Shocking service two nights in a row! If I wasn’t with my daughter i would never had gone back a second night, and now I wish I’d let her starve. It was that bad. The food was okay, when they eventually took our order, but then had to wait 30 mins for them to take plates away, another 20 to bring desert, and got so fed up waiting I stood and waved to interrupt the staff chit chat just to pay the bill and get out of there. If you have another option, take it…seriously.

My daughter and I were in Blackpool for a weekend and this was her pick for tea our first night. Pizza came quickly and was the expected standard. I would say the salad bar continues to reduce in range and quality every time I attend and this was a pretty poor showing again. I forget how much pizzas actually cost from the standard menu. A sharing pizza with a cheese stuffed crust and 2 soft drinks was £45. Luckily I had meerkat voucher to take 25% off to soften the blow but four or five families walked in while we were waiting, probably totted up the cost on the app and then left. TBF I wouldn't blame them as once you start needing multiple pizzas pricing probably gets crazy.

OMG the justeat driver needs sacking.... where to start...... firstly he barely spoke any English so communication was difficult due to his language barrier... I should have called the police and got a refund...... delivery driver was extremely aggressive impatient nasty dangerous and rude the man was full of attitude I will never ever order from pizzahut @ pleasure beach again...they've just lost my business, broke my trust, and my abused my loyalty as a customer.... During a recession when most places are closing down you would think they would do better.... Especially in a UK popular holiday resort...wow I'm truly shocked by this thoughtless behaviour!!!!!???? So basically when I rang pizzahut to complain after the man threw a temper and threw his orange justeat logo branded bag on the floor in front of the entrance at my address.... I tried to explain this to pizzahut who took absolutely ages for someone to finally answer the phone.... Then the staff member told me justeat delivery drivers are separate from pizzahut so they can no longer identify my details on thier system once the food has been delivered the system loses my details... Yes you heard correctly... My details completely disappear from thier system and they can no longer sign in and obtain my details.... They also claimed that due to the latter, it apparently means cannot identify the driver who delivered to my address as they don't know his personal details, she continued to tell me, he is contracted through justeat not pizzahut so she is unable to address this issue with him. My response was that he is misrepresenting pizzahut and not doing your company any favours, all it does, is, put pizzahut in a bad light and gives pizzahut a bad, cheap, reputation. It makes pizzahut look unprofessional and very very questionable as to why they would choose justeat to deliver for thier expensive and overpriced supply chain, when they are upsetting thier customers. It was not an experience I ever want anyone else to go through and therefore I would strongly suggest not to order here, there are concerns over safeguarding, this driver in particular was not suitable for this role. There are some vulnerable customers, and as a company, you shouldn't want to take such risks. Sack him.

You might think all Pizza Huts are the same, but they are not. I have been to this one (next to the pleasure beach) before but today they excelled themselves. Now being lunchtime we had the buffet. The pizza was exceptional! We have not had a buffet for a while because they have been poor in the past, (mainly West Midlands) and we did hesitate. But we thought lets go for it as we didn’t know what we wanted really, but wow. So well done. Staff were friendly, and I congratulated the chef. Highly recommended.

It’s a Pizza Hut. You’re going to get a standard Pizza Hut experience. Friendly staff, quick seating. Pizza was cooked and out faster than I could eat a bowl of salad bar!!

We had a nice meal here on Thursday. When we entered the restaurant we were informed that it was card payment only, which wasn’t a problem for us. We were also told that you need to scan the QR code on the table to place an order. This didn’t work for us but we were able to place our order verbally. We had a fantastic waitress who was very friendly, polite and helpful. We had a great kids deal, £7.99 for drink, salad, pizza, side and ice cream. My pizza was delicious and I would definitely go back again. We had unlimited refill drinks which was great. The salad bar did need restocking. I was offered a pizza box to take away some left over pizza, which was great. The restaurant is in a good location, right next to the Pleasure Beach and not to far from our hotel.

The restaurant was clean and we were greeted promptly and seated by a staff member wearing a face covering. We were asked to take our own cutlery and disposable napkins and to order using the app if possible. Every other seat was cordoned off and the social distancing was very good. The food arrived in reasonable time brought by a nice gentleman in a face covering and was hot and tasty.

Had to wait a while but that was ok. The young lady who greeted us and seated us was very nice and was helpful also the staff who dealt with us were great

Welcomed warmly by the waitress, shown to a seat and told to order on the app. Chance would have been a fine thing as there was no signal and when directed by staff to log on to their WiFi it also had no internet access.We left and spent our money at Pablo's instead.

Was welcomes by door staff very friendly and welcoming walked us through how it all worked during covid 19. Was server by a Megan B very friendly well presented few mix ups but that comes with having a big order and totally understand working with these new rules adds more restrictions and confusion. Was a great experience glad we all came for a family meal

Had a poor experience here this week whilst visiting the Pleasure Beach. Now have to order online to reduce contact with staff. This would have been absolutely fine if the staff members didn’t then lean over you (with no mask) to tell you how to access the website, turn on location services etc. It took longer to explain this than it would have done just to take the order - and the explanation wasn’t needed as there was a clear guide on the table. The website didn’t work properly - which the staff warned us about as we sat down (we were on step 5 of 10 for one of our four meals after 20 minutes). So a separate member of staff then took our order the old fashioned way. Crazy. Food was okay and arrived shortly after ordering. In summary, have all the ideas and things to make this Covid secure, but staff didn’t seem to recognise they were putting us at risk and their website didn’t work.

Great visit to Pizza Hut after a long day at the pleasure beach. Had to wait outside for 5 minutes as was told our table was getting wiped down. Greeter explained the new system very well and we were asked to pick up our own cutlery and paper menus before being seated to our table. You order the food on your phone now and instead of the salad bar you get the option of a salad (with various dressings), coleslaw or potato salad. This is free with every main like before! We ordered one sharing meat feast pizza with cheesy bites and another sharing chicken and mushroom pizza with cheesy bites. Great quality as always and the pizza’s had plenty of toppings.

Had to order on our phone Still free salad poor but had to pay a £1 if we wanted any more the meal it’s self was ok But I had to ask the women that served us if we could have our sweet and could she please clear the dirty plates away Her reply was In a minute I’m busy she continued to take plates from a table with no one sat there There was a few tables with dirty plates on and was still on tables after our mealI asked her again she just looked at me and went 3 times this Arrogant women just ignored me , and never took away our dirty plates and when she passed our table just looked though me . Being a short walk from our hotel we called in to eat one evening. The place only had one other family. The place looked rather grotty and the staff, although pleasant enough, did t appear very smart.... afternoon all it is only Pizza Hut. It was located at Pleasure Beach which is probably acceptable to their clientele. Some dishes they did not have as they were closing down until next season. The salad looked slightly brown and wilted. I chose the flatbread pizza. Never seen anything so thin. Didn’t taste great either. We will not go here again.

Came here on a whilst staying in Blackpool for the weekend. Was expecting it to be busy with it being a Saturday night. When we arrived we were advised by the waitress that there was a 45 minute wait for food, which I found odd as there must've only been 3 or 4 tables occupied.The next problem arose when we came to order as they didn't have much choice to order in the way of starters or sides, so ended up with the only 2 available options, onion rings and fries.Decided as it was a Saturday night to treat myself to a cocktail, however I was thusly informed that they didn't have the ingredients for majority of the cocktails.When the food arrived the pizza and fries were delicious, however the onion rings were pretty much stone cold. Upon complaining to the waitress she snatched then back without much of an apology.Can't say I was that impressed, and won't be returning in a hurry

We visited here for an evening meal on a visit to see the illuminations. As expected at about 7pm, it was packed and queuing out of the door. We waited about 15 minutes for a table, which was not bad considering the amount of people there! The staff were pleasant and helpful and immediately brought the allergy folder over when I said we had some food intolerance. The food came out, with quite a time gap between my wife and sons food and then a good 5 minutes later my food was brought out. I looked at my pizza that should have been gluten free and vegan cheese and was not convinced it was even though that it what I had ordered. I checked with the waitress, who confirmed that it did not look like vegan cheese and she would get it replaced. It was a very good job I checked, or I would have been quite ill if I had eaten it. The staff were very apologetic and offered me if I'd like anything else whilst I waited. The second time my food came out, it was correct. Overall the food was, as expected for a Pizza Hut. The toilets really needed some work as they were quite grotty and didn't look to have been cleaned for a while, although that may have been due to the high foot fall that evening.

Came to this particular pizza hut after a day in the Pleasure Beach and to be perfectly honestly it was much like any other pizza hut I had visited, average pizza, boring salad bar and overpriced.However what made this particular Pizza Hut stand out on this visit was our waitress Kyliea who was attentive almost at a level that I've experienced in some fine dining establishments, the service was fantastic. So if you every read this Kyliea you're doing a fantastic job and should set your sights higher than Pizza hut (No offense).

Went here for Lunch , food was ordered and brought to us , it was superb after a day of walking up the prom

We were a party of 6, when we arrived we had to wait to be seated, but was only about 15 min wait, once we sat down and gave our order, the food arrive quickly, nice and hot, the team were brilliant considering they were very busy at the time, will visit again when in Blackpool,

Just what you'd expect. All had the lunchtime buffet, which is good value. Tasty, fresh cooked pizzas and a good salad bar. We went quite early so not crowded to start with. The pasta dishes looked a bit congealed as if been there for a while and we were the first to them, but a good stir sorted that out. Impressed that the first pizzas out were 'half and half', so not all one type sitting there for a while - not seen that before in a Pizza Hut.Staff were friendly and efficient.

Our pizzas were cooked to perfection and served hot. The salad bar was looking a bit sorry for it's self. It would be useful for the sauces at the salad bar to be labelled. I had to point out that the ladies were very dirty. Service was very good.

Visited on Friday evening, was very busy but given a seat relatively quickly. Pizza excellent, wrong pizza made but this was pointed out by the server himself and given as a freebie over and above the correct pizza. Staff friendly, place relatively clean and well kept, pricing structure was spot on when using a few of the pre set deals.

Visited Friday evening for a family meal and was greeted straight away only had to wait two minutes for a table found the staff really friendly, didn't get the name of the waitress who served us but really attentive considering there were nine of us. Great family meal night out.

visited on saturday, when the rain fell on the pleasure beach, we headed to Pizza Hut, greeted straight away, then as we were soaked, we were kindly moved away from the air con, so we ordered the childs set menu for £7.99 and the Big Sharer for £28.99, the staff were great, what i like is they serve you the food once its cooked, its not left under the lights, really nice pizza, starters and deserts, all in all, excellent

Came here once the Pleasure Beach had closed and it was naturally busy so was not peturbed to wait for a table for 15 minutes. Two tables became available, one in the middle of the toilet door pathway and the other tucked to the side. I asked for the one to the side as I genuinely feel uncomfortable sitting in the middle of a restaurant. Well you would of thought I had asked for the waitresses blood. She was for some reason quite agitated by my request and then went around pointing me out to two other colleagues because I had asked for a specific table. REALLY! She was so obvious that my family could hear her saying it. Once seated one of her colleagues came over and knew we had heard what the girl had said and then went on to say that she had told her we were in a rush. We advised that we had 2 hours of parking so not really. Is it really that bad to ask to be seated to the side when there were in fact two tables available? Once we got over that the service was good from the lady who served us and the pizza was fine.

Went in here for a family meal before going to see a show at the Pleasure Beach. Was greeted by a lovely friendly waitress and shown to a table right away. Had a lovely meal and our waitress was a wee sweetheart, but service was slow, not enough staff on, this restaurant is right at BPB and it's the holiday season. Was shocked when my daughter was showing a guy how to use the drinks dispenser, we could pick up that he had special needs, shocking the cheeky blonde long haired waitress was heard saying to another waitress, "I've already shown him how to use it, it's not rocket science". Some more training and patience is needed in this area Pizza Hut!!

We were passing by one evening and decided to stop off here. We were treated by a very friendly young lady and seated quickly. The food was delivered quickly and was very tasty with excellent service. It was very busy but the staff were very efficient and catered to everyone’s needs, would come here again.

We came here whilst visiting the Pleasure beach. We had the buffet which was fine but the place was a mess. One girl running the whole floor and it was quite busy. Food was average normally a lot better selection but you get what you pay for. Main problem was the wait to pay as the girl was running between so many tables.

We were staying in St Anne’s for the night and decided to go to Blackpool for a pizza. The restaurant was busy but we were seated quickly. We ordered pizza and waited nearly an hour for it to arrive. My sons pizza was burnt y dernearg, and the meat feast had barely any topping on. They had also run out of thousand island dressing.

All enjoyed the pizzas ,Pepperoni and stuffed crust ,unlimited drinks good in hot weather. No complaints at all.

I wanted to write a review tonight to commend the actions of staff and excellent customer service we recieved at the blackpool branch tonight. My little boy had fallen outside before we entered to order our take away pizza. He had fallen and bumped his nose which was bleeding and cut his nose. The manager Carl took my son (3) sat him down cleaned him up and got him settled. He kept checking back in on us while we waited chatted to my son and took his mind off it. He really did go above and beyond and is a total credit to the company.

The pizza and service was great and the location is good too just on the prom. I was eating also so the meal deal for one was great value with a good choice.

Great food as always in pizza hut, but was a little disappointed with the service. We went for a takeout and was left sat waiting for ages with nobody taking our order. Felt like I was trying to track down the staff to see what was taking so long.

Visited on a midweek lunchtime. Very clean and tidy with well planned seating. Pizza came very quickly, nice & hot and served by a friendly, chatty staff member. Very popular venue but staff stepped up to the challenge. Recommended.

Popped in for dinner after a fun busy day at pleasure beach. The staff were just perfect! Polite and patient. The food was lovely and very well priced. The staff here are an absolute credit to the restaurant.

We have not been to Pizza Hut for many years, we had a mixture of pizzas which were very tasty, unlimited drinks and finished with desert. I had the two for one Meerkat offer and the bill was just over £50.00 which isnt bad, had it been full price, it would have been expensive for what it is. Very good service++

Had a family visit to this branch of pizza hut on arrival we was told there is 20 min wait. We could see only 2 waitress on with 1 manager who was helping in the kitchen.The place was full my daughter fell a sleep that took our chances to go else where.

This Pizza Hut is excellently located across from the seafront and immediately next to the Pleasure Beach. We managed to get parked right outside (meter parking til 8pm so bring coins). We were a party of 4 adults, one child (3.5 years) and a baby but we got a good seat immediately. The menu is mainly pizza (duh) but there are good combinations. We each had a starter, pizza, salad and drink for £16 which is good value. There are decent choices for kids too. It’s clean inside and the service was good.

Visited here on a blustery Monday afternoon in February. The two of us had the sharing platter consisting of any 2 starters, jalapeno poppers and chicken dippers, for mains stuffed crust pizza, half and half, finishing off with a desert, cheesecake. Drink was refillable soft drinks. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Overall food was excellent and so was the service (should add it was really quiet), costs about £17 pp.

They were very busy but the service was really slow, we managed to order over 15minutes late. The food took over an hour to arrive.

Went for dinner on way to a concert restaurant was very busy but the waiting staff were great and on top of it , salad bar was empty but no big deal only down side was the state of the loos , which were a mess

Food was good and as expected from a pizza hut. Our server was really good and made sure we were ok and happy but there was a woman who was either the manager or assistant manager and she was horrible to our server and the young girl serving people near us. Constantly putting them down and telling them off, it made our meal really uncomfortable and we couldn't wait to leave. Feel sorry for the young girls working there having to put up with that.

We visited this restaurant and it was mixed on holiday in Blackpool. The food was good but our starters didn’t come our main course turned up and they said oh we didn’t realise you wanted a starter they turned up half way through our main course despite us ordering them.

After arriving after work to see the illuminations, thought it would be a good idea to grab a bite to eat whilst traffic eased and spotted the Pizza Hut next to the pleasure beach. We only has a short wait to be seated and then our order was quickly taken. First stop was the salad bar...fresh and tasty and full...perhaps could do with something extra but no complaints. Then not long after the salad bar came a pizza to be shared. We purchased a 50/50 to give us more variety. Again the pizza was good and tasty and I could not fault it. Staff were very friendly, restaurant was very clean and toilets very clean.Well worth a visit again.

A Pizza Hut is a Pizza hut, so when writing a review it's hard to pick out things that make a difference. However, when dining here with 6 friends we experienced fantastic & speedy service, very friendly staff and an immaculate environment to dine in (which is always appreciated). The prices are the same as any in the franchise but for me the smiley staff, decent food and quick service really made all the difference.

Great pizza from probably the best pizza chain out there. Friendly staff...we asked to move tables due to disruptive children on another table and this wasn't a problem at all. Food came really quick.

No complaints about the food or the service. However, I wish they would keep the floor clean, especially around the salad bar, where the staff just walk over the dropping and a lost serviette, as thought it was spotless.

Growing up in London in the 1970s, Pizza Hut was the first pizza franchise to hit my suburb. It was soon eclipsed by the smarter new kids on the pizza block, and came to be seen as a bit downmarket. I don't think I've been in one since the 1980s. However, we dashed into this branch in Blackpool to avoid the rain whilst waiting for an illuminated tram tour. OK, it's not going to win any awards for modernity or décor, but who cares when the rest is good?

Went here after a day at splash world to celebrate my sons 5th birthday, the service was 10/10 even though the place was rammed and they even brought his cake out and sang happy birthday, he loved it an can’t wait to go back, lovely people and great food and excellent service, although there was a mix up paying our bill and it was only when we got back home and realised we never paid it, but phones up the next day and settled

Not many customers when we visited. Our meal was very nice, came quickly and was good value. Salad bar was very well stocked and the staff kept an eye on it keeping it full and clean.

Never really been a fan of pizza hut restaurants but our teen talked us into going.. pleasantly surprised, the salad bar & glass area was clean.. which I've not found that to be the case at previous pizza hut venues. Took a little time for the waiter to take our order but it was busy & wasn't too much of a problem. We sat as a family talking so didn't mind. Pizzas were also nice.

We booked a table prior as we thought it might be busy, we arrived to a waitress abit clueless that we had booked, so was advised to wait so she could find out, while waiting we could see it was abit manic in there and looked very dirty with plates of food left on tables and the salad station very busy with kids messing with hands,so was put off but to top it off as we was walking through to the table we was given a child plonked his self there, instead of the waitress asking him politely to move, she asked us to go back and wait for another table to be cleaned, at that we decided we wasn't staying and left,this place gives pizzahut a bad name as it's the worse place and service I've seen but as they no it's a popular place and will get tourists there so standards can slip

We decided to eat here for lunch instead of in the Pleasure Beach as it is very close to the park entrance and the buffet is much cheaper than the pizza pasta buffet restaurant within the park. We got a table quickly and drinks order was taken. There was plenty of pizzas to choose from and they were constantly being refreshed. Very enjoyable.

Was here earlier today and the stench of odour standing on the door of the entrance was unbearable. Couldn’t do anything as my family had already sat down to eat.. lost my appetite. But the young waitresses were very nice and polite.

Visited for an early lunch, and were seated around 12. Friendly staff and prompt service. Food was hot and tasty. Have visited many times, and have never had a problem. Will return.

So after a full day at Blackpool Pleasure Beach and only a 2 minute walk from the entrance lies a pizza hut gem..

after numerous rides came out for food. buffet . paid extra for the kids to have drinks ice cream. also ordered wings and garlic bread extra to the buffet .

Read previous reviews & was a bit dubious but phoned on Saturday morning to book a table for Saturday night (app wouldn’t accept for same day). Arrived to be seated straight away - name & time on the table.

Visited this Pizza Hut for a quick meal before we set off Home. Arrived just after lunchtime to find a rather empty restaurant. Shown to our table and ordered within about 5 mins. We thought that our pizza would be out within 10/15 mins from ordering. We were very wrong. When other people who ordered after us starting getting their food we spoke to a member of staff to find out there our ONE pizza was?? At this point we looked over to the kitchen to find the staff messing about with the food and taking selfies with pizzas on their mobiles...totally unacceptable behaviour. A manager did come over to us to apologise and said our pizza would be about 4/5 mins. Hmm no thanks. To give the lady her due she did void our bill so we didn’t pay.

We went in at 1.45 and was still able to have the Buffett lunch, I wasn’t sure if they would refill it as we were quite late but they did cook fresh pizzas and pasta. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Great place to go for lunch whilst at the pleasure beach

It can get extremely busy when there is an event on at the Pleasure Beach and staff cannot keep up with keeping the salad bar well stocked, keeping the tables and floor clean and serving the guests and seating the guests.

Been coming here for years .. food is not consistent. When they are busy the food is either over cooked or the waiters don’t have enough time to attend and customers are usually talking amongst themselves about there bad experience. We were served over cooked food. Sent it back and still couldn’t get it right second time. The manager came and apologised as we were waited for over half an hour just to place an order whilst we were seated and gave us some vouchers to compensate which he had dated wrong and put a year behind instead of the current date. I don’t think I’ll be visiting them anytime soon again..

Promised my daughter the next time we visit Cleveleys I would take her to Pizza Hut.

We popped in for a quick drink and toilet stop. Once there (as expected) the kids were suddenly "starving"!

My wife and I went here for dinner in October 2017 and really enjoyed the whole experience. The food was gorgeous and the staff were all friendly. Our waitress, Bonnie, was especially capable and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was obviously really busy as the place was packed but she always treated each customer with a smile and a chat, and every time we asked her for something she'd be back with it in no time. We didn't have room to finish our pizza so they let us take the rest away in a cardboard box, which meant we could enjoy the rest later. I found the toilets very clean.

We came here on what the manager described upon booking the busiest day of the year (vampire beach at pleasure beach) and he wasn’t wrong! We struggled to get through the front door full of people waiting for a table. We had booked and so had the two girls in front of us but the waitress wasn’t making any sort of effort

Opted for Pizza Hut ideally situated next door to the Pleasure Beach entrance.

Not your average pizza hut. Put way too much tomato on Base. Bit dirty inside the restaurant and disgusting on the way up the stairs to the toilet and in the toilets.

Good do with a bit of a revamp four star for the food but five star for the friendly hard working staff. The kids loved it and enjoyed the usual deals. Can get very busy.

Visited with my wife and 2 children as part of a 2 night break away to the Illiuminations.Went on our first night Which was Friday. Food was good. Nice and hot and kids meals were great including the Ice Cream! Staff were excellent with our two boys and our eldest took a shine to one of the waitresses (Kylie) who was lovely. She even took our youngest over to the Ice Cream machine and help him out whilst we finished our meal bless her. Our kids enjoyed Friday evening so much we ended up back there on Saturday evening after our Illuminations Tram tour for supper! This time we just ordered a few starters and sides whilst I enjoyed a beer and my wife a cocktail. My boys favourite waitress was on duty again and she instantly recognised them from the previous evening and she brought them over the colouring sheets and a bucket of pencils. The place was exceptionally busy with it being a Saturday night but Kylie still took time to come and chat to us and our boys inbetween rushing around serving others. The food here is the usual Pizza Hut Fayre but all well cooked and served. The staff here are excellent, especially my boys favourite waitress Kylie!

Love Pizza Hut but on this occasion we stood to be seated for quite awhile. When waitress finally came over we were just plonked in a corner. We were left and just sat for a good 10 minutes and just walked out.

We tried to have a meal in this pizza hute but were told that if we wanted to bring my wife's wheelchair in we would have to wait at least an hour before they could accommodate us. People without wheelchairs were at the time being let straight in. Interpretation - we're not allowed to refuse entry on the grounds of disability so if we tell the they have to wait at least an hour then hopefully they'll go somewhere else and save us the hassle of moving a chair to allow a wheelchair in.

Service was very slow. From entering to exiting the restaurant we were there a total of 3 hours. Slow to take order. When it arrived it was wrong. Difficulty trying to catch someone's eye to reorder drinks. Food was good when it finally arrived. When attempting to pay we had been charged full price for drinks that should have been 2 for 1 and a pizza that we didn't have. Around £40 over charge. Fortunately they didn't cause a fuss and rectified it quickly. Staff were polite.

We ate here during our seaside break out of convenience. We were quickly seated, but then nobody came to us for ages. Eventually we got up and helped ourselves to the salad bar... then we finally got served. We ordered pizza, a few sides and cocktails. These were slow in arriving, and the kids got fed up. It wasn't busy really either. When our food came, it was very average. The base of our pizza was so thin that it couldn't support itself! I visited the toilets with my 2 year old. We originally tried the disabled toilet. Really dirty and the door didn't close. So went upstairs to even grubbier toilets. Take antibacterial with you as these are the worst toilets I have ever used! We went to view the lights after, and when we walked back past 90 mins later, our table still hasn't been cleaned, yet a member if staff was leaning on the bar with her mobile phone!

What can you say it was a standard Pizza Hut, it was packed tho the staff were running about all over the place to cope with everyone that turned up.The food was nice and the staff were very friendly. Would go back here without hesitation.

Been a few times and the staff are lovely and helpful. Food comes out quick and its great for kids as they've got activity booklets to keep them entertained :)

Well I have never been in such a poorly ran Pizza Hut the staff were rude and lazy the stairs going up to the toilet smelt of sick ! Your dinner all comes all at different times the ribs and rubbish sauce was rubbish my cat has bigger ribs then what we got my little sister who's is 8 waited ages for her dinner and when it came it was the wrong thing she asked for spaghetti not pizza don't see how they sound the same the waitress was rude when we said that it was the wrong thing then I witnessed her stirring it with her hand after coming out of the microwave the staff just stand talking together it is just terrible I feel sorry for people who will go there !

Manager excellent, younger staff need a bit more training it seems. Very nice lasagne but chips were forgotten about (although refunded) - quick service overall but not the best place I have ever visited.

Where to start?We arrived at approx 7:30pm to find that half of the restaurant had been booked out so there was a queue to get in. On eventually getting in the staff were friendly enough and took our orders. The food and drinks arrived without too much of a delay and were pretty much what you would expect from a Pizza Hut.The salad bar was fairly well stocked but there were a number of items that did not get replenished while we were in there.The actual restaurant decor is looking very tired and old and is in serious need of re-vamping.Once you venture out of the restaurant and go to the loos it goes very downhill. There are quite a number of stairs to get to the loos and the decor in this area is even worse than out front.The loos (both male & female) were smelly and very badly kept. My review is based on the Gents but my wife commented that the females were pretty much the same.I went into one of the 2 cubicles to find what can only be described as backed up urine and excrement in a ring around the toilet pan. This looked like it had been there for quite some time. I refused to use these facilities (obviously). There are posters in the loos asking you to inform staff if they are not up to standard so I went back down to the restaurant and informed our waitress of the state of the gents. She apologised and said she would get someone to sort it out.I left it at that and continued with my meal although I must admit I could not get the image of the loo out of my head while I ate. We finished our meal and I went back up to the loos, hopping to now find them clean so I could use them.This was well over half an hour later, plenty of time to have them cleaned.When I walked in I could not believe they were still in the same state as before. I took a photo of it (not sure if it's appropriate to share on here) and went back down to find the manager. I told him that I had notified staff of the state of the loos over 30 mins prior and showed him the photo I had took.All he said was "thanks for letting me know" and wandered off!Those toilets were not in a fit state during our entire visit and I highly doubt they were rectified just after we left. I feel sorry for any of the other diners that evening who had the misfortune to try and use them.We will not be going back here.

The staff made this place for me, smiley, friendly and welcoming, really quick and slick. All working well together, laughing and smiling even though they were all rushed off their feet we had a great time and good service. I felt bad for them because where it was so busy people were queueing out the door down the street! The manager dealt extremely well with this even when people were being rude to him, he kept his cool the whole time. Salad bar was replenished quickly and well, food was hot and quick and very yummy. Highly recommend but you wanna get there early!

After spending a brilliant day at the Pleasure Beach, we decided to have dinner at Pizza Hut. The restaurant is ideally located on the promenade. The staff were great and jolly. Our food was really nice, we had some really nice pizzas and my daughter ordered from the kid's menu. The toilets are clean and located upstairs. The restaurant looks good, the food served is great! If you're looking for a place in Blackpool to eat out, Pizza Hut is brilliant!

Walked in ..didnt hang around.walked back out ..the place is in desperate need of modernisation and a thoroughly good clean..

Went for evening meal with husband and grandaughter, the food was lovely, we had spaghetti Bolognese, pizza and steak flat bread

We planned on eating here after a busy day at the Pleasure Beach. We waited until around 9pm as the queues wre out of the door earlier in the evening. When we arrived we stood at the counter and waited.........and waited..........and waited.....Several members of staff passed us without the slightest acknowledgement that we were even there, let alone anyone with the intention of actually seating us. Eventually we just gave up and walked out.

Quick service and a lovely family meal.Kids enjoyed the free refills of juice and the ice cream.Only thing letting this place down is the toilets ,it's like going out a back door to another planet,dirty one at that.

Went here as an alternative to Blackpool Pleasure Beach food as that was an awful, expensive selection although we came here and the buffet was great. Order the buffet then you are free to go, no waiting and for the low prices this is definitely a great option to eat. The restaurant wasn't busy and was fairly quiet. A quick and convienient choice if you are spending the day in Blackpool.

Late lunch with friends. Restaurant was not overly busy. All went for Buffet & Unlimited soft drink.Plenty of supply & choice

Visited here last Saturday night we arrived at 7.30pm and shared a set meal. To be fair this arrived quite quickly and we were finished for about 8.10pm then we waited for dessert, after 15 mins I asked and the waitress went to sort this out. Waited a further 10 mins before she came back to apologise and said it would be out very soon and she took our drinks off the bill. When it got to 9.05pm and nothing had arrived we left. The waitress did come over and apologise again but I wont be visiting here again.

Was very clean but the waitress could have done with smiling a little bit more. Found it a bit more expensive than other pizza huts I have been too but that could be because this is right near the pleasure beach.
