listen flames tell me why i have a garlic dip in the middle of my pizza that left a gapping hole this has changed my thoughts completely from ordering flames again i am disgusted you are very careless and could you please tell me why your delivery driver decided to blow a kiss to my girlfriend might i add he looked over 40 and my girlfriend is 16 i am very disgusted in that noncey behaviour never ordering from flames again horrid

Realmente esperaba esto pero estoy decepcionado. ¿No había queso en mi pizza? No estoy seguro de por qué porque no se pidió que fuera así. Quizá se olvidaron. El servicio fue rápido. No estoy seguro del sabor, pero podría haber sido porque no había queso. No valía la pena el dinero

I have been a regular customer for years now! Everytime I go in I'm met by very friendly staff! Always quick and know my order off by heart. I would like to point out Priya and the manager ( don't know his name) for there exceptional service! Always going above and beyond for me and always know my order!

Kebab meat always cold. Such a shame as otherwise great kebab. Have moaned twice but not improved. Them seem to be in denial. Chilli sauce not spicy enough either.

Worst takeaway ever. How do you mess up an order when it’s written in black and white right infront of your eyes? How do you forget to put cheese on a CHEESY CHIP WRAP. Why do you stand there with normal mayo in your hand and say “garlic mayo yeh”. The absolute worst takeaway ever. Steer very very clear. Costs a fortune and is absolute garbage

i hate putting in bad reviews believe me i never have before but the quality of the pizzas was really poor and one of them was uncut. the cheese was hard and fell off easily and it felt like they had been reheated. the delivery guy dropped my fanta but was really nice about it and no damage had been done

No longer The Bell, now O'Neills. This pub serves 3 real ales, Doom Bar, London Pride and Tim Taylors Landlord, the latter was particularly good. Several sports screens, but they don't dominate the place. Staff very good at finding out about allergies. Pizza very good, however the American Hot, wasn't very hot or spicy, tasty but disappointing.

Awful service. We booked a table for the six of us and we were all really looking forward to the meal, as we’ve always thought that it looks like a lovely restaurant. We were waiting for over half an hour before our drink orders were taken and another 30 minutes before they appeared. We ordered two charcuterie and cheese boards as starters between us and it took over 40 minutes for these to come out. When they came out, each board only had two tiny pieces of cheese which had clearly been broken off a slab a cheese rather than cut. At £18 each these were extremely disappointing. We were then waiting another 45 minutes for our mains and when they came out our starter plates etc had not even been cleared. We had been in the restaurant for almost 4 hours by the time we left as a result of the long wait for any service. The restaurant wasn’t exactly busy and the staff were standing around most of the time. We asked to take off the service charge at the end of the meal due to the poor experience and the waitress was rude and did not apologise for the poor service. Will not be returning.

Visita por la tarde, decidido en el buffet, que incluye, pizza, ensalada, helado, recargas de bebidas ilimitadas. La ensalada era abundante, bastante bueno. Tenían una selección de pizzas para elegir obviamente , personalmente no estaban demasiado en oferta en este momento , pocas rodajas en las sartenes. aparte de dos, pero yo no estaba interesado en conseguir ninguno, barbacoa, y otro era vegetariano. No esperes una sartén profunda con montones de coberturas, mi palabra sería salpicaduras de coberturas. . Tenía un montón de ensalada, y la pasta caliente que tenían también. Para ser justos, más tarde vinieron algunos invitados más, luego sacaron más sartenes de pizzas calientes, que ambos logramos también obtener unas rodajas más. Mucho mejor en lo que acordamos. Así que terminamos con helado batido. Sí, el servidor joven era agradable . Llevar a mi hijo pronto, le gustará este concepto. Buena relación calidad-precio también para el buffet.

Very expensive, 5 people, no starters, no side dishes, no deserts, no alcoholic drinks and the mac'n'cheese main meal was no bigger than a side dish. £100 !

Nice looking place - American diner-like. Not cheap - but it is in the middle of Southend seafront - so its as expected. Burgers looked nice (with some salad and that but were only lukewarm and not that great. Cheese not melted. Chips were not quite cooked enough, and could have done with a few more.

Terrible service....one till open to order so queued for 25 minutes to order food and then another 45 minute wait for food but was not advised of the waits when they sat us down and nobody seem to care that we had to wait so long....it was bank holiday however the place was not full !!
