The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Pizza pasta food

We ordered pizza they delivered on time. Crust was so crispy and topping was perfect delicious. Everything was fresh.

Bad food, terrible service We were looking with my friends a place to eat, but as it was a boxing day 26th of December, everything was packed in Central so we didn't had any other choice rather than eating there, as we were in a rushed. The items on the menu were very overpriced. I choose the pizza margarita that costs £15 and when I said to the waiter that I would like extra mushrooms, he said that they can't do that and that I need to order the fungi pizza that costs £19 , that was exactly the same as margarita just with extra mushrooms that they charged £4 more. He wasn't polite at all with us. We ordered a coke, and when I asked tap water, he said in a very rude way that they don't do it, so he forced us to order still water that they charged £5. We all felt discriminated by the way he was talking to us. The pizza wasn't fresh at all, tasted like frozen one. My friends had pasta fettuccine that had literally only 2 pieces of chicken and chicken breast served with frozen fast food potatoes that cost more than £20 each dish. We were sitting outside, and my friend asked for an ashtray, and the waiter ignored him, making a very bad face reaction. Before we asked for the bill, I kindly said to the waiter to remove the service charge as the experience wasn't as we were expecting. Then he said that it's obligatory and not optional and he couldn't remove it. He was literally shouting in front of the customers, and apparently, he was the manager there. Seems he has no experience in hospitality and customer service. We have been forced to pay 25% of Service Charge when the average in the UK is 10-12.5% !!!! The bill was £102 for a small frozen pizza, overcooked pasta with 2 small cubes of chicken, and a small chicken breast. I don't recommend this place. Food is terrible and the staff seems like they hate what they are doing.

Great pub, atmosphere lively and great grub. Portion sizes are generous - I had the dirty fries with chilli and hot dog another night. Busy so had to sit in garden but much quieter than inside.

Me and my partner visited on Saturday and I still can’t believe what actually happened, we love The Hop and visit almost every weekend,unfortunately we got served by what I assume is a new member of staff, John, whilst casually insulting me he also made several remarks about my partner which honestly left us speechless, we didn’t even finish our drinks and left immediately and will not be returning.

Tra una scarpinata e l'altra sotto la pioggia londinese, ecco un angolino delizioso dove bersi una tazza di buon earl grey e una (enorme) fetta di dolce o un brownie bollente! Ottima anche la english breakfast...cordiali, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ambiente informale, accorgliente e personale gentilissimo! Vi raccomando i dolci!!!! In 5 giorni a Londra è stata una tappa fissa in tutti e tre i locali che ci sono in giro per Londra...

We stayed for 1 night on the 2nd of May.We got into the free car park behind with now problems at all and went in to tell the staff we were there and was greeted by a very friendly staff member who was very helpful. During the rest of our stay,every member of staff was pleasant and hard work. We ate an evening meal and breakfast and both meals were hot and tasty(which as everyone knows is not always the case with wetherspoons)and the service was quick and professional. Lots of staff around and all knew what they were doing. Our room we stayed in was very clean and full of character(family room facing the front).Comfortable bed,lots of towels and tea,coffee and hot chocolate. Decent sized tele and fan in the room. Overall it was a very very good stay and would without question stay here again.

Doughballs presented disappointingly. Ueneven clearly removed jalepenso but wasnt removed from order. Pizza quite cold unfortunately as well. Attention to detail could be improved alas 2 stars

I have come here several times now and the food is often late and with wrong sauces or forget the bbq sauce on my pizza. Today takes the prize where they made the complete wrong pizza. All they could say was sorry the person was new. No offer to compensate, just to remake the pizza while mine sat on the hot plate. Shocking service!

The taste and quality of the pizza was excellent. Will definitely use them again.

Tuvimos una comida encantadora aquí después de pasar la mañana en el castillo de arena. Como tenemos que evitar el gluten debido a la enfermedad celíaca, Isla era genial para garantizar que no hubiera contaminación cruzada para los alimentos que queríamos de la barra de ensaladas. Todas las pizzas eran deliciosas, gran servicio y personal amable.

We are regular visitors to Pizza Express in Aberdeen! Food is always great! Classic Pandana Pizza is usually pizza of choice! Last night our server was “Ray” he was very very busy but he was so attentive, friendly and remaining professional at all times! The service he gave made our visit so welcoming, so lovely to see how much Ray wanted his customers to have an enjoyable visit! He was also very kind about his other team members!

Great service, food was excellent and came out fast, staff very friendly and chatty. They also gave my grandad a table far away from the window on request, so very approachable. Overall a great restaurant.

We were staying at the hotel, pre a holiday flight, and had drinks and supper in the Sports Bar. This bar did exactly what we expected… it was reasonably priced casual dining with food that was very tasty and well cooked, with excellent sevice and good recommendations re food and drink . The team were really good. Arjun (the chef) Philip, Sandeep, Andres, Avalex, Joyleon, Fleny and any other staff I may have missed. Sorry! We were not expecting such a positive experience.
