Sweets Town and Grill, Romford in Redbridge

Just discovered this place on Just Eat. I had a chicken burger, my partner had a chicken waffle! The food was lovely. Will definitely be ordering again...soon!!! Cannot wait to try one of their amazing looking desserts!!!

Hype lived to expectations, I am self certificated burger Connoisseur- satisfying me is not easy. But Gulzar welcomed us and ensure that order was made to our needs. Burger ingredients were fresh, beef patty was soft and perfectly cooked (medium). Melted Oreo desert was decadent. Definitely will come back for more.

We had beef smash burger & it was perfect with the flavour. Meat was perfect and we had really good. Service was fantastic.

I went to this place, with my boyfriend and boyfriend’s sister, such a cute a joint for really good quality sweet treats!! We were even given some of the there new items on the menu. Would definitely recommend !

Their service is best. They treat customers so well. They have been so polite and cooperative whenever I have order something from them. I must say the dessert are amazing they always serve fresh cake slices and waffles.

The milkshake was just like a cup of melted ice cream no flavour to it & hardly any chocolate in it. For that much money it should be better more chocolaty not melted vanilla ice cream in a cup for £5.49. Not impressed

One of the best sweet I try ever in London. Atmosphere is very comfortable and feel like home. Staff is very kind and so humble. You have to try milky cake and fried oreos.

I am new in the Uk as i have never experienced such a beautiful aura as i got myself into a very soothened mindset as this place is a combination of best desert and bestestt staff.. really loved it❤️

We tried deep fried Oreo and milk chocolate cookie dough with ice cream, I have to admit that they were very tasty, delicious. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Second time I’ve ordered from them and both times they haven’t had something I ordered and had to replace it with something else which is quite annoying really, both times it’s been the main point of the order too. Slightly disappointing as it could’ve been avoided and put as unavailable or out of stock.

Delivery took almost 1 hour after order time when the shop is less than 10 minutes away. Food was cold and ice cream melted.

very tasty food. good timing. packaged well. there was one mistake with a burger but the restaurant quickly resolved it for me, they were very understanding and offered me a free replacement with a promise to get it perfect the second time which it was indeed. very happy with this restaurant and their service. highly recommended and I will definitely order again from them. 10/10

We ordered churros this evening and I must say is the must disgusting and had churros I have ever bought. This is so bad first time buying from them and will be my last time too cuz it a west of money 3 box’s and all of them is so bad whoever that made it did bad .

I was shocked at the poor quality of my brownie sundae. Cheap yellow supermarket tub style vanilla ice cream (with lots of ice crystals) and hardly any brownie at all (a few crumbled bits) does not make a brownie sundae nor deserve the price you charged. The delivery was late too, and the little (real) vanilla ice cream pot was nearly fully melted by the time it reached us. I won’t be ordering again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered from here last year, very bad experience, 2 hours 45min wait. a year on I thought let me give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. this time I got a chicken wrap meal, with literally 21 pieces of chips, and yes i counted them. I ordered a cheese cake and got something that looked half eaten. Order was delivered 1 hour 55mins after placing order. don't make the same mistake I made. go somewhere else.

I’ve noticed the prices have gone up but the food isn’t as nice and cheap yellowy Ice cream is used to make the milkshakes not proper white ice cream as it should be for thr price your charging.

Delicious burgers and their deep fried mix platter is out of the world along with the biscoff milk cake. Would really recommend this place… as this place never disappoints, been ordering from them since 2022…… keep it up……..

do not order from here. they deliver wrong food very late and they do nothing about it. i will never order from here ever again. i will tell everyone i know that they should be banned from serving and delivering food.

I order fairly often from Sweets town and Grill on Uber eats. Hot food can be hit and miss and the cream they put on the milkshakes weird but OMG their cakes and waffles are to die for. My favourite item is the chocolate sponge cake and I will order one to have on the day and one to have the next night. Even after a day in its box the second cake is deliciously moist and I love how the chocolate on top goes hard and gives it a little bite. Tonight I ordered a white chocolate and banana waffle for the first time for a guest at my home and he said it was the most delicious waffle he had ever eaten. I tasted it and 100% agree. The white chocolate was not to sweet and there was what had to be a whole banana sliced over the top! I will definitely be ordering one for myself next time. My only real issue with this restaurant has been delivery times, which used to be terrible. They have been improving though and the guy that dropped off my order today was super sweet. Keep it up guys!

HIGHLY RECOMENDED MUST VISIT AS THIS IS THE BEST DESSERT SHOP IN THE TOWN IS SWEETS TOWN PLUS THEY GOT GRILL AS WELL. AND THE PRICES COME ON BRO IT'S SO CHEAP AND REASONABLE.

The burger was tough and not cooked well and the cookie dough was well uncooked very doughy undercooked was very disappointing

Best whipped cream. Foods always well prepared and perfectly done. Delivery was early today which is a bonus
