Four Star Pizza (Lisburn Rd) in Belfast

Can't comment on atmosphere as was online order and collect didn't stay in store however found the staff polite, the prices reasonable and the food delicious!

Not satisfied with the service n orders.

We use this store for work almost weekly and always on time, and roasting hot! Our students love them! David, our delivery driver, has been amazing at getting to the right place every week - which is no easy feat!

Sent the smallest pizza when I had ordered a large one wasn't worth 16 pound. No joy concerning refund or replacement.

everything was perfect but said I had 40% discount on the order then when it arrived I was charged an extre £10 at the door? no option to sort it out on just eat but felt abit shafted... food quality was great as was delivery time etc

I've been a regular in four star since I moved to Belfast and their pizzas are as tasty then as they are now.

Bully boy manager with small man syndrome has a seriously bad attitude and zero customer service skills. Likes to overcharge over the menu price when he feels like it and then accuse you of getting lippy when he's called out on it. I wonder if head office knows his wee scheme, ripping off customers (don't worry they soon will). Worked in customer service for 20 years and never experienced rudeness or arrogance like it. Would probably be better if he wasn't in a customer facing environment. No surprise this place is struggling. Pizza is below average

I really wanted a pizza, checked opening hours on a Saturday night, thought greaT, open till 3, go to the store at 1:40 and it’s closed, shutters down etc. I know staff need home etc I really do, but please update opening hours when necessary :(

Ordered an hour ago plus more was stuck at prepping on the app for a 67 quid order phoned 15 times left ringing terrible

Can’t give a score for the delivery as I didn’t receive my order the first time but fair play to the restaurant ,they replaced it without issue but still didn’t get my drinks.

I waited over two hours and when the food got here it was freezing

Made quite a small order or 4 items so quite hard to believe how wrong it could have been. Ordered 2 different subs but 2 of the same arrived. No falafel. Ordered 1x garlic and 1x bbq dip but got 2x garlic. When I called they stated they were giving a garlic pizza bread instead of the falafel but we didn't. Person on phone stated driver would drop garlic pizza bread and correct sub soon but after over an hour, we gave up. Stay away as food we did get was below par

Food is always amazing however, we waited 1 hour 45 minutes on our order and rang the shop to see what was keeping them so long. The pizza was slightly squashed when it arrived also. It all tasted lovely we where just a bit let down by the delivery time.

Food arrived 25 minutes late and was freezing restaurant also updated to enjoy your food 10 minutes before it actually arrived

Our food was cold when arrived. We also did not receive the dips we had ordered and paid for. Very disappointing.

I never leave reviews but I must say my experience was just out of this world! I was welcomed in and treated to the nicest pizza I’ve had in years. If I was to recommend anything I would recommend the peppers and bacon on a barbecue base as I haven’t stopped ordering them since my first one, great experience couldn’t recommend more.

Service was excellent, manager Corey was very polite as were the other workers. Great service.

Lovely dough. Pizza sauce was a bit strong and the cheese was a bit skimpy. Nice amount of toppings but I also ordered basil and there was none in sight.

Great spot for a pizza, had the best time here, will definitely be back for the £10 deal, mint. To reiterate I love four star pizza, guy at the till was a gent
