Eyva Turkish Grill & Meze Bar in Redbridge

I visited this place on November 6 and was absolutely delighted! Beyti doner was incredibly tasty - juicy, tender meat with perfect roasting, aromatic spices, and fresh vegetables. Lavash was soft, but at the same time with a light crispy crust. Sauces are just something incredible, especially garlic, it perfectly complemented the taste. The portion was big, and the price is quite reasonable. The atmosphere in the place is pleasant, the staff is friendly and the service was fast. I was in London 2 months ago and ate in one Turkish cafe for £100 with a friend, we ate assorti meat and two Turkish teas with baklava, and here for 2 salads, Lamb shish kebab, beyti kebab, for kunefe with ice cream we left £50. If you are looking for a place that serves real Turkish doner - this is definitely the place for you. I will come back here more than once when I come to London, I recommend it to everyone!

I just visited this place for the first time with my brother and the food was amazing! We had the chicken platter for two. I was also impressed with the Turkish Tea. Lastly, the service we received from the staff was top class. I will definitely come back again.

Can I just say, coming from Scotland and into this bright centre of London was the best decision I ever made. Not only was it an amazing experience at this restaurant, but, I was greeted by the nicest ladies ever on a busy Saturday. Saule and Leyla, thank you so much for attending to me and my wife, you were so attentive to the both of us and everyone else around you. I’ve never seen such devotion to a job like this before, will come again but these two BRAVO. The food, for anyone wondering, was so amazing, the chefs need a raise and a good thank you from the management team.

One of my favourite cuisines. The food was quite exceptional and the kebab was cooked really well. I highly recommend getting their lahmacun. Standard prices you’d pay for a turkish. Location is convenient since it’s near a station and the tesco car park.

We had a fantastic time here. The food was delicious (especially the extra hot Chilli sauce) and massive portions. The service was more than good, we did not have to wait for anything, and were particularly impressed by Raman l, Canan, and the buy behind the bar (you know who you are) who looked after us.

Omg I live 5 years in Turkey but I see first time soup like that,all food what I order I rubbish very bad, you answer too aggressively, the lentil soup is not water like in the picture, I don't need you to return my money, I can only take pictures from the bin, and yes, everything I ordered looks very disgusting, but maybe you can cook something else good, I did not say that all your food is not tasty, I only said about my order

I ordered a food of this restaurant and the delivery was by delivero. Looking at the nice reviews we decided to rltry this restaurant foods. The person of delivery didn't deliver our food order and I contacted the restaurant to explain and ask for help. The person on the phone was so rude didn't even listen to my issue and shut the phone on my face which I am so disappointed of. Really very unhelpful people, there is needed a proper training for staff members as they don't know how to treat their customers! I am sorry but I can not recommend Eyva restaurant as for the first experience and the last will be, is the awfull experience! I will never use your service again and will make sure I spread your rudeness to all as this is under for clients! You maybe making a good foods but you don't have a good customer service at All!!!

we (3 people total) went to try out the restaurant in-store instead of on ubereats, and it was great, ordered different kebab meals and theres no complaints about the food, they even gave us complementary tea, on the house which is greatly appreciated,

I strongly recommend this place for anything. I am expert in iskender, eating since childhood and this place has the best iskender in London as genuine and authentic as if you dine in in Turkey. I also personally stated this to the owner as well. We went together with my son and they offered him lots of stuff he loves. Authentic and delicious food, big portions and reasonable prices. Eyva will be my favourite restaurant for sure.

Had an absolute splendid time at this restaurant. Me and my husband came in on Thursday for a brunch, and were greeted by the loveliest ladies. There was a short black curly hair waitress, she was absolutely stunning, she made sure we were comfortable and had all that we needed. We took our time ordering but she was patient throughout and explained the menu to us excellently, after ordering the tall blond waitress braught us our food and double checked that we had all that we needed. She constantly payed attention to our table and always showed us kidness throughout the night. The food was amazing, the chefs gave complementary dishes and were kind as the we left, overall the place is amazing all due to their staff. The manager could do better but that’s a separate issue and nothing to do with the workers there.

Came to eyva for my mother inlaws birthday food was 10/10 service was spot on as well.. what topped the evening off they brought out a cake with sparklers and sang happy birthday. I will be definitely coming back.

We’ve been coming back here regularly for years and so far our experience have always been excellent and top notch! Staff are welcoming and friendly, great food, lively music, warmth atmosphere.

Used before and everything was spot on last few times its started to slip and yesterday was just terrible waited over 20 mins for drinks to be told not in stock then come back and confirmed what the drinks was, when asked if everything okay we stated that the drinks ordered with our food had yet to arrive over 30 mins by this point food had already arrived as wasn't busy still too another 7 mins and check to bring them. Food wasn't great tasteless not as before and not even so much as a SORRY for any of it. When asked for bill was told to wait they cleared table then eventually gave the bill the kids had desserts at home wasn't spending another penny or min in there .

Accidentally found it on Google maps. Went there with our girls and it was amazing. From coming in we were walked to a table and we were treated very nicely. The food didn't take long at all. I chose the house wine which was Turkish, absolutely fantastic. Ordered a big plate full of meat and got a dessert as well. We were a table of 4 people and the price was reasonable. I ordered 2 wraps for delivery and my sister found a hair in hers which made her throw up, sadly unhygienic and do not recommend, sad because reviews seemed good but unprofessional and not okay please be more attentive to hygiene

Amazing for my mum's birthday. 12 people. We were asked to sit down as we were about to leave for an unexpected free celebration portion of cake and then again for plates of baklava to make it extra special. Whilst food was okay, the service was appalling. We had the only 2 ladies serve us who seemed like they were forced to work, never smiled, forgot to take orders, forgot some of our orders. Overall very poor. A smile would not have hurt. Not once did any staff check we were ok and had everything we needed. Definitely not going back.

We had an Amazing meal at this restaurant I met The manger Maten what a wonderful guy. He leads by example all the staff Hanefae looked after us she was so kind and lovely she really looked after us well. Good l place for small gathering or celebrating any occasion. Food was delicious. Very generous portions combine with well seasoned salad on plate made whole meal really enjoyable. Let's not forget about Efes beer the best of beer. Whole atmosphere in the restaurant is really welcoming and friendly. Nice modern decor and very comfortable seats make you so relax. Thank you. I am so happy with the service and I really enjoyed the food. It was my first time and I was looked after very well. As it’s Ramadan they made sure we got everything hot and fresh just in time for Iftar. I was given complimentary Turkish tea and baklava after and I really appreciate it. As a customer who ordered the Eyva Special Grill yesterday evening for Iftar for few Guests. I must say I was thoroughly disappointed, ashamed and extremely frustrated with the experience. Paid around £33 including Uber delivery. Every single food item in this platter was cold, old, horrible and tasteless. Chicken Doner, Lamb Doner, Chicken Shish, Lamb Shish all were undercooked. Only the Chicken Wings were decent. Even the Bread was cold and hard. The food - it was utterly underwhelming. The grilled items lacked flavor and were all UNDERCOOKED to the point of being dry and tough to chew. The side dishes were bland and seemed like an afterthought, lacking any freshness and taste. The Salad was not fresh and smelled like it was old and rotten. Few members of the Family even got sick and got diarrhoea. Shame. In conclusion, I would not recommend Eyva Special Grill to anyone looking for a satisfying dining experience. With subpar food, poor quality and uncooked food, it simply doesn't live up to its name as a "special" grill. Eyva Turkish Restaurant has lost its touch.

Great food! The Baba Gonush here is very different from the one you typically get - but it’s a must try! The baklavas will surely teleport you to Turkey!! The staff is very courteous and kind. Great service!

I had a party here last night, and it was amazing food, service and atmosphere. One of our friends ordered the wrong dish before he’s girlfriend arrived and we asked them that we didn’t want that although it was our mistake they did not charge us for it and left it in the table for us to share and brought hes girlfriends requested dish. It's genuinely such a shame I'm having to write a negative review as I actually really like this restaurant. I ordered via UberEats and saw on the restaurant's cover photo that they were having 30% off. It was a beige circle on the left-hand side with gold lettering. I went ahead with my order. The full amount was £12.34 but after 30% it reduced to £9 and some change, including the delivery fee. Next thing I know, my receipt came through the following day and I was charged the full amount! Why did the restaurant advertise 30% off (and this was Tuesday just gone) and then charge me the full amount? I then asked UberEats for a refund of £3 (it's the principal of the matter) and they asked me to provide evidence. Who would take a screenshot of a restaurant's cover photo claiming 30% off? You trust that the restaurant are being genuine and would follow through with their promise. Either Eyva or UberEats are to blame, I'm not sure which one, but I won't be buying from Eyva again as I've never had this issue with other restaurants on UberEats who have offered a discount on their food and I no longer trust them.
