Great food always fresh although just got a hair in are pizza first time it's happened

Ordered 2 14 inch pizzas by one get one free, they were alright, nothing special, but I also ordered a side of Cajun fries and the box came with hardly anything in it, disappointed.

Brilliant service and amazing food. Stephen in store was amazing need more staff like him what a guy.

Food is delicious, and portion sizes are OK. We have only had one issue when we didn't receive our full order. We contacted the shop and the problem was rectified very quickly and they gave us cookies for free for the inconvenience. Staff are always friendly and booking online is easy and quick.

First time ordering from Four Star. wasn't Disappointed. Food was Delivery by Jonny he was Friendly and Food Come Warm. 5 Stars will be ordering Again!!!

Ordered at 7:50 and currently still waiting on my order. Rang the shop to be told that they stopped fulfilling just eat orders and still haven’t even looked at our order. Very hungry. Very disappointed.

Food was late and got wrong items

I ordered bbq base pizza!! And got tomato base pizza, so could not eat it.. also waited nearly 3hrs on delivery

Made a walk-in order and whilst I waited for my pizza the girl behind the till answered the phone, took cash, used the till, rubbed her nose with the back of her hand and picked her eye… then went back to making pizzas without cleaning her hands. She then goes back to use the till and answer the phone and goes back again to make more pizzas. Nothing more needs to be said. I also can’t see any hand sanitizer available behind the counter for the staff. Not good.

The food is good which is why I order from four star but its not worth waiting nearly an hour for my food to arrive. I ordered it at 1745 with a delivery time on 1820 and it is now 1907 and my food is still not here.

Lovely pizza and reasonably priced

Took over 2 hours to be delivered. Food was freezing cold and uneatable. Got put in the bin after a few mouth fulls. Got phoned by Four Star to say it was running late and it would be 30 minutes, was delivered over an hour later. I understand that not all delivery drivers come in to work but if you don’t have the drivers don’t accept delivery orders.

Half the order was wrong the first time and the other half was cold so they sent out a replacement which again was wrong

Unfortunately I received the incorrect pizza with my order. Have raised it with JustEat but yet to hear anything.

Pizza so so,could be worse,but definitely could be miles better. An average pizza at best.

Ordered last night and they delivered late the following morning. We already ordered from another restaurant due to no communication last night. Delivering food over 12 hours late is beyond stupid

A hour and half late and live 2 Street from the shop. Had to ring 3 times, then when the food finally arrived the driver couldn't even apologise said 4 star and walked off.

Ordered a pizza after 10, rang the shop after 11:40 to be told yes the deliver has just left with your order. No delivery driver no pizza . Raging and will have to wait days on a refund joke !

ORDERED THROUGH THIS APP RANG AFTER I ORDERED TO ASK FOR PIZZA AND FRIES WELL DONE THE GIRL SAID SHOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM. PIZZA ARRIVED QUITE QUICK BUT WAS UNDER COOKED THE CURLY FRIES WERE STILL HALF FROZEN THEY WERE ALL HARD. RANG UP EXPLAINING AND THE GIRL WAS TRYING TO SEND ME A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PIZZA I HAD TO PHYSICALLY EXPLAIN WHAT THE EXACT PIZZA I ORDERED. REPLACEMENT ARRIVED WITH THE WRONG BASE. WASTE OF TIME WAS DISGUSTING AND GOT BINNED.

Pizza was good, however, system claimed it had been delivered when it wasn't, so had to call Four Star to be informed the driver was still on his way - as such it was slightly late, so it seems late evening they may be a bit slower, but the 4.30pm to 5pm timescale which I normally go for they actually tend to be slightly early.

Twister fries were barley filled at half a portion , also barley cooked , cold and hard. Barley any pineapple after paying £1.50 for it as an extra topping ! Biggest waste of 20 quid shocking

Sat in restaurant 20 min after the order collection time. Pizza really nice as was the chicken. Curlys fries really undercooked

Delivery driver failed to show up. An restaurant had to make all over again. Waited for 2 and a half hours.

Got the selfie meal got a small side pizza surely it has to be bigger than a side order tiny no drink in delivery didn't realise my son got the order at the door tried ringing no answer.

Curly fries were a magical mix of undercooked while managing to be overly greasy and soggy, went straight in the bin.

Shocking delivery service. Items missing and when tell the people delivering told me they would be back with the missing stuff. Sat waiting for over 3 hours and no one showed up. Will not be using again and advise others not to either.

Ordered from them last night and asked for dips, didn't receive them. Ordered from them again tonight (I know, fat). Specified in the notes section of the order that didn't get dips last night and please include in tonight's order. Didn't get them. Stuff we did get was good but everyone knows dips maketh the pizza

I ordered this for my boyfriend who hasn't been well and he Was so glad it was early, food was piping hot and beauiful fresh ingredients freshly cooked. Great price also. This is my new pizza place. Driver was very well mannered. Thank you

Didn’t get full order and twister fries were not cooked fully.

Order was 25mins late. Ordered chilli beef topping on my pizza and got falafel instead which was absolutely disgusting so the pizza went in the bin

No bbq base which was ordered or any base puree on pizza,flavourless for this reason

Every time I ask for tomato sauce they never give me it, they give me every other sauce except the one I asked for.

Went to collect my order it was wrong, took back and they made another pizza it was wrong and had to get them to remake the full order to make sure all food was warm and fresh wasted approx 50 minutes waiting to collect order

Absolute joke always get from here and it’s nice apart from dough that’s not cooked right through , lastnight my pizza was like crisps you couldn’t eat it it got put straight into the bin , the delivery driver then admitted he forgot to lift my drink from the counter he took 20 minutes to go and get it time he came back I was done he then admitted he didn’t go back to the shop he went to a garage instead to get me the juice , for a start the driver couldn’t even speak proper his eyes where half shut what kind of service is this ??

Four star pizza Cavehill road confirmed my order and didn’t deliver my food. Even after the estimated delivery time it still didn’t arrive and the restaurant did not answer the phone when I tried to contact them. Bad customer service all round from just eat and four star
