I am so happy with the service and I really enjoyed the food. It was my first time and I was looked after very well. As it’s Ramadan they made sure we got everything hot and fresh just in time for Iftar. I was given complimentary Turkish tea and baklava after and I really appreciate it. I will definitely be coming back again. So glad to find a Turkish restaurant that’s delicious near my home. Thank you to all staff and especially the male server Mitin. 😊😊😊😊

As a customer who ordered the Eyva Special Grill yesterday evening for Iftar for few Guests. I must say I was thoroughly disappointed, ashamed and extremely frustrated with the experience. Paid around £33 including Uber delivery. Every single food item in this platter was cold, old, horrible and tasteless. Chicken Doner, Lamb Doner, Chicken Shish, Lamb Shish all were undercooked. Only the Chicken Wings were decent. Even the Bread was cold and hard. The food - it was utterly underwhelming. The grilled items lacked flavor and were all UNDERCOOKED to the point of being dry and tough to chew. The side dishes were bland and seemed like an afterthought, lacking any freshness and taste. The Salad was not fresh and smelled like it was old and rotten. Nothing was FRESHLY cooked. It looked like it was all Precooked and sent. Few members of the Family even got sick and got diarrhoea. Shame. In conclusion, I would not recommend Eyva Special Grill to anyone looking for a satisfying dining experience. With subpar food, poor quality and uncooked food, it simply doesn't live up to its name as a "special" grill. Eyva Turkish Restaurant has lost its touch.

I had a party here last night, and it was amazing food, service and atmosphere. One of our friends ordered the wrong dish before he’s girlfriend arrived and we asked them that we didn’t want that although it was our mistake they did not charge us for it and left it in the table for us to share and brought hes girlfriends requested dish. Amazing place would highly recommend.

It's genuinely such a shame I'm having to write a negative review as I actually really like this restaurant. I ordered via UberEats and saw on the restaurant's cover photo that they were having 30% off. It was a beige circle on the left-hand side with gold lettering. I went ahead with my order. The full amount was £12.34 but after 30% it reduced to £9 and some change, including the delivery fee. Next thing I know, my receipt came through the following day and I was charged the full amount! Why did the restaurant advertise 30% off (and this was Tuesday just gone) and then charge me the full amount? I then asked UberEats for a refund of £3 (it's the principal of the matter) and they asked me to provide evidence. Who would take a screenshot of a restaurant's cover photo claiming 30% off? You trust that the restaurant are being genuine and would follow through with their promise. Either Eyva or UberEats are to blame, I'm not sure which one, but I won't be buying from Eyva again as I've never had this issue with other restaurants on UberEats who have offered a discount on their food and I no longer trust them.

Some of the worst turkish i have ever had Placed an order arrived in quick enough, but everything was a let down. Tried the special platter. The bread was hard and stale. Salad looked and tasted old. The chicken shish was dry. The lamb shish smelt past its best by date, as did the kofte and the doner. The wings were the only half decent thing. Rice was rice. Chips were chips

We loved everything about this restaurant, food was really good and so was the service, very quick and efficient. The lamb chops just melted in the mouth, highly recommend the chops, wings were good too. Eyva is one of the best Turkish restaurants I have been to. The staff are very friendly and there is a nice, relaxing atmosphere inside. The food is delicious. I would recommending coming here with some friends and ordering the chef's special. It contains lots of meat and rice with bread and cold meze. This place is one of a kind. Eyva!

I have visited this restaurant a few times now, with family and friends. The food quality is always amazing and the service received never disappoints, always going the extra mile to ensure everything is on point. Love the Turkish tea here. Frequently visit this restaurant with friends and family the food and ambience is great and the staff are extremely friendly. Ordered the Mixed platter. Love the warm pita, hummus, yoghurt dip, salad. The best part of this place is that everything is made fresh you can see the skewers when you walk into the restaurant.

The staff gave dirty looks and did not make us comfortable.

Really tasty food! Very well seasoned with loads of nice dipping sauces - we got the extra large one to share between all 4 of us and there was still food left over so definitely more than enough - works out really cheap when you split the bill as well. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful they also gave us complimentary tea and dessert which was very kinda! 10/10
