Amazing experience - amazing food & perfect customer service. Staff are very kind/ caring & giving. My Dads birthday was held here & the manager Metin was so kind & helped make my dads birthday more special.

Best Turkish food in the area and excellent service.

Went there yesterday afternoon Food and atomosphere is great but on this visit unfortunately we had the rudest waitress and the manager had to cancle my order after having our starters

Invited few friends as the restaurant as it looks like a nice one from outside. But all the food we ordered were full of salt. We couldn’t even eat the food. I complained about the salty food to the manager but it seemed he didn’t take our review positively. I am not going to this restaurant again.

Ordered on Ubereats the Special Grill. While the meats tasted really good, for the price paid there was not much meat. It was filled with rice and bulgur. I really hoped they put more meat next time.

Food quality is not bad. Waitresses were very professional and friendly. The place is very congested. Toilets are not clean as well. Food portion is not as expected.

I visited this place on November 6 and was absolutely delighted! Beyti doner was incredibly tasty - juicy, tender meat with perfect roasting, aromatic spices, and fresh vegetables. Lavash was soft, but at the same time with a light crispy crust. Sauces are just something incredible, especially garlic, it perfectly complemented the taste. The portion was big, and the price is quite reasonable. The atmosphere in the place is pleasant, the staff is friendly and the service was fast. I was in London 2 months ago and ate in one Turkish cafe for £100 with a friend, we ate assorti meat and two Turkish teas with baklava, and here for 2 salads, Lamb shish kebab, beyti kebab, for kunefe with ice cream we left £50. If you are looking for a place that serves real Turkish doner - this is definitely the place for you. I will come back here more than once when I come to London, I recommend it to everyone!

I just visited this place for the first time with my brother and the food was amazing! We had the chicken platter for two. I was also impressed with the Turkish Tea. Lastly, the service we received from the staff was top class. I will definitely come back again.

Can I just say, coming from Scotland and into this bright centre of London was the best decision I ever made. Not only was it an amazing experience at this restaurant, but, I was greeted by the nicest ladies ever on a busy Saturday. Saule and Leyla, thank you so much for attending to me and my wife, you were so attentive to the both of us and everyone else around you. I’ve never seen such devotion to a job like this before, will come again but these two BRAVO. The food, for anyone wondering, was so amazing, the chefs need a raise and a good thank you from the management team.

One of my favourite cuisines. The food was quite exceptional and the kebab was cooked really well. I highly recommend getting their lahmacun. Standard prices you’d pay for a turkish. Location is convenient since it’s near a station and the tesco car park.

We had a fantastic time here. The food was delicious (especially the extra hot Chilli sauce) and massive portions. The service was more than good, we did not have to wait for anything, and were particularly impressed by Raman l, Canan, and the buy behind the bar (you know who you are) who looked after us.

Omg I live 5 years in Turkey but I see first time soup like that,all food what I order I rubbish very bad, you answer too aggressively, the lentil soup is not water like in the picture, I don't need you to return my money, I can only take pictures from the bin, and yes, everything I ordered looks very disgusting, but maybe you can cook something else good, I did not say that all your food is not tasty, I only said about my order

I ordered a food of this restaurant and the delivery was by delivero. Looking at the nice reviews we decided to rltry this restaurant foods. The person of delivery didn't deliver our food order and I contacted the restaurant to explain and ask for help. The person on the phone was so rude didn't even listen to my issue and shut the phone on my face which I am so disappointed of. Really very unhelpful people, there is needed a proper training for staff members as they don't know how to treat their customers! I am sorry but I can not recommend Eyva restaurant as for the first experience and the last will be, is the awfull experience! I will never use your service again and will make sure I spread your rudeness to all as this is under for clients! You maybe making a good foods but you don't have a good customer service at All!!!

we (3 people total) went to try out the restaurant in-store instead of on ubereats, and it was great, ordered different kebab meals and theres no complaints about the food, they even gave us complementary tea, on the house which is greatly appreciated,

I strongly recommend this place for anything. I am expert in iskender, eating since childhood and this place has the best iskender in London as genuine and authentic as if you dine in in Turkey. I also personally stated this to the owner as well. We went together with my son and they offered him lots of stuff he loves. Authentic and delicious food, big portions and reasonable prices. Eyva will be my favourite restaurant for sure.

Had an absolute splendid time at this restaurant. Me and my husband came in on Thursday for a brunch, and were greeted by the loveliest ladies. There was a short black curly hair waitress, she was absolutely stunning, she made sure we were comfortable and had all that we needed. We took our time ordering but she was patient throughout and explained the menu to us excellently, after ordering the tall blond waitress braught us our food and double checked that we had all that we needed. She constantly payed attention to our table and always showed us kidness throughout the night. The food was amazing, the chefs gave complementary dishes and were kind as the we left, overall the place is amazing all due to their staff. The manager could do better but that’s a separate issue and nothing to do with the workers there.

Came to eyva for my mother inlaws birthday food was 10/10 service was spot on as well.. what topped the evening off they brought out a cake with sparklers and sang happy birthday. I will be definitely coming back.

We’ve been coming back here regularly for years and so far our experience have always been excellent and top notch! Staff are welcoming and friendly, great food, lively music, warmth atmosphere.

Used before and everything was spot on last few times its started to slip and yesterday was just terrible waited over 20 mins for drinks to be told not in stock then come back and confirmed what the drinks was, when asked if everything okay we stated that the drinks ordered with our food had yet to arrive over 30 mins by this point food had already arrived as wasn't busy still too another 7 mins and check to bring them. Food wasn't great tasteless not as before and not even so much as a SORRY for any of it. When asked for bill was told to wait they cleared table then eventually gave the bill the kids had desserts at home wasn't spending another penny or min in there .

I ordered 2 wraps for delivery and my sister found a hair in hers which made her throw up, sadly unhygienic and do not recommend, sad because reviews seemed good but unprofessional and not okay please be more attentive to hygiene

Accidentally found it on Google maps. Went there with our girls and it was amazing. From coming in we were walked to a table and we were treated very nicely. The food didn't take long at all. I chose the house wine which was Turkish, absolutely fantastic. Ordered a big plate full of meat and got a dessert as well. We were a table of 4 people and the price was reasonable. I recommend this place! I'll definitely come back. Thank you to the chef and Mr Metin

Amazing for my mum's birthday. 12 people. We were asked to sit down as we were about to leave for an unexpected free celebration portion of cake and then again for plates of baklava to make it extra special. The food was tasty, the chicken wings had good flavour. The service was great, it was fast.

Whilst food was okay, the service was appalling. We had the only 2 ladies serve us who seemed like they were forced to work, never smiled, forgot to take orders, forgot some of our orders. Overall very poor. A smile would not have hurt. Not once did any staff check we were ok and had everything we needed. Definitely not going back.

We had an Amazing meal at this restaurant I met The manger Maten what a wonderful guy. He leads by example all the staff Hanefae looked after us she was so kind and lovely she really looked after us well. Everybody is so friendly and welcoming We had Adana kofte was so delicious and the salad and everything was so delicious. I recommend this restaurant very highly Excellent value for money. Good l place for small gathering or celebrating any occasion. Food was delicious. Very generous portions combine with well seasoned salad on plate made whole meal really enjoyable. Let's not forget about Efes beer the best of beer. Whole atmosphere in the restaurant is really welcoming and friendly. Nice modern decor and very comfortable seats make you so relax. Thank you. I moved to goodmayes 1 year ago and I didn’t know anywhere in the local area. I tried Eyva Turkish restaurant and grill and this place is so nice. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the service is excellent! I strongly advise you visit this place
