Ordered from here was quite disappointed chicken was extremely chewy. Salad only consisted of cabbage and tomatoes and onion. Pizza was standard, I certainly wouldn’t order again if it was full price. Very disappointing.

SHOCKING!!!! Ordered as a treat as so expensive for a takeaway. Pre-ordered at 6:30 for 8pm delivery. Turned up at 8:30. Daughter’s burger looked like it had been thrown together. My pizza had chewy chicken and very little sweetcorn. Chips were soggy. For the price it should be better. Not being a Karen as I never complain but this was poor all round. Try to charge restaurant prices with poor service and quality

was disappointed really, had the spooky honey chicken chunks and it was just the same as the chicken nuggets and chips but were soggy due to the honey load of chills thrown in and £6 more expensive, not very impressed. The other things i oredered wete nice like chicken selects and the wrap and jal cheese balls, but can't see past the honey chicken!!

Honestly, most favourite place to order from, been here twice so far and it’s changed my life!!!

Absolutely appalling service they served my family a undercooked pizza and chips and when we tired to take it back and get a fresh one they refused to make us a fresh one I’ll never use this place again my life I don’t recommend at all

Shocking prices! Nearly £10 for a portion of chips, SHOCKING!! £14 for a Pizza, which was extremely bland. Even Dick Turpin wore a mask! Slide quietly past this one on ur way home guys!

My son had a margarita pizza which he loves. I had the slat and pepper chicken meal which was delicious I’d definitely recommend it.

Gone done hill in my opinion texas burger was ok bun was nasty and dry not keen on the skin on fries and the prices have gone up alot since i last used them the bun spoilt the burger

Nice food and good mix of flavours, excellent to offer a gluten-free section which is very rare. One thing to note was although pizza whilst nice itself was a very overpriced with upgrades added, especially the stuffed crust upgrade. Everything else was reasonably priced and tasty. Will definitely be returning

the burger was very nice, but the duck and chip combo was a let down, lacking sauce and was just a congealed mess. also the jalapeños balls were under done and just meh. little disappointed usual all spot on!

I have been ordering the same delicious meal occasionally for some time now. Tonight I ordered the same, again as always it arrived earlier than expected and piping hot. It didn’t taste the same though, still delicious but not the same. I called the restaurant who explained that had a change of supplier, I was happy with that. But no, one of the most exemplary examples of customer service I’ve ever encountered the manger himself came out. I’d employ you anyday!

The order was incorrect due to the miscommunication regarding specific dietary needs . This caused frustration and inconvenience, particularly for the SN children involved. As a result, I have requested a refund as requested by them and will not be ordering from this establishment again. I will also be leaving negative reviews on relevant platforms to inform other potential customers of my experience. Their attitudes wasn't professional and quite rude when I'd just spent over 113 pound order

Order arrived after only 20 mins when I was expecting an hour wait, so very impressed with that! Food was nice and hot - duck fries were lovely, the burger meat was quite cheap tasting with not much flavour but the presentation of it was really good.

Im not local to the area so always make sure to try something new from Casa Rosa if I'm passing by. They really are the best takeaway in the North East! Wow the NEW Salt and Pepper Style Chicken Meal was unreal! 😍 Highly recommend! 🤩

Still rate this place as the best around, my order was not delivered so I am assuming there has been some kind of mistake,I have CCTV and get messages instantly to my phone, nothing was delivered last might. Please get in touch .

(13 salisbury)As long time customers of Casa, tonight we had the first ever mistake on our order. Some items were missing, and they were items we consider fairly must-have. The reason I'm mentioning this is not to complain. Quite the opposite. As with everything else Casa Rosa does, they made EVERY EFFORT to make up for the mistake, and suffice it to say, we were made whole ASAP. Even when they make a VERY rare mistake, they're a step above the rest. They ARE the best takeaway you'll ever order.

Normally the pizzas are amazing from here but tonight I was really disappointed. The chicken was dry and the pizza was tasteless. My partners was lovely but mine not so much. It’s a shame and I hope just a one off as it’s one of our favourite places for a treat night.

We ordered a take away from Casa Rosa after checking out their menu. Some great options on the menu and I opted for the salt and pepper chicken burger with seasoned fries. The fries were a little bit soggy but still edible. The burger itself was delicious, I could barely get my mouth around it. Lots of contents in the burger and very tasty chicken and sauce. This place is well worth a try.

Honestly I would call it a smash burger for other reasons. Delivered in such a state, likely due to the size of the box with air vents to prevent soggy buns. It was all over the place. I would advise not to put a mixed salad with spinach and rocket on a burger, it’s a no from me. Pretzel burger buns, no! Not nice at all. The chips were totally soggy. Not keen at all. Sorry

We had a Texas smash burger, a chicken burger, salt and pepper fries and 2 deserts, All of which were delicious, especially enjoyed the salt and pepper skin on fries, yum yum. Food was high quality as it always is.

I ordered gluten free food and it was SO good! So nice that I get the opportunity to have a kebab with an actual wrap. Made my day! My friend ordered the loaded chips and said they were one of the best she’d had!

for £21 for 1 pizza I would expect it to arrive hot. it was warm at most and had to be reheated. not what you expect from takeaway delivery.
