaurant was not even quarter full a frozen pizza from heron would have been more pleasing WOW just WOW..

I had been to this restaurant many times before so was looking forward to it but I got a big shock. The restaurant looks so shabby and uncared for. I was going to have the buffet lunch but when I looked at it changed my mind. The salad bar was very small and had little choice. It is tucked away in the corner and was difficult to access because of the amount of people trying to get their lunch. The pizzas didn't look very appetising either and was just as difficult to access. I decided to gave the Mac n cheese but was startled to find that it was £9.95, which I thought was very expensive. It was very tasty but not worth the money they were asking. The staff, however, were very friendly and efficient.

Although a little overpriced for glorified cheese on toast it is exactly what you expect from a pizza hut.it's a pizza and you can see the price before you order

Been quite a few years since I've bin to a pizza hut as there are so many other takeaways restaurants these days that offer great food, but really can't complain ,

Went to Pizza Hut and had the Buffett great value. It was very busy which meant pizza was replenished frequently so nice and fresh. Staff were pleasant and attentive.

Visited as a family during half term buffet. We visit each half term and don’t usually book but this time we did. There was an issue with our booking not getting through to the hut but a table was offered. I believe the lady who welcomed us through the door thought we were another booked family and showed us where to sit. On our way to the table another lady jumped down my throat asking if I was told to sit there, if I had booked and what time for. She was incredibly rude to me and I didn’t like her attitude at all. Busy or not, there is no room for speaking that way to customers. Despite this rude member of staff, I have to say that the lady manager is lovely and has a great sense of humour.

Went in here as a last minute choice and wish I hadn't.

This is a great place for enjoying Pizza and salad or some other food and Drinks. coffe really good.

Has to be the best pizza in Grimsby along with the sides and salad bar, everything tastes beautiful.

Aparte de los problemas de aparcamiento y algunos borrachos de las personas que pasan de la casa de al lado, el servicio público en sí era excelente. Como una familia con niños pequeños que no saldrian después del anochecer. La oferta especial de lunes a jueves después de las 3 de la tarde era una delicia. No llene usted mismo con la ensalada como nunca terminará cualquier pizzas que pides. Comer y pide compartir pizzas. Que sea a la izquierda para tomar la casa nunca sabe igual. Sólo así solicitar lo que puedes comer!

Comida tan buena como cualquier otra pizza hut que jamás. Ensalada mal era fresco y ordenado. El personal era en la cima de todo, a pesar de ser el lugar ocupado en la noche del sábado. También se recogen, pero el llevar 3 mujeres que entramos en contacto con el espectáculo que estaban corriendo en la noche, lo hizo muy bien. Sobresaliente Pizza Hut!

He estado muchas veces por una pizza y ensalada, siempre muy agradable y siempre recién hechas. La variedad de la ensalada es buena y fresca. . . . Si tengo el helado para un regalo es muy bueno también.

Buena selección, un precio decente. Era muy dieron y cargada en el restaurante. Quizás un poco de aire acondicionado puede ser bueno.

Have you ever been to a place where you are faced with a language that you just don't understand. Well despite the food being good quality and tasty, it takes a Pizzarite to explain the menu. A Pizzarite is someone who knows Pizza hut well, someone under the age of ifity who can run to the salad bar and top up their bowl many, many times, and eat tons of pizza from the buffet and never burn their face on a chili, because they know what hot pizza's look like, unlike me who had to have another Pizzerite explain the toppings before I re-discovered the power of steam from stiffling a hot chili with water. The staff are friendly, and the place itself is very well kept. Good value for money during the week, but a the weekend 'Buffet's off, so think about that before you're shown to your seat and then discovered you will all have to pay nearly eight quid a pop!Stuffed Crust?Pan?Feel good flatbreads?All American thin?Big Tum, fat bum?Table booth or sofa?It's a different world.

I have been visiting pizza hut since 2002. The staff at this restaurant are always polite and friendly. We have had several parties here over the years, and are always well satisfied.

I came here with family for a birthday meal. For the starter we had mozzarella garlic bread, which tasted delicious but some pieces of bread had a lot more cheese than other pieces. My partner had a battered shrimp starter. A waitress came over and apologised and said there had been a mix up and my partner's starter had been set to come out the same time as our mains. How this happened I don't know. For our main we had a half and half pizza, with one half being heavenly veg and the other half BBQ Americano. My drink was a vanilla caramel milkshake. The food was delicious but the staff could be more pleasant, one of our waitresses was very serious.

Came in with a friend and was very impressed. Speedy service even though the restaurant was busy, food was brilliant and the facilities were super clean! Would recommend.

Food is always good but I think the restaurant is always a bit grubby. Plus they need more staff because you wait ages, but not their fault really. They were friendly on this occasion but we had long waits to be served.

La oferta de Buffet ilimitado de ensalada y pizza por 7,50 Libras estuvo muy bien, la relación cantidad calidad es correcta. Lo que realmente nos llamo la atención fue la amabilidad de la camarera que nos atendió, que al percatarse que no eramos del lugar, se tomo su tiempo en aconsejarnos y explicarnos como funcionaba. Cada vez quedan menos camareros tan agradables sonrientes y serviciales. Ojala me hubiese fijado en su nombre!!

After being badly let down by Wetherspoons we found ourselves looking for something to eat at just before 21.00 hrs on the 30th September.We received a warm welcome from the young lady who seated with care, and was very professional, polite and cheerful. We just wanted a Pizza and no drinks, and with that order we were still made to feel very welcome .... the young lady even offered us free water if we wanted.The salad came with the order, and was fresh and crisp even for last thing at night.It was a quick meal but we were not rushed, and it was not until we left that we saw they close at nine and it must have been 9.30pm but we had been allowed to finish our meal in our own time.10 /10 for the waitress, the Pizza was lovely and the night saved - thank you :)

I'm amazed that this place hasn't moved to somewhere much larger - and lets face it there are plenty of options in the town centre. Everyone knows what Pizza Hut offers and this one is no exception. The buffet is pretty standard - good value but basic. It would also be better if they delivered - but it seems collection only is all our town deserves.

Went here for lunch as a family of four. We stood at the entrance for a while before finally being acknowledged. A table was cleared and prepared for us and the waitress took the time to explain the new items on the menu and the special offers they had available. She explained that a couple of desserts were unavailable which we thought was great as would have been disappointed to discover this at the end especially as we decided to go for the 2 for £20 offer. She left us alone for a few minutes to decide and returned promptly to take our order. This waitress was a little older than most of the others and had long dark hAir, she was absolutely brilliant and a credit to Pizza Hut Grimsby. My partner did have to ask for our salad bowls as these had been forgotten but the pizzas arrived quickly and were absolutely fantastic. The kids meal was a good size for our hungry 10 year old. Once finished we waited awhile for our table to be cleared although eventually a different waitress arrived to do so. She was slightly older again with short blonde hair. She was rather abrupt and when I asked if we could order desserts with her as we knew what we wanted, she told us what they didn't have and then disappeared. We spent the next ten minutes trying to catch someone's attention so we could order pudding. Eventually I asked the same abrupt waitress again and she quite begrudgingly took the order. Desserts took a while to appear (cookie dough and a chocolate sundae) but were delicious once they did. Overall it was a great meal and the service from the first waitress was fantastic. We will definitely return.

We would definitely visit here again, the service was quick and friendly, the food was good and our waitress was very friendly helpful and welcoming even suggesting the best places to eat when we are visiting Cleethorpes seaside which I found very helpful. The restaurant was very clean with a relaxed atmosphere.

Pizza Hut is located right in the centre of grimsby. I ordered an individual meat feast stuffed crust at £11 with a side order of potato wedges with sour cream dip at £2.99 and a refillable Pepsi at £2.55 total bill was £16.54 food was good and filling.

Visited with my husband and our 3 young children on a Sunday lunchtime.Staff were very friendly and the food was made and served promptly and was very tasty. Place was clean and we'll laid out. Toilets were clean as well.

Pizza was ok , popped in one lunchtime , purely on daughters request. I won't bother again , it was just ok. I'm not fond of cleaning sprays and floor brushes being used inches away from where I am still eating. I mentioned it when paying , only to be told 'well we have to , it is a restaurant ' Timing not good , attitude worse, won't be returning.It was good years ago but it is looking shabby inside now too.

Visited today on my split shift from work with my husband and my two youngest children 2 and 3 year old, we ordered 2 pizzas and 2 children's meals. Food was fantastic and the kids loved their ice creams! We ordered a double cookie dough thingy as never tried it before, kids got ratty as it arrived so decided to pay and leave the pud. As we were paying a lovely member of staff said I'll take that off your bill as you've not had chance to eat it. Very kind and unexpected thing to do. So thank you for our great experience

Yummy pizzas especially the margarita American thin. The ice cream factory is brill for kids and so is the colouring sheets. The salad bar is an all you can eat so you can go back as many times as you like. Plus it's nice and warm so if your cold it's nice and warm in side.Recommend Defiantly

After a long time, visited Pizza Hut on Saturday afternoon. Place was fairly busy. We opted for meal deal. It included a starter, Pizza and a drink at £12.99. We had good starters, vegi hot thin pizza and unlimited salad. Enjoyed the meal.

went Thursday evening after late night shopping with granddaughter otherwise would not have chosen here..We wanted to be positive as I like a Pitza now and again but honestly its Rubbish. Service its run by kids and cleaning as as good as there bedrooms I expect, the salad bar is very small and very poor quality and messy as people dig in and out ;service well they were not busy had lots staff around but still failed to bring our potato wedges we asked TWICE . GOT THEM IN END AFTER WE EATEN PITZA AND SALAD . The pitza quite nice but expensive with very little meat on for £12 I guess that's to cover he bit salad . ice cream poor for kids at £1.99 sauce bottles all dirty and empty you need to spend £5 for a better ice cream .so if you want a bit better service a clean experience go up the road .

Was greated with a smile and enthusiastic staff member. She spoke to our 4 month old child, made a real effort to accommodate our pushchair. She was very knowledgeable and gave us advice on what to order. Food was nice and very good value for money. Thanks.

Me and my boyfriend always go here. We had our first date here and we are impressed. You can't get a takeaway pizza that's anywhere as good as a Pizza Hut pizza! There is so much option available. You pay for the good quality... if you want a oily and cheap pizza then it's not the place for you. Staff are always bubbly and up for a laugh. The only time I've ever had a tiny thing go wrong was once I had a hair in my cookie dough... I was reluctant to bring it up because out of the 100 times I've been it was only a tiny mistake. My mum mentioned it and I was given a free cookie dough and 2 to take away with me and I was chuffed! I always try to get a cookie dough afterwards but I just can't leave any pizza because it's so good. Me and my boyfriend love trying new ones out and customizing our own. You can get a refillable drink and a refillable salad bowl so I think value for money is actually really good! This is always one of my first choices for a meal. Any pizza with stuffed crust and the salted caramel cookie dough are absolutely beautiful. Just thinking about the cookie dough now is making me hungry!

All I would say is with Pizza Hut you know what you're getting. But this is Grimsby and you can get a much better quality meal at a far more sensible price in an awful lot of places. Also it's to small and they have often run out of the Base I want.

Having visited this restaurant a number of times in the past with my family/ friends/ scout troop and other groups in the past and enjoyed the experience our recent experience left a lot to be desired. It wasn't busy but customer service was sadly lacking with bored looking staff who were more interested in cleaning the kitchen than talking to customers. The restaurant and the salad bar could have done with a clean down. Food ordered was bland and dry. Cheese was missing from the garlic bread starter and no dips offered. The server brought it over and told us the cheese was missing .... Is that ok? Having waited a while for it already i didnt want to wait any longer. Pizzas ordered were pan but arrived as thin base and has so little sauce on them it was more like toast than pizza and salad bowels were dirty and we had to ask for clean ones. We left after main course with most of it coming home in a box. No body enquiried if everything had been OK as I went to pay and since our mediocre food had taken so long to this point I and with kids with me I didn't feel I could complain as it was already late. Sadly disappointed and will not be visiting again.

The restaurant was quiet and I can see why. The food was very plastic and the pizzas we ordered were so thin you could see through them.There was no flavour and the toppings were very sparse.The ice cream factory was disappointing too, as only vanilla which was not very good.We all thought it was expensive for such a poor show of food.On the plus side the staff were very polite and attentive, they did their best for us.

After dropping off a hire vehicle and making our way home we called into Pizza Hut for a late lunch. The welcome was warm and friendly and given a choice of where to sit. 3 menus to choose from with various deals applying. We ordered our drinks then our pizza all of which were excellent. Service was exceptional by a lady called Emma. We will be back.

We went in here for a change. We were sat in comfortable sits the menu was varied as was the prices. We had a lovely meal here, very tasty. There was a nice feeling here the surroundings was exciting.

We nipped in quick and the restrant was empty and i mean nobody in at lunch time which i found bizzare. We ordered the buffet meal so we could choose what we wanted excellent choice of salad and of different pizza. We left satisfyed and full .Only thing was pizza hut need to sort out the ice cream factory in this store as nothing was there which my son enjoys doing

I would just like to say what a brilliant team who are working at Pizza Hut right now. We came in yesterday at around 6:30pm as a table of 5 for a last-minute birthday meal. We had to wait around 10-15 minutes for a table which wasn't a problem as we were still waiting for some people to join us. However the Manager (Mark I think his name was) gave us all complimentary starters to thank us for our patience. This wasn't necessary but went a long way to making our experience brilliant from just average. Mark and the other girl who was working that night (Tanya I think) were outstanding members of staff with excellent customer service skills. Nothing was too much trouble and despite the obvious fact they were short staffed (Mark acknowledged he had prematurely sent a team member home early) they provided a brilliant service where nothing was too much trouble. We were really made to feel like a priority and that our custom was important to them. They are a credit to your company and we would definitely would recommend this restaurant to friends and family. We will be returning again very soon. A massive thank you for making an average meal out extra-special.

Went for buffet today, was very quickly seated with my choice of table as wasnt that busy, drink was delivered quickly when order with a friendly smile. When i started there was no pasta and little pizza left but after 15 mins it was all fully restocked and the pizzas were delicious! Would definitley reccomend!

Went here as a spur of the moment, wish we had ordered a Domino's in at home instead.It was a Sunday about an hour and a half before they were due to close, we were shown to a table by a waitress, the empty table next to us obviously had had a rather large family sat at it before we got there, there was food all over the table and all over the floor. There were probably two other couples in there when we first got in there so with three members of staff on I would say they wasn't rushed off their feet! The table remained the same throughout most of our meal which was very off putting.We had a starter of garlic prawns which I will admit were very nice, when our pizzas were ready the waitress put them on the table before even taking our starter plates away, making it very awkward to get everything on the table.I ordered an inferno pizza (not sure what the correct name of it was called) it had hardly any spice to it all even though on the menu it said it was their hottest pizza they did.I thought it was expensive too, the food was not what it should be, the place was untidy and I felt the service was poor too!!

The Staff were very welcoming, especially our personnal waitress Kodie R who gave us as a family a very warm and friendly service. She checked on us continually even though she was also busy carrying out her other duties. My son felt that his son had had a good experience for his 3rd Birthday and we both felt that the customer service was very good. We would definitley use The Pizza Hut in Grimsby again for afuture celebrations.

We have dined here on many occasions in the last 8 or so years. Generally during the day when people are opting for the buffet but we always go for the cheesy bites pizza - delicious. We went for this on an early Tuesday evening - about 5 - and were the only diners for the whole duration!The food was good but it was just so quiet. Staff were helpful and attentive but as it was so quiet we didn't expect anything less.

Well, after my previous review of Pizza Hut I decided to give it another try to see if it had the 'WoW factor', and they might just have redeemed themselves.Before sitting down, we were greeted by Eleanor who was polite and professional and asked where WE would like to sit. Before even sitting us down she sold us garlic bread starters in a very friendly and professional manner (and im not easily parted with my money!). We were looked after well throughout the meal, food was spot on and had a little conversation with her before paying and leaving. All In all, Eleanor gave the wow factor I was looking for and because of that I will be returning again. 5 star employee! WELL DONE!

Went for lunch at about 12.45 and the place was quite busy, 3 adults and 1 child, placed our order and had the buffet. The selectiion of pizza was very poor and most of the time there were only 2 or 3 to choose from as so many people were loading up their plates. The manger could see how busy it was and should have put out more food. After our buffet 2 members ordered dessert and more drinks but they took about 15 minutes to bring them out. All the desserts are is microwaved dough with icecream on the top not exactly difficult to prepare.

Visited Pizza Hut Grimsby tonight having booket by phone an hour before hand. Rachael who took my booking was excellent, however when we arrived the service was just average. Its what you expect but there was no 'buzz' or any 'wow factor' to make the visit special, and when paying prices that pizza hut charge, id like a member of staff to have a bit more personality. Food however was good and may just be a reason to return.

The place was clean and the staff attentive. The food was hot and tasty I had the buffet. I will definitely go again.

went for the all you can eat luchtime buffet, £6.99 each, was dissappointed drinke were not included £2.45 for a coke! pizza was very tasty but slow to come out of the kitchen, had to wait and queue for a piece of pizza when it came out. salad bar that you can eat as much as you like was ok. serving staff very polite and freindly.

We visited here because my mum had a voucher. This voucher got us money off two pizzas, which were overpriced to start with and poor value for money. The food took at least half an hour to arrive and we were disheartened when we saw it. Italian base apparently means thin and overdone.My mum can't eat cheese and dislikes tomato and besides the greens from the salad bar the only thing she could have was garlic bread. They were not willing to make a pizza to her requirements.The restaurant is poorly designed and always overcrowded. The staff are not rude but customer service is clearly not paramount. None of them seemed to know the selection of soft drinks- having worked at McDonald's I know this isn't acceptable.My brother is autistic and can't handle very loud places. It was so loud in there that he got a migraine and proceeded to be sick on the table. My dad had to take him outside and my mum had to go to the counter to get someone's attention. We were not offered any consolation. She was handed three sheets of blue roll and shooed back to the table. She cleaned up what she could, left the money on a tray that wasn't hit and we left. We watched from outside as waitresses carried on taking orders from surrounding tables and not cleaning up the mess.This happened a couple of months ago but I have only just discovered this website.

Not my choice of venue for a meal but it was my wife's birthday so she picked it. That sounds like a disclaimer on what is to follow. You'd be right...Never been impressed by such establishments and the recent refurbishment of the local branch has really done nothing to change my mind. The place was pretty bland I'm afraid and this was reflected in the quality of the food. Nothing really bad, just not in the least exciting or tasty or leaving me wanting more. Air conditioning was working at full blast, i.e. the place was freezing!Service was efficient, polite and courteous so full credit to the waiting staff, who cannot be blamed for the fare being served. Their input helped to lift the rating to "average", otherwise it would have been "poor" at most. :-/The novelty item was Peroni served on ice. Eh?!?!?!
