Claire provided fantastic service during our lunch. She was friendly, helpful and attentive as were all the team on shift.

The employees are very kind and helpful, the food was great would come again and would recommend others to come as well

I've been here three times now, once for each visit I pay to the North East. My most recent visit was just a few nights ago, the service from the staff was fantastic and the food was top notch, as always. It's a very welcoming environment for all customers. There's a reason I keep coming back here!

First time visiting The Metro Centre and decided to pop into Pizza Hut as me and my partner hadn’t had it in awhile. From the moment we entered, we were met with kindness from all staff. Claire (our server) kept checking up on us to make sure we were comfortable. A great experience overall. Food was fresh as well. Thankyou to Claire and the rest of her team.

Came here for food after my daughters birthday party. The staff were lovely, they had the kids helping decorate the christmas window and and turned off all the lights while they brought the cake out. Really nice, thank you Erin, Emma, Mia and Chloe

In hurry we left as my friends my was cracky, No one came to us for deserts. after ordering them and even paying for them i could not have desert at restaurant. I missed that.

Anna and the rest of the staff helped with the menu and what to do also helped my daughter with her ice cream the food and staff are excellent

Fantastic food and service, we were served by Claire and she was very attentive and friendly.

Buffet did not have the variety we are used to. No onion, pepper and the cucumber looked mushy. The £18 pizzas we bought seemed smaller than usual. Our kids ate from the buffet and it made us envious.

Staff super helpful- our server Claire was really polite, helpful and checked regularly if we needed anything. Explained clearly how the restaurant worked for ordering and getting food with no pressure on what we were ordering.

I was in during the day with my mam , sister and daughter. Liam and Hannah were very welcoming straight away and great with my daughter letting her choose her own colours and book. My daughter bumped her head and they were straight over to check her with ice and a lovely ice lolly to eat for after her dinner. It made her day and we are very grateful for their excellent service.x

Saf was very attentive and friendly. They got one of our pizzas wrong and Saf made us another one straight away and let us take the extra pizza home.
