The delivery was spot on. The pizza was terrible. Didn’t taste as usual, cold and felt let it had been sat out for a while

Been coming for years, food always nice with enough to fill anyone, but without the right staff the restaurant would be nothing, today is no exception Emma Han was a joy to talk to, nothing seemed too much trouble for her, the staff encourage a return visit.

Nice relaxed lunch on a Monday afternoon fresh pizzas and the managers special on the buffet was lush ! Claire was our server she was really helpful

Glasses brought right away, lush food, and service was very prompt all and all a very good visit. Will be back!

I came to Pizza Hut today for a quick lunch order the buffet and the food was amazing Millie was very welcoming and helped me with ordering. Saf was the manger on shift and helped me with my allergy issues and Courtney was very helpful telling me what pizzas are what would 100% recommend

Myself and my partner came here for the buffet, it was £14.99 for unlimited pizza, salad bar, soft drinks and icecream. It was all lovely, I have tried the pizza buffets in the past from Teeside park and I didn’t rate it, but it was lovely here. Nice variety of pizzas to chose from and sauces on the salad bar The staff were lovely, in particular Millie and Saf (the names I got) Would come again!

Sandra and Hannah were lovely and helpful. Place was clean and food was good but hate you have to order on phone or on screens, it doesn’t save time at all and is actually quite inconvenient for customers. Wish they would change that.

The food here is always amazing the manager Liam is a top lad always has a bit crack on and is very friendly and that goes for the other servers as well thank you for the hospitality

We went for someones birthday they were very accommodating for all our dietary requirements inc vegan and gluten free, Saf explained it all very clearly and we got served quickly. The food was very good and the restaurant was very clean. Would recommend to friends.

Always a good experience coming to Pizza Hut, myself and my twins are all coeliac - with the twins being dairy free as well. It’s the only place that we’ve found that’s safe for their allergies and they can have gluten free pizza, with dairy free cheese and meat toppings! Staff are always super friendly and helpful - even double checking the dairy free orders ☺️

Visited tonight and the food was great as always. Rebecca and Keira served us and honestly couldn’t fault them. Very welcoming and polite. They had such patience with us and our children. Thanks again

Went along today. Service was as expected. The food was very stale on the buffet and was rock solid, pizza and Garlic Bread sticks. We were there well before the buffet ended too so it wasn’t all they had left, the whole time we were there they only put out 2 fresh pizzas

Came here my my family, my oldest daughter sat with my 1 & 2 year old boys at the table whilst I got some free salad and a staff member call Anya brought our pizza out which was scalding hot along with red hot chips and placed them on our table right infront of my 1 year old son who was sat in a high chair and then walked away, as I noticed I ran over as fast as could as if my son touched it he could have been seriously hurt, I cannot believe the stupidity of this person and she is lucky no harm to my son, Liam the shift manager came and apologised on her behalf and gave me a refund although I’m leaving this review as I’m sure a lot of children eat here and wouldn’t want any of them getting burnt due to untrained staff, Anya shouldn’t be allowed to be around children especially whilst she has no common sense

Always an enjoyable experience. Food always hot and well presented. This visit, I had a personal phone call I was expecting and the waitress couldn’t have been more accommodating, offering me other areas of the restaurant for privacy purposes and even turning the music down so I wasn’t haven’t to talk louder than needed. She even checked we were ok afterwards. A credit to the company indeed.
