Hi, I ordered a KFC and a pizza from Greens at the same time. the KFC arrived for my kids, but my pizza didn't arrive and assuming it was the same driver that was supposed to deliver it, because his location was the same on the GPS for both orders. The delivery driver stole my pizza!

all the cheese had slid off the pizza, which was cold and not overly 'large'. won't be using again

We ordered through deliveroo who delivered us the wrong order. Deliveroo fault and not greens! Phoned the restaurant and customer service was brilliant - they had the right order with us in 10 minutes and a refund. Great pizza and service (Chris in the ballyhack restaurant).

Awful food. thick cement like cheddar cheese on top of burnt chorizo and chicken that tasted like the packet chicken from the local spar. Sauce was gritty and somehow full of cartilage type chunks. Kids pasta was devoid of flavor and lacking in sauce. Wife’s pizza was supposed to be goats cheese. Seemed to get a garlic bread with giant basil leave atop. Disappointed. Not the greens I remember. Expensive too. Service was fine. Chefs were loud.

'Mighty Meaty' pizza very small, the base was undercooked and chewy, not what I expected for £16.50. The 'free' garlic bread was swimming in butter and inedible. Both pizza and garlic bread were cold.

Visited here on a Sunday night around 5pm. Wasn’t very busy when we arrived so got a seat straight away. Service was good and staff were really attentive and friendly. Only criticism was the food took quite a long time to come. I ordered wings to start and it does say on the menu to give them a bit longer which was grand, but the mains took a good while to come. Overall we loved the food and service was attentive and friendly. Would definitely go back and would recommend.

I used to love Green's pizza on Lisburn Road - the pizzas were great, and the toppings more interesting than most places, so I was keen to try the Ballyhackamore branch. Perhaps the menu has changed, but my pizza at Ballyhackamore was thoroughly underwhelming, with copious amounts of congealed cheddar cheese. Nothing great about the base either - honestly, shop-bought oven pizzas have tasted better, have more topping (beyond cheddar cheese) and are much cheaper! It really was disappointing. Service was a little slow, but I know it was busy that evening, so that's probably to be expected

Had a delicious pizza. But felt abandoned following the pizza. Noone came near us to see if we wanted coffee or deserts for at least an hour. We had to look for waitress! No initiative from waitress, it did not seem busy. That was disappointing.

If judging on food alone I would comfortably give four stars, it was good. The prices however are a joke for the portion sizes you get. £8.60 for a pasta dish, expected a decent whack only to get a tiny little pot, and £16.50 for a 10 inch pizza 😳

Pizza base was so thin in the middle it was like paper and so sodden with what we think was oil that it was just mush. Impossible to slice. Have always had good pizza before but tonight was just awful

Absolutely delicious food! The chilli and bacon pasta in particular was mouthwatering! It came with free garlic bread which was a nice wee surprise ❤️

A large group of 27 went today for lunch. The whole team were very helpful in preparing in advance, opening up before their normal hours to accommodate our group. The food was delicious, with and an array of choices; everyone received their meals promptly too. Kellie was very polite and efficient in serving us. Hats off to Greens Pizza (Ballyhackamore), I would highly recommend for anyone and especially larger groups like ours!

No sauce or spinach on pizza. Glorified garlic bread. no ice-cream with desert (specified on menu).

paid 8.65 for the smallest salad I've ever seen, also was supp to get a garlic bread which I didn't receive, I wouldn't mind paying 2.35 for a coke if the portion sizes had been better. I understand I ordered small but still cannot justify 8.65 for the salad I received.

Driver left order at the wrong address and rang to tell this, rude and disrespectful.

Visited greens for the first time on Saturday night and was amazed! The food was great but the service really made the experience. The 2 lovely girls serving us were nothing but polite and helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my son with a nut allergy was catered for. Smiles on their faces all night which is always refreshing! The chef aswell was lovely and ensured to greet everyone coming in and out of the restaurant. We had 2 large pizzas and 2 kids meals which I believe was around £50 including drinks, which is a fair price to pay. Will definitely be back

It's been awhile since I have been in Greens Pizza and if anything the food and service is still of a high standard. The staff are so friendly and nothing is a bother to them. It's a must visit if you like Pizza 🍕

Pasta was bit rough 2 bits of chicken In it broken up not much sauce with the pasta nothing like my 1st order was great this is just poor

Great place to hang out and eat with friends. We went here last week and the food was delicious . We tried their all meat pizza and pesto chicken pizza as well as their cajun pasta. Everything was nice. The staff who took our order was polite and friendly.

Great place for eating out with family. There were 5 of us plus two small kids. We called in advance to see if we could reserve a big table in a quiet corner (as we had an autistic child with us). Even though they don't do reservations as such, the staff reserved a table for us which was very kind from their side (another restaurant on the same street refused to do so). The food preparation time was quick, the staff was very nice and friendly. The food was delicious, we enjoyed the evening very much. Kids even got an ice lolly and chocolate as a complement from staff. Amazing attitude, thank you!

What a fantastic, family and dog-friendly place! We had a great pizza, staff was more than friendly & cozy and easy going atmosphere. Great choice of pizzas, you can also 'make your own' with suggested toppings and choices of the base. We can highly recommend this place & will be back.

Really enjoyed our dining experience. Proper kiln oven cooked pizza taste. Very good service and an interesting "special" on the blackboard which was dellish!

I was there on the 14th of July and service was horrible. As soon as we walking through the door service staff were giving us dirty looks and questioned if we were “okay” and why we were there, bare in mind it was 6pm and we were only getting dinner. The pizza was honestly awful but I’d rather have bad food than bad costumer service. Throughout the whole night the woman who looked to be the “main man” of floor staff was looking at my friends and I weird and giving us dirty looks. We felt uncomfortable the whole time

I've always liked Greens in Ballyhackamore. But the simple fact is that the food and the service have gone downhill while the prices have gone drastically uphill. £84 for 2 medium pizzas (which are actually small), 2 large pizzas (which are not particularly big) and two side salads. Oh, sorry- plus corkage on a couple of bottles. Service was slow despite the restaurant being virtually empty and elements of the order were missed. To be fair to Greens, it is just jumping on the boat that local hospitality in Northern Ireland is currently manning and that is the the good ship "Rob The Customer Blind" and blame it on everything over the last few years. Sorry Greens, but I won't be back in a hurry.

and service was very good. I paid £2.20 for a can of coke. I thought I was get a 1.25 bottle

Eating out with a kid with multiple allergies is always a high-stakes game but the care and attention, as well as sheer deliciousness, at Greens in Ballyhackamore made for a great experience this evening. Really appreciated

Called in for some pizza before we headed to a comedy show. The pizzas are so tasty and made fresh. Staff were lovely and friendly...Will be back, hopefully not in the so distant future 😁

Food was nice, they have a £6 lunch offer on until 4pm each day small pasta bowl or sourdough pizzetta and a soft drink. Though ordered a garlic bread which was tiny and cost £6 was a bit shocked at that but , would have been better getting another pizzetta to share instead of the garlic bread.

Ordered 12" pepperoni salami got a 9" in the box only was half way home would took it back £15+ not be back

Absolutely vile, I have ordered on dileveroo and the food I have received is vile to say the least. Got sent small pizzas even though I have ordered large. The pizza dough was wrong and cheese was burnt. In terms of Garlic bread, was super oily cramped into tiny containers and extremely soggy, disgusting is understatement. The food was so inedible, it went straight to the bin. Avoid them at any cost.

Got takeout - was sent smaller pizzas than ordered, and they were both quite inedible. Also ordered garlic bread, which was squashed into a tiny container, and drenched in fluids which made it soggy, clumpy and again, inedible. Very disappointed.

Great food very tasty but issues with online ordering! Decided to make an online order and arrived at the time it told me. I waited 45 minutes in the shop despite arriving when it told it to. Then when I finally got my order it was the wrong size of pizza and the wrong side!

Sometimes you are just lucky. We had rung around looking for a table in a neighbourhood restaurant without success (Friday night) and just happened to walk past Green’s. A table for two was free immediately , the staff were friendly and efficient and the food was great; the pizzas were excellent (lovely thin crusts) served with a bowl of salad and followed up with affogato. Lovely, lovely atmosphere.

Have been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. Service always friendly and efficient. The food we get a pizza and pasta between 3 of us great size portions. Thanks. Hope you enjoy the chocolate.

Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Ordered one pizza and small pasta, waited 45 minutes ( there was only one other table so not busy ) only to be told sorry there was a mix up with the order and instead was given a small pizza to tie us over until the actual order would arrive. Very little regard from the staff who seemed more interested in socialising with colleagues. I wish at this point we stood up and left. 10 minutes later our small bowl of pasta arrived which was mediocre at best. At long last the actual pizza that was initially ordered arrived, at this point we were totally fed up with the lack of customer service so asked for it to go. Upon requesting the bill and reiterating our unhappiness the waiter simply couldn’t care less. Paid full price for the pizza that we didn’t even get to eat in the restaurant and in total waiting nearly an hour. Definitely would never return nor recommend to anyone. I would give zero stars if possible.

As usual the food was great. Kids are everything and staff were superb.

We have supported Green’s Pizzeria but for no longer. Two very poor experiences after giving a second chance recently and failure! Delivered cold by delivery guy on a bike and had to reheat. Wait times are ridiculous. The management could do a lot better as we think the chefs do a good job.

Ordered a takeaway tonight from Greens Ballyhackamore it has to be the worst food and customer service I’ve ever had. Some of our food was off and smelt horrible. I phoned and spoke to a very hostile older lady who was more worried about how many time I’ve been to Greens. She gave me a refund on the salad only (in change) after I paid by card I advised her we could not eat the rest of our food because the salad has made us feel I’ll. The manager could do with some customer training.

Food was quite bland as was the place in general. £6 for a salad that is just a few leaves and sprinkles of cheese is a robbery.

Manager is unprofessional and rude. My sister got an inedible pizza covered in garlic, I smelt it from the toilet. She sent it back and ordered plain. They charged her half price for the inedible pizza Disgraceful Any other restaurant would apologise and replace it. She was charged for new Pizza and half of the inedible one. I questioned it and she was SMIRKING as she said you have to pay for it anyway. Told her she ruined my birthday and she smirked and walked away. so rude. We will never be back Avoid at all costs. Plenty of pizza places in ballyhack - not worth your money

Staff were excellent in quickly bringing us delicious pizzas to go and helping me carry them to the car while I got the kids there safely. I appreciated their efforts a lot. Good outside seating too.

Really enjoyed our pizza and the atmosphere was really good as well. The dragon garlic bread was really good and the pizza base was thick and delicious. My kids who love pizza declared it the best they had ever had!

Second time eating from here, first time we sat in and service was quite poor and timing was bad (we were only 3rd table in) although the food was lovely! Ordered to collect as they weren't doing dine in tonight and my order was half an hour late from collect time, we weren't given the garlic bread and the food was absolutely tasteless. We were so looking forward to this as it was lovely last time and this was our rare treat. Sorry to say we won't be back.

One of our favourite places. You can't book but the staff go out of there way to accommodate you. There's a pub across the road and you can wait there and they ring you when a tables ready. You can also get takeaway. Great nene. We get a large pizza between us and get half each with different toppings. Lovely green salad. Or there's pasta. Bring your own with a corgsge charge. Always kid friendly. Would highly recommend

Used to love greens now overpriced and underwhelming. Called in for lunch. Too long a wait to be served got up and went to little wing... Won't be going back.

Used to love this place, eating here for lunch very very regularly, but prices are now ridiculous. £42 for couple of pizzas and garlic bread, no drinks. I won't complain about the service or quality as I know it is hard for hospitality to get and keep staff right now, but if you want to k3ep your customers the prices will need sorting.

Second and last time getting food from here, small portions, bases were sooty and toppings half cooked, wedges were undercooked and dragon tongue bread inedible. Stay away.

Love the food just every now and again when I'm picking up the food people jump the line and if you don't speak up you get ignored. But the food is amazing and the place is pretty clean.

Great pizza however seats too hard to enjoy my meal properly. A bit draughty as the door was always open. Blast covid

Excellent service ,everyone in the restaurant aim to please and are super friendly to their customers , I could see the pizza chefs and the others in the kitchen where under pressure because they were so busy with customers sitting in and deliveries , they still did their job incredibly fast and with a smile on their faces . Food was beautiful A++++++

Outstanding quality and amicable staff. I especially like 'goodearth' and a garlic bread. Not cheap but in my view worth the extra bit for supporting a quality small local chain. Ingredients taste very fresh. Will be back!

Popped in for a spot of lunch. Staff were attentive and friendly. I had the Chilli and Bacon Penne Pasta, which was lovely, however it was quite spicy and I generally don’t have any issues with food being too spicy. So perhaps, if you prefer milder food you might want to avoid this dish.
