McDonald's in Redbridge

The drink was practically empty so the driver had to bin it and the ice cream was half empty

absolutely gutted again that multiple times did not get the fecking bbq sauce with the nuggets!

Every time items missing why it’s not hard to get it right

He stopped on the way to bring my order to take another order and I'm waiting in vain.

the delivery time kept changing, it started off 20 minutes and then every time it got to 15 or 14 minutes it went back to 20, so if the driver had a big delivery no wonder why my food was cold and horrible, & £3 whatever is not a Goodwill for how much my food cost me

My entire drink spilt and soaked the bag with the other drinks delivered. Food box was squashed aswell as some of my food. Really dissapointed as I ordered two separate orders to hopefully not recieve missing items in one large order.

try putting something over the drinks so they don't spill out every where and that the courier don't have to say sorry to the customer for McDonald's muck ups

I’m upset and didn’t enjoy my food, why have an option to order sauce and not deliver, I only order from McDonald because of the sauce, twice I’ve ordered from you guys and no sauce given, I have proof that I called three times so I can request sauce and no one answered the call

On the street behind and saying that the door wouldn't open!People who should read the instructions well!! If the owner of the house opened the door !! Yes, house!! I would like to make a complaint. I ordered a large hot chocolate but when it arrived, it was leaking through the paper bag. This not only caused leakage mess on my floor and inconvenience, it also reduced quantity of my drink. This also caused a horrible dining experience.

I ordered and it took well over an hour to come. The app was saying they were preparing my food still but when delivered everything was stone cold. I’d expect hot food if it was just cooked. Chips are so stale as if they were sitting there all day, same goes for the nuggets. Literally not even going to eat it so wasted my money to only get a fraction back. Very poor

The delivery info wasn't accurate, it never updates. I don't know if the delivery guy has to update it manually when he has the order and in out for delivery but it never showed do my status page. Was going to go to the bathroom

My experience at this McDonald’s was incredibly frustrating due to the rude and dismissive behavior of Rajibir, the manager. I simply asked for caramel sauce to be evenly distributed around the cream in my Caramel Frappe—not extra caramel, just the standard amount applied properly. Instead of listening to my request, Rajibir repeatedly interrupted me, speaking over me and refusing to let me explain. She kept insisting, “We can’t do extra caramel,” even though I never asked for extra. I tried to clarify that other managers at this location have no issue ensuring the caramel is spread evenly, and they even instruct employees to do so. However, Rajibir refused to understand and remained uncooperative. When I asked about the policy, she pointed to a paper on the counter that was upside down. I told her I couldn’t read it that way, yet she coldly replied, “You should read it,” and then claimed she couldn’t remove it. The whole situation was unacceptable, and I ultimately got a refund. I purchase a Caramel Frappe with Double Espresso every day, spending £144 a month, but now McDonald’s has lost a loyal customer due to Rajibir’s poor attitude and unwillingness to provide basic customer service.

Clearly it is somebody's job to sit on each burger at the end of the production line as a finishing touch. So as customers all we can really hope for is that they were fully clothed and that the the burger was fully wrapped before they committed this awful act 🙏🏽

Stone cold, a lot of food missing, there was white rubber lodged in the chicken patty! Nearly choked me! Luckily I was with my partner that smacked my back to get up the rubber! Never ordering from this McDonald’s again! I get it’s fast food but hold the pieces rubber people’s lives depend on it!

After ordering a recieving my order from seven kings , i was extremely impressed . Not only was the food hot it was also presented very well & doesnt look like it was thrown together from 10 feet like every other mcdonalds ive been to . The uber driver was here before it was even shown he had left on the map. Was also very polite and smiley.Considering i live 3 miles away it still came here hot. .
