The service is terrible and I deserve credit refund

The worst delivery service and the person on the phone called me rude names and made me feel anxious about how the food was prepared

Disappointing service; delivery driver failed, poor communication, refused prepaid order, and no appreciation for long-time customers. Never ordering again.

Delivery time was changed twice. Was a total of an hour late and food was cold when it arrived.

Had the chicken waffle. Was of the best things I’ve tasted in a long time.

My order never arrived but was marked as delivered. No attempt at contact made.

my order was not delivered at all i am extremely frustrated and cannot let this happen £19 gone to waste just for my food not to come without any proof of order or my code being said to the driver i am furious

Fries were not fresh probably refried.. and its supposed to be fresh smashed beef burger but it was just a regular frozen beef petty very disappointing.

Never order from this place the drivers don’t know where they’re going and put they delivered my food and didn’t just because he didn’t know the main entrance of the hospital

Was brought to me personally by either the owner or a employee at 2.30am in his own personal car. You cant get any better service than that!!! Food always on point. My weekly treat to order from here 10/10

The chips were old chips that had been double fried, oily and hard as rocks. We ordered desserts and the hot food was out with the cold food and burger came cold

I have not been to the store yet but i have ordered from uber-eats. I had their dessert and can say that it was definitely not worth it. I ordered a milkshake, cookie dough and strawberry waffle. The milkshake made me go to the toilet three times after that !!!! the waffle which was made was a little hard, the strawberries were cut weirdly with hole in the middle, which erked me on top of this it felt old. As if the strawberries were old. I could barely eat it. The cookie dough tasted weird and off. i would not recommend.

Ordered a chicken burger meal and a milkshake. The chicken burger meal was very tasty and fresh I had no complaints in this regard. But the milkshake was disappointing where I had to throw it away. It didn’t taste of the chocolate bar flavour I asked for at all, the ice cream in the milkshake also didn’t taste of high quality ice cream. Shame as I have enjoyed their desserts before.

My food never arrived,the driver couldn’t find an apartment with 3 entrances,I called him and he said he will do another delivery first and double back.i waited another 20mins and he returned it back to the restaurant.Called the restaurant and they said it was none of their business

I loved this spot, only came in for desserts and I can’t wait to come back and try more!! I got the mixed fried box and the mixed brownies and they were all so good!

I was just sitting waiting for my food, when group pf guys just randomly offered me a pizza that they had across the table. Turns our it was the owner of the place. Such a nice gesture of the owner. Food was amazing and obviously the atmosphere and customer service was over beyond!!!! 👌

Hype lived to expectations, I am self certificated burger Connoisseur- satisfying me is not easy. But Gulzar welcomed us and ensure that order was made to our needs. Burger ingredients were fresh, beef patty was soft and perfectly cooked (medium). Melted Oreo desert was decadent. Definitely will come back for more.

Their service is best. They treat customers so well. They have been so polite and cooperative whenever I have order something from them. I must say the dessert are amazing they always serve fresh cake slices and waffles.

I went to this place, with my boyfriend and boyfriend’s sister, such a cute a joint for really good quality sweet treats!! We were even given some of the there new items on the menu. Would definitely recommend !

Absolutely amazing desserts, attention to detail on every item and excellent service. We was recommended to try the cheesecake, and it was simply delicious.

The milkshake was just like a cup of melted ice cream no flavour to it & hardly any chocolate in it. For that much money it should be better more chocolaty not melted vanilla ice cream in a cup for £5.49. Not impressed

One of the best sweet I try ever in London. Atmosphere is very comfortable and feel like home. Staff is very kind and so humble. You have to try milky cake and fried oreos.
