I ordered coconut sambal, it wasn't delivered

ordered food at this branch and was served by BIA. Don’t know if that’s the correct spelling. The attitude from the get go was horrendous. Asked for a leg as I don’t eat breast told me with rude attitude and huffing and puffing to order two meals if i want leg. I said polity not to worry to cancel the order. she wouldn’t cancel. I said ok even though i have paid and i won’t eat breast it will go to waste. she said she doesn’t care not her problem. i said can you do the rest well done. I came out barely cooked. paid for a meal that i couldn’t eat. nandos shouldn’t allow this level of rudeness. before anyone says oh it’s not that bad. she was giving us dirty looks and making us feel uncomfortable the whole time it was uncalled for.

If you want food poisoning then this is the place for you. I ordered the shawarma with chips. There was an uncooked chicken rod spinning which the chicken was raw as it was still being made at the other rod had the cooked one. They were having issues with the rod that had the cooked one so right in front of me he cut the cooked chicken and put it on top of the raw and I told him that other one ain’t cooked I got given a dirty look and the other male was trying to persuade me that it’s cooked. Anyone with eyes can see it was NO WHERE NEAR COOKED. I immediately got up and left and didn’t even pay. Didn’t care that the chips were made was not about eat cook food that was on top of raw chicken. DO NOT COME HERE.

Started ok with the samosas and kebabs, samosas were on the greasy side though. The main dish (chicken Korai) horrendous. No taste, swimming in dishwater and the cheapest chicken legs you can probably buy. Lesson learned and will definitely not be using again

The food in the cafe is always lovely and you don't wait to long for it. Staff are pleasant and helpful. My only criticism is that on the last two occasions I have been there the tables have been dirty, they clear them but I have yet to witness them spray and clean the tables. I end up using my own antibacterial wipes and clean the table I sit at, I was appalled to see how much dirt was on my wipe on the past two occasions. The floor also needs a sweep . It's a shame because though the cafe looks clean the tables certainly are not. I would've give 5 stars if they upped their game in regards to cleaning the tables.

This spot is great for authentic punjabi food at a reasonable price. Service is fantastic but the actual restaurant is quite small so can get crowded.

Absolutely tasteless, the table next to me had to ask for salt.chicken curry was all mushed coming off the bone , when I returned to my seat I realised all I had was chicken bones. Went really happy , left really disappointed!! They advertised they have many dishes. I counted they only had 7 items!! What kind of buffet is this! A can of coke £2.50! Total rip off stay away!!

I ordered pizza & spaghetti on recommendation of my friend the pizza was very nice well cocked cheese I love it.And about the spaghetti was very nice aroma good 100 percent recommend.
