We took 9 kids for a 9 year old birthday party. Staff were great, all good. Thank yoy.

Staff were fantastic, especially with my son. They made sure he was sorted for colouring in and helping him get his own salad. We have not been to pizza hut in a few years and would definitely go back

We attended Pizza Hit Metrocentre for my other half’s birthday and the staff were so attentive and friendly. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The service was super quick! They even accommodated us in bringing Paul out a birthday cake and singing along with us! Really pleased with our experience

I don't like the new pizza hut vibe, cashless, confusing menu, self service to order, sorry not for me anymore, I just want to be served by a waiter or waitress like you used to, I won't be back.

Visited with my young children. Food was great, they loved the buffet! Ice cream factory was a hit too! Definitely return.

Fast and easy service, great food and served hot. Kids enjoyed the salad bar and plenty of pizza, ice cream was her favourite as she got to make her own. Would definitely come back for the buffet as it’s great value for money

pizza was rubbish. toppings didn't cover the whole of the base. it was floppy with the toppings slipping off when picking up slices. fries weren't fully cooked. very disappointed with this well known pizza chain.

Order was over an hour late, arrived cold and felt as if it had been sitting at the restaurant for the full hour - very disappointed

My food arrived stone cold and when I opened both pizza boxes they were sat in a heap at one side of the box absolutely disgrace I’m wanting a refund but still haven’t heard anything back yet ridiculous !!

Middle of the day so only 2 other couples in there, everything ordered via app at table, serve yourself etc. Food was ok, nothing special & limited options on the all day buffett, with salad & pasta bar very bland Annoyed that your encouraged to "tip" but as the customer does all the work not sure why you would.... Over all £40 for 2 adults & 1child defo not worth the money

Visited this Pizza Hut for lunch today as I was hungry when I arrived at the Metro Centre after coming from Middlesbrough to look around the shops. I ordered a 9-inch pan base cheese and tomato pizza, which I wasn't very impressed by as it tasted like it was a bought frozen pizza from a supermarket, and for £11.99 I expected a better Pizza for lunch as I dont go to the Metro Centre that often. The staff member who served me was kind and friendly, which is why this Pizza Hut got a 2 star rating instead of the original 1 star that it was going to receive. I won't be returning to this Pizza Hut anytime soon because the quality and standard of my pizza were poor for the price that I paid.

The team at this store went above and beyond with their customer service. Special shout out to the manager on the day we visited, top notch!

Great food as always BUT losing its way a little with self service and staff looking poorly dressed. Gone are the uniforms and being attended to, kind of, there's where you log on to order, crack on....the lady serving us was nice and helpful but I feel the Hut has lost its customer service and character. If they are charging a restaurant price then provide a restaurant service not over priced self service.

While the staff are fine and respectable So Far... The salad bar is to cry at I've never seen something look so bare. We started at collecting our 'clean bowls' which contained previous persons food so I thought 'Maybe it's added flavour' but majority of the salad bar bowls were in need of a good scrub. You are expected to wait outside to be seated which didn't bother us. While there must of been 10 seated groups (total of 14 people?) people/families it was extremely disheartening to see we need to go the self service to... Order all your food, drinks and desserts staff cannot take this order from your ctable... However, through the self service I am still extremely confused to why I'm "leaving a tip" to a self service machine.. thankfully, I found the 'skip this option ' hidden away. I had to eventually get staff to apply the discount code. Staff - 6 Restaurant- 4 Cleaning- 4 Policy's- 0

Went to Pizza Hut outside Metrocentre for dinner with my partner and it was a lovely experience as always. Been a few times this year and it is honestly one of the most welcoming dine in experiences i have had, the staff are consistently polite and kind when arriving, throughout your stay and leaving. Honestly not been anywhere with staff so polite, welcoming and accommodating. The manager and a serving staff member Heidi stand out massively with their kindness and politeness during our visits. Cant commend these two anymore, a real credit to this Pizza Hut and the Hut franchise.

Delicious food, went at lunchtime and had the Pizza Hut Buffet. It was delicious. Good service but a little slow, and nice and quiet for a half term weekend at 1:30pm. Good Job, Pizza Hut (MetroCentre)!

The tomato sauce on the pizza didnt taste good, also the dough was not cooked well enough.

Booked a table for twelve on the 14th/10/23 for my daughter’s birthday party . The staff were exceptionally good. A big shout out to the manager Emma who welcomed us and set an amazing tone for the start of the party🎉. Emma and the staff went out of way to ensure the children had an enjoyable time. It was an exceptional experience for the kids and we are also grateful to the staff member (sorry did not get their name but they had piercings on their face) who constantly checked on the kids ensuring all was going well for them even taking pictures. Pizza Hut, thank you!!

The pizza was very nice it was hot and fresh the drinks were nice and the waiters were very attentive, the salad bar had alot of options, But the only issue was the sanitary the seats were sticky and full of crumbs evan though we were the first peaple in that pizza hut that day, overall it was a good experiance.

Many years since I last visited a pizza hut but at the request of her 9 year old and her friend we visited the metro centre branch. There is a new way of ordering which is done in the form of via an app or at a kiosk. Staff explained they are on hand to help if needed. Both kids got the buffet option which included refillable soft drinks, all you can eat salad bar and pizza / pasta buffet. I ordered the refillable drink, all you can eat salad bar and a vegetable flatbread. Drinks were fine, salad bar all appeared fresh, well stocked and what you would expect. Girls seemed to enjoy the pizza and pasta, there was a good choice of pizzas and 2 different pastas. The stand out was the flatbread, I didn't have high expectations but it was very very nice, crisp, fresh, and tasty. Balsamic dressing and fresh rocket. We often visit pizza express and I pick the Leggera....I prefer the flatbread from pizza hut and the cost is less. For 3, 2 children, 1 adult for all you can eat salad, all you can drink soft drinks and pizza it cost less than £30! The restaurant itself started to get busy around 1215 with a queue outside. And the toilets could do with a refurb but the food was great. If you haven't visited recently I recommend you give them a try.

Was cold, no topping, late, never order delivery

Not what it used to be still very tasty though. Ice cream factory isn't worth the extra money sorry used to have alsorts of sweets to add to the icecream now just a selection of sprinkles and sauces. Still good value for money.

First time visit to this branch, excellent customer service, food was delicious and great value. We opted for the light lunch flatbread.

What a lovely lunch on a sunny hot day. Super flatbread and delicious fresh salad and a coke. Perfect. Will absolutely go back again soon

Awful 😂 The service is terrible staff kept coming and kneeling down to take my order instead of just standing! no one had there hair back even though they are around food! I saw a lady clean someones table to give to someone else and the other customers hadn’t even left yet, just went to get more food the staff then giggling to themselves instead of explaining to the customer what had happened and him being confused where all there drinks had gone. Just totally unprofessional

Order was pushed back 4 times with no way of contacting the courier. Called restaurant said they were waiting for courier to get in touch. Order came and all 3 pizzas were squashed. No way of contacting just east or cancelling order.disgusting service and if nothing done pictures will be shared on social media

We pre booked a table. Make sure you go to the front of the line outside or youll wait as no one comes out to ask if youve pre booked. Food was "meh ", kids enjoyed it but its way overpriced for what you get. (Our local chippy does better pizzas). Staff were really friendly & happy even though they were very busy, couldn't fault them. Food arrived fast & very hot & the side portions were generous. Wouldn't go again though as overpriced for what you get. Note: card/app only store no cash accepted (we knew in advance).

Freezing cold food delivered late

Visited with my family. Sat straight away and that's the best I can say about this place. Waited..... and waited for a server despite two ' with you in a moment ' promises. After 20 minutes - I counted them - no one bothered with anything other than avoiding eye contact so we got up to leave. Asked for the manager only to stand for almost 5 minutes and no appearance, much in line with the lousy service we'd encountered! Absolutely no excuses for the pathetic shambles, it wasn't that busy and 90% were using the all you can eat buffet anyway with zero staff involved. Pathetic, lazy and very obviously badly run. Left and went to Pizza Express nearby. Much better!

1 and a half hour for delivery of cold pizza that had went hard, ordered cheese triangles they were missing expected better from Pizza Hut

If you are looking for lunch options during the week, the buffet which is all you can eat is on till 3pm and just £9.99 per person although there is the option to upgrade with other items like sides and dessert! Fantastic pizzas and salad bar! Doesn’t take American Express.

Toilets- Really small not much space pizza- were nice and juicy ps on the pricey side Drinks- Expensive. But nice and refeshing salad bar- Nice and lovely selction Cappucino- NIce bit expensive but food and service good we enjoyed our visit but too pricey to go reguarly. staff were welcoming and poilte.

What I ordered didn’t arrive instead I received an entirely different order which bared no similarities at all! Pizza Hut can’t help as they can’t sort another driver delivery and Just Eat offer an automated system that may get me a refund in 48 hours, so I’m now £32 down with no tea and no help at all! The delivery driver was however very apologetic and helpful to the best of his ability

Pizzas delish, all enjoyed. Salad bar ace, Ice cream machine numinuminum. Atmo very loud, meh its 2023. Price ouch. But again its 2023. Wudeye go again. Defo.

Great place to eat but find the selection very limited. Not ideal for someone with IBS who gets stomach cramps when eating starchy food but ok for an occasional treat. Usually get the GOAT but then realised I could create my own similar version of the GOAT cheaper on a thinner bread with none of the herbs etc that worked out cheaper and more manageable and still took home the left overs.

Shockingly expensive. Paid £63 for two pizzas, 2 small sides and 2 drinks. Pizzas were cold on arrival and staff weren’t too attentive.

Have been to this branch in the past and it was ok, not great, not terrible. This time however the food was excellent. Everything arrived quickly and hot, which isn't always a given with Pizza Hut. Will be back.

Booth seats were greasy & clearly hadn't been wiped over, begrudgingly moved us to another booth, which was worse, when I pointed out the table was sticky the reply was I've just wiped it, if you don't like it then leave...... so rude so quickly, obviously on the defensive straight away as the place was grotty. Left while still trying to say the table is sticky, his repeated reply "I've just wiped it" bye, bye now, leave..... (i did call him names , not my proudest moment, but he was so rude & abrupt) only takes 1 incompetent employee to ruin it (we think he was the manager too) 🤣 absolute joke of a man. Never again.

Choosing to have the buffet rather than a menu choice gave a good selection of pizza, pasta and salad. The drink station was as always tasty and exactly the right temperature. Service was as always dry good.

Pizza hut isn't the same anymore :( it's just over priced pizza now. Paper thin and over cooked pizza. Sad thing is used to love this place, thought we would try it again but worst mistake. 2 stars as staff were friendly.

The menu options can be a bit much when you look, but if you opt for the set menu then you can't go wrong. Staff were very helpful and helped me choose menu ite.s that ending up costing me less £££ and getting more food. Worth popping in

Food was lovely, expensive beyond what I expected. Service was good even if you have to order using your app!?! Whats all that about in a restaurant. Fizzy pop was awful, not similar at all to 7up I purchase at stores. Staff were polite yet seemed we still had Covid lockdowns with not much conversation. 4 stars is generous to he honest, more 3 and a half.

Favourite place to eat pizza. Loves the unlimited salad section. Plenty of parking spaces and conveniently placed near the metro centre.
