To the owner? How do I contact directly please? Unbelievable experience!! Waited 45 minutes in store for my order. I ordered on the app they didn’t have a clue what I was talking about when I went in the store. They kept saying they didn’t receive my order under Mhd. Finally some colleague brings out a tablet confirming I ordered. After 45 minutes of waiting and negotiating they made my food. I was so disappointed with the lack of service and communication! didn’t enjoy my food at the end. Waste of £35 for me that day! Manager with white shirt was clue less and incompetent! The team can’t speak English. They thought I was lying or something? I thought I was going mad! They couldn’t even give anything as a good will gesture for wasting my time! I was so tired after a 12 hour shift I just wanted to eat! Young colleague who brang out the tablet was the saviour.

Barking Nando's is a VIBE! 🤩 The hospitality from the staff and the delicious food provided, is on ONE! 👌 Ordered a Butterfly Chicken meal with two sides (Mac & Cheese/Creamy Mash) Fantastic. My Son got Chicken wings with Chips and Garlic Bread he finished everything before me! 😅 Silvia, Neal and Khan are lovely individuals and the rest of the team. Thank you!

Staff were lovely, clean tables and overall experience was great.

Ordered online and came to the restaurant to collect it. It was so busy however, a nice gentleman named Faruk looked like he was on the floor by himself he was rushing around trying to accommodate everyone. He was very kind attentive. Showed me where to sit and when he came back with my food he was very apologetic about the wait and very lovely.

Nando's food, atmosphere, and staff are great. However, their biggest mistake is that the cashier staff handle money and then, with the same hands that have been in contact with all that cash all day, hand out drink cups to customers. Another issue is that after washing our hands in the restroom, we have to wrestle with a dirty door handle to exit, making handwashing pointless. Then, we end up eating chicken with those now-contaminated hands. This is a major hygiene issue. I’m surprised that these companies either don’t know proper hygiene rules or simply don’t care. If you don’t know the solution, I can explain it to you. For such delicious food, this level of hygiene negligence is unacceptable. As a neighboring business

Our go-to place. Star of the show is the peri peri vusa intense flavourful sauce, which elevates the food taste to its optimum, absolute delicious mouthwatering flavour we can't get enough of🔥

I have been visiting this restaurant today. I ordered chicken wings with caesar salad, mash potato, broccoli and corn. The food was good. You can choose different tastes of sauces. Their WI FI is not working, so if you are planing use your computer, bring your phone and share your wi fi from it. They have tables with charges which is a plus. I have eaten there and working for awhile. The only thing I don’t like about this place as they don’t have hot drinks. Only cold drinks and this is annoying. They also don’t serve breakfast. ❌. The price for one person is around 20 pounds to eat here. If you like chicken, then check this place out.

Is Nandos. Decent chicken but slightly overpriced, you know what you are going there for. Now, I think I had better chicken before elsewhere or even on Nandos. This specific time was just decent.

Restaurant wasn’t busy but I had to wait 30 minutes for some chicken, garlic bread and fries. Very disappointed. Have been here before when it is a lot busier and have had my food served faster. Probably won’t be eating in again

Waiter named neil was very helpful and polite, made experience way better made sure we had perfect and comfortable seats. Will defo be coming back

Very rude customer service by staff as well as by manager. Went there with a group of few people a bit late nearly 30min to closing so all staff and manager reacted as we are the first people they see with this big group. All staff and manager it self reaction was completely inappropriate. On confronting manager said we dont get this big group at this time, and telling me what we going to eat as we have not enough food. Very rude and didn't even apologise. Later the chef made everything we ordered. Food is good but service is not at all.

Had a terrible experience, the food was burnt, when I asked to get it replaced they served raw chicken, couldn’t even eat it. When I complained to the manager she just took it back and served the same food again after spending half an hour. At that point I realised they are not trained enough or don’t know how to cook and no one is even bothered to fix them mistake. Just wasted £30 so I wouldn’t recommend anything.

Ordered takeaway collection 20 min going there by bus 20 come home open my box chicken was completely burned. Big lady waa cooking when I entered I see one she was cooking also burned I was almost gonna say please make sure my chicken not burned then when I'm home I see it was totally burnt.

Excellent customer service from Andy, we were well looked after. Staff in this nandos are so friendly and accommodating. I have a child with Autism and its isnt easy but i always feel comfortable with her at Barking Nandos.

Online they said open at 11.30 am but they never open at 11.30 am. Myself & 2 other customer was banging the door we see people inside they see us but don't bother to open at 11.37 they finally opened the door once I ask your online says open at 11.30 but u not open the door guy name cicia in the kitchen was cooking was extremely rude.

Ordered takeaway at Barking Nando’s and as soon as I entered I was immediately greeted with such kindness by a staff member going by the name of Khan. His service was absolutely amazing. Thank you Khan! P.s the food was delicious!

D (Dahlia?) and Faruk were very helpful when I went in to collect my order. They were quick to resolve my last minute change of mind and were happy to help. Good customer service goes a long way especially when it’s the end of the day, it’s pouring down outside and you’re just wanting to get home and have dinner. Thank you!

Worst restaurant ever been to the for the nando's restaurant chain. Menu is extremely limited due on running out of items, slow till service with not enough staff, long waiting times for food and rushing you to be done with your table. Won't be returning for anything in the future and wouldn't recommend.

As soon as I took the order and came home, I found out that the food was burnt, couldn’t even eat it as it was so bitter. These wings sounded promising but instead it was total garbage. Waste of £15! Wouldn’t recommend ANYTHING!!!!

Good food. Shame about the service. There were no forks so had chase these several times. And then when I ordered dessert, I queued for 10 mins only to be told to find someone on the floor to give my receipt to so they could get the order.

It was my first time at Nando’s, and I had really high expectations. Unfortunately, it started badly with the reception guy being a bit rude. Online it said £9.45 with sides, but at the counter, they told me it was without sides. When I asked why, instead of explaining, he just said the customer is waiting in a rude way. Anyway, I placed my order, but then I noticed everyone seemed to be in a bad mood, no one was happy. While serving the food, my baby was a bit cranky, and the server gave him a really bad look. It totally ruined my weekend coming here.

The food here is served hot and is very flavoursome and delicious! The interior is colorful, the atmosphere is warm and the staff are lovely. Highly recommend!

It was really hot in the restaurant and the manager was unprofessional and was misbehaving and treating customers according to his choice that was disgusting i would never go again to that branch i was discussed by the behaviour of the manager his name was (MOBEEN).I would never recomand someone to go to Nandos ft barking side😡😡😡

We went to BARKING NANDOS for dinner as a family on 21/7/2024 and had our meal. I took my children to the toilet. One of my children was in the toilet and the other was next to me. The lady working in the dining area opened the heavy toilet door harshly and trapped my daughter between the door and the wall. My daughter and I were shocked. He saw my daughter. He walked away without even apologizing. When my other daughter came out of the toilet, I wanted to contact the principal and complain, but they directed us to the assistant principal. They apologized and closed the issue. It is very sad that such insensitive people work in such a place. Their former manager was a very polite lady. They took great care of us and apologized even for my child who fell due to his own mistake. But now they have only made an apology for what a cruel staff member did to a little child. We will not go to BARKING NANDOS until the manager and the thin, white-skinned blonde lady working in the kitchen change. Families with children, be careful and do not choose BARKING NANDOS. Our children are our priority and most valuable.

Came with a group of 12 young people said hooking only when there was like 40 empty seats a family of 3 later came in and the manager said there regular let them in absolutey appalling they profiled us and though we would not pay

Has to be the worst branch around. Ordered at 7pm. Waited till 7:30 and was told twice that the order is getting ready anytime now and when I went back to check, turns out the order number was not even in the list. Had to cancel the order in the end and got a refund. Staff didn’t seem to care too as if one cancelled order doesn’t mean anything.

I have never been disappointed by Nando's Barking! I was there recently and received some of the most amazing service I have met in this country. Saj is an amazing employee who is very good at accommodating guests' needs and making them feel welcome. Will definitely return here with friends because of the fantastic food and the excellent service provided by Saj!

The description of the food is quite expensive. The whole explanation was poor. The taste of the chicken is not as expected compared to other branches.

The staff was very slow, I waited for about half an hour.

Neil & Khan took great care of us! Food was quick and perfectly cooked. Neil even brought me another drink as he saw I was nearly finished! Great Customer Service and Atmosphere:)

Quality in this nandos branch has dropped so much, portions have become a lot smaller. The only decent thing is the staff. I used to go regularly. Now, only when there are no alternatives. Menu keeps changing. Sauces not always available. The nandos experience is no longer there.

I felt like a Nandos after a long time. Honestly don't know why I bothered. I ordered the butterfly chicken. It was just 1 breast not 2 as printed. It was so dry and cold. The portion sizes at this shop are hilarious compared to Ilford and Beckton. If I could have walked (disabled) I would have returned the order. Absolutely tasteless, dry and portions so small one spoonful really for nearly £30. Ended up binning the lot. Do not recommend and will never order from here again.

The chicken tasted old and had no flavour at all even though I said Hot. Inside the chicken it tasted wet/slimy. After when I order chocolate cake it took 15mins till I had to ask someone when we are getting the cake. Cake was nice but they give such little cream that the cake is dry.

Visited on a Saturday early evening - wasn’t too busy, food came out swiftly and super hot, staff were very caring throughout my whole meal, but i want to commend how lovely Neil is!!! Such a bundle of joy, you can’t help but be smiley when communicating with him! (Thank you also for the drink top ups!)

Slow to make wraps 1 hour time I do not recommend plus they did not bring what we ordered

It was my worst experience as Nando’s ! They took nearly an hour for 2 wraps, the first ones were wrong it was just chicken and tortilla no lettuce onions or pickles as advertised. When I told them the wraps were wrong one of the workers “Bianca” came to us to show us it were a slice of avocado and that they’ve done it good instead of just admitting it was not right.

KHAN served me in the barking nandos and his customer service was impeccable. What a lovely man with a big smile and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Khan made my whole week feel better and I will always remember him for being such a good waiter.
