Food wS very nice , very pleasant staff and atmosphere, can recommend this branch , will definitely go there again

It was great. Nice and quiet. Not a lot of people. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was cooked just right. Food came out nice and hot. Place was clean. Very happy.

Have to praise Khan for his great service. Provided us with everything we needed and with a smile on his face

Has to be the worst beach around. Ordered at 7pm. Waited till 7:30 and was told twice that the order is getting ready anytime now and when I went back to check, turns out the order number was not even in the list. Had to cancel the order in the end and got a refund. Staff didn’t seem to care too as if one cancelled order doesn’t mean anything.

Excellent food as always and super service. Really helpful and friendly staff. And very clean too! Definitely recommend it 👍

I had a bad experience the last time I was there. The manager (Erica) was rude she needs some costumer service training. The food took ages to come and the restaurant was not even busy at all.

I came to this Nando’s with my class of students from our special school. The manager Benfica went above and beyond to accommodate us and make the children comfortable. We really appreciated your kindness and hospitality! 5*!

The only issue I have is sometimes they give big table to just 2People and then when a big group comes or they have to wait for a table or rearrange something

We came to barking to work from Newcastle and came to Nando’s every day. This just shows how good the place is. Sylvia(Moldavian girl) and khan are the best Nando’s staff I’ve came in contact with!!! They made us feel welcomed and gave us the banter that most places don’t. If they don’t have a pay rise I think you need to give them one haha. Food is always great from Nando’s across the board.

One of my current favourites to go for dinner with friends and family. The food is always tasty as you'd expect and the service provided by the staff is on point, extra shout out to the manager Mobeen for going above and beyond.

Food was good. Chicken on the bone was nice but skin was burnt which gave the bitter taste. Rice was really dry. Mashed was nice. Service could be better as had to wait for a while for my takeaway. Ordered the chicken burger at the till but got the Wrap instead.

It’s looks like Robbing nothing else, if you don’t know the Menu. They have charged us 25.20 from the set menu instead offer full chicken. They give 1/4 chicken twice. Its sound like staff working for commission. Very shame service. Also the taste not the same like we used have when ever we visited. Also customers service was a joke. Very Shame and very disappointing.

It was such a great place to dine in. It is so decorative & quite a great atmosphere. We ordered a Full platter which comes out good. I must Appreciate their sauce items & also cleaning process. Lovely to be there. Cheers.

Pay more attention to people who order online then the ones sitting in the restaurant.

I would like to thank Ermira for her wonderful customer service. After ordering a takeaway, I asked if I could get a container to store my Wild Herb. Everyone told me they had run out of containers, and there was nothing they could do. Ermira came up with a solution, and I was more than happy. Thank you for thinking outside the box.

clean atmosphere and quick service- just a few bits of the wings were a bit too charred making it slightly bitter. All else fine.

Group of 10 of us all with special needs, went on a Tuesday evening, Food was delish as usaul but ALL the staff were amazing (especially Sylvia and khan and another gentlemen whom went over the top to refill our drinks), way more friendly than other nandos i have been to. We will definitely be back. :)

Food lovely as always but the experience was ruined by the lady at the door demanding to know how many people were coming. We said we weren't exactly sure but would need 2 tables. She got very intimidating & rude saying she needed to know. The restaurant had hardly any people in there so we were not stopping anyone else from coming in. After messaging our friends explaining what was happening, they decided to go somewhere else to eat instead. If they were busy then we understand you can't hold a table. But because of the rude lady as soon as we walked in, they lost business from another 8 people!

Dalia was one of the worst workers I’ve ever come across. With disgusting attitude towards the customers. I’ve never had to endure this behaviour before in any nandos, with her snide remarks.

Visited from Canada and the food was great. Didn’t have these many options back home. The service was also phenomenal! Thank you to Khan for taking care of us from start to finish. Appreciate you brother!

Nando's will be Nando's and if it didn't exist, it should be invented. Service is good, even when busy, staff is attentive. Nothing to complain about food.

I went to barking Nando’s In The afternoon really quiet period and waited 27 mins for my food asked the staff why I haven’t got my food yet and they said ow we will start making it now the manager ZO was extremely rude and aggressive and the female manger aswell was very rude they even threatened us to call the police… and they all just started swearing and I just asked for my refund and left… will never go to that Nando’s ever again the worst experience of my life….

Called the store spoke to a girl , gave my deliveroo order number and asked if please they would add sauce sachets to my order as they have forgotten before even after calling before also and after she confirmed she would do it they forgot AGAIN. We spend so much money here and you guys can’t be bothered to give customers a good experience even when they are nice. Disappointed. Again.

We had great time here today. The food was amazing and the restaurant was clean as usual. Special thanks to Faruk for his outstanding customer service, he was very friendly, polite and attentive.

I have been to this Nandos a few times. The interior design is nice, it's also spacious and perfect for a large group of family and friends. It's very close to the station which is convenient. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food was outstanding once again. The chicken was nicely done and all the sauces were available. Would highly recommend.

We wanted to say thank you to Mobeen and his excellent customer service! He is very genuine and has a calming presence. He is definitely a great asset to the restaurant. The atmosphere is lovely and most of the staff are friendly and pleasant. The food is good the majority of the time but sometimes the chicken is dry and the rainbow slaw tastes a little weird. Otherwise it is a fantastic place and we enjoy coming here.

When we went there, they informed us that some of there products is no longer can be ordered. This happens in the evening. The restaurant should always be prepared for the influx of people for specially if it’s bank holiday.

Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, tasty food.

Smaller than usual for a nandos and extremely busy. Service was ok but the noisy atmosphere and very cold air conditioning made for an uncomfortable dining experience. The portion sizes of chips was bigger than normal and there was leftovers, other than this, the chicken was tasty and well grilled. I'm still miffed by the need of a security guard (the second I've seen at a nandos recently- who seemed to be waiting tables too) is there a threat of customers causing trouble at this eatery?

I would like to say a huge thank you on behalf of myself & my whole family to one of the staff member ‘Khan’. As soon as we walked in to the store we was greeted by this particular staff. Throughout our whole visit at nandos Mr Khan had made sure our trip there was pleasant. He had made sure we had everything at hand and went the extra mile to come and check up here and there to see if everything was up to standard. I would definitely recommend this branch in particular because of the one staff Mr Khan.

I had such a lovely dinner meal here. Service & food was mind blowing . Maisha was great absolutely amazing service, so attentive and such brilliant service . Very badly staffed. Illiterate male that doesn’t know how to read let a alone take an order I showed him the order on my phone and he didn’t understand, whenever I go to other Nando’s I always show them a written order and they understand he coudnt undertand me whatsoever and does not know his own menu of the place he works at ! How does he work there if he barely knows English. This tall lady also gives people dirty looks acting likes she’s higher than everyone

Nando's Barking is a great place to eat. The food was great. Faruk was a great waiter, and he speaks Portuguese too. The only thing I would point as something to improve is the music. It wasn't English and it wasn't Portuguese either.

Updated menu is very nice. Good place to bring kids. Special thanks to Faruk for helping me when my son was crying.

We had an amazing experience, we were warmly welcomed by Shakil and accommodated for throughout the whole visit. We would like Shakil to be recognised for his outstanding customer service as he carried a positive energy which made our experience very pleasant and comfortable.

Ordered a take out, ready by the time that was scheduled in the app, got served by fantastic staff, Abu and Zo. Fantastic customer services, they were very polite and helpful. Lovely delicious food.

I love Nandos! Although it takes a while to arrive (which is understandable), its always 100% worth it, the food never disappoints and tastes amazing everytime! The prices are also very reasonable for the food given. Highly recommend.

I ordered a buttermilk burger and chips and I was disappointed by the quality of the food here, the bread was so hard that if I tried to eat the burger with my hands, the insides would slide out (even when leaving the wooden stick in) and then I found the knives were not great at cutting the bread either. The price of the burger doesn't warrant this cheap bread. Then to top it off some mother gave her child an iPad with no headphones so just had some monotonous annoying kids game being blasted out at full volume. I wish I just went to KFC.

Always great customer service from Sylvia when we visit Nandos Barking. Always a warm smile and she does her best to get the food out in a timely manner- she needs to be promoted to management! She'll be great!

I've always appreciated the service here,I tend to order takeaway meals and when I turn up at my time the food is 9/10 ready to collect immediately. If it isn't ready the customer service at the door tend to be pretty responsive and friendly which helps.

I had just spoke to a manager called Neil from barking, and asked for wild herb sauce to be in my £40 order.. he had refused to assist me on giving me the sauce we like and I’m so unhappy but I want nandos to investigate this so called managers conduct that and his behaviour over the phone… they have lost another customer that regularly goes to barking nandos all the time… I would like to inform everyone that such behaviour is not tolerated from nandos staff as they do not assist the customer we’re need to be… so nandos higher management I would appreciate if you can respond back to this and get Neil investigated as his professionalism was so poor and was not helpful at all. 05/03/23 - Time called at 17:30

Every time I order online, I have to call to ask for sauces. Which is the whole point of Nandos. But they NEVER pick up their phone. Just now, I’ve spent 30 minutes ringing. Sometimes, they answer - but 90% of the time, they don’t. So if you want the nandos experience, avoid ordering online from these folks.

More often than not, I put in a web order on the tube on my way home and they have never failed me - today, I got there a bit early and it was already good to go (and they kept it hot!) Super friendly staff, always happy and welcoming. They make sure you have everything and always offer extra sauces etc. good vibes :) thank youuu!!!

Had a good time here, place got really busy quickly with some awkward customers who lack any self awareness. Also the staff were unpleasant and lacked common sense to say the least. Nonetheless the food was good and prices a tad bit expensive.
