Amazing kebabs and great pizzas. I’ve had everything on the menu over the years. They guys at this place are consistently great. Best takeaway in York from pizzas, to burgers to kebabs they do everything great. Staff are friendly and give great service. If anything goes wrong they immediately send out a replacement no questions asked

Asked for southern fried chicken and chips to my surprise they took it out the freezer and went to put in in microwave when I said what you doing the reply was defrosting in microwave first then gonna fry it ... absolutely disgusting obviously got my money back

When we opened bag,garlic sauce was all over the place.Food was cold.Delivery 1hour.Calzoni hardly any meat in it and burned from one side.

I travel from Bognor to this kebab restaurant. Service good, friendly staff, good portions, I cannot find fault. Food cooked fresh. 100 percent recommend this takeaway to family and friends.

Very rarely post a negative review. The staff were friendly, but we had to ask for cutlery on numerous occasions, the portion sizes considering the prices were incredibly small, the flavours were underwhelming and all in all we left with a huge bill and were still hungry

Chased 3 times and then food was cold, one chips container was only 1/2 full.

This is my go-to pizza place. Always tasty and especially good value for money when collecting. I recently placed a large order (24 pizzas) for a party and the owner made sure that everything was delivered on time, was fresh and hot and even gave me a discount on the price - Great service! Will of course be back!

Came here tonight with my daughter and 2 grandaughters for my daughters birthday. 3 of us had the carvery and youngest grandaughter had fish and chips. Food was spot on, the fact everything was eaten by the youngest is testement too that. Prices reasonable and service 100%. Thanks to the staff for bringing a large slice of cake with Happy birthday on and for singing happy birthday too her. Would highly recomend this place . Thank you too all the staff.

Very nice food honest food was good One complaint I got a mixed wrap £6 50 but they charged me £7.50 extra £1 for chips I only got about 7 chips for £1.I thought wraps meant u got about 7 chips from anywhere.So please explain to me cous cous why the extra £1 for chips on a mixed wrap Nothing in your menu and the £1 chips so tell me why

I have had a lot of takeaways in my life and this, I believe, was the best ever!! So first time ordering from them for a collection and they ended up delivering it to me! Recent visit to Herbies was not great one, growing up on Hildens Drive and enjoying there pizza was great however the pizza i had on Sunday was not nice found a hair in pizza, I did notice when waiting for food the lady serving was not wearing hair net and i guessing this has come from her also service wasn’t great walking around with ear phones in and talking on phone ignoring customers that turned up . This experience has really put me off using Herbies in Future

My server was Aga and she was a delight and so on top of everything. I got the new mushroom truffle pizza and as a former New Yorker I can say its thin crust and perfect topping ratio was perfect. I ate the whole freaking thing and didn’t even take a picture. Granted I walked a lot today but I couldn’t stop it was so delicious and not heavy. Def recommend.
