DIS-Honest crust more like. Idiots in the culinary business. Miss selling the menu, basically lying on it with the ingredients. What I mean by this is listing the items like so: Spicy nduja Salami Basil Mozerella To anyone with a brain this is nduja + salami. I’ve had nduja countless times I know exactly what is it but when the pizzas ingredients are listed like that it’s very unclear that you’re selling the pizza with nduja alone and not with salami also. Just like if you listed a pizza: Bacon Pork You’d expect bacon and pork. Not the idiot guide to where bacon originates from. Anyway the end product was a solid 3.2/10 soggy base with too much flop. Nice one

Amazingly Several restaurants inside this food court which cannot be seen from the street. Lovely atmosphere inside with different choices for food and drinks. I believe prices are above average but it worth experiencing. Seatings are available in ground and first level .

Extremely salty and soggy, sent back and asked for it to be remade. Second pizza was tangy and soggy. The staff were friendly, but still save your pennies

Tasty pizza but wet, needed to use a fork to eat and it didn’t come sliced so cutting with a kitchen fork is hard work… kids not Impressed

Pizza took nearly 40 minutes to get to me. Basic margarita and salami cost me 14.50 and arrived soggy in the middle. Once cut, the ends of each slide were wet, watery and under done. I ate two slices hoping it would get better, but sadly I had to leave the majority. I usually eat anything in front of me, bit of a food hoover myself, but in this case I could not finish it. The product was not worth the money and the wait. The only reason this is 2 stars and not 1 star is that management and staff were very professional and courteous in understanding my disappointment and organised a refund for me. On the other hand, my friend also ordered from there and his pizza was apparently lovely. Maybe it was just me, I was looking forward to this meal as it was a treat for the money, I was seeing friends and it made the whole occasion a bit awkward and generally disappointing. Sorry Honest Crust, maybe this crust wasn't as honest as your usual.

We weren't aware that this place was inside the market. No qualms though. Had the fennel sausage pizza with fermented chilly. Got a garlic aioli to dip it in. Everything was lovely.

Enjoyed the pizzas. Nice atmosphere. On the pricier side though.

We went here twice on our trip to Manchester. Pizza was super thin crust but really authentic and super tasty. Seating in a huge space with several eateries, wine and beer bars. Each of them well worth trying.

I bought from them few times and i prefer this place then Rudys. Everyone there are friendly and very nice.

I like its pizza flavour. I tried pepperoni pizza here, and the taste was good. Good customer service.

Excellent pizza. One of the best in Manchester without a doubt. The base is chewy, perfectly cooked in their pizza ovens. Fantastic tomato sauce, I have seen them making it fresh from whole tomatoes and well seasoned.

The Margarita my friend had was good, but my Napoletana was disappointing. I'd really expect the anchovies to be baked in with the sauce, it just doesn't taste the same otherwise. But I appreciate the owner offering me a refund: that is very good customer service. Maybe I'll stick to the Margarita next time.

Pizzas are really good and delicious, baked to perfection. The crust is the best part.

This pizza was OUTSTANDING!! Thank you for making a pregnant vegan very happy and satisfying my pizza craving. The marinara pizza was incredible and the sauce tasted so fresh. Really reasonable pricing too.

Had Honest Crust pizza several times now and I have to say that is one of the best in Manchester. If you want to enjoy proper Italian pizza, this is one of the places you have to try! Service is fast and pizza is delicious, proper napoletan dough and tasty pizza.

I've tasted pizza all around uk and beyond. However it did not meed my expectations as previous reviews had stated. Apart from genuine Italian pizzas, the best so far encountered in uk has been a small independent company called Martin bros. Good try but the dough is not up to par and overpriced compared to areas such as London.

Felt like a glorified school canteen

Every time I visit here it’s busy. So you know straight away they’re doing it right. My girlfriend and I both had pizzas from honest crust. It has to be the best sourdough in Manchester. Staff are always friendly and there’s always a great atmosphere.
