Food is Perfect. Early but that even better.

Absolutely disgusting service from Joseph that works here. Clearly has no experience dealing with customers. Spent £40 for a pizza barely cooked, meant to be large but looked like an ultra thin medium pizza. Told us we should have sent the pizza back straight away but we still had more than half the pizza left from a family of 4 so we had all had a slice to try it. Freezing cold so we had no option than to complain when we didn’t actually want the fuss plus the kids were due bedtime so had to tuck in at first. Chicken wings freezing. It was sat at quality check for 18 mins. Joseph tried to tell me it wasn’t cold and it was a fault with the pizza tracker. Lies. No cheese on the cheese garlic bread. Joseph was utterly a disgrace for domino's and clearly doesn’t care about his job, the company he works for and his dominos customers. Left us on hold for over 5 minutes to come back and say he’s not doing anything about it. He even told us to just not eat it then. We offered pictures the lot.

Delivery driver wanted more than the meal cost

Easily one of the best take aways in March! Food is brilliant, always hot and quick delivery with great staff!! You won’t go wrong with this place, I did see a comment about portion size…. I can say I’ve never had an issue with portion size, always plenty, it’s a struggle to finish sometimes. Thanks Eastern Promise!!

We ordered pizza but we found out is not dough is pita and it doesn’t taste good

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! ordered via Fleetwood eats, didn’t have an update on the app for a while so I rang up to see if they had the order come through to be shouted at by the staff saying they were closed and were leaving the restaurant so I told them you should update your opening times online which set them off even more they wouldn’t let me get a proper word in, clearly they just wanted to close early and couldn’t be bothered I’m 37 weeks pregnant and was told “come to the shop tomorrow and you’ll get your refund” absolutely disgusting rude behaviour from the staff one of them even slammed the phone down while I was in the middle of talking!

Had 3 pizzas from them last night, and without a doubt, the best pizza I've had in a long time! Every slice was delicious. 🙌

Bait and switch. There is a clearance section but as you approach they move the pizzas from clearance to the normal section and charge full price, which is expensive

This is the best pizza place in town by some distance. Exceptional food quality, lovely staff and reasonable pricing.

This isn't just a local pavillon. The Special there was even better than when i tried italian pizza in italy! The best pizza in the city.

Must say used these many times but have to say today’s was the best and portion sizes were what I expected as this has always been my issue. But have to say today was perfect in every way from food quality, portion size, speed of delivery & finally such polite and friendly driver who delivered the food. Thanks to all and please keep to the standards you now have set and portion sizes 5 *****
