the staff is too rude, i said its wrong order he said go outside and used abuse language its not proper halal as well they don’t have any certifications of halal food as well the food is very cheap and smelled don’t recommend and don’t try even save you money

Food was good but staff is so bad and very impatient, sometimes they do not comply with UK rules and get angry when you politely ask it from them.

The delivery was not bad the food was nice and hot but the the quality was not good the fries were very oily

Food is always so nice here. We come here alot haha. No idea what sauce we usually have on our chips, but it's divine!!

2 meals ordered, no chips and no drinks received. Donner tasted awful, undercooked, and rubbery. Wings were fine.

Chicken was really dry .. however it was close to closing time, even though that's no excuse. . I guess that's what you get for buying chicken at 1:30 am, anyway I gave it to the dog who didn't care .

i got a chicken nugget meal for £5. the food tastes okay but it could do with a little more flavour. waiting time for the food is beyond ridiculous they dont have enough staff working to satisfy the overwhelming amount of customers and demands. only 2 staff working to serve more than 10 people is not enough. i have been going crownchy since i was a child but the service, taste of food have downgraded but the price has skyrocketed. i also got barely any sauce on my food and it tastes like im eating dry hard chips. overall 3/10 and im being generous. do not recommend as a first resort.

it came 2 hours late and we called them 21 times and they didn’t answer and they was refusing to give us the order

Price has rocketed up and the service has shot down. The guys need to wake up and pay attention. Not listening properly to orders and making people wait unnecessarily. It’s not fast food at all. 30 mins for a wings meal. Ridiculous. I won’t come back.

Food taste is just OK, then need to either work on taste or reduce prices to make it valuable.

Ordered milkshake which was in a separate part of the menu to drinks so assumed it was actual milkshake but they sent yazoo. Asked for garlic mayo on the kebab and it was the strangest sauce I have ever seen. It was red and tasted very odd.

Nice big chicken burger, chicken wings were very saucy and slipped off the bone. Delicious but not the best to be honest. They were better when they sold BBQ lamb ribs but changes happen 🤷🏾‍♂️

Been using this and the other one in town for over 10 years now but new staff can not cook pizza's propley I only use this takewy now when ABBAS is working does not work on Tuesday's or Wednesday unless short of staff otherwise the standards drop dramatically when he is not working the other staff are waste of space for owners short it out owners just paid £8.00 for pizza had cook it properly at home I used to recommend this takeaway to people not anymore I tell them to stay anyway from it

My friend ask them how much for 12 peri peri chicken wing meal and the man behind the counter spoke to him in a very rude manner. I've had the food once from there and didn't like it to much but that is my own opinion I see quite alot of people going there tho so the choice is yours

Food arrived cold. We asked for 4 Thighs as the big pieces we received 2 Drumsticks and 2 Breast Pieces.No Napkins were given even though they were in the notes....The Wings were tiny. The Chips and the Chicken looked dry and I mean DRY/STALE ...Asked for 2 cold drinks we got 2 room temperature drinks. In the end we didn't eat any thing and just threw everything in the bin. We then got food from else where.....not IMPRESSED!!!

Tried their burger and wings and let me tell you, there wings are the best wings, I have had in manchester. Perfectly tender chicken, right amount of spices and well mannered staff. Overall good experience, but dine in area can be improved.

I only go here at lunch time when they have offers , I personally don't think it's worth it outside these lunch deals The food is very inconsistent The spicy sauce on the chicken burger is very nice similar to kansas but again its inconsistent one day it taste perfect the other day its water down also the burger size is between small and medium and never big like other popular fried chicken burger joints like kansas ,philidelphia ,floridas etc The wings are very nice its dipped into some sauce too , the size of the wings are pretty small for 50p each I order there lunch time pizza offer and they were stingy with the toppings but pizza would of been very nice if they put correct amount of toppings

Late delivery and food was cold.

Driver was polite and friendly. Food arrived.. Pizza wasn't that hot. neither was the apple pie... myself and housemate had one slice it was way too spicy the lamb mince way too spicy... Chicken wasn't warm... no napkins given .. In the end threw the chicken and the pizza in the bin and ordered elsewhere..

First time I've ordered. Very nice food. Lovely wings. Food was nice and hot and fresh. Delivery was early. Plus they followed the instructions I left. Definitely will be ordering again.

Made an order for iftar. Requested an arrival time of 8:40pm. They accept the order. Then they bring the order 30 min early. I turn this down because i am fasting and ask for delivery on the stated time. The delivery guy agrees to this.. They take the order back and dont send me any food at the right time. Then i phone the restaurant 6 or 7 times and they cut me off. I phone the mobile number of the driver and the person who spoke to me says he cannot send the food for 1 and half hours. I was fasting and had no food at home. I ask to cancel the order and he says do not order from this shop again. Disgraceful service.

Food delivered piping hot. Was super yummy. Only thing was garlic bread was delivered as per the app saying it if ordered over £13 but driver said normally garlic bread delivered on orders over £18 only.
