I have ordered here for ages. Used to be bang on and they’d make it crispy if you asked. I asked for crispy, happy for burnt (like make the pizza crispy, polite and concise instructions) Twice, on two, (I’m being f conservative)separate orders … floppiest pizza ever each time. I see their feedback responses and it’s the most passive aggressive egotistical responses. Over priced ball sweat at this point. The amount these guys charge for a can of coke is piracy. Disgraceful

Ordered pizza and salt and pepper fries, both were really nice. First time ordering and I will be ordering again.

Our pizzas were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Easily one of the best we have ever had! Delivery driver was lovely too! We felt awful we had no money in the house to tip him! We will be back!

Just a great local take away, little bit too expensive but I couldn't fault the food or service.

Great food, service is outstanding, delivery drivers are helpful and courteous, especially the one who drives the black Audi.

Simply the best!! Having heard about Casa Rosa from a friend we called in on the way back from a day out as they don’t quite deliver as far as us and I am so glad we did. The pizza base is the best I’ve had, better than almost all restaurants I’ve tried and the toppings are great, especially some of the seasonal ones. I would normally stick to a solid pepperoni but I’ve found myself trying lots of different ones now. My 10 year old likes to think himself of a Pizza connoisseur and he adores it and unless I can’t be bothered to drive, we go there when we want a treat. My son describes the proper chicken selects as (chefs kiss) perfect!!! My partner thinks they’re incredible as well so I’m sure I’ll be nominated to go and get our next one soon.

We’ve recently discovered Casa Rosa and I cannot fault these guys at all! Amazing quality food and lovely friendly staff (including delivery drivers). Tonight there was a slight miscommunication via telephone when placing the order, the staff quickly fixed the problem and had this delivered within 5 minutes along with an apology cake. Never in my life have I dealt with such understanding and customer care from a business in any industry, never mind the food industry! I cannot recommend this takeaway shop enough, they’re literally the best!! Thank you Casa Rosa❤️

Delivery was super fast considering we are over 8 miles away and over 16 minutes ETA on Google maps. However, the food was bang average at best. Pizza & garlic bread were just typical takeaway stodge, and the seasoned fries were WAY too salty to be enjoyable. Paid £35 for 3 people and it didn't touch the sides in terms of satisfying any of us. Definitely on the 'never again' list.....

The pizza was lovely and still warm, the chips were like cardboard and sadly inedible.

Food was delicious, garlic bread with cheese was really tasty the sauce fresh and pepperoni pizza was light and tasty. Lovely delivery driver considering he was rushed off his feet.

Great vegan options! It was nice to have options other than just a cheeseless veg pizza at an independent takeaway. We had the vegan chicken kiev one and the vegan spicy chicken one. The pizza dough was perfection and the service was super friendly when we collected.

Do NOT WASTE your money or time ordering from this company. Ordered 1 pizza and 1 burger. Advertised as 30 Minute delivery. 60 mins later I phone and am told it’s out for delivery, “Here any second”…30 mins later it arrives stone cold! - I’m 7 minutes drive from restaurant! 95 minutes from ordering!

Still haven’t recieved food at 2 hours 40 mins

Minimal toppings and the quality of the toppings was embarrassing, especially when the pizza itself cost over £20, not including the ludicrous service and delivery charge. Also 7up is not Sprite, and yes they are different. Will not be ordering again 👎

Me and my wife , tried casa rosa recently, we got the chicken selects. Which I have to say were amazing much better and juicer than McDonald's. The carbonara pizza was so tastie and the cheesy chips were gorgeous aswell. We'll definitely be going back. Some of the nicest takeaway food I've had.

Ordered food but was a little late to collect food had been kept hot. Travelled past on a trip back to seaham and tried this after reading positive things. Earthquake, Big Mac and Pepperoni. Great quality food as far as takeaway pizza goes I would say I haven't had better and I worked in the industry for 15 years. Top quality and great service!

fantastic bacon & spring onion fries, those home fried onion rings, and the Texas Double Cheeseburgers, we have never had a bad take away from here, can't and won't fault it

This is my favourite pizza place! This is the only place I order from because it’s just so good - definitely worth the price. It’s usually delivered much quicker than estimated and is always piping hot. 100% the best pizza in the area & I’ve never had a bad experience with the restaurant. You’ll never turn back!

ordered Korean style chicken, kids chicken and chips, Birtley on fire pizza and plain chips. Everything was delicious and cooked well and delivered early. only one critic would be the Cheese on the pizza can be a little chewy once it gets a little colder which isn't pleasant but that aside, 100% recommend to which i have done everytime I've ordered here!

Ordered from here twice after recommendation and both times were faultless. Delivery was really quick despite living a good 20 minutes away. Arrived piping hot both times, game changer and well worth the price

Thin crust pizza is the best but sadly on this occasion we got thick crust. It was nice but it’s too much dough so spoils a great pizza. Please don’t do it again 🤞

I’m not one to ever leave a review but… They were well and truly the BEST pizzas we’ve ever had. I had the pesto pizza while my partner had the bolognese. He said he’s never had anything better and simply can not eat one from a different takeaway now😂 we did collect ours so can’t comment on delivery times or food quality after delivery, but I can say my order was ready to collect not even 15 minutes of paying!

Members of staff get poorly treated, food is mid, I wouldn’t order here again with the way people go on and are treated.

Very sneaky to add on £3.50 delivery charge as well as a % service charge! Never known a takeaway to charge service! Ridiculous on top of delivery!

At this price point I would expect to get the right order! Missed my fries off which somewhat dampened the experience didn’t complain as I would have had to wait to long for new ones by which time everything else would have been cold .

Second time ordering , and my goodness ! Finally a place that does a variety of pizzas away from the boring choices of other pizza places . The salt and chilli chicken pizza was unreal and a credit to the chef . What a fantastic idea for a pizza ! 🥳

The food always tastes great from Casa Rosa however I have noticed that the toppings on the pizza are becoming less which is not great considering extra toppings are expensive.

I did not attend the store however a manager had rang me when I tried to cancel my order due to the length of the delivery time and reaffirmed me that it would be quick. Delivery super quick and food is impeccable! Great job Casa Rosa

The pizza was a cheesy, meaty dream, the brie bites were molten perfection, and the parmo was an indulgent tower of joy. Delivery was so fast I barely had time to prepare for the cheese feast. Casa Rosa, you’ve outdone yourselves – my taste buds are forever grateful!

Always order from here food is unreal, but the lad at the counter went above and beyond tonight. Walked in and he gave me a 20% voucher, he added fresh chilli’s on at no extra charge since there wasn’t an option for it on Just Eat, they had ran out of 12” Deep Pan bases so upgraded me to a 14” for free, I asked how much for a garlic dip as I forgot to put it on the order and he gave me not one 1 but 3 free of charge. Food was unreal as always but service was 10/10. Highly recommend

Only recently started ordering from here and it’s easily one of the best takeaways in the local area, if not the North East! Pizzas are top quality with a good amount of cheese put on them, dough is properly cooked and adds to the taste. The homemade garlic dip is full of flavour, and their delicious onion rings are a decent portion too. Delivery was quick which is an added bonus! Food arrived hot and ready to eat. Highly recommend this place.

Still the best place on just eat for food. I ordered my usual Birtley on fire pizza and was sent a different pizza than usual, i phoned them and they sent me a replacement which was the same pizza again , this is nothing like my usual birtley in fire pizza for some reason its more like a pepperoni pizza with chillies. I wont be ordering that pizza anymore ( it’s a shame as was my favourite. ) deffo order from here again though , it’s still my favourite place . They even sent some cake

I can't believe all the years I've lived in the area and I have only just now discovered this place. The food is AMAZING! We've had the duck loaded fries which are to die for and the big mac pizza which is unreal!

Super friendly team in store and kept me up to date with my order whilst I waited. The food was amazing, best pizza I’ve ever had, the dough is incredible and loved the festive Brie wedges and the chocolate tree. Definitely be ordering again.

Ordered from here was quite disappointed chicken was extremely chewy. Salad only consisted of cabbage and tomatoes and onion. Pizza was standard, I certainly wouldn’t order again if it was full price. Very disappointing.
