Shocking food, tiny portions no taste. Will not return. Do not know how this has good reviews

disgusted how long an 8 inch pizza and chips took. I called after an hour to be told it will be 2 mins. 20 mins later i called again to be told again it would be 2mins. I waited in total 1hour and 45 mins.. And it was cold

Ordered 2 chicken kebabs, ordered from here before and was delighted with the amount of chicken I had recieved (very big portions) however when I ordered tonight I was unpleasantly supprised by a measly amount of chicken I recieved. Would not reccomend to others as the chicken was chargrill burnt and also dry. Not up to standard they used to be, very dissapointed. Not worth the £18 I paid for 2 chicken kebabs

Ordered at 17.52 was given a time window of 18.45-19.05. Came around 19.25 with items missing.

Food was delivered early however Chips weren’t cooked for long enough And dips where missing from the order

Chicken shawarma was horrendous 5 pieces of chicken and a pitta for £10 chicken was burnt my son couldn't eat any of it and both pizzas were also very poor definitely not worth nearly £40 ,will not be ordering again very very poor quality

Size portions shrunk every thing smaller but the price! Have to say that the qualities have not changed still totally delicious en satisfying!!!

Over 1 and a half hours for delivery, rang in and was told it was about to leave the shop after an hour and a half. Almost all cheese with very little other toppings.

Shocking service, well over an hour delayed. Called twice to chase up and told driver was 1 min away from our door. 30 mins later we came outside and saw driver parked up street. Driver said he was the only driver working and tried to give us £10 in coins to say sorry - not his fault so not having a go at him. Pizza had been crushed so tops of the pizzas were stuck to the boxes. Cheesy chips had obviously been made that long ago that they’d congealed together. Tried to call again after 10pm and restaurant wouldn’t answer our call

Phoned the restaurant after delivery was already 15mins late with no update on app. Already waited 1.5 hours from ordering and shop is only 15mins away. Was told it was leaving the shop within the next 5mins. Turned up eventually so was a total wait time from ordering of 2 hours and 5 mins. Total of 55mins late. If I could of cancelled it I would have. Didn’t even eat it has I had to make something to eat it took that long.

Food was delivered early and with no issues, extremely tasty and the quality of food great however the portion sizes weren’t great for the price I paid. Kebab and chips over £6 and only got a small handful of chips, large chips for nigh on three quid also not big either.

Can’t even tell you how pathetic this takeway is. Accepts a takeway. Then closes. No way of getting in contact. Then has the audacity to say it’s on its way and delivered. When I can see where cars pull up. Absolute joke avoid at all costs if you can’t deliver. Reject the order. Don’t accept it take someone’s money then close for the night.

Delicious pizza and fries. Vegetarian pizza was fresh and arrived hot. The Italian style pizza dough was light and tasty, not stodgy and heavy. Definitely will order again.

I ordered dinner kebab, chicken kebab & 3 portions of cheesy chips, the order came 30 minutes early which I wasn’t bothered about, donner kebab was missing so rang the shop and the sent it out (25 minutes later) by this time we had already eaten the majority of the food so weren’t hungry anymore, my partner had the chicken kebab and ate about 3 pieces of chicken as the rest was inedible, it was just chunks of fat and gristle, rang the shop again and they said that was not possible because they “sell that a lot” and that I wouldn’t be sent a refund or new food. Will not be ordering from this pizza shop again. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!

Very nice pizza but not what I’d call Italian. Way too much cheese! It would be taste better with a quarter of amount. It would also be more healthy and I’d happily pay the same price. Wins all ‘round🙏🙏🙏

Mix up between restaurant and delivery driver about our food. Said he was outside our house and lost. When we finally got a hold of delivery driver her was rude to my partner as we were under the impression he had delivered our food to the wrong house. Girl at the restaurant was nice over the phone said she would sort it. 10 mins later food arrives turns out he had found his food in his bag somewhere. What a confusing mess.

The worst service ever received from this restaurant arguing and shouting with the customer on the fine because the food had been over 1 &half hours and the women taking the order had the worst attitude ever ended up cancelling order!

Food was alright even tho it was 30 minutes late and chips was still hot but the garlic bread was on the boarder line of warm and cold

Waiting 2hrs for a chicken kebab which was dry as sticks needed water to wash it down and a pitta bread that you could knock walls down with. Never again 🤮

Really disappointed normally lovely but it was disgusting the chicken wrap wasn’t chicken tikka it was dry and was 1 hour late!

I thought this is authentic Italian pizzeria. I've spent 20 pounds on 2 pizzas of worse quality than a chip shop. Disgusting, greasy, plain awful. Don't recommend. Would never order again.

The food was late and a had to remind the lad that a had a can of coke while he was walking away and he was like ‘oh yeah’ and he didn’t even say sorry that he forgot

Just a shame about delivery service,my husband is Disabled,whole point of having delivery service,we live on 3rd floor flat,delivery driver expressed he had enough to do and left order outside on the ground,I had to go downstairs and pick it up,unacceptable.wont be using these again.
